The purpose of this study is to analyze student and university features affecting outcome in labor market after university graduates. For accomplish this, multi-level analysis modeling with HLM(Hierarchical Linear Modeling) was adopted. GOMS(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) 2013 data were used for this study, and we added the Information Service of Education data for university information. The result of analysis were as follows. (a) Factors affecting outcome in labor market after university graduate were both student and university features. Significant features were house income, gender, academic major, GPA, and satisfaction in view point of student level. In university level, there were significant variables likes foundation, location, education costs, school type, and satisfaction. (b) We found the different significant variables between student and school level in the participations on the university career program. Significant features were job-experience and job-exhibition in student level, but there were no significant after adding variable in school level. In the school level, there were significant in subjects related career and job, job-exhibition, and consulting.

통계청의 8월 고용동향과 경제활동 인구조사에 따르면, 지난달 국내 실업률은 3.5%로 실업 인구 수가 80만명에 이른 것으로 나타났다. 이중 20대 청년실업자가 차지하는 비율이 40.7%로 전체 실업자의 절반에 육박하고 있어 현재 청년실업 문제가 매우 심각한 것으로 조사됐다. 특히 최근 들어 벤처기업의 1사 1인 채용운동 등 각계에서 고용안정을 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있음에도 불구하고 실업난이 수그러들 기미를 보이지 않음에 따라 취업 알선을 위한 보다 정확하고 신속한 정보 제공이 요구되고 있다. 더구나 중앙고용정보원의 워크넷이나 중소기업청의 인력정보망 등 온라인을 통한 다양한 구인∙구직 사이트들이 활성화돼 있어 구직 희망자들이 적극 활용하고 있는데, 내수침체가 장기화되면서 고용 사정은 좀처럼 개선되지 않고 있다. 2004년 현재 온라인상으로만 채용공고를 하는 기업은 전체 기업의 30% 정도이며, 앞으로는 온라인을 통한 구인구직 활동이 더욱 활발해질 것으로 전망되고 있다. 실제 인터넷에서 채용정보 전문 서비스는 물론 분야별, 지역별로 구인구직 정보를 제공하고 있는 서비스를 합하면 350여개가 넘는다. 이 중 눈에 띄는 서비스가 바로‘워크넷’이다. ‘워크넷’은 노동부 산하 중앙고용정보원이 운영하는 구인구직 전문 사이트로서, 공공기관이 운영한다는 점에서 정보의 신뢰성과 전문성이 기대된다. 특히 하반기 채용 시즌을 맞아 구인구직활동이 더욱 활발해 질것으로 예상되기 때문에 이번 10월 DB서비스 평가에서는‘워크넷’을 소개하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the perception and satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in culinary arts and food service with working and internship abroad. The responses of the participants to 10 questions regarding perception and 13 questions regarding the importance and satisfaction with working and internship abroad were measured on a 5 point Likert scale. The primary results were as follows : 1) The subjects were composed of 50.9% male and 49.1% female students, of which 42.1% were employed and 57.9% experienced an internship abroad. 2) Most students went abroad to gain experience with respect to various foreign cultures in response to recommendations by the western cuisine department. 3) The items "I wish to conduct my affairs continuously"(M=4.21) and "I have good relationships with my colleagues at work"(M=4.11) received the highest points from male and female respondents, respectively. 4) Male students considered "cooperation among divisions"(M=4.11), "language skills"(M=4.38), and "kitchen environment"(M=4.34) to be very important. However, female students believed that "language skills"(M=4.36),"social relationships"(M=4.21), and "wage income"(M=4.18) were most important. Furthermore, male students were most satisfied with "company size" (M=4.28), "kitchen environment"(M=4.21), and "business hours"(M=4.10), while female students were most satisfied with "kitchen environment","incentive"(M=4.14) and "social relationships"(M=4.11).

Purpose: This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site for high quality human resource, and to test relationship among web service quality, image, user satisfaction, relationship quality, and loyalty intention. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: Web design and information offer affect Image and user satisfaction. Also, relationship quality turned out to be an important mediator between image and loyalty intention and between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Conclusion: This study shows that two factors in via of relationship quality, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, Also, in order to raise loyalty intention of customer, marketer should exert to well manage relationship quality having significance as a mediator.

