Design Concept of Hybrid SIT (복합안전주입탱크(Hybrid SIT) 설계개념)

  • The recent Fukushima nuclear power plant accidents shows that the core make up at high RCS pressure condition is very important to prevent core melting. The core make up flow at high pressure condition should be driven by gravity force or passive forces because the AC-powered safety features are not available during a Station Black Out (SBO) accident. The reactor Coolant System (RCS) mass inventory is continuously decreased by releasing steam through the pressurizer safety valves after reactor trip during a SBO accident. The core will be melted down within 2~3 hours without core make up action by active or passive mode. In the new design concept of a Hybrid Safety Injection Tank (Hybrid SIT) both for low and high RCS pressure conditions, the low pressure nitrogen gas serves as a charging pressure for a LBLOCA injection mode, while the PZR high pressure steam provides an equalizing pressure for a high pressure injection mode such as a SBO accident. After the pressure equalizing process by battery driven initiation valve at a high pressure SBO condition, the Hybrid SIT injection water will be passively injected into the reactor downcomer by gravity head. The SBO simulation by MARS code show that the core makeup injection flow through the Hybrid SIT continued up to the SIT empty condition, and the core heatup is delayed as much.

Effect of Lateral and Posterior Placement of Single-Bundle and Double-Bundle ACL Reconstructions on Tibial Internal Rotation During Single-Leg Landing (전방십자인대 한다발재건술의 후외측다발 재건 및 두다발재건술이 외발착지 동작 시에 경골내회전에 미치는 영향)

  • Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are treatedwith surgical reconstruction. Although ACL consists of two functional bundles, only the anteromedial bundle is surgically reconstructed, and the effect of the reconstruction of the posterolateral bundle is unknown. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the posterolateral bundle and the effect of double-bundle reconstruction during single-leg landing. A 3D dynamic knee with various ACL reconstructed models was created using MRI, and single-leg landing motion was simulated using in-vivo human experimental data. The results showed that the lateral shift of the tibial insertion of the anteromedial bundle and the posterolateral bundle of the ACL constrain the tibial internal rotation more efficiently than a single anteromedial bundle can. In addition, double-bundle ACL reconstruction is less sensitive to inaccuracies in the tibial tunnel placement.

Cellular Structural Change of Barley Seedling on Different Salt Concentration under Hydroponic Culture (보리 유묘의 염농도에 따른 세포의 형태반응)

  • The salt stress at seedling stage of winter barley was examined in different concentrations of NaCl containing 1/2 Hoagland solution. Fresh weight of seedling at 30 days after seeding was highest at 25mM of NaCl concentration containing 1/2 Hoagland solution but if the NaCl concentration was more than 50mM it began to decrease seriously. Water content in plant was decreased according to increase of NaCl concentration in 1/2 Hoagland solution, so physiological mechanism of NaCl in barley was different from saline plant. Stoma number per cm$^2$ of first leaf was higher than that of control in case of stressed by NaCl but in that case the leaf length was decreased so the number of stoma per first leaf was slightly decreased. Chloroplast shape was not changed by 75mM of high NaCl contained 1/2 Hoagland solution but cell division at root growing point was inhibited by 75mM of NaCl. As the result of salt stress mitochondria was ruined in structure and irregular solid was found to be transfered from the cytoplasm to the cell wall in root growing point.

Alignment Algorithm for Nano-scale Three-dimensional Printing System (나노스케일 3 차원 프린팅 시스템을 위한 정렬 알고리즘)

  • Hybrid manufacturing technology has been advanced to overcome limitations due to traditional fabrication methods. To fabricate a micro/nano-scale structure, various manufacturing technologies such as lithography and etching were attempted. Since these manufacturing processes are limited by their materials, temperature and features, it is necessary to develop a new three-dimensional (3D) printing method. A novel nano-scale 3D printing system was developed consisting of the Nano-Particle Deposition System (NPDS) and the Focused Ion Beam (FIB) to overcome these limitations. By repeating deposition and machining processes, it was possible to fabricate micro/nano-scale 3D structures with various metals and ceramics. Since each process works in different chambers, a transfer process is required. In this research, nanoscale 3D printing system was briefly explained and an alignment algorithm for nano-scale 3D printing system was developed. Implementing the algorithm leads to an accepted error margin of 0.5% by compensating error in rotational, horizontal, and vertical axes.

  • In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es um die vergleichende Betrachtung von deutschen Urteilen OLG Munchen, Urt. v. 21. 4. 2011 - Az. 1 U 2363/10; BGH, Urt. v. 22. 5. 2012 - VI ZR 157/11) und einer Reihe von koreanischen Urteilen im Bereich des Arzthaftungsrechts. Sie behandelt die Kausalitat von Tatbestand und Rechtswidrigkeitszusammenhang in der normativen Haftungszurechung. In Korea gilt die sog. Adaquanztheorie noch entscheidend als bewertendes Zurechnungskriterium - sogar manchmal als umgangssprachliches Homonym im Sinne der Verh$\ddot{a}$ltnism$\ddot{a}{\ss}$igkeit angewendet -, die dogmengeschichtlich von Deutschland $\ddot{o}$bernommen wurde. Doch wie aus den deutschen Urteilen ersichtlich, ist sie dort schon $\ddot{u}$berwunden. Die Ergebnisse der betrffenden koreanischen Urteile sind zwar nicht unbillig, deren Urteilsbegrundungen aber theoretisch bzw. praktisch nicht $\ddot{u}$berzeugend. Nach allgemeiner Ansicht kommt es vielmehr auf den Schutzzweck an, der auch bei der Anwendung des ${\S}$ 393 KBGB gelten kann. Schlie${\ss}$lich wurde die $\ddot{U}$bertragung des praxisgerechten L$\ddot{o}$sungsansatzes in deutschen Urteilen auf rechtsvergleichende Weise dazu beitragen, die Zivilrechtspraxis in der koreanischen Justiz nachvollziehbarer machen.

