The Performance Evaluation of the Adaptive UPC Mechanism in ATM (ATM망에서의 적응적 UPC 메커니즘의 성능 평가)

  • 트래픽의 흐름을 조절하고 ATM 네트워크 자원의 사용을 최적화하기위해서는 폭주로 인한 성능 저하를 막기 위한 적절한 제어가 필요하다. 기존의 사용자 감시 제어(UPC) 메커니즘이 네트워크의 상황과는 관계없이 매우 불안정한 예방적 기능만을 수행하였고, qvj로 인해 셀 지연을 가중시키는 한계점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 OAM 셀을 이용하여 네트워크의 상태에 따라 능동적으로 반응하는 적응적 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘을 제안하고ㅡ 버퍼로 인한 지연을 고려하여 서비스의 한층 더 높이고자 한다. 제시한 사용자 감시 제어방식은 OAM 셀이 주는 정보를 바탕으로 네트워크 내의 상황을 판단하여 사용자가 요구한 서비스의 질을 고려할 수 있도록 리키율과 버퍼의 문턱값을 조정하였다. 네트워크가 분주시에는 리키율을 낮추고 버퍼를 줄여서 네트워크 내에 유입되는 셀을 막는 역할을 하고 네트워크가 한가할 때는 리키율을 높히고 버퍼를 늘여서 빠르게 네트워크 내로 셀이 유일도리 수 있\ulcorner 한다. 폭주 발생 시에는 셀의 유입을 막고 푹주 상태가 해결될때까지 스페이서의 작동을 멈춘다. 본 논문에서 제시한 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘의 트래픽 소스 모델은 IPP로 모델링하였고, 트래픽은 음성과 고속 데이터를 중심으로 시뮬레이션하였다. 음성과 고속 대이타 각각의 경우에 시뮬레이션한 결과를 기존의 방식과 비교, 분석한 결과에서 음성에서는 버퍼지연이 대폭 줄였고 고속 데이터인 경우에는 셀 손실율이 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 제시한 방식에 의해 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 질을 유지하면서 동시에 네트워크의 자원을 효율적으로 사용하였음을 알 수있었다.에 적합한가를 고찰하였다.베이터에 의한 아파트의 소음 및 진동에 관하여 그 현황, 원인 그리고 대책에 관한여 논하고자 한다.감 방법을 연구하였고, T.Sakai는 5자유도 모델을 이용하여 엔진 공회전시 발생하는 치타음에 대해 이론과 실험을 통해 해석하고, 엔진 회전수 변동, 클러치 특성, 변속기의 드래그(drag) 토크의 영향과 치타음 저감을 위한 개선된 클러치 특성을 제시하였다. 이 외에도 Thomas C.T.와 E.P.Petkus는 특정 차량에 대한 동력전달계의 비틀림 진동 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 이러한 연구들로 볼 때, 자동차 동력전달계에서 발생하는 진동은 이론과 실험을 통해 그 해석이 가능하며 설계에 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4 실린더 4 싸이클 1.5 L 엔진을 장착한 경승용차의 실차 주행실험을 통해 가속 페달의 급조작에 따른 차체의 종진동 현상을 측정하고, 엔진-변속기-타이어-차체의 반환정계 4자유도 진동모델로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 실차 주행실험의 결과치와 비교, 분석한 후 클러치 비틀림 특성을 비롯한 자동차 동력전달계의 각 설계인자들이 차체의 종진동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 해석하고자 한다.be presented.LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다.   • Among the five promotion strategies of Defense Innovation 4.0(DI 4.0), the military structure/operation optimization strategy aims to innovate the military structure based on advanced science&technology(S&T), and to integrate advanced S&T in the field of defense operation such as education&training and human resource development. As the future battlefield expands to AI-based unmanned/robot combat systems, space, cyberspace, and electromagnetic fields, it is necessary to train officers with the capabilities required in these battlefields. It is necessary to develop capabilities from junior officers who will lead the future battlefield to operating core advanced power based on the 4th industrial revolution S&T. We review the education system of the military in universities and propose a method of redesigning the education system that is compatible with DI 4.0 and can develop technology-intensive capabilities based on advanced S&T. We propose a operation plan of major and extra-programs that can develop the capabilities of junior officers required for the future battlefield, and also suggest ways to support the army's practical training.

