The purpose of this study is to establish the basis of cash wages calculation of the extra cost for the local characteristics by analyzing the local differences of the extra costs of households with the disabled. It was analyzed by comparing the average population by combining the '2011 Survey on disability' and the '2011 municipal budget with disabilities' to analyze the local difference of the extra costs. The highest region of the extra costs was Incheon, and the highest region of the extra cost preservation was Seoul. The highest region of the disabled budget rate was Daejeon, and the highest region of the disabled per capita budget was Jeju. According to a independent two sample t-test, the disabled budget rate and per capita budget of the highest regions of the extra cost preservation were higher than the lowest regions of the extra cost preservation. With policy proposals first, the increase in cash wages of the extra cost for the local characteristics second, the increase the disabled budget and per capita budget of the local governments third, the plan for a decrease of the extra costs according to the extra cost items of local.

The study is concerned with doing research on the plan to prevent the dispute occurring between contract parties regarding the additional cost generated when the construction period is shortened during construction work. After the review of the claim cases and the judgment cases of the court regarding the additional cost caused by the shortened construction period, the representative problem is the incomplete regulations on calculating the additional cost. In the 1st stage of the results of the research on the problem, the procedure handling the additional cost is presented, and the process of planning and approving the shortening of the construction period is gone through in the stage of the procedure to prevent the dispute on the additional cost between contract parties. In the 2nd stage, the plan on enacting and revising the regulations on removing the incomplete problems of the current regulations relating to the calculation of the additional cost. The basis for the advanced contract management is provided by resolving the incomplete problems of the current regulations relating to the shortening of the construction period with the prevention of a dispute and the resultant loss.

This article is focused to examine the influence of relationship between additional costs and repurchase in the outbound package tourists regard to the role of the personal service and brand. It is analysed that the additional costs don't have an effect on the repurchase. And also there is no relationship between repurchase and personal service for the tourists. However the role of the brand plays a mediated effect in repurchase in the outbound markets. Nonetheless the manager and contact employee of travel agents have an attention to the personal service quality and brand as well.

교통사고는 인적피해, 물적피해, 사회적피해와 거시적으로는 심리적 피해까지 일으키며 많은 비용을 발생시킨다. 이처럼 교통사고로 인해 발생하는 다양한 피해요소를 비용으로 환산하여 추정하는 것은 교통안전사업의 절감편익을 산정하거나 기타 교통관련사업의 효과를 적용하기 위하여 활용할 수 있다. 하지만 현재까지 이루어진 사고비용 산출에 대한 연구론은 1당사자와 2당사자 구분없이 사고 전체를 아우르는 피해비용을 산출하는 방식의 접근 방법과, 사상자 1인 기준으로 발생되는 피해비용을 산출하는 방식의 접근 방법으로 나뉘며, 두 접근방법 모두 비용분석의 대상을 단일 객체로 간주하고 분석하는 한계를 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특정한 상호작용효과가 있을 것으로 예상되는 고연령 구간을 확인한 뒤 고연령 구간과 전체 연령 구간 사이에서 발생된 사고를 비교분석하여 1당사자와 2당사자가 모두 고연령 구간일 때 추가로 발생되는 사고비용을 산출 및 검정함으로서 고령자 사고감소효과 및 절감편익에 활용될 수 있는 상호작용 효과에 따른 추가 절감편익을 산출하였다.

국가개발연구원(KDI)에서는 새만금에 40MW 용량의 국산 풍력발전단지 조성을 위한 예비타당성 조사를 실시하였다. 본 사업에 대한 KDI의 비용편익 분석 결과 순 현재가치가 0보다 작고, B/C 비율은 0.73으로 경제적 타당성이 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 모든 비용과 편익을 화폐가치로 환산해 내는 비용편익분석은 여러 가지 외부효과로 인해 사업의 타당성 연구자들에 의해 주관적인 결과물이 나오기도 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 새만금 풍력발전 시범단지의 경제성 평가 재검토 연구를 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 경제성 평가 항목에 대하여 여러 가지 쟁점을 제시하고, 그 중에서 대기오염물질 저감 비용과 학습효과(learning effect)로 인한 비용 절감 편익을 추가적으로 산정하였다. 여기서 학습효과의 학습속도(learning rate) 를 세 가지 시나리오로 나누어 분석하였다. 두 가지의 추가 편익을 KDI의 기존 예비타당성 조사 분석에 추가한 순 현재가치는 상당한 양의 값이 나왔고, B/C 비율은 8.8 로 편익이 비용에 비해 크게 증가했다. 이러한 항목들의 포함 여부에 따라 타당성 결과가 현저하게 달라짐을 알 수 있다. 향 후 비용편익 분석이 정책 결정에 적절히 반영되기 위해서는 외부효과를 고려한 환경 비용, 그리고 학습효과와 같은 추가적인 사항들이 면밀히 검토되어야 한다. 시장에 기반하지 않은 이러한 외부효과로 인한 항목들은 대상과 시기에 따라 매우 다른 결과를 보여주기에 이에 대한 세부적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다.

