This study examined the purchasing behavior of cosmetics among Japanese, Chinese tourists and Koreans, as well as the differences according to nationality. Based on a literature study, a questionnaire was developed and a field survey was performed. A self-administered survey was conducted throughout Myungdong and Suwon. The 251 usable questionnaires were collected. A Reliability test, Factor analysis, Regression test, and ANOVA were used. The purchasing behavior of cosmetics has 5 factors gained by the factor analysis, including the functionality of cosmetics, the newest one of the cosmetics, brand-oriented cosmetics, impulsive purchase, and physical evidence. In addition, the purchasing behavior of cosmetics is becoming complicated, and the attitudes to cosmetics has changed. Finally, there are a few differences among Japanese, Chinese tourists and Koreans. According to this research, cosmetic companies must underline their brand and focus on managing the cosmetic functionality, physical evidence of the store, and the skill and attitudes of point of sales.

The renewal update of the digital map constructed through NGIS has been conducted for the enhancement of usage, maintenance so that the latest data is guaranteed. The total update has been done every five years for five regions of the country using aerial photographs and satellite images. By launching the third phase of NGIS, the updating plan was changed from total to total or partial update including the real time update scheme. Furthermore, the update period was improved from five to two years and four years for a large and a small city, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to develope a matching technique which combines various geographic information (such as drawing map, surveying drawing and map) with exact position on the digital map. In this study, we developed a matching algorithm based on central point and suggested a method which uses general surveying drawing for revision/update of the digital map. The general survey is conducted when a civilian development on lands are approved. Thus, the outcome from the survey, which is the general survey drawing, contains the latest various contents such as road, building, water pipe and manhole. A consistent and efficient method using the general survey drawing for near real time update of the digital map by applying the developed matching algorithm is presented.

Since a 'Well-being' theme had become an issue in 90's, everyone now care about their health more than ever. Besides, IT has been developed so tremendously that we have various ways to collect up-to-dated information through the internet. There are so many web sites that contain information about health and diet. However, the menus of these web sites are not simplified and the content is too large, so the information we see in those web sites may not be accurate. Also, some information is out-of-dated. In this paper, we propose a web site called 'Calory&Diet' that provides customized information on diet. The characteristics of the web site are as following: First, the menu is so simple that users can easily find information they want. Second, it only provides necessary customized information. Lastly, it uses an open application that helps users always get the latest information without DB updates. With its user friendly menu and feedback information, the proposed web site can be a good advisor for people who want to be healthy. 100 offers the user survey results than existing systems, simple system to 2%, 3% from a custom-related topics, the latest related topics were 3% higher on 5 point scale.

The facility area occupies approximately 50% of the topographic landmarks playing an important role in the utilization of geographical information in various fields, and requires more up-to-date information than the framework data of other areas. However, the expression mode in the 1:5000 digital map, which is a primitive data used for the preparation of framework data in the facility area, limits the description of the information on buildings, and its revision/renewal term of 5 years makes it far from up-to-date or accurate. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the problems and quality deteriorating factors that may occur in establishing the framework data on the basis of existing establishment process of them in the facility area, and improve the qualify of the framework data in facility area by upgrading the methods of quality improvement. Expanding the information on attributes and improving the accuracy of locations were proposed as ways to increase the degree of utilization of the framework data in the facility area. And as the methods of expanding the information on attributes, it was proposed to improve the accuracy of the information on attributes for the framework data in the facility area using the information on attributes in the 1:1000 scale maps, and also to diversify the information on attributes in connection with the LMIS and AIS. To improve the accuracy of the locations, analyses were made with the potential problems that may occur in the establishment process through an experiment on the framework data in the facility area based on 1:1,000 digital map, and the results were used to present an improved, optimum process.

The maps produced by the NGII(geographical information institute) are composed of 1/1,000, 1/2,500, 1/5,000 large scale maps, 1/25,000, 1/50,000 and smaller scale maps. 1/1,000 digital map, as the most large-scale digital map made by the NGII, has been constructed with the beginning of NGIS(national geographic information System) Project in 1995. However, 1/1000 digital maps have been not produced by the fundamental survey on the basis of systematic planning at the national level, but a lot of parts have been constructed by the public survey for the purpose of the fiscal year of the local governments. Also, these maps have been not regularly updated because of big budget. In this study, we investigated problems related to the construction status, system, and area, and suggested plans that can improve these problems. As the improvement plan, we proposed a nationwide three regionalization for short-term modification and long-term regular update, reset of core downtown boundaries based on topographical features, diversification of budget execution method and an improved execution system.