  • The demand for an environment-friendly transportation system, equipped with low energy consumption, and low-or zero-pollution has been on the increase since the beginning of the World Trade Organization era. Simultaneously, the consistent growth of high-speed tram technology, combined with market share, has sparked a fierce competition among technologically-advanced countries like France, Germany, and Japan in an effort to keep the lead in high-speed train technology via extensive Research and development(R&D) expenses. These countries are leaders in the race to implement the next-generation transportation system, build intercontinental rail way networks and export the high-speed train as a major industry commodity. The need to develop our own(Korean) 'high-speed train' technology and its core system technology layouts including original technology serves a few objectives: They boost the national competitive edge; they develop an environmental friendly rail road system that can cope with globalization and minimize the social and economic losses created by the growing traffic-congested delivery costs, environment pollution, and public discomforts. In turn, the 'G7 Project-Development of High Speed Railway Technology' held between 1996 and 2002 for a six-year period was focused on designing a domestic train capable of traveling at a speed of 350km/h combined and led to the actual implementation of engineering and producing the '2000 high-speed train:' This paper summarizes and introduces one of the G7 Projects-specifically, the design segment achievement within the development of train system engineering technology. It is true that the design aspect of the Korean domestic railway system program as a whole was lacking when compared with the advanced railroad countries whose early phase of train design emphasized the design aspect. However, having allowed the active participation of expert designers in the early phase of train design in the current project has led to a new era of domestic train development and the implementation of a way to meet demand flexibly with newly designed trains. The idea of a high-speed train in Korea and its design concept is well-conceived: a faster, more pleasant, and silent based Korean high-speed train that facilitates a new travel culture. A Korean-type of high-speed train is acknowledged by passengers who travel in such trains. The Korean high-speed prototype train has been born, combining aerodynamic air-cushioned design, which is the embodiment of Korean original design of forehead of power car minimized aerodynamic resistance using a curved car body profile, and the improvement of the interior design with ergonomics and the accommodation of the vestibule area through the study of passenger behavior and social culture that is based on the general passenger car.

A study on the feasibility evaluation technique of urban utility tunnel by using quantitative indexes evaluation and benefit·cost analysis (정량적 지표평가와 비용·편익 분석을 활용한 도심지 공동구의 타당성 평가기법 연구)

  • If a new utility tunnel is planned for high density existing urban areas in Korea, a rational decision-making process such as the determination of optimum design capacity by using the feasibility evaluation system based on quantitative evaluation indexes and the economic evaluation is needed. Thus, the previous study presented the important weight of individual higher-level indexes (3 items) and sub-indexes (16 items) through a hierarchy analysis (AHP) for quantitative evaluation index items, considering the characteristics of each urban type. In addition, an economic evaluation method was proposed considering 10 benefit items and 8 cost items by adding 3 new items, including the effects of traffic accidents, noise reduction and socio-economic losses, to the existing items for the benefit cost analysis suitable for urban utility tunnels. This study presented a quantitative feasibility evaluation method using the important weight of 16 sub-index items such as the road management sector, public facilities sector and urban environment sector. Afterwards, the results of quantitative feasibility and economic evaluation were compared and analyzed in 123 main road sections of the Seoul. In addition, a comprehensive evaluation method was proposed by the combination of the two evaluation results. The design capacity optimization program, which will be developed by programming the logic of the quantitative feasibility and economic evaluation system presented in this study, will be utilized in the planning and design phases of urban community zones and will ultimately contribute to the vitalization of urban utility tunnels.