최근 급격히 변해가는 기업 환경으로 인해 기업의 인재관이 많이 바뀌어졌는데 그 중에서 가장 두드러진 변화가 입사지원자의 실질적인 능력과 조직구성원으로서의 자질을 더욱 중시한다는 점이다. 자기소개서는 입사지원자의 내실을 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 자료가 될 수 있기 때문에 그 중요성은 매우 큰 비중을 차지하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 취업준비생들에게 자기소개서를 쓰는데 필요한 작성환경 및 템플릿을 제공할 웹 사이트를 구축함으로써 보다 쉽게 작성하게 되길 기대하고 있다.

These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

평생직장이 사라지면서 중년층은 재취업을 희망하고, 매년 실업률이 높아지면서 취업 포털 사이트를 이용하는 이용자들이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 이용자들에게 채용공고 정보를 제공해 주기위해서 보편적으로 Python 언어를 이용하여 데이터를 처리하고 수집한다. 하지만, Python은 다중 프로세스 기반을 갖춘 PC가 보급됨에도 불구하고 단일 프로세스로 처리하는 한계를 보이며, 나머지 프로세스에서는 데이터 처리를 하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 개선된 Python에서는 다중 프로세스로 처리 가능함에 따라 이를 이용한 채용 공고 수집기를 개발을 제안한다. 제안한 다중 프로세스를 사용한 수집기는 단일 프로세스보다 처리성능이 최대 3.42배 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 다중 프로세스를 이용하여 채용 공고를 수집한다면 기존보다 더 빠른 데이터 처리와 데이터 수집 능력을 갖췄음을 확인하였다.

In this paper, we propose a CMS(Career Management System) based on the Android Platform, which is able to manage the result of MBTI, an aptitude test and English skills such as TOEIC, conversation, writing, etc. and to deal with the performance of the on-the-job practice, internship, project participation, graduation exhibition, contest exhibition, etc. during the period of attendance at school, This system is divided into the server module and the client one. First, the server module is used to build up the web site of the CMS that can serve to save the data related to each student's career. Second, the client module is to develop the application based on the Android Platform. This application can easily access the career-related information and always function as maintaining and managing the new data. If we make good use of the CMS proposed in this study, the relevant departments and bureaus in colleges and universities can activate the service capacity and also enhance the employment competitiveness by adding value to the students.

최근 기업들이 취업이나 승진에서 영어 말하기 능력을 중시하는 경향이 커지면서 영어권 국가로의 어학연수를 고려하는 학생들이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 어학연수에는 결코 적지 않은 비용이 소요 되며 적게는 3개월에서 많게는 1년 이상의 시간을 들여야 하므로 어학연수 프로그램의 선택에 매우 신중을 기해야 할 것 이다. 웹 상에는 이러한 어학연수 프로그램들에 대한 정보나 의견을 교환할 수 있는 수많은 커뮤니티 및 포럼들이 존재하며, 기 이용자들이 작성한 이용기 및 의견 게시물 또한 헤아릴 수 없이 많이 존재한다. 어학연수를 떠나고자 하는 대다수의 사람들은 이러한 웹 사이트에서 기존 이용자들의 이용기를 접하고 선택여부를 결정하고자 할 것이다. 하지만 이 수많은 게시물들을 모두 읽어보고 결정한다는 것은 너무나 많은 시간과 노력이 소모되게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹서버에 저장되어 있는 수많은 이용기를 오피니언 마이닝하고, 어학연수 프로그램에 대한 속성을 카테고리 별로 분석하여 이를 수치화해서 신규 이용자가 적은 시간과 노력으로 프로그램을 결정할 수 있도록 도와 줄 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose a web crawler service method for collecting information efficiently about college students and job-seeker's external activities, competition, and scholarship. The proposed web crawler service uses Jsoup tree analysis and Json format data transmission method to avoid problems of duplicated crawling while crawling at high speed. After collecting relevant information for 24 hours, we were able to confirm that the web crawler service is running with an accuracy of 100%. It is expected that the web crawler service can be applied to various web sites in the future to improve the web crawler service.
