Management of gas safety is becoming important with increasing use of gas facilities. U-safety system is being promoted as part of national management of gas, and thus real-time and in-situ gas sensor should be developed. Detection method for When the gas sensor is installed in gas conduit, explosion may be likely, because hydrocarbon gases is usually used the difference of thermal resistance between reference and working electrode. Therefore, it is required to detect the hydrocarbons, such as $CH_4$ and CO, at room temperature via electrochemically catalytic reaction. In this study, Pt nanoparticle was doped on the porous gold powder by electrolytic plating method, and then it was used as catalytic electrode for CO oxidation. For Pt/PAu electrode, approximately 21% of CO conversion was obtained. It is noted that Pt/PAu electrode could be used to react the oxidation of hydrocarbon gases at room temperature via applying of external voltage.

The railway route and alignment planning have been executed with a limited number of alternatives based on the site pre-survey and the topographic map. This study developed an intelligent railway alignment planning program (ei-Rail) which can derive all the considerable design alternatives and provide the data for the alternative evaluation such as constructions cost, operation cost, and etc. According to the comparisons with prevailing planned railway projects, the time and cost for planning can be reduced as well as the construction costs. This program may contribute to the development of railway industry by reducing the time and cost for planning as well as the total project cost.

Purpose: We investigated opticians' and the public (including optometry students) opinions about university/college affiliated optical shops. Methods: Opinions about the university/college affiliated optical shops, their positive or negative effects, services range, how to obtain their operation cost, and so on were asked to 50 opticians and 51 public people (including optometry students) by a questionnaire survey, being statistically analysed. Results: Most respondents answered positive opinions about the university/college affiliated optical shops, anticipating better eye test ability of Koean optometry graduates through improved clinical education. Conclusions: The university/college affiliated optical shops are expected to contribute to clinical education and research in Korea. Legal revisions and efforts of each university/college are required.

The development of mobile communication technology has brought big changes in all the industry. By applying this technology to horse racing betting system, the technological possibility and the operational achievements could be finally measured. To judge the possibility that this technology can be applicable to horse racing industry, We decide to divide the horse racing course into two side(the inside and outside). And then for the inside of the racecourse, the wireless data technology is chosen and also for the outside of the racecourse, the wireless internet technology is opted. The application of mobile communication technology to horse racing betting is proceeded by the strategic cooperation among betting enterprise , communication enterprise and information supply enterprise. Betting by using mobile instruments in horse racing makes the records of the turnover and the new customer bigger and bigger. Therefore the gambling section can be also new model in the mobile business.

The IMO approved e-navigation strategy implementation plan made e-navigation adoption visible. In addition, the schedule for the modernization of GMDSS by the ITU was confirmed at the 4th NCSR meeting. Accordingly, we will complement the existing communication system and provide the requirements for the new communication system to be introduced in the future, reflecting all the requirements for the communication system capable of supporting the e-navigation service. Although the communication method for supporting e-navigation service should be capable of providing IP-based data communication basically, it is impossible to provide internet service because of the narrow-band characteristic in the MF/HF frequency bands. In addition, as the existing GMDSS satellite communication service organization expands and new services are introduced, IP based data communication service will be possible, but service restriction resulting from expensive communication cost can be solved by introducing VSAT service.

본 연구에서는 농업벤처기업의 활성화를 위해 경영현황 및 애로사항, 지원 우선순위 등에 대해 조사하고 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내 농업벤처기업 103개소를 대상으로 벤처기업협회에서 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석하였으며, 일반벤처기업 2,098개소, 농림어업 벤처기업 67개소를 대상으로 실시한 벤처기업정밀실태조사 자료를 토대로 비교 분석 연구를 수행하여 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 일반벤처 대비 높은 금융비용과 부채비율, 신규자금에 대한 높은 정부 의존도, 자금조달의 어려움과 벤처 투자 유치 실적이 저조함으로 인해 농업벤처기업의 재정 여건은 매우 열악한 환경에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 농산물 중부가가치가 높고 수출 가능한 품목을 선별하여 육성하는 투자 방안이 필요하며, 정부 보조금과 지원금 매칭 펀드 방식의 혼합 지원 및 크라우드 펀딩의 활용 검토가 필요하다. 둘째, 농업벤처는 일반벤처에 비해 R&D투자보다는 설비투자 비중이 높으나 연구개발 자금지원을 가장 필요한 방안 1순위로 꼽고 있으며, 자가 기술을 활용하여 비즈니스 모델화하는 데 어려움이 많은 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 제조업 기업 비중이 63.2%를 차지하고 있어 사업 분야의 편중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 고려하여 해외시장을 고려한 제품 연구개발 및 생산원가 경쟁력 확보, 그리고 관련 분야 투자유치와 고용 창출이 필요하다. 또한 개발된 기술의 사업화 지원을 위해 투자 기반 사업화 추진과 제조업 외 다양한 분야의 육성이 필요하다. 셋째, 사업규모가 적고 기업이 안정화되지 못해 신규인력 확보 및 유지에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 인력확보의 활성화를 위한 방안으로는 지속적인 농업 인력 감소에 대응하여 스마트농업 가능 인력의 양성이 필요하며, 농업벤처 지원 교육의 체계화와 효율화를 위한 컨트롤타워가 필요하다. 넷째, 국내외 판로개척에 대한 애로사항이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 위한 지원 방안으로 관 주도의 수출지원정책에서 민간참여 위주로 정책 방향 변경이 필요하며, 수출대상국에 적합한 전략적 농산물 및 가공식품 생산이 필요하다.