  • Recently, the development of new energy technologies has become a hot topic due to problems,such as global warming. Unlike renewable energy technologies, such as solar energy generation, solar power, and wind power, which are optimized to achieve medium or above output power, the output power of energy harvesting technology is very small and has not received much attention. On the other hand, as the mobile industry has been revitalized recently, the utility of energy harvesting technology has been reevaluated. In addition, the technology of tracking the maximum power point has been actively researched. This paper proposes a new MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) control method for a TEM(thermoelectric module) for load resistance. The V-I curve characteristics and internal resistance of TEM were analyzed and the conventional MPPT control methods were compared. The P&O(Perturbation and Observation) control method is more accurate, but it is less economical than the CV (Constant Voltage)control method because it usestwo sensors to measure the voltage and current source. The CV control method is superior to the P&O control method in economic aspects because it uses only one voltage sensor but the MPP is not matched precisely. In this paper, a method wasdesigned to track the MPP of TEM combining the advantages of the two control method. The proposed MPPT control method wasverified by PSIM simulation and H/W implementation.

Density Measurement Technique and Prediction Model of Fruit Juices under Freezing Point (빙점이하에서 과일쥬스의 밀도측정방법 및 예측모델)

  • This study was conducted to predict the density changes according to concentration and temperature changes under freezing point. This information is needed for the design of freezing equipment and for the efficient utilization of refrigerating system. Orange juice, Apple juice, Grape juice and Sucrose solution were used for the measurement of density in this study at the temperature range from $-5^{\circ}C$ to $-40^{\circ}C$ and at the concentration range from 10 to 40%. The unfrozen water fraction of samples was determined by Heldman's method. The density values were determined by measuring the weight of a frozen solution at each temperature with a known volume. Solutions were placed in the thick-walled aluminum tubes. When the solution was frozen the excess ice was removed with a razor until the surface of the ice was flush with the top of the aluminum tube. The tube and ice were weighted immediately. Knowing the volume, tare weight, and final weight, the density could be determined. With this procedure, the data of density and unfrozen water fraction for fruit juices and sucrose solution were collected. The density prediction models of fruit juices and sucrose solution under freezing point were established by the optimization computer program with measured experimental data.

Analysis of Hydraulic Characteristics Upstream of Dam and in Spillway Using Numerical Models (수치모형을 이용한 댐 상류 및 여수로 수리현상 해석)

  • Numerical models were employed to investigate the hydrodynamics of water flow in the lake behind a dam and the spillway where supercritical flows and negative pressures are likely to occur. In this study, 2-D model, RMA2 was employed to examine the upstream flow pattern and 3-D CFD model, FLUENT was used to evaluate the three-dimensional flow in the approaching region and flow distributions in the spillways and discharge culverts. The bathymetry and the details of structures were carefully taken into consideration in building the models. The results from applying the 2-D model for the planned Hantan River Dam show that large eddies, the velocity of which reaches up to 1 m/s are occurring in several places upstream of the dam. That means that the 2-D numerical model could be utilized to investigate the two-dimensional flow patterns after the construction of a dam. Three-dimensional numerical results show that the approach flow varies depending on stages and discharge conditions, and velocities at spillways, discharge culverts, and sediment flushing tunnels are differently distributed. The velocity distributions obtained from the numerical model and a hydraulic model at the centerline of spillways 100 m upstream of the dam show reasonably similar results. It is expected that 2-D and 3-D numerical models ate useful tools to help optimize the dam design through investigating the flow patterns in the spillway and at the upstream of the dam, which is not always feasible in hydraulic modeling.

