A Dynamic Service Supporting Model for Semantic Web-based Situation Awareness Service (시맨틱 웹 기반 상황인지 서비스를 위한 동적 서비스 제공 모델)

  • The technology of Semantic Web realizes the base technology for context-awareness that creates new services by dynamically and flexibly combining various resources (people, concepts, etc). According to the realization of ubiquitous computing technology, many researchers are currently working for the embodiment of web service. However, most studies of them bring about the only predefined results those are limited to the initial description by service designer. In this paper, we propose a new service supporting model to provide an automatic method for plan related tasks which achieve goal state from initial state. The inputs on an planner are intial and goal descriptions which are mapped to the current situation and to the user request respectively. The idea of the method is to infer context from world model by DL-based ontology reasoning using OWL domain ontology. The context guide services to be loaded into planner. Then, the planner searches and plans at least one service to satisfy the goal state from initial state. This is STRIPS-style backward planner, and combine OWL-S services based on AI planning theory that enabling reduced search scope of huge web-service space. Also, when feasible service do not find using pattern matching, we give user alternative services through DL-based semantic searching. The experimental result demonstrates a new possibility for realizing dynamic service modeler, compared to OWLS-XPlan, which has been known as an effective application for service composition.

The Effect of Korean Adult's Mental Health On QOL(Quality Of Life) -The Fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2010 (연령대별 성인의 정신건강이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 -제5기(2010)국민건강영양조사를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how the adult's mental health in Korea has an impact on the quality of the life. By using '2010 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey' data, 4,211 people among 20-year-old to 59-year-old adults were enrolled in this study. Frequency and percentage t-test using the SPSS WIN18.0 Multiple regression analysis was conducted and the results of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that in the 20s and 30s the females are a little more sleep than the males regarding the relationship between sleeping hours and the quality of the life of adult men and women. However, there are no differences between the 40s and 50s groups. Second, it is indicated that adult men are higher than women for the subjective health status when it comes to the subjective health status and the usual perceived stress. Although there are no statistical differences according to the gender in the 40s and the 50s, they have a little stress in general. Third, it is confirmed that only the subjective health status and usual stress perception give an beneficial influence on the quality of adult's life in the adult's mental health variations and the quality of life. In summary, this study was found that the adults in the 20s and 50s could increase their satisfaction of their life if they have more positive thinking and less stress from their life. Therefore, the systematical education and programs to manage the health and stress are required.

Biological characteristics of Scuticociliate with a polymorphic life cycle of ciliate and cyst isolated from cultured olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus (양식넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus에서 분리된 Ciliate와 Cyst의 생활사를 갖는 스쿠티카섬모충의 생물학적 특성)

  • Scuticociliatosis has badly settled one of most damaging diseases during the seedling production process of olive flounder. Paralichthys olivaceus in Korea. We isolated a new type of Scuticociliate from flounder. The parasite metamorphoses to ciliate and cyst phases with each other by environmental changes and survive for a relatively long span. The ciliate was measured average 41.8 ${\mu}m$ in length and 21.0 ${\mu}m$ in width, and cyst was 17.0 ${\mu}m$ and 13.5 ${\mu}m$, respectively. Nutritional condition was determined as a major parameter of metamorphosing between ciliate and cyst stages. The ciliate transforms to a cyst stage because of food shortage, and the cyst returns to a ciliate stage with a favorite environmental condition and shows active growth and reproduction. The ciliate multiplied at the maximal density of $2.9 {\times} 10^5 {m\ell}^{-1}$cells in vitro cultivation at $15 ^{\circ}C$temperature using MS BHI medium and bacterial food sources. The ciliate could be proliferated at a 2.5 to $30 ^ \circ}C$ temperature range, pH 6 to 9, and 1 to 55 ppt salinity. Particularly, it survived over one week at $0 ^{\circ}C$temperature showing a high resistance against unfavorable environmental conditions. And the cyst survived for 320 days in the condition of $5 ^{\circ}C$with no feeding, but its survival period was markedly shortened in higher temperature conditions. The chemotherapeutants (formalin and hydrogen peroxide) were clarified as effective chemicals against the ciliate during in vitro trials, but the effect of therapeutants differed in proportion, depending upon the density and the bathing time of chemical compounds.

