국내의 축사는 윈치커튼의 위치를 조절하여 줌으로써 내부의 기류를 교환하는 개방형 축사가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 개방형 축사의 환기는 외기풍속의 영향에의해 내부 기류의 흐름이 형성되어 바람이 없는 고온기에는 내부의 기류혼합이 잘 되지 않기 때문에 고온으로 인한 내부의 환경이 열악하다. 따라서 자연환기 축사에 배기팬 또는 입기팬을 설치하는 조합형 환기 축사가 주를 이를 것으로 판단된다. (중략)

농림축산식품부는 지난 11월 11일 "무허가 축사 개선 세부실시요령"을 지방자치단체에 전달하고, 이에 대한 교육을 순차적으로 실시하기로 했다. 농림축산식품부, 국토교통부, 환경부가 합동으로 만든 "무허가 축사 개선 세부실시요령"에는 올해 3월 25일에 개정된 "가축분뇨법 시행령 및 시행규칙"을 보완하는 내용이 담겼다. 농림축산식품부는 2018년 3월까지 무허가 축사를 적법화 할 계획이다. 이번 호에서는 무허가 축사 개선 세부실시요령 중 낙농육우 부문에 해당되는 내용을 발췌했다. 목장마다 무허가 축사 보유 실태가 다른 만큼 꼼꼼히 살펴보고 도움을 받는 것이 좋겠다. 보다 자세한 사항은 농림축산식품부나 시군 축산담당과에 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.

본 논문은 스마트 축사의 공기/수질/토양 오염을 감시, 살균 및 청소할 드론과 로봇에 관한 연구이다. 서론에서는 서귀포시에서 최근에 개발되어 보급을 시작한 스마트 축사 시스템의 시범서비스와 바른전자의 사례를 통해서 시스템의 발전 방향과 문제점들을 분석한다. 본론에서는 차세대 스마트 축사의 전체 구성도와 서비스 구성표를 작성함으로써 연구개발의 방향을 모색하고, 인공지능, 빅데이터 분석, 드론, 로봇의 협동 방식의 스마트 축사를 구상하여 현존하는 스마트 축사 시스템의 문제점들을 보완하였다. 결론적으로, 본 논문은 차세대 스마트 축사의 환경오염과 자연생태계위협을 근원적으로 해결할 입체적인 감지정보처리 및 실시간으로 오염/전염병의 예방과 선제적 대응을 포함한, 축사에서 발생할 오염 및 전염병 사고/사건을 관할 당국에 신고하고 행정명령을 처리하는 ICT기반시설을 제안한다.

The cattle shelters have been badly damaged by the recently large fires. so the reconstruction of the damaged shelter is very difficult. In the light of the seriousness of the fire like that, the preventive plan for the cattle shed should be thoroughly established. The preventive measure which the fire department performs presently is limited to the stopping the fire before it starts. More than anything else, The men who operate and manage the cattle shelters must know what to do. The written plan will assist them. To begin with, The fire authority should clearly specify how cattle should be protected from any outbreak of fire. Clear access to each fire shed is very important to protect the cattle safely. The manager of the cattle shelter should get ready for the fire defense equipment. Most fires of the cattle shelters are due to electricity faults. These renovations should be performed and checked immediately. Therefore, The manager should be ready assist fire chief or the professional organization to prevent the electricity fire. Fire Safety education should be planned for the owner and staff so all should know what is expected in case of a fire. The Fire Department will check the access road, the equipment available and an announced fire drills should take place every year in the cattle shelter. The Fire Department should check the access road, equipment for preventing fires and staff training each year.

매년 찾아오는 가축 질병과 강화되는 정부 규제 등 생산기반이 위축되는 상황에서 현 오리사육 농가가 생산성을 높여야 할 필요가 있다고 느낀 청정오리농장 황문주 대표는 고상식 오리사를 도입했다. 고상식 오리사는 깔짚을 사용하지 않아 작업자가 오리사에 들어갈 필요가 없어 작업자로 인한 가축질병 감염 위험이 특히 적다. 또 단위면적당 사육수수 증가로 더 많아 소득에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 특히 최근 정부에서 가설건축물에 대한 축산업 허가를 불허하고 기존 가설건축물도 5년 이내 건축허가를 받아야만 한다. 청정오리농장은 기존 비닐하우스 축사를 보강해 무창 오리사로 리모델링을 통해 정식 건축허가를 받았다는 점도 주목할만하다. 기존 축사를 리모델링할 경우 신축 대비 비용도 1/3로 절감 가능하다는게 황 대표의 설명이며 축사에 대한 투자 여력이 부족한 오리농가들에게 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 이 뿐만 아니라 황문주 대표는 최근 새로운 도전에 나서고 있다. 축사 1동을 고상식 축사로 개조해 사육실험을 하고 있는 것이다. 고상식 축사는 깔짚이 필요없을 뿐만 아니라 환경개선으로 질병차단은 물론 생산성 향상에도 크게 도움이 되고 있다는 것이 황 대표의 설명이다.

정부는 축산업 허가제 시행에 맞추어 허가대상 농가의 부담을 최소화하기 위해 축사시설현대화사업 예산을 대폭 확대하여 허가기준에 맞는 시설을 갖추도록 할 계획이다. 한편 무허가 축사의 경우는 건축법과 축산법은 별도의 법률이므로 기존 무허가 축사는 축산업 허가를 받을 수 있도록 할 계획이나, 신규 진입농가 및 사육면적을 확대하는 농가에 대해서는 적법한 축사에 한하여 허가토록 할 계획이다.

Smart phone and its applications are currently bringing about significant changes in our lives and it is expected that applying such technology in the area of agriculture could increase the value added and productivity of agriculture with its various uses. This paper proposed a smartphone-based application for monitoring and managing livestock barn in real-time anytime, anywhere. In the proposed application, the livestock barn environment and video information collected in ubiquitous livestock barn based on wireless sensor networks can be used by user to monitor the livestock barn in real-time through the use of smart phone to control the livestock barn facilities anytime, anywhere. This application can provide user convenience and increase productivity by allowing users to control their livestock barn facilities.

In this paper, we design and implement an advanced cattle shed management system using a infrared wireless sensor nodes and surveillance camera. Our system provides three main capabilities, such as 24-hours cattle shed monitoring, trespassing detection, automatic control of cattle shed. For this, our system can monitor cattle shed as well as the condition of cows/bulls for 24 hours per day by using surveillance cameras. Our system also can detect intruders inside the cattle shed by using infrared wireless sensor nodes. In addition, our system can control the power of electric equipments in the cattle shed by using a power controller. Finally, we combine the three components into a system by using a smartphone application program and verify the effectiveness of our system by a testbed.

We grasp safety awareness of a safety supervisor enforcing question survey of electric installation for national stables, and investigate use the actual condition of electric installment with a heating apparatus, a ventilating system, a distributing board, a wiring apparatus etc high fire dangerousness among electric installment using a stables I hope to make use of data to protect a electric fire submitted thesis.