사용자의 요구와 인터넷 어플리케이션의 발달로 규모가 큰 미디어 오브젝트의 수가 급증하고 있다. 따라서 네트워크 전송비용은 반드시 고려해야 하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 프락시 캐시 교체 정책들을 분석하고, 이를 개선한 G-N 및 L-N 정책을 제안한다. 이것은 프락시 캐시 소프트웨어인 'Squid'에서 채택하고있는 GDSF와 LFU-DA 정책에 네트워크 전송 비용을 추가하여 확장한 알고리즘이다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 알고리즘과 비교해 본 결과, 평균 응답 시간을 10%이상 감소시킬 수 있었으며, 추가로 드는 비용(Processing Overhead)은 3게 증가하지 아니 하였음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the life cycle cost of window glass with insulation film and regular glass, to verify an economical window construction method. As an approach method, the thermal performance data of each type of glass was measured using Window 6.3 and ECO2-OD Simulation Program, applied it to the case building to calculate the air conditioning and heating maintenance costs and LCC, and compared the economic feasibility. As a result, installing an additional insulation film prevents the solar heat penetration in the summer, so it reduces the cooling cost, on the other hand, it increased heating cost in winter. From the life cycle cost perspective, the effect of cooling cost reduction does not counterbalance the increase in heating cost and the additional cost from film installation and repair; therefore, the installation of insulation film may not be a proper method.

When, Software is developed, Applying development methods considering security, it is generated the problem of additional cost. These additional costs are caused not consider security in many developing organization. Even though, proceeding the developments, considering security, lack of ways to get the cost of handling the vulnerability throughput within the given cost. In this paper, propose a method for calculating the vulnerability throughput for using a security vulnerability processed cost-effectively. In the proposed method focuses on the implementation phase of the software development phase, leveraging static analysis tools to find security vulnerabilities in CWE TOP25. The found vulnerabilities are define risk, transaction costs, risk costs and defines the processing priority. utilizing the information in the CWE, Calculating a consumed cost in a detected vulnerability processed through a defined priority, and controls the vulnerability throughput in the input cost. When applying the method, it is expected to handle the maximum risk of vulnerability in the input cost.

1989년 12월, 소련 정부는 구체적으로 삭감된 약 7백10억 루블의 국방예산을 발표했다. 그러나 NATO의 평가에 의하면 소련의 군사비는 발표한 수치의 2배인 약 1천4백억 루블정도이다. 단기적으로는 병력수를 감축하고 각종 무기생산을 줄여서 얻은 절약비용이 동유럽과 몽골로부터 철수하는데 드는 비용과 이들의 재배치를 위한 추가비용으로 들어가게 된다. 소련 정부는 경제적인 석유독점과 종족 분규, 이에따른 법과 질서의 유지를 위해 군 개입의 딜레머에 직면할 것 같다. 이것은 군사비를 증가시킬 것이며, 또한 소련의 의사결정과정에서 군의 비중이 더욱 증가할 것 같다

본 논문에서는 향후 우리나라에 전자계 규제가 이루어질 경우 국민이 부담해야하는 사회 경제적 비용을 추정하였다. 여기에서 사회 경제적 비용의 추정은 전자계 규제치를 만족하기 위해 선로 지상고만을 조정하였을때 추가되는 건설비용을 기준으로 한 기초적 검토 결과로써 송전선로 표준 모델을 사용하여 예측한 결과 $20{\mu}T$로 기준 설정시 부터 사회 경제적 비용이 발생함을 알 수 있었으며, $10{\mu}T$로 기준 설정 시에는 약 20조원의 추가 비용이 발생할 것으로 예상된다.
