A Method for Optimal Moving Pattern Mining using Frequency of Moving Sequence (이동 시퀀스의 빈발도를 이용한 최적 이동 패턴 탐사 기법)

  • Since the traditional pattern mining methods only probe unspecified moving patterns that seem to satisfy users' requests among diverse patterns within the limited scopes of time and space, they are not applicable to problems involving the mining of optimal moving patterns, which contain complex time and space constraints, such as 1) searching the optimal path between two specific points, and 2) scheduling a path within the specified time. Therefore, in this paper, we illustrate some problems on mining the optimal moving patterns with complex time and space constraints from a vast set of historical data of numerous moving objects, and suggest a new moving pattern mining method that can be used to search patterns of an optimal moving path as a location-based service. The proposed method, which determines the optimal path(most frequently used path) using pattern frequency retrieved from historical data of moving objects between two specific points, can efficiently carry out pattern mining tasks using by space generalization at the minimum level on the moving object's location attribute in consideration of topological relationship between the object's location and spatial scope. Testing the efficiency of this algorithm was done by comparing the operation processing time with Dijkstra algorithm and $A^*$ algorithm which are generally used for searching the optimal path. As a result, although there were some differences according to heuristic weight on $A^*$ algorithm, it showed that the proposed method is more efficient than the other methods mentioned.

  • 최근 태풍, 지진, 산불, 산사태, 전쟁 등 다양한 재난 상황으로 인한 인명피해와 자금 손실이 꾸준히 발생하고 있고 현재 이를 예방하고 복구하기 위해 많은 인력과 자금이 소요되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 여러 재난 상황을 미리 감시하고 재난 발생의 빠른 인지 및 대처를 위해 본 논문에서는 인공지능 기반의 재난 드론 시스템을 설계 및 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 사람이 감시하기 힘든 지역에 여러 대의 재난 드론을 이용하며 딥러닝 기반의 최단 경로 알고리즘을 적용해 각각의 드론이 최적의 경로로 효율적 탐색을 실시한다. 또한 드론의 근본적 문제인 배터리 용량 부족에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) 기술을 이용하여 각 드론의 최적 경로를 결정하게 된다. 제안한 시스템 구현을 위해 여러 재난 상황 중 산불 상황에 적용하였으며 전송된 데이터를 기반으로 산불지도를 만들고, 빔프로젝터를 탑재한 드론이 출동한 소방관에게 산불지도를 시각적으로 보여주었다. 제안한 시스템에서는 여러 대의 드론이 최적 경로 탐색 및 객체인식을 동시에 수행함으로써 빠른 시간 내에 재난 상황을 인지할 수 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 재난 드론 인프라를 구축하고 조난자 탐색(바다, 산, 밀림), 드론을 이용한 자체적인 화재진압, 방범 드론 등에 활용할 수 있다.

Optimal Path Finding Considering Smart Card Terminal ID Chain OD - Focused on Seoul Metropolitan Railway Network - (교통카드 단말기ID Chain OD를 반영한 최적경로탐색 - 수도권 철도 네트워크를 중심으로 -)

  • In smart card data, movement of railway passengers appears in order of smart card terminal ID. The initial terminal ID holds information on the entering station's tag-in railway line, the final terminal ID the exit station tag-out railway line, and the middle terminal ID the transfer station tag subway line. During the past, when the metropolitan city rail consisted of three public corporations (Seoul Metro, Incheon Transit Corporation, and Korail), OD data was expressed in two metrics of initial and final smart card terminal ID. Recently, with the entrance of private corporations like Shinbundang Railroad Corporation, and UI Corporation, inclusion of entering transfer line terminal ID and exiting transfer line terminal ID as part of Chain OD has become standard. Exact route construction using Chain OD has thus become integral as basic data for revenue allocation amongst metropolitan railway transport corporations. Accordingly, path detection in railway networks has evolved to an optimal path detection problem using Chain OD, hence calling for a renewed solution method. This research proposes an optimal path detection method between the initial terminal ID and final terminal ID of Chain OD terminal IDs within the railway network. Here, private line transfer TagIn/Out must be reflected in optimal path detection using Chain OD. To achieve this, three types of link-based optimum path detection methods are applied in order of 1. node-link, 2. link-link, 3. link-node. The method proposed based on additional path costs is shown to satisfy the optimal conditions.