작업관련성을 고려한 U라인 밸런싱+

  • 본 연구는 U자형 생산라인(U라인)에서의 라인밸런싱 문제를 해결하기 위한 유전알고리즘을 제시한다. U라인에서는 사이클 타임 내에 제품이 들어가는 방향과 나오는 방향의 작업을 한 작업자가 수행 할 수 있어서, 재공품 수량을 일정하게 유지한다거나 작업부하를 평활화 하는 등의 라인관리가 기존 직선라인에 비해 용이하다. U라인은 JIT(Just-ln-Time)생산 시스템에서 흔히 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 U라인에서 사이클 타임이 고정되었을 때 작업장 또는 작업자의 수를 최소로 하면서 동시에 작업장에 할당된 작업들 간의 관련성을 최대화하는 라인밸런싱 문제를 다루었다. 라인밸런싱에 관한 기존 연구는 대부분 직선라인에 관한 것으로 U라인의 장점을 충분히 활용하지 못한다. 특히, 라인의 작업장의 수를 최소화하는 문제는 많은 대안해가 있음에도 불구하고, 작업관련성을 고려하여 해를 구하는 기법에 관한 연구는 아직 미미한 실정이다. 실제 조립라인에서는 가능한 한 관련된 작업들을 동일한 작업자에 할당하는 것이 바람직하며, 이러한 작업편성은 작업자의 작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있다. 유전알고리즘은 자연계의 적자생존과 생물학적 진화과정을 모방한 탐색기법으로 조합최적화 문제에 효과적인 기법으로 널리 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 U라인에서 작업관련성을 고려한 라인밸런싱 문제를 해결하기 위한 기법을 개발하였다. 문제의 목적에 적합한 개체의 평가함수가 제시되었으며, 개체의 형질을 효과적으로 자손에 유전할 수 있고 유전 연산이 용이한 개체의 표현방법과 개체의 해석방법이 제시되었다. 컴퓨터 실험을 통하여 개발한 알고리즘의 성능을 보였다.월 초순부터 중순에 각각 최고 성기를 나타내었다. H. papariensis의 암컷과 수컷의 발광양상을 분석하고자 정지발광과 구애 발광을 구분하여 조사하였고 각각의 발광지속시간과 발광주기를 구분하여 측정하였다. 수컷의 발광지속시간은 정지발광(0.12초)보다 구애발광(0.17초)에서 1.4배 증가하였으며 암컷의 발광지속시간은 정지발광(0.15초)보다 구애발광(0.19초)에서 1.5배 증가하였다. 발광주기는 수컷에서 정지발광(1.26초)보다 구애발광(1.12초)에서 0.88배 감소하였고, 암컷에서 정지발광(2.99초)보다 구애발광(1.06초)에서 0.35배 감소하였다. 발광양상에서 발광주파수는 수짓의 정지발광에서 0.8 Hz, 수컷 구애발광에서 0.9 Hz, 암컷의 정지발광에서 0.3 Hz, 암컷의 구애발광에서 0.9 Hz로 각각 나타났다. H. papariensis의 발광파장영역은 400 nm에서 700 nm에 이르는 모든 영역에서 확인되었으며 가장 높은 첨두치는 600 nm에 있고 500에서 600 nm 사이의 파장대가 가장 두드러지게 나타났다. 발광양상과 어우러진 교미행동은 Hp system과 같은 결과를 얻었다.하는 방법을 제안한다. 즉 채널 액세스 확률을 각 슬롯에서 예약상태에 있는 음성 단말의 수뿐만 아니라 각 슬롯에서 예약을 하려고 하는 단말의 수에 기초하여 산출하는 방법을 제안하고 이의 성능을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션에 의해 새로 제안된 채널 허용 확률을 산출하는 방식의 성능을 비교한 결과 기존에 제안된 방법들보다 상당한 성능의 향상을 볼 수 있었다., 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을

The Effect of Radiation Therapy on the Healing Ability of Subsequent Surgical Wounds (방사선조사가 피부의 창상치유에 미치는 실험적 연구)

  • This study was undertaken to find the effect of radiation therapy on the healing ability of surgical wounds and on this basis, to find the proper time interval between the radiation therapy and surgery. Two hundred and fifty-two mice were used and a single dose of 2000 cGy was given in each instances to the hind limb of mice. Incisional wounds were produced after varying intervals in the previously irradiated areas and then they were followed up at regular intervals by the measurement of tensile strength. The wounds which received surgery immediately, 1 or 2 weeks after irradiation revealed marked delay and the wounds which received surgery 12, 16 or 20 weeks after irradiation demonstrated slight delay in wound healing in terms of tensile strength measurement. But the wounds which received irradiation 4 or 8 weeks before surgery did not differ much in the wound healing process from that of the control group. Histopathologic studies of the wounds demonstrated epithelization in most instances as quickly as in the control wounds. The appearance of fibroblasts and collagen fibers has delayed momently and appeared to have close correlation with the tensile strength healing curves.

