The construction industry has complicated production processes with diverse disciplines and subcontractors, which is the major cause of lowered productivity. To solve this problem, multi-trade subcontract system is recently suggested. Some general construction companies have applied this method to some sections of work process. However, this is in the early stage of application. The purpose of this study is to define an integrated contract package for improving both contractor and subcontractor efficiency. First, this study recognizes construction company to need of multi-trade subcontract system. Finally, it suggests feasible activities which can be useful for a construction company to apply to this subcontract system.

It is very important to examine and compare initial plan with earned value repeatedly in construction. For this purpose, progress measurement, which reflects the actual progress correctly, is required and it is necessary that accurate field data should be offered. To measure the progress, the entire project mutt be divided into unit works that have an accurate scope of work, and required information must be distributed to the all parties. Under the circumstances of domestic construction industry which focus on the specifications, progress measurement needs to reflect the information of schedule as well as cost that includes the quantity of unit work and construction expenses. Therefore this research proposes weighted method of progress measurement based on the information of cost and schedule.

In this paper, we analysis a competition to organize knowledge map as initial prepare stage based on intellectual property. We also propose the method that can be used to constitute knowledge map related in area to use basic data. In order to extract analysis data, we choose LED as an analysis technology. We provide the result of total analysis for LED application area through analysis of patent level after we extract recent patent ratio, activity index, patent family size, cites per patent as center of patent data.

Recently, there is a growing interest in Fintech which is a business based on using IT to provide financial services. At the early stage of diffusion of Fintech, one of the issues raised is the concern for information security. This study examines actual users' information privacy concern and user resistance to Fintech services. We also investigates the effects of social influence and mobile Internet literacy on information privacy concern and user resistance. In particular, this research verifies the interaction effect between regulatory focus and information privacy concern to influence user resistance. Based on the findings, the results of this study provide strategic implications for firms which attempt to reduce user resistance to Fintech services and proliferate Fintech usage.

At the present, ship traffic monitoring and management are focused on the harbor area and the specified coastal zone in South Korea. It, however, is required that the Jurisdictional Sea Area of South Korea is monitored from two viewpoints: Safety and Security. Through a safe sea line (transport route) over the world, it is possible to expand our ocean economical territory. As a first step, we have been in field campaigns for integrated ship monitoring on the Ieodo Ocean Research Station in November 2013 after the first test in Gyunggi Bay.

In this paper, we propose an algorithm for initializing a target vehicle detection, tracking the vehicle and estimating the distance from it on the stereo images acquired from a forward-looking stereo camera mounted on a road driving vehicle. The process of vehicle detection extracts road region using lane recognition and searches vehicle feature from road region. The distance of tracking vehicle is estimated by TSS correlogram matching from stereo Images. Through the simulation, this paper shows that the proposed method segments, matches and tracks vehicles robustly from image sequences obtained by moving stereo camera.

전력거래소는 국내 유일하게 한국의 전력계통을 실시간으로 감시 제어하고, 계통의 안전성을 평가 후 최적으로 운용하기 위해 2002년부터 현 EMS 시스템을 운용해 오고 있다. 초기 모든 계통해석의 근간이 되는 상태추정의 운용을 위해 계통모델과 필요 취득 데이터를 대폭 정비하였다. 현재는 154kV 무인 변전소의 탭을 추가취득 하고 모든 아날로그 취득데이터의 그룹별 가중치 조정에 의한 상태추정 등 계통해석의 정도개선 노력을 지속적으로 추진해오고 있다. 또한 상정고장 개소와 발변전소 3상 단락 고장 개소를 대폭 확대 정비하여 예상되는 모든 고장에 급전원이 신속히 대처할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 무효전력 제어를 통한 계통손실 최소화 방안의 합리적 도출을 위한 최적화 기능의 실시간 계통운용 등 괄목한 성과를 거두었다. 본고에서는 이들 EMS 계통해석 기능을 중심으로 현재의 활용실태와 미래의 방향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

Between 1890-1914, the fundamental changes of the housing in United Sates of America were provoked to attempt the housing developments to adapt modern social system. The worthy of notice is that F L. Wright's Prairie House had been tested and built during the period as 'the first and second era' Despite the transition period in America, this represents that Wright's Prairie House series were developed. There are possibilities that some of the reformers assertion for Housing Development, on behalf of Arts & Crafts Movement, led to Wright's early house inner space design. For this reason, this study is to examine Ideologies that Wright has been accepted between the turning point of America's Arts & Crafts Movement and Hull House Circle. In terms of the ideologies acceptance, the study is also to examine how to be represented his inner space design characteristics. As the result, between'Simplification'housing development and the traditional housing In America, F L. Wright sublimated his own architectural aesthetic as accepting all functional elements to consider inevitability in this period, such as the association between economical and rational space, the plan to led on free plane, the spatial side and the stability of family life and the community, through the unification space having the consecutiveness.

새로운 에너지원으로서의 가스 하이드레이트 개발 연구는 한국에서는 2005년 산업자원부에 의해 가스하이드레이트 개발 연구 사업이 정식으로 출범하면서 활발히 진행되기 시작하였다. 2007년도에 종료된 1단계 연구를 통하여 동해에서 가스 하이드레이트 부존이 확인됨에 따라 2단계에서 부터는 가스하이드레이트 생산 연구가 연구의 중심으로 떠오르게 되었다. 생산 연구는 물성/생산 실험 연구, 전산모사 연구, 해외 현장 시험 생산 연구로 크게 나뉘어 질 수 있는데 현재 한국에서는 물성/생산 실험 연구가 가장 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 이에 따라 보다 체계적이고 계획적인 연구를 위하여 기 실험된 연구를 종합 분석하여 체계적인 실험 결과의 활용과 향후 연구 계획을 하고자 한다. 본 발표에서는 기 실행된 실험 연구를 수행기관, 시료의 크기, 경계조건 등의 실험 규모, 시료의 종류, 하이드레이트 형성 조건, 측정 물성, 채택 생산 기법 등의 실험 내용 등을 종합하여 소개하고자 한다. 1단계에서는 주로 실험실 스케일, 인공 모래 시료, 인공 가스하이드레이트를 이용한 실험연구가 주를 이루었으며 이를 보완하기 위하여 2단계에서는 중규모, 자연시료, 자연 하이드레이트를 이용한 실험연구가 시작되었다. 초기 단계에서 생산 기법으로 감압법, 열수 주입법, 열자극 법, 화학 억제제 주입법, 치환 생상법 등이 연구되었으며 그 결과 감압법을 주 생산 기법으로 하여 열수 주입법, 열자극법, 화학 억제제 주입법 등을 하이드레이트 재생성 억제기법으로 혼합하여 쓰는 하이브리드 기법들이 연구 되었으며 현재 세계적인 수준의 실험 연구 기술 수준을 보유 하고 있는 치환 생산법 연구가 또한 현재까지 활발히 진행되고 있다.