Burr Expert System을 이용하여 Exit Burr의 최소화를 고려한 최적 가공 계획 알고리즘의 개발

  • 금형가공에 있어서 밀링머신의 가공에서는 절삭가공의 잔유물인 버(Burr)가 생성되고, 이러한 버는 가공의 정밀도를 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 후처리과정(Deburring)을 야기시킴으로 인해서 작업효율의 감소 및 생산성의 비효율적 낭비를 가져오게 된다. 따라서, 정밀도와 작업효율을 극대화하긴 위해서는 버의 생성원리를 파악하고, Exit Burr의 생성부분을 미리 예측하여 버의 생성을 최소화 할 수 잇는 작업 가공계획을 설계하여야 한다. (1)기존의 Burr Exit System에서는 피삭재의 단면형상인 Line과 Are처럼 단순한 형상뿐만 아니라, Line과 Are가 연결되어있는 복잡란 형상에 대해서도 버를 판별한다. 그리고, 가공 후 버가 생성되는 부분을 예측하고, 이때의 Exit Angle을 계산하여 이에 해당하는 기 실험결과 DataBase와 연동하여 생설될 버의 형상과 크기 등의 결과를 제공하여 준다. 더불어, 피삭재의 단면형상이 여러 가지 복합적인 형상으로 이루어져 있는 경우와 다양한 공구 경로까지 고려하여 실제가공과 거의 유사란 상황을 적용할 수 잇는 알고리즘으로 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 이제까지 개발된 다양한 형상에 대한 Exit Burr 판별 알고리즘을 이용하여 임의형상을 가진 피삭재의 다중가공경로 상에서 발생 가능한 버를 예측하고, 버의 길이나 가공시간 들을 정?화 하여 최적화하는데 필요란 요소를 추출해 보고자 한다. 또한, 이를 인용하여 Face Windows에서의 버의 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 최적 절삭가공 공구경로를 제시하여, 작업 효율성을 극대화하는 알고리즘을 Windows 응용 프로그램으로 구현하고자 한다.생성하기보다는 기존에 발생된 구매 지시의 우선적 사용과 기존 구매 지시의 납기 일자를 고객 납기에 가장 잘 맞출 수 있도록 변경하는 방안을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여 감염의 위험성을

Real-time Implementation of the AMR Speech Coder Using $OakDSPCore^{\circledR}$ ($OakDSPCore^{\circledR}$를 이용한 적응형 다중 비트 (AMR) 음성 부호화기의 실시간 구현)

  • An adaptive multi-rate (AMR) speech coder was adopted as a standard of W-CDMA by 3GPP and ETSI. The AMR coder is based on the CELP algorithm operating at rates ranging from 12.2 kbps down to 4.75 kbps, and it is a source controlled codec according to the channel error conditions and the traffic loading. In this paper, we implement the DSP S/W of the AMR coder using OakDSPCore. The implementation is based on the CSD17C00A chip developed by C&S Technology, and it is tested using test vectors, for the AMR speech codec, provided by ETSI for the bit exact implementation. The DSP B/W requires 20.6 MIPS for the encoder and 2.7 MIPS for the decoder. Memories required by the Am coder were 21.97 kwords, 6.64 kwords and 15.1 kwords for code, data sections and data ROM, respectively. Also, actual sound input/output test using microphone and speaker demonstrates its proper real-time operation without distortions or delays.

  • In this paper, we studied a light distribution for the LED chips arrangement using an optical design software. The structures of the edge type LED luminaires are reflector plane, LGP(lighting guide plane) and diffuse plane. The reflector plane is on the middle of the overall structure. We had simulation that placing LED chips on the reflector center of the reflector edge by changing the position of LED chips above the reflector center at 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm respectively. In the case, when LED chips are on the center of the reflector, it shows the light distribution of the general diffuse illumination, the semi-direct distribution with 0.56 efficiency and the direct distribution with 0.31 efficiency. And the wedge type LGP shows more efficiency than the flat type. Gradually increasing shape of semi-spherical type by 0.015mm has power of 1.02W, efficiency of 0.25, and maximum luminous intensity of 0.104W/sr, it also and shows the better optical characteristics than the reflector plane that have no patterns.