  • Recent planning for bicycle use is relatively low compared to other studies. Although studies for the bicycle roads accessibility are actively underway, those considering topographical elements and characteristics of the user behaviors are very limited. Choosing paths of cyclists is typically influenced by slopes and intersections as well as optimal distance. This study presents a method to find optimal paths considering topographical elements in case of choosing paths for school commuting using bicycles. Conversion formulae suggested here are tested on a Songpa area using round-trip directions and compared with traditional optimal path computation.

  • People tend to spend more time in indoor spaces than before such as shopping malls and subway stations. As buildings become larger and more complex, people feel difficulty in finding their ways to destinations. Consequently, a means to provide better paths can aid people in reducing time for finding ways. Routing information in large indoor spaces is especially required in emergency cases as fire, power failure and terror. This study suggests to compute optimal paths using $A^*$ algorithm based on raster GIS data structure. The suggested method can be used either in daily lives for path provision or in emergency cases for evacuation, and is illustrated on a campus building.

  • 본 논문은 AGV를 사용하는 물류자동화 공장에서 운송 시간을 단축하기 위해 최단 다 경로 알고리즘을 제안한다. 최단 다 경로 알고리즘은 A* 알고리즘을 보완한 것으로써 경로 분기점에서 최단 거리 선택을 위한 휴리스틱 함수($\hat{h}$(n))보다 작은 모든 간을 선택하여 저장하고 이를 재 탐색함으로써 다수의 경로를 생성한다. 생성된 경로를 본 논문에서 제안하는 소요시간 산출 방법을 이용하여 예상 소요 시간을 산출함으로써 최단시간에 목적지에 도달 가능한 최적 경로를 선택할 수 있음을 증명한다.

Optimal Path Search Algorithm for Urban Applying Received Signal Strength on Satellite Communication Environment (위성통신 환경에서 전파수신감도를 활용한 도심지 최적경로탐색 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we propose an optimal path search algorithm that applies the received signal strength between a mobile device and a satellite. Because the common path search algorithm is only based on the shortest path search, it is difficult to provide stable multimedia services for the satellite mobile devices. The proposed algorithm provides the stable communication environment for the satellite mobile devices based on received signal strength. In Satellite communications, changes in the radio quality are severe depending on the receiving environment. Therefore, an accurate analysis of the receiving environment characteristics is very important for providing stable multimedia services of satellite communications. The causes of radio attenuation are atmosphere attenuation, vegetation attenuation and buildings attenuation. These factors were applied to analyze the received signal strength. The proposed algorithm can search the optimal path in urban for stable satellite multimedia services.

Design of Fire Emergency Evacuation System using Potential Field (퍼텐셜 필드를 이용한 화재 응급 대피 시스템 설계)

  • This paper proposed that the method be searched for optimal route of evacuation by algorithm using potential field in specific situation, fire. When robot met an obstacle to be indicated it to ignition point, the installed sensor could be detected the point in restricted area. In according as the data of a fire detection sensor and a sensor complex in a building, the information was transmitted to server which computed optimal route of evacuation by algorithm using potential field. After that, it was able to blow a siren and mark the safe-path with using wireless device such as smart-phone. It was confirmed that the proposed method in functional test, fire emergency evacuation algorithm using potential field, was advanced in circumstance of simulation.

  • In this paper, we propose the new technique to compute the optimal route by considering the direction of distribution vehicles and the location for delivery, developing the algorithm of the shortest route to approach the location as applying the gemetic algorithm. This approach makes it possible for us to find the best route even under itineraries which include many destinations. Lively studies are currently in progress on the development of vehicle navigation software, combining PDA GPS, and electronic maps. Many web-sites are providing a varier of services which use electronic maps. Popular among these services is one that computes the optimal route between two positions that a user inputs. This service of computing the optimal route plays an important role in distribution industries such as home-delivery. For the distribution system. the construction of a vehicle regulation system enables us to calculate and manipulate the optimal route for distribution vehicles, to enhance the efficiency in making use of vehicles and labor, and to reduce costs.
