Purpose: This study is to explore the relationships among spirituality, death anxiety and burnout level of nurses caring for cancer patients. Methods: Participants were 210 nurses from a cancer hospital in Seoul. Data were collected from April until June 2012 and analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The mean score for spirituality was 3.51 out of six. Among sub-categories, the one that scored the highest was the purpose and meaning of life, followed by unifying interconnectedness, inner resources and transcendence. The mean score for death anxiety was 3.22, and the sub-categories in the order of high score were denial of death, awareness of the shortness of time, pure death anxiety and fear of matters related to death. For the burnout, the mean was 4.10. Among sub-categories, highest mark was found with emotional exhaustion, followed by depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The spirituality level was negatively correlated with those of death anxiety and burnout. Death anxiety was positively correlated with burnout levels. Nurses with the higher spirituality level also had a higher level of education and experience of spiritual education, believed in the existence of God. In contrast, death anxiety and burnout levels were higher among those with a lower level of education, atheists, and for those who answered that religion has little influence on life. Conclusion: Thus, it is necessary to provide spiritual interventions for nurses who care for cancer patients to develop their spirituality, reduce death anxiety and prevent them from burning out easily.
This paper introduces symbols from Ghana, the 'Adinkra', and expands upon the concepts associated with it. In other words, the world view, values and scalability that appear to form philosophical thoughts in everyday life. 'Adinkra' are symbols from Ghana in West Africa. Adinkra means 'goodbye' or 'farewell'. There are some 400 Adinkra symbols, but the meanings of the symbols have been lost. The first book on Adinkra is 'The Adinkra Dictionary' (1998) by W. Bruce Willis. Adinkra is related to the Ghanaian culture, and represents concepts such as philosophical ideology, history, historical figures, myths, legends, animals, plants, etc. In the old days, because of its meaning-'goodbye' or 'farewell'-Adinkra was generally used for funerals. But today, Adinkra is utilized in a full range of cultural events and activities. Each of the 'Adinkra' has various meanings. According to Willis, Adinkra is ever-evolving and constantly expanding. As a matter of fact, Adinkra continues to expand, evolve and develop. Nevertheless, no books have been published on Adinkra since Bruce Willis (5 May 2016 to the present). Adinkra provides insights into the rich philosophical, educational, and historical significance of Africa. Therefore, Adinkra requires evolution, expansion, and research. In this study, we will examine the Adinkra, divided into four categories. The first is related to God and the powers, the second is related to moral education. The third symbolizes 'love' and 'friendship'. and lastly, the fourth is 'life' and 'death'.
Metaverse is gaining worldwide interest, and related industries are developing rapidly. In the field of education, students' interest in metaverse is increasing, and education on metaverse-related technologies and services is required. However, since metaverse classes in universities mainly consist of theoretical education and domestic/overseas case analysis education, practical education that can apply metaverse technology to the real world is also necessary. In the cultural field, event contents such as entrance ceremonies and exhibitions are mainly produced for metaverse contents, and it is also necessary to study metaverse contents that can be sustained for a long time by people visiting regularly. In this study, educational contents that can link cultural participation in the real world with cultural participation in the metaverse were studied using the local cultural space as a medium to produce sustainable metaverse contents. The 'Metaverse Moonshin Art Museum commemorating the 100th anniversary of Moonshin's birth' program reinterpreted the real world of Changwon Moonshin Art Museum into a virtual world by collaborating with students on the Roblox. The 'Expanded Reality Moonshin Art Museum' program created an expanded Metaverse art museum that transcends time by augmenting the deceased Moonshin artist in the museum's exhibition space using HoloLens. For students studying culture-related majors, an educational program that combines metaverse education and practical training was conducted, and it is planned to be supplemented and used as a teaching plan.