In current, as the release of national base map with an equivalent scale and accuracy for the whole territory areas in South Korea, rapid spatial information industry such as national land development, GIS, and car navigation are used in a variety of spatial information industry as decision making method, and a lot of research and policies are proposed for the wide expansion of spatial information industry. For this, as of 2013, it contributes to the latest trend of spatial information field in order to solve the problems for the latest trend of spatial information, replacing modification of base maps as dividing the whole territory to zone with policy transformation by ordinary modifications. Therefore, this paper evaluates the possibility of modification and renewal of national base maps(scale: 1:5,000) using drones which currently get the limelight from a variety of research fields and industries. In particular, as a result of overlapping orthophoto, 3D point clouds extracted from images acquired by low-cost drones, and digital maps which are applied for the tasks of modification and renewal, it presents 0.2m precision and 0.1m accuracy. This means that drone-based photorgammetry technique can be fully utilized in the tasks of digital map modification and renewal because it conforms the error range of work regulation in making the national base maps(scale 1: 5000).

The e-learning system uses multimedia content for efficiency of a education and learner's convenience. With the web based e-learning, various multimedia services are difficult on account of physical factors such as network state and system performance. Also on the off line based e-learning, we have defects an insufficiency of interactions among learners and instructors, and an insufficiency of an adaptation about the latest information. In this study, we designed a multi-tier e-learning system using hybrid multimedia method, The proposed system can provide interaction and adaptability such as web based systems, and it can provide various multimedia content such as off line based systems. In experiments results, we know the proposed system improved users' convenience and an adaptability about the latest information, and interactions among learners and instructors when compare with existing e-learning system.

During global recessions, such as the 2008 financial crisis, Korean shipping companies have been undergoing a liquidity crisis that is comparably worse than other shipping companies worldwide. One of the reasons behind this repetitive vicious cycle can be the lack of ability to foresee the future by analyzing and understanding the volatile shipping market. Traditionally, in order to assimilate the shipping market, larger Korean shipping companies have been purchasing market reports published by Europe-based research companies and shipping brokers, leading to a digital divide by company size. To resolve this issue, the Maritime Exchange Information Center (MEIC) has been publishing shipping market reports that include essential shipping information such as freight rates by different routes; commodity trends for iron ore, grain, and coal; ship-building trends for new-building, second-hand, and demolition markets; as well as bunker price and port congestion. This research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of four variables-information usefulness, market reflection, information composition, and latest information-on information satisfaction. If the information satisfaction was found to be adequate, the analysis of actual proof was used to determine if the customers would be willing to purchase MEIC's report when it is chargeable. All the four variables were found to have positive effects on information satisfaction. In particular, latest information was found to directly affect the intention to purchase. Furthermore, high information satisfaction was related to the intention to purchase.

This study examines which factors will act as important factors for the public in designing a platform in the future to raise public awareness of the horse industry, and through this, a study on platform design factors of the horse industry to present insights on optimal platform design. For this study, structured questionnaires were distributed to 300 domestic adults who were interested in the horse industry to collect data, and the research questions set by using the statistical processing program SPSS 22.0 Ver were verified. As a result of the study, the usefulness of information in the central route and the playfulness of the information source among the peripheral routes were the most influential factors for consumer attitudes, and the up-to-dateness of information in the central route on consumer behavioral intentions. It was found that the attractiveness of the information source among the surrounding routes was the most influential factor. In addition, it was found that the positive attitude of consumers toward the horse industry platform is a factor that has a positive effect on the purchase intention and positive word of mouth intention for the horse industry in the future. Based on these results, this researcher needs to design content that can unravel useful information related to the horse industry in an interesting way to raise public awareness of the horse industry, and to provide the latest trends related to the horse industry at all times to draw real demand It should be possible and suggested that a design configuration that can make the platform feel more attractive is needed.

VANET은 MANET의 한 형태로, 다양한 교통 관련 응용에 활용될 수 있다. 하지만, VANET의 높은 이동성으로 인해 VANET에서 신뢰성 있는 라우팅을 제공하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 따라서 효율적인 라우팅 프로토콜의 설계는 VANET 응용의 성능에 있어 가장 중요한 요소이다. 이에 본 고에서는 기존 VANET 라우팅 프로토콜에 대해 상세히 알아본 후, VANET 라우팅 프로토콜의 최신 동향과 이슈에 대해 살펴본다.