Microstructural Analysis of Anodic Oxide Layers Formed in a Boric Acid Solution for Al Electrolytic Capacitor Foils (붕산용액에서 형성된 알루미늄 전해콘덴서용 박의 화성피막 조직분석)

  • Microstructures of barrier-type oxide layers on aluminum was studied by XRD, TEM and RBS. Fer formation of oxide layer. aluminum was anodized in a boric acid solution. The thickness of the oxide film subjected to applied voltage increased linearly at ratio of 1.54nm/V. For oxide layer anodized at 300V, amorphous structure of oxide layer was not transformed after heat treatment at 50$0^{\circ}C$ , while for oxide layers anodized at higher voltages the amorphous structure crystallized into a ${\gamma}$-alumina without any heat treatment. It was also found that the amorphous structure of oxide layer formed at 100V transformed into crystalline structure by electron irradiation. The structure was identified as ${\gamma}$-alumina.

  • The effects of additives in the HCI etching solution on etching behaviors of aluminum foil as dielectric film for electrolytic capacitors were investigated. The etch pits formed in 1M hydrochloric acid containing ethylene glycol as an additive contain more fine and homogeneous etch tunnels compared to those in 1 M hydrochloric acid only, which led to the increase in the effective internal surface area of aluminum foil. After anodizing of aluminum foil etched in etching solutions, the LCR meter results have shown that the capacitance of dielectric film etched in hydrochloric acid with ethylene glycol was increased remarkably compared to that etched in hydrochloric acid only.

  • $TiO_2$films for photocatalytic reaction were synthesized by anodizing process. The photocatalytic efficiencies of anodized $TiO_2$were evaluated by the rate of decomposition of aniline blue. The properties of photocatalysis on anodic $TiO_2$films have been observed, but the efficiencies of photocatalytic reaction depended on the conditions of films formation. The microstructure of the anodic film formed in $H_2SO_4$ solution differed from that of $TiO_2$films formed in $H_2SO_4+H_3PO_4$ solution. It has been shown that the appropriate applied-voltage for anodizing of titanium for photocatalysis was 180V in both aqueous solutions.

  • 1999년 Zwilling 등은 타이타늄과 타이타늄 합금위에 불산을 포함하는 산성 전해질에서 양극산화 방법에 의해 $TiO_2$ 나노튜브를 형성시켰다. 그러나 HF의 강한 용해성으로 인해 튜브의 길이를 500 nm이상 성장 시킬 수 없다는 문제점을 가지고 있었고 그 후에 HF대신에 전해질에 $NH_{4}F$를 혼합하여 pH를 조절하는 방법으로 $TiO_2$가 용해되는 속도를 감소시켜 약 $2{\sim}4$배 더 크게 성장 시킬 수 있다고 보고한 바 있지만 수 ${\mu}m$ 이상의 길이로는 성장 시킬 수 없다는 한계를 가지고 있었다. 최근에는 불소이온을 포함하는 점액질의 유기전해질에서 높은 종횡비, 40-60 nm의 작은 기공직경과 매끄러운 튜브벽을 가지는 수 um이상의 나노튜브를 성장 시키는 보고가 있으나 $TiO_2$ 나노튜브의 제조에 영향을 미치는 파라메타에 대한 연구가 아직 많지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전해질의 구성, 전압, 양극산화 시 교반의 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 불산과 에틸렌글리콜 전해질에서 형성된 $TiO_2$ 나노튜브의 비 표면적의 차이를 조사했고 튜브의 길이와 기공크기도 양극산화 시 인가전압과 전해질 구성에 따라 다른 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 포어 바닥에서 국부적인 산성화를 유발하는 타이타늄의 가수분해와 $TiO_2$의 용해는 산화피막층의 용해작용을 증가시키는 수소이온의 농도를 증가시고 그에 따라 인가접압이 증가함에 따라 전해질 내의 이온수송을 활발하게 하기 위한 구동력이 증가해 전류밀도가 높아지는 것으로 확인되었단. 또한 양극산화 동안 전해질을 교반 한 경우 그런지 않은 경우에 비해 전해질 내의 유속(mass flow)를 증가시켜 더 긴 나노튜브를 얻을 수 있었다.

Mode Change of Deep Water Formation Deduced from Slow Variation of Thermal Structure: One-dimensional Model Study (열적 수직 구조의 장기 변화로부터 유추한 동해 심층수 형성 모드의 변환: 1차원 모델 연구)

  • Recently, it has been observed in the East Sea that temperature increases below the thermocline, and dissolved oxygen increase in the intermediate layer but decrease below it. The layer of minimum dissolved oxygen deepens and the bottom homogeneous layer in oxygen becomes thinner. It emerges very probably that these changes are induced by the mode change of deep water formation associated with global warming. To further support this hypothesis, a one-dimensional model experiment is performed. First, a thermal profile is obtained by injecting a cold and high oxygen deep water into the bottom layer, say the bottom mode. Then, two thermal profiles are obtained from the bottom mode profile by assuming that either all the deep water introduce into the intermediate layer has been initiated, say the intermediate mode, or that only a part of the deep water has been initiated into the intermediate layer, say the intermediate-bottom mode. The results, from the intermediate-bottom mode experiment are closest to the observed results. They show quite well the tendency for oxygen to increase in the intermediate layer and the simultaneous thinning of the bottom homogeneous layer in oxygen. Therefore, it can be said that the recently observed slow variation of the thermal structure might be associated with changes in the deep water formation from the bottom mode to the intermediate-bottom mode.