  • The global demand for carbon neutrality in response to climate change is in a situation where it is necessary to prepare countermeasures for carbon trade barriers for some countries, including Korea, which is classified as an export-led economic structure and greenhouse gas exporter. Therefore, digital transformation, which is one of the predictable ways for the carbon-neutral transition model to be applied, should be introduced early. By applying digital technology to industrial gas manufacturing facilities used in one of the major industries, high-tech manufacturing industry, and hydrogen gas facilities, which are emerging as eco-friendly energy, abnormal detection, and diagnosis services are provided with cloud-based predictive diagnosis monitoring technology including operating knowledge. Here are the trends. Small and medium-sized companies that are in the blind spot of carbon-neutral implementation by confirming the direction of abnormal diagnosis predictive monitoring through optimization, augmented reality technology, IoT and AI knowledge inference, etc., rather than simply monitoring real-time facility status It can be seen that it is possible to disseminate technologies such as consensus knowledge in the engineering domain and predictive diagnostic monitoring that match the economic feasibility and efficiency of the technology. It is hoped that it will be used as a way to seek countermeasures against carbon emission trade barriers based on the highest level of ICT technology.

  • The purpose of this experiment is to analyze the basic status of brain. Which are consist of rest, attention and concentration, of the brain by measuring the temperature of color by changing RGB color after manufacturing LED-illumination stand. Basic status (rest, attention and concentration) of experimenter were measured temperature of colors having three difference temperature like as $2,300^{\circ}K$, $4,000^{\circ}K$ and $6,000^{\circ}K$. The results was shown that experimenter feels more comfortable and relaxation by decreasing the temperature of color. For example we can see the little increase of concentration index at $4,000^{\circ}K$ condition and we can estimate that right brain can be more activated at the $4,000^{\circ}K$ condition. But we can not find out any different at the $6,000^{\circ}K$ condition. Main cause of no difference from the color temperature was the similarity of color temperature under the general fluorescent lamp. And interface temperature of radiant heat design results LED and PCB was approximately 80 degrees to COMSOL Multiphysics, and changed until approximately 50 degrees until a floor plane of PCB, and verification as arranged chip LED to metal PCB, and it was possible, and a near radiant heat design was confirmed to an approximate value of, as a result, acid manufacture.

Development of Flood Control Effect Index by Using Fuzzy Set Theory (Fuzzy 집합 이론을 이용한 홍수조절효과 정량화 지표 개발)

  • Quantitative evaluation indexes for flood control effect of a multi-purpose reservoir used widely in Korea are the discharge control rate, reservoir release rate, reservoir storage rate, and flood control storage utilization rate. Because these indexes usually use and compare inflow, release, and storage data directly, the uncertainties included in these data are not considered in evaluation process, and the downstream flood control effects are not assessed properly. Also, since the acceptable partial failure in a design of water resources system is not considered, the development of a new flood control effect evaluation index is required. Fuzzy set theory is therefore applied to the development of the index in order to consider the data uncertainty, the downstream flood control effect, and the acceptable partial failure. In this study, the flood control effect of a multi-purpose reservoir is evaluated using the flood control effect index developed by applying fuzzy set theory. The Chungju reservoir basin was selected as a study basin and the storm events of July, 2006 are used to study the applicability of the developed index. The related factors for flood control effect are fuzzified, the acceptable failure region is divided from the system state to evaluate the flood control effect using developed flood control effect index. The flood control effect index were calculated by applying to the study basin and storm events. The results show that the developed index can represent the flood control effect of a reservoir more realistically and objectively than the existing index.

Ecological Characteristics and Management Plan of Geumdangsil Pine Forest of Yecheon (예천 금당실 송림의 생태적 특성 및 관리방안)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide data for the basic research to found the effective conservation and management plan for the Geumdangsil Pine Forest of Yecheon designated as Natural Monument No. 469. Furthermore, this paper suggest efficient sustainable forest preservation and using. In order to achieve the sustainable forest preservation, this study was to analyse topography, land use, tree growth, soil environment, forest usage and forest management, etc. According to analysis the results, the site area is located in the flatlands where is from 130 to 140 m above sea level. The around forest was transformed into agricultural land. The 565 individuals of Pinus densiflora grows in the forest, whereas, 25 trees was cut down or died. There are signs of 25 stumps. The most of 565 trees' diameter at breast height(DBH) was centerized between 30 cm and 50 cm, moreover, the average life expectancy of trees were 85.4 years. The oldest age of tree was estimated to be 200 years. The Sample trees of rate of branch growth is from 4.3 cm to 5.1 cm per year. The middle branch which is more vigorous growth grow 24.2 cm for 3 years. Moreover, the result of soil physico-chemical properties analysis of 7 plots, 4 categories which is soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphoric acid, specific electrical conductance was generally good, however, the 2 categories which is soil pH, exchangeable cation needed improvement. Currently, the site was not pressured by facilities and usage, however, there might be threaten by agriculture such as encroaching on forest. Therefore, there should establish comprehensive ecosystem management such as facility management, visitors management and operation management In this paper considered 4 fields that is ecosystem management, facility management, visitors management and operation management for sustainable management.