농림수산식품부에서 추진중인 "농업용저수지 둑높이기사업"의 기본 목표는 이 치수측면에서 농업지역 관개용수의 공급과 함께 하류하천 지역용수의 공급이고, 더불어 재해측면에서 취약한 농업용저수지를 보강하는 것이다. 하드웨어적으로는 수자원의 확보를 위해 저수지의 둑을 높이는 방법을 선택한 반면에 소프트웨워적인 물관리 운영의 측면은 운영기법이 정립되어 있지 못하다. 특히, 사업후 용수공급대상이 달라지는 만큼 기존 공급시스템 및 관리방식으로는 효과적인 공급이 될 수 없기 때문에 새로운 체계의 시스템이 필요하고, 확보된 수자원의 배분 관리에 따른 각종 민원 및 사회적 갈등 방지를 위한 기준 검토 및 대책 마련이 시급하다. 또한, 최근 부각된 기후변화에 대비할 수 있는 이 치수측면의 운영기준의 마련이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업용 저수지 둑높이기사업을 통해 재개발되고 있는 농업용저수지에 대한 물관리 운영 표준안을 개발하고자 한다. 농업용저수지의 수문학적 특성은 비교적 소규모이고, 하천의 최상류에 위치해 있으며, 유역의 형태별로 유출특성이 지역에 따라 매우상이하다는 것이다. 또한 농업용저수지의 용수공급은 기존에는 관개용 목적의 농업용수공급만을 목적으로 건설되었기 때문에 홍수조절능력이 없으며 지역의 기상에 따라 관개기와 비관개기 그리고 갈수기와 홍수기로 구분하여 저수지를 관리하고 있는 특징이 있다. 농업용저수지의 저수율관리와 방류량 결정이 운영방안의 핵심사항으로 지금까지는 논농업 기간의 용수공급과 홍수기 재해대비를 위한 저수율 조정에 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 또한 기존 물관리는 특정기간에 집중적으로 방류하고 이앙기가 끝나면 대부분 장마가 시작되어 크게 한발의 영향을 받지 않았으며, 농업용저수지의 공급량 결정도 논농업의 작부체계와 기상조건을 고려한 필요수량 계산으로 이루어졌기 때문에 물관리가 비교적 간단하였다. 하지만 둑높이기사업 후 기존 농업용수를 공급함과 동시에 하천유지용수를 연중 공급해야 하기 때문에 경험적 물관리로는 갈수기간 동안의 물관리 및 홍수기 동안의 저수율 조정 문제를 해결할 수 없다. 따라서 기왕의 경험적 용수공급에서 탈피하고 가이드라인에 의한 방류가 이루어져야 용수목적별 공급이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 물수지 분석 등 기술적으로 분석해야하는 과정을 종합하여 관리자가 쉽게 운영할 수 있도록 의사지원체계가 구축되어야 한다.

In the recent years, the government pay more interested in BTL projects, this led to rapid growth of BTL projects. But the project stakeholder has encountered with some problems during initial phase. As a result, a distinct need has emerged for analysis of risk factors for BTL projects. Based on real cases, this study resulted in risk factors influencing every phases and grouped risk factors into each phase. In addition, this study also perform sensitivity analysis in order to know how risk factors affect to BTL projects. Moreover, the result of this study can be used as a tools for anyone who study or encounter the same problems in the future. The paper can be used as standards for risk assignment that occur between competent authorities and private enterprises.

In the present age, a vehicle works important part in our lives and economical domain that transport people, freights, and everything. And both of its number and value are increasing more and more. But user's convenience, control system could not be archived improvement than technological success. In this paper, we suggest some kinds of administrative agendas; simplifying executive processes, designing vehicle information system using by RFID which includes Ubiquitous skill and optical communication network. Especially, this paper suggests public vehicle control model which can simplify every executive processes of vehicle's life in the newest method. There are many kinds of RFID applicative products about transportation. And a dual invest should be interrupted for economical purpose. So this paper also proposes some way for problems of these types.

This paper analyzes retailers' purchasing patterns of fruits and vegetables and the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets. While large-scale retailers purchase fruits and vegetables from various sources, medium and small-scale retailers and food service companies buy them mostly from agricultural product wholesale markets. The retailers point out the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets as a lack of quality uniformity, not sufficient cooling storage facilities, not sufficient space for shipping area, high distribution cost, unnecessary price fluctuation, and etc. In order to enhance the linkage with retailers, agricultural product wholesale markets, first of all, have to adopt more flexible trading methods such as private treaty besides auctions which are exclusively legitimate trading methods in the market. Necessary are enlargement of jobbers' operating scale, securing shipping space for retailers, adoption of inspection service, introduction of methods to stabilize auction prices, saving of loading and unloading costs, implementation of marketing strategies.
