Effects on Injection Time. Filling Pressure, and holding Time on Injection-molded Lens Pats (렌즈 성형품에 대한 사출시간, 충진 압력, 그리고 보강시간의 영향)

  • 본 연구에서는 형내압 파형제어 시스템, 초고속, 사출성형, 그리고 금형진공 시스템 등을 갖춘 사출 성형기를 이용하여 정밀 구면렌즈를 성형하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 이 러한 목적을 위해 성형공정 변수인 사출시간 충전압력 그리고 보압시간이 성형품에 미치는 영향을 중량과 곡률반경 구면 정밀도 그리고 구면오차의 간접무늬를 측정하여 연구하였다. 그결과로서 성형품의 중량(칫수)과 곡률반경에 지대한 영향력을 행사하는 변수는 충전압력 이며 사출시간과 보압시간은 곡률반경과는 무관해 보이고 중량의 증가에는 기여하지만 공정 사이클 시간을 증가시키는 문제가 지적된다. 구면정밀도 측정실험 결과 길지도 짧지도 않는 15∼20초 사이의 보압시간 4초이내의 빠른 사출시간 그리고 860kg/cm2 이상의 높은 충전압 력에서 우수한 결과를 보여주었다, 마지막으로 구면의 형상에 대한 간접무늬 측정결과는 성 형공정을 이해하는데 강력한 도구가 됨을 발견하였다.

A Study on the Development of Rapidly Hardening Grouting Method for the Effective Filling in the Underground Cavity (지하공동의 효율적 충전을 위한 급결 충전 그라우트공법개발에 관한 연구)

  • The collapse of the underground cavity can cause the abrupt local subsidence of the ground surface. It can be hazardous to the stability of road and building for human activity. Therefore it is necessary to develop reinforcement methods for the filling of the underground cavity. This study was executed to improve the material quality and systems to fill the calcium-aluminate mineral $(C_{12}A_7)$ environmentally, and minimize the loss of filling materials for the steep underground cavity. Filling material which was developed in this study is composed of rapid hardening material and additives. The developed material had rapid hardening and non-separation ability in the water cavity condition, so it made the effective underground dam in the cavity with prevention of material loss when it was poured in the water cavity. Results of heavy metal leaching test for environmental assessment showed that it was environmentally suiTable material for the filling in the mine cavity.

  • Software program to predict the packing density of multi-sized and multi-component particulate system was developed. For this purpose, the experiment to measure the packing density of AP (ammonium perchlorate) and Al (aluminum) particles with different sizes and their mixtures was carried out. The packing densities obtained from various experiments were compared with the predicted data from the developed software program. In the case of the packing density of the binary system, which is comprised of two different size particles and/or two different components, the relative errors were ranged 0.25~13.13%, and in the same venue the relative errors of the ternary system were 0.25~13.13%. Agreement between experimental data and the predicted results is reasonably accurate. In order to achieve the targeted packing density, the software program calculated the contour of the component particles and this will contribute the formulation of optimal packing systems.

  • Industrial machines have constraints on movement due to its wire for power supply. Recently, the research on wireless power supply for industrial machine which is required to move freely is receiving a lot of attention. In this paper, we suggest a magnetic induction system which can charge a equipment's battery with wireless at a close range. The system was designed to operate at 13.56 MHz and a distance of 20~30 mm between the transmitting and the receiving power module. From experiment, it was found that it takes about 135 minutes for charging the battery with about 15 V using the proposed system.

  • In this paper, KSLV-I flight test data and critical design results of filling operation for liquid oxygen filling system are compared to validate the reliability of the critical design modeling. Applying the filling and operation conditions on the critical design modeling, comparison of major flow rates and pressure values between test data and calculation results are conducted.

  • 본 논문에서는 라즈베리파이(Raspberry Pi)와 실시간 객체 감지 기술인 YOLO를 이용한 전기차충전기앞불법주차 경고 영상인식 시스템을 제안한다. 최근 전기 자동차의 사용과 더불어 충전 인프라는 점점 늘어나는 중이지만, 여전히 전기차 충전기는 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 전국 1,000여 곳이 넘는 전기차 충전소에 대해 법령으로 인한 규제를 시행 중임에도 불구하고 불법주차를 하는 일반차 오너들은 여전히 많다. 이로 인해 전기차 오너들은 충전에 많은 불편함이 있다. 이 시스템은 전기 자동차의 번호판을 인식하여 실시간 객체 감지 딥러닝 기법인 YOLO를 이용해 전기 자동차의 번호판에 특정 부분을 인식하고 특정 부분이 없는 일반 자동차가 전기차 충전기 앞 불법 주차를 하게 되면 부저와 LED경고를 통해 주차된 일반 차량에게 경고를 하여, 불법 주차자와 더불어 주변을 지나가는 행인들에게도 전기차 앞 불법 주차에 대해 각인을 시켜줄 수 있는 시스템이다.

  • In this paper, analyzes the type of failure and its effect on the hydrogen fueling nozzle used in hydrogen station. Failure of hydrogen fueling nozzle was analyzed using a qualitative risk assessment method, failure mode and effect analysis. The failure data of hydrogen fueling nozzles installed in domestic hydrogen stations are collected, and the failure types are classified, checked the main components causing the failure. Criticality analysis was derived based on frequency and severity depending on the failure mode performed. A quality function is developed by a performance test evaluation item of the hydrogen fueling nozzle, and the priority order of design characteristics is selected. Through the analysis results, the elements to improve the main components for enhancing the quality and maintenance of the hydrogen fueling nozzle were confirmed.

  • Hydrogen utilization in the transportation sector, which relies on fossil fuels, can significantly reduce greenhouse gas by using to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and its adoption depends performance of hydrogen refueling station. The present study developed a model to simulate the back-to-back filling process of heavy duty hydrogen fuel cell vehicles at hydrogen refueling stations using a cascade method. And its quantitatively evaluated hydrogen refueling station performance by simulating various mass flow rates and storage tank capacity combinations, analyzing vehicle state of charge (SOC) of vehicles. In the cascade refueling system, the capacity of the high-pressure storage tank was found to have the greatest impact on the reduction of filling time and improvement of efficiency.

  • 기술의 발달에 따라 무인표지에도 기존의 등명기 이외에도 Racon, Fog Detector, 전기폰, 기상 및 해양 관측장비, 휴대폰 중계기 등 전력을 필요로하는 다양한 장비가 설치되고 잇는 실정인데 반해, 현재의 무인표지 전력제어시스템은 기존의 관습대로 등대 내 협소한 구내에 축전지, 충방전 조절기, 전력선 등이 널 부러져 있는 상태로서 효과적인 전력관리와 능률적이고도 안전한 전력 관리를 위하여는 종합적 전력제어시스템 설치가 필요한 실정이다.. 이 연구에서는 현재 무인표지의 전력 시스템을 체계적이고도 안전한 방법으로 관리 할 수 있으며, 축전지 잔량표시, 저전압 충전시스템, 낙뢰피해 방지 및 원격 감시기능 등 기능적인 측면에서도 뛰어난 성능을 가질 수 있도록 무인등대용 표준전력제어장치를 연구 개발하였다.
