  • 에폭시 수지는 전기적 기계적 특성이 좋기 때문에 전기기기 분야에서 주요 절연 재료로 널리 사용되고 있다. 에폭시 수지는 일반적으로 경화제 및 충전재를 첨가하여 경화반응을 거쳐 최종 주형품을 얻게 되며 첨가되는 경화제 및 충전재에 따라 그 전기적 기계적 특성이 달라지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 충전재의 입도 크기 및 형상 등이 에폭시 수지 절연물의 전기적 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향을 실험하고 분석한 결과 충전재의 입도 크기가 작아짐에 따라 기계적 특성이 매우 우수하고 충전재의 형상이 구상일 경우 전기적 기계적 특성이 향상되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, the energy cost saving in multi-channel electric vehicle charging system. Joint use of the electric car charger battery state of charging proposed a method based charging. A linear programming with two type is used for optimal control, and the time-of-use price is included to calculate the energy costs. Simulation results show that the reductions of energy cost and peak power can be obtained using proposed method.

  • 지금(至今)까지 고무의 배합(配合)과 이의 조성(組成)에 대(對)하여 나타냈으며 배합성분(配合性分)에 영향(影響)을 주는 인자(因子), 즉(卽) 고무류(類), 고무 혼합물(混合物), 가황제(加黃劑)의 선택(選擇), 카아본 블랙의 종류(種類), 배합조제(配合助劑)나 extender의 효과(效果), 비흑색(非黑色) 충전제(充塡劑), 수지(樹脂) 그리고 지연제(遲延劑) 및 배합(配合)에 관계(關係)되는 사항(事項)을 논의(論議)하였다. 배합조건(配合條件)의 가장 중요(重要)한 것은 알맞은 고무의 선택(選擇)이며 다음으로는 가황제(加黃劑) 그리고 카아본 블랙의 순서(順序)로 되어 있다. 그 외(外)의 것도 중요(重要)한 역할(役割)을 하지만 상기(上記) 보다는 그렇게 핵의적(核心的)인 영향(影響)을 미치지는 않는다.

  • 카본블랙을 충전제로 사용하여 전도성도료를 제작하였으며 충전제의 양과 그리고 도료가 도포된 두께에 따른 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 충전제의 양이 많아질수록 박막의 저항값은 지수적으로 감소하였으며 박막의 두께가 증가함에 따라 저항값이 감소하였다. 이러한 박막내 충전제의 증가와 박막두께의 변화에 따른 전기전도도의 변화에 대해 조사하였다.

  • The extraction and separation methods of protein-bound polysaccharides from the mycelium and culture broth of Coriolus versicolor (Fr) Quel were investigated. The use of 2% solution of surface active agent Triton X-100, was effective for extraction of the protein-bound polysaccharides from the mycelium. For the separation and partial purification of the protein-bound polysaccharides, the column chromatography using DEAE-Cellulose and DEAE-Sephadex proved to be effective.

  • This study measured the mechanical and damping properties of EPDM compounds including fillers. Semi-reinforcing furnace black (SRF), high abrasion furnace black (HAF) and acetylene black were used as fillers. Dicumyl peroxide (DCP) were used as curing agents. The measurements were conducted using a moving die rheometer (MDR), durometer, universal testing machine (UTM), compression set and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The tensile strength and elongation at break increased with increasing SRF contents in EPDM compounds. However, they decreased with increasing the amount of acetylene black. In the inspecting temperature range, EPDM compound filled acetylene black had stable storage modulus. Furthermore, the tan ${\delta}$ of the EPDM compounds obtained was enhanced by compounding with acetylene black.

Effects of Fillers on Fatigue Crack Growth Rate of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (충전제가 EPDM의 피로균열 성장속도에 미치는 영향)

  • Crack growth characteristics of elastomeric materials are an important factor determining the strength and durability. In this study, the fatigue crack growth characteristic of filled EPDM compounds with different reinforcing fillers, such as silica and carbon black, was investigated using a newly designed tester. Frequency and test temperature had significant effects on the fatigue crack growth. The crack growth rate decreased with increasing frequency and the rate increased with increasing temperature. A power law relationship between the tearing energy and crack growth was observed for filled EPDM compounds. The crack growth rate reduced with increasing filler contents. Silica filled EPDM showed a better fatigue resistance than carbon black filled EPDM. The crack growth rate of silica filled EPDM decreased up to 30 phr and increased again at 50 phr. The formation of microductile type pits was observed on the fatigue-failure surface of unfilled EPDM, and relatively coarse surface with randomly distributed tear lines was observed on the failure surface of silica filled EPDM.

  • We carried out the effect verification of conservation treatment focusing on basement rock of alkali granite at the Yukjonbul (two-pairs of Buddha Triads) carved on rock cliff of Samneung valley in Namsan mountain of Gyeongju. The conservation treatments were used to ethylsilicate-type rock consolidant and epoxy-type resin. It is treatment method that the epoxy-type resin have been applied one time into the exfoliation area, after rock consolidation treatment have been worked for three times. As the result of measuring ultrasonic velocity, P-wave velocity of the exfoliation area was relatively increased after applied the conservation treatments. The ultrasonic velocity of all area was increased as 27.8%. This result has been proved with consolidation effects by consolidant and filler for stone cultural heritages. The treatment method should be worked about three time to consolidate sufficiently for rocks.

  • The cure and physical properties of EPDM foam containing ground rubber and carbon black as filler were studied. The cure time reduced with the addition of filler. This result means reducing the operation time. In case of ground rubber was used, blowing ratio, tensile strength, and elongation were decreased rapidly at above 30 phr. On the other hand, in case of carbon black, they showed similar physical properties until 70 phr was used limited to 30 phr to make a good foam, which should be due to low interfacial interaction between EPDM and ground rubber. All the EPDM foams showed excellent thermal stability.