신서란 섬유를 이용한 종이제조 및 물성평가

  • 현재 제지용 펄프 및 펼프 원료의 국내 자급상태는 매우 낮은 수준이다. 따라서 원료 가격변동과 환율에 따라 수익성은 물론, 원료 수급에도 큰 영향을 받게 된다. 최근 버 진펄프의 가격상승은 재생펄프 사용량과 고지수입량을 더욱 늘리고 있으며, 이들의 사 용에 따른 품질저하 개선노력도 꾸준히 행해지고 있다. 그러나 원가절감과 품질유지라 는 두 마리 토끼를 한꺼번에 잡는 것은 그리 쉬운 일이 아니며 그 효과 또한 점점 미 미해 지고 있는 실정이다. 외국의 경우 이러한 문제점들을 펄프소재면에서 접근하여 해 결하고자 하는 시도가 있었다. 중국은 벗짚펄프를 제지용으로 적용하여 오랜 시행착오 끝에 성공을 거두고 있으며, 남미에서도 수수 등을 이용한 제지용 펼프 개발에 노력과 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 이는 제한된 원료의 사용만으로 직면하고 있는 여러 문제점 들을 해결하기가 힘들다는 언식에서 출발한 것이며, 새로운 원료개발 자체가 그 해결방 안으로서 충분한 가치가 있음을 보여준다고 하겠다. 이와 같은 맥락에 따라 국내에서 적용이 가능한 소재를 조사하였으며 우선적으로 신서란을 선택하게 되었다. 신서란은 뉴질랜드가 원산지로 알려져 있으며 오래전부터 제주도에 자생하고 있는 다년생 초본류이다. 수많은 경질섬유(hard fiber)중에서도 경제적으로 재배되는 유일한 작물로 선박용 로프, 그물, 범포 등의 원료로 사용되었으나 현재는 화학섬유로 대체되 어 그 사용이 전무한 실정이다. 선서란은 고강도와 우수한 유연성, 탄력성 및 양호한 광학적 성질을 가지고 있으며 무엇보다 척박한 땅에서도 생장이 왕성하여 재배가 쉽다 는 것이 가장 큰 장점이다. 본 연구는 펄프용 섬유로서 양호한 기본특성을 가진 신서란 을 이용한 펄프를 기존 제지공정에 일정량 투입함으로써 얻고자 하는 종이의 일반물성 개선 및 특수기능 향상에 도움이 되는 제지용 펄프로서의 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다.이어서 몇십%의 현을 억제하지는 못한다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국과 미국 패션제품의 지난 십년간의 가격 과 품질의 상관관계는 매우 약한 정(+)의 상관을 가지고 있었다. 한국패션제품의 전체 서열상관계수의 평균은 0.091이었고, 미국의 상관계수 평균은 0.192였 다. 상관계수의 수치만으로 볼 때 한국보다는 미국 패션제품의 가격과 품질간의 상관관계가 조금 높게 나타났으나, 양국간 통계적인 차이는 없었다. 또한, 한국 패션제품의 경우에는 제품군의 가격대별 상관관계를 살펴보았는데, 그 결과 1만원 미만의 저가 제품군과 330만원이상의 고가의 제품군의 경우 부(-)의 상관계수를 나타냈다. 둘째. 1990년대 한국과 미국 패션시장의 가격과 품질간의 상관계수의 범위는 제품군별. 산업범주별 로 상이한 분포를 보이고 있었다. 패션제품군별로 보 면, 한국의 경우는 가장 높은 '여행용가방(r = 0.707)' 에서 가장 낮은 '자외선 차단화장품(r = -0.58)'까지, 그리고 미국 패션제품군의 상관계수의 범위는 '팬티 스타킹'의 0.820에서 '남성용 런닝슈즈'의 -0.472까지의 분포를 나타냈다. 마지막으로, 제품의 가격과 품질에 대한 정보를 소비자가 알 경우 얻을 수 있는 소비자의 구매이득 을 추산한 결과 패션제품시장에서 완전한 품질정보를 가지고 있다고 가정한 '현명한 사람'은, 최고가격의 제품만을 구입한다고 가정한 '부유한 사람들'의 구입방식에 비해 최고 좋은 품질의 상품을 총 지불액의 비율로 보아, 한국의 소비자는 약 50% 정도를, 미국의 소비자는 약 91%나 되는 액수를 절약하여 구매할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 한국과 미국 모두 제품군별, 그리고 산업범주별로 상관관계가 차이를 보이고 있어, 양국의 소비자들이 패션제품 의 품질을 평가함에 있어 오로지 가격에 대한