In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es um das Primat des Seins und die Ereignisontologie, denen der Diskurshorizont zwischen der Ontologie der philosophischen Hermeneutik und der dichterischen $Repr{\ddot{a}}sentation$ der Seinsquelle in $H{\ddot{o}}lderlins$ spekulativem Gedicht, >Andenken<, das die spekulative Philsophie als eine Philosophie ${\ddot{u}}ber$ das Wissen um Ursein vor dem Denken darstellt, zugrunde liegt. $H{\ddot{o}}lderlins$ und Hermeneutische Ontologie nimmt erstens das Ursein, das die ontologische Voraussetzung des Denkens sei, als die nicht nur logische, sondern auch temporale Quelle auf Grund der Kritik an der reflexiven Struktur des modernen Denkens an. Zweitens suchen beide die $Gesinnungsm{\ddot{o}}glichkeit$ des Urseins, das niemals ein begreifbarer Gegenstand des Denkens war, deshalb immer schon ${\ddot{u}}ber$ das Denken ${\ddot{u}}bertrefflich$ ist, auf der ontologischen Seite aus der selbstnegierenden Bewegung des Seins, auf der erkenntnistheoretischen Seite aus dem sprachlichen Ausdruck des Seins: Insofern das reflexive Denken die analytische Unterscheidung zwn Prinzip hat, ist das Ursein deshalb der logische Ursprung des analytischen Denkens, weil das Unterschiedene aus dem Einen geteilt wird. Und das Ursein ist deshalb auch die geschichtsphilosophische Arsche, weil das Viele die geschichtliche Selbstentwicklung des Einen ist. Aus dessen Grund $l{\ddot{a}}sst$ das Sein, das allem vorausgeht, mit seiner geschichtlichen Selbsterscheinung als negativer $Selbstverkl{\ddot{a}}rung$ und darnit zugleich mit dem sprachlichen Ausdruck als der epischen Symbolisierung solcher Ereignissen sich selbst als etwas sein. Das Wort des Verstandes, das nur die Negationsbewegung der Analyse ist, kategorisch einbegrenzt ist, kann daher nicht das Verweilen bei dem Geschehen der $urspr{\ddot{u}}nglichen$ Seinsquelle sein. Das dichterische Wort, das der Stimme aus der Seinsquelle $zugeh{\ddot{o}}rig$ ist, ${\ddot{u}}bersetzt$ die Selbstbewegung des Urseins auf den hermeneutischen Sinnhorizont, in dessen Spielraum das Ursein sich selbst aussagt. $Schlie{\ss}lich$ hoffe ich damit, in dieser Arbeit davon ${\ddot{u}}berzeugend$ vorderseite zu legen, dass $H{\ddot{o}}lderlins$ Gedicht, >Andenken< nicht nur die poetische Gesinnung auf die Seinsquelle, sondern auch die hermeneutische Ontologie der Seinsquelle ist.
To clarify the breeding behavior of the hybrids between tropical and temperate area rice varieties, investigations were made on heading days and grain sterility. In this study, crosses were made in half way diallel involving 7 varieties: 2 photoperied sensitive Indicas, 2 less sensitive intermediate Indicas, 1 Ponlai Japonica and 2 high temperature sensitive Japonicas. The parents and $F_1$s were grown under 10 hours and 14 hours daylength controlled conditions at both IRRI(International Rice Research Institute, N$14^{\circ}$17') and Suwon(N$37^{\circ}$16'). F2s with their parents were grown at IRRI in the short day season, and at Suwon under natural conditions. Fa lines with their parents were grown at Suwon under natural conditions. Observations were made for heading days and sterility. The results are summarized as follow; 1. Heading days : 1. For the $F_1$s, earliness showed dominance or overdominance to lateness under the 10 hours condition, and dominance or partial dominance under the 14 hours conditions, at both IRRI and Suwon. 2. For the $F_2$s grown at IRRI during the shortday season earliness appeared to be dominant over lateness and segregation was not distinct and continuous. In the early season culture of $F_2$s at Suwon earliness showed partial dominance or was intermediate. In the proper season culture of $F_2$s lateness showed partial dominance or was intermediate. 3. In the combinations between late parental varieties which do not head at Suwon, transgressive segregants bearing effective panicles were obtained. 4. The crosses of parental varieties having long basic vegetative growth duration showed bigger variance in heading days, and significant correlation was found between of parental varieties and the mean coefficient of variance for parental arrays. 5. The means of heading days of F2 populations were significantly correlated with those of $F_1$ or mid-parents. The means of F 8 lines were also highly correlated with the means of $F_2$s, but, the means of $F_3$ lines grown at Suwon and of their parental $F_2$ individual, grown at IRRI were not correlated. 6. A faint heritability was calculated from the regression of $F_3$ lines grown at Suwon on the $F_2$ individuals grown at IRRI for most combinations, especially in the combinations involving shortday sensitive varieties. This implies low efficiency for the selection of heading days of $F_2$ individuals at IRRI to be grown in lines at Suwon. 7. No significant reciprocal effects were measured for $F_1$ and $F_2$ mean heading days. 8. Partitioning the observed photoperiod sensitivity. into two components, parental array mean md the deviation from this array mean, the parental photoperiod sensitivity contributing to the hybrids was measured in terms of general and specific combining ability for photoperiod sensitivity. 9. The photoperiod sensitivity of $F_1$s was higher than that of the parents, and it decreased as the generation progressed in most combinations of tested varieties. 10. The response of heading days to difference of temperature was weaker for $F_1$ hybrids than for the parents. The differences of temperature responses between the longday and shortday treatments were specific for the variety. 2. Sterility : 1. The $F_1$ sterility was specific for the combinations and not correlated to the parental sterility. The sterility of $F_1$s grown under the 10 hours condition was higher than of those grown under 14 hours. These results were the same at both locations, IRRI and Suwon. 2. The high sterile combinations in $F_1$ showed high sterility in $F_2$. The combinations between a high photoperiod sensitive variety and a high temperature sensitive variety showed high sterility and wider variance. 3. The mean sterility of $F_2$s was lower than of $F_1$s and the mean of $F_3$ lines was lower than of $F_2$s. Sterility decreased as the generation progressed, and the differences of $F_3$ sterility of different combinations were not significant. 4. A faint correlation between grain sterility and pollen sterility was observed in $F_2$ populations. 5. No significant reciprocal effects were measured in $F_1$ and $F_2$ sterility. 6. Following Griffing's method, specific combining ability effects were higher than general combining ability effects, especially in the combinations between highly photoperiod sensitive varieties and highly temperature sensitive varieties. 7. No distinct correlations were found between $F_2$ individual sterility grown at IRRI and $F_3$ line sterility grown at Suwon. 8. No distinct correlations were observed between heading days and sterility of $F_2$ individuals.

