A study on the effects of behavior intention and satisfaction by festival service quality (지역축제 서비스품질이 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study was conducted based on the evaluation items of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as an index. Based on the previous researches of various researchers, hypotheses were set up to survey the visitors who participated in the bamboo festival. As a result of the study, three factors of the festival service quality factors (hardware, promotion, guidance, and program) were studied through factor analysis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that PR and. Also, the event program had a significant effect on the revisit inquiry of the festival at .446. The effect of festival satisfaction on repeat visits and recommendation results. Beta (${\beta}$) values were found to be correlated with return visit (.584) and recommendation (.651). We will present the factors that need to be maintained through the World Bamboo Expo and the Festival of Damyang, identify the visitors' needs to visit again, and suggest some suggestions for Daelim's tourism industry, the fourth industry and eco-industry.

  • This study purposes the research to present local government and theoretical implications by analyzing the dissatisfaction and the negative oral transmission with the service quality in local festival. For these purposes, authors summarized the current researches on the significance of the local festivals and dissatisfied attitude, dissatisfaction and negative oral transmission with the service quality in local festival. The following conclusions were derived Gangjin Celadon Festival. First, Gangjin Celadon Festival is affected directly by responsiveness and assurance of the service quality in local festival. Second, results of the summary of findings in hypothesis proves to be affected the most dissatisfaction. The analytic results of this study presented the theoretical implications and policy suggestions of the local festival.

  • Service quality in local festivals is a crucial for visitors satisfaction. The study aims to identify the factors to influence visitors satisfaction in local festival. A field survey was used to collect data from 206 visitors to the Yesan Apple Festival in South Korea. The results showed that the program and products, staff, and landscape factors could significantly has a significant on visitors' overall satisfaction, whereas facility factor don not influence significantly. The study suggested that festival managers should allocate their marketing resources for the program and products, staff, and landscape factors to increase the visitors' perception of service quality. This study encourages festival managers to provide high level of festival quality to consider extension effects of the festival experiences from long-term perspectives.

  • The concept of visitor satisfaction and service quality are notably two important concepts in marketing. Two concepts are important in addressing theoretical as well as practical issue for marketers and consumer researchers. The study aims to identify the factors influencing visitor satisfaction in local folk festival. Data were collected from 432 residents of festival visitors through structured survey questionnaires. Results showed that whereas program contents and staff were more like positively to affect visitor satisfaction, accommodation and amenity affected visitor satisfaction negatively. Therefore, in order to visitors' satisfaction, practitioners and policy makers need to develop program contents and staff ability.

Study on the Importance and Performance of Food & Beverage Festival Attributes Using IPA (IPA를 활용한 식음료 축제속성의 중요도와 성취도 연구)

  • This study examined the differences of importance and performance perception level among the food & beverage festival attributes of visitors participating 'Daegu Chimac Festival' and also conducted importance-performance analysis (IPA) of food & beverage festival Attributes. The results were as follows: firstly, food & beverage festival attributes were grouped into four factors such as 'sanitation environment', 'food taste and variety', 'food quality and supplementary service' and 'food purchase convenient.' Secondly, the 4 factors and 21 items of festival attributes showed statistically significant differences in their levels of importance and performance. Finally, results of the questionnaire survey of 322 visitors at '2018 Daegu Chimac Festival' indicated that 'food purchase convenient' and 'food taste and variety' were important to visitors and had high performance. Although attributes related to 'food quality and supplementary service' had an low importance and low performance, and also 'sanitation environment' had an low importance and high performance in the IPA results, they were identified as the key determinants affecting food & beverage festival' success.

  • 현재 코로나 19로 인한 각종 지역특산품 축제가 축소 및 취소되어 지역발전에 저해 요인을 해결할 대책이 필요하다. 기존 특산품 축제의 문제점은 상품 품질의 우수성은 있지만, 접근성에 어려움이 있고 지속적인 정부의 방역지침으로 대면이 필수적인 특산품 경제에 타격을 입는다. 본 논문에서는 해당 문제를 해결하기 위해 비대면 메타버스형 VR 기술을 접목한 지역경제 및 관광 활성화를 제안한다. 해당 솔루션은 포톤서버를 활용한 실감형 체험 및 멀티접속을 구현하고 VR-Chatting 기술을 활용하여 대화로 시장 상품을 의견조율 가능한 시스템을 구현하였으며, 3D 아바타 모델링 기술을 활용해 지역별 특성화 캐릭터 제작 및 지역특산품 홍보로 기존 특산품 축제의 문제점을 해결하는 솔루션을 제안한다.

  • This study aims to suggest profitability models of local cultural festival to be a focal point of local culture to overcome the abuses as an annual event led by the local government agencies have been in force in every local areas currently, to elicit the local residents' voluntary participation and to engage the outside tourists in connection of a more effective promotion and marketing. The festival is attractive to people with that provoke mirth and inspire curiosity, but the festival is not a one-time event ongoing maintenance enlarge: It is absolutely necessary in order to effort to reach at consumer-oriented quality of service. Also this research intends to present a activation scheme by developing profitability models to make profits while holding a number of risks taking into account the characteristics of the local festival service carried out. To this end, based on established research, leading indicator and expert opinion were analyzed through multiple regression analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is to The exhibition's service quality was divided into three factors: event content, publicity, and empathy. First, the exhibition's service quality had positive effects on visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction. Visitors' perceived value also showed a positive effect on their overall satisfaction. Second, each of visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction had positive effects on their loyalty. Third, in effect decomposition, the total effect of the exhibition's service quality on visitors' perceived value was largest, followed by the service quality's total effect on their overall satisfaction and the service quality's total effect on their loyalty in order. In addition, statistically significant total effects were found between visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction, as well as between visitors' perceived value and loyalty. As a result, mediating effects such as visitors' overall satisfaction had a positive contribution. Accordingly, statistically significant effects were confirmed in the relationships between all endogenous and exogenous variables.

  • This research has analyzed the influence of Goyang Flower Exhibition Festival's service quality on emotion, perceived value, satisfaction, and re-visit intention. First of all, the service quality scale was composed with four factors : subsidiary service, exhibition contents, guidance service, space convenience. As the results of influence analysis, four factors had significant influence on attendee's perceived value and positive emotion respectively. Among those four factors, space convenience and guidance service showed high impact. Toward positive emotion. exhibition contents showed most influence while four factors are significantly related. Three factors of exhibition contents, guidance service, space convenience had significant effect on negative emotion. Also, positive emotion and perceived value was analyzed to have significant influence on re-visit intention.