$21^{st}$ century is digitally civilized era. Technologies such as AI, Iot, Big Data, Mobile and etc makes this era digitally advanced. These advancement of the technology greatly impacted detection range of the radar. Human's eye sight can see about 20Km and hear 20 ~ 20000 Hz. These limitations can be overcome using radar. This radar technology is used in military, aircraft, ship, vehicle and etc. to replace human eye. However, radar technology is capable of making False Alarm Rate. This document will propose the fix of these problems. Radar's distortion includes beam refraction, diffraction and reflection. These inaccurate data result in deterioration of human judgements and my cause various casualties and damages. Radar goes through annual testing to test how many false alarm is being produced. Normal radar usually makes 10 to 20 False alarms. In emergency situation, if operator were to follow this false alarm, this might result in following false object or take 12 more seconds to follow the right object. This problem can be overcome by using different radar data from different places and angles. This helps reduces False Alarm rate and track the object twice as fast.
Non-face-to-face classes continue due to Covid-19. There have been e-learning classes since the past, but the difference is that the current non-face-to-face classes are blended classes that combine real-time and recording classes or combine face-to-face and non-face classes. It is also characterized by being able to self-filmed or choose various lecture platforms in a place other than a dedicated studio. The advantages of non-face-to-face classes can be learned beyond time and space, and repetitive viewing and learning speed can be adjusted. Greening classes have no time and place constraints, and real-time classes have the advantage of high communication effects with learners. Evaluating whether non-face-to-face classes provide sufficient quality compared to face-to-face classes or e-learning will be necessary if branded classes are considered for post Covid. In this paper, for the evaluation of the service quality of non-face-to-face classes, the essential attributes desired by the instructors were derived from the viewpoint of Kano quality attributes and a quality improvement plan was proposed. After expressing the degree of functions that non-face-to-face classes should have on the X-axis and the satisfaction of learners on the Y-axis, 23 quality attributes were classified into 6 quality dimensions. In addition, satisfaction coefficient, dissatisfaction coefficient, and customer satisfaction improvement index were derived. As a result, 50% of learners were satisfied with non-face-to-face classes, but the preference was slightly higher than satisfaction, suggesting the sustainability of non-face-to-face classes. In terms of the customer satisfaction improvement index, the ranking of attributes with the largest increase in satisfaction when improving class quality was as follows. Professors' quick answers to learners' questions, content that can fully explain the subject, what the professor explains easily, develop high-quality content that can be learned on mobile phones, fairness of attendance checks, and real-time classes should start on time.

This study was investigated on the antitumor effects of protein-polysaccharide fraction(PPF) extracted from seaweeds such as sea-lettuce and gonpi toward sarcoma-180 cells. In the PPF extracted from these seaweeds, the polysaccharide contents of sea-lettrce and gonpi were 52.20% and 48.16%, respectively. The highest levels of constituents monosaccharides found in seaweeds was fructose. The major amino acids were aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine and cystein. The solid tumor growth inhibition showed the highest level of 64.55% when 50mg/kg sea-lettuce was administerated. The life prolongation effect was 18.31% at 50mg/kg of gonpi. In the effects of immunologic activity, when 50mg/kg sea-lettuce was administrated, the number of circulating leucocyte showed the highest level (65.11%). The number of total peritoneal exudate cells of the sea-lettuce administerated group was increased significantly in comparison with the control group. The hematological analysis of the experimental group was similar with that of the control group.

A variety of guidance for students can be made with responsible professors. In other words, time and space constraints can be avoided because the mentor is easily met and guided by the university.
