The beginning of Web Services was aware of efficient technology for application integration, thus it was used to integrating the distributed enterprise applications or the applications between business partners. But, recently the usage of Web Services is spreaded out not only internet applications but also wireless network applications. The main reasons are that Web Services is the international standard of W3C, and Web Services is based on XML that has the neutralized characteristics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of a life cycle of a theme park through looking at Everland in Yongin, Korea. The life cycle of Everland is divided into four stages. In "initial development" stage(1976 - the mid-80's), Everland become inclined the characteristics of an amusement park by constructing the amusement facilities in the Flower Center(botanical garden). In "growth" stage(the mid-80's - the early 90's), Everland had full grown to the amusement park and inclined to a theme park. In "maturity" stage(the early 90's - the mid-90's), many visitors were not motivated to re-visit Everland because the facilities and events did not change often. Therefore, Everland makes plans for multiple theme park. In "rejuvenation" stage(after the mid-90's), Everland has practiced the plans for multiple theme park and has become the family and accommodating-oriented theme resort park. Since 1976 when Everland was opened, it has evolved from an amusement park to a theme park by creating various and continuous innovations in facilities and events.

Bare-topped thufur is called as frost scars, implying the rupturing stage of vegetated mounds, Field observations and measurements provide empirical information on the process and factors of thufur disintegration in Mt. Halla, Initial bare patches on mound apexes are scaled up by continuous removal of soil and vegetation, resulting in the formation of crater-like thufur, Frost action plays a primary role in thufur disintegration, In particular, pipkrake loosens soil particles within the bare patches and subsequently accelerates the degradation of vegetated mounds during periods with frequent diurnal freeze-thaw cycle and high soil moisture, Deflation also has an impact on thufur breakup in that the bare patches usually lack upper dark brown soil and are covered with granules, Withered shrubs such as Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii are frequently observed in frost scars and disrupted mounds, indicating that thufur disintegration has been probably influenced by global warming.

Since the 1980s, the academic interests on the regional geography have been renewed. This trend is usually called 'Renaissance' of the regional geography. Given this context, to explore diverse theories and methodologies in the regional geography is of much significance. Particularly, to examine the regional geography in Germany widens the understanding of not only the history, strength, and weakness of the regional geography, but also the discipline's status in the field of geography. This paper discusses the regional geography in Germany before World War II, focusing on varieties of theories and methods as well as the historical trajectory of the German regional geography. This discussion may well be significant in that 'Laenderkunde' became an important paradigm in the discipline of geography in Germany during the pre-World War II period.

Domestic slope related measuring system are mainly depending on manual and visual measurements and technical development for natural slopes is poor since the technology is developed focusing on artificial cut slopes. In addition, landslide with a debris flow is occurring frequently due to recent climate abnormally and heavy rains but early forecasts and prevention of disasters are in poor condition. Therefore, construction of ubiquitous sensor network (USN) capable of detecting dangers of landslide for rapid countermeasures is necessary. In this study, new measurements devices and measurement management techniques in compliance with domestic conditions are prepared by establishing ubiquitous based landslide monitoring system and standards of measurement management.

The process in the formation of primordial germ cells, primitive and early gonadogenesis were investigated by histological examination for the reproductive physiological study in the scorpion fish, Sebastiscus marmoratus. The primordial germ cells about $10\;{\mu}m$ in diameter were observed in the fibrous mesenchymal tissue located between gut and mesonephric duct of the larvae within the maternal body. As the fibrous epithelium extends to the direction of peritoneum, the primordial germ cells moved. From 31 days post parturition, the fibrous epithelium gets thicker, and the primitive gonad starts to form. From 49 days post parturition, as the primitive gonad of the primitive gonad extend, it starts to form cavity, and about 60 days post parturition, the formation of the ovarian cavity is completed. From 79 days post parturition, germ cells proliferated along the inner edge of the ovarian cavity.

This study reviewed reorganization of bureaucrats in the beginning of Lee Myung bak's government from the perspective of the relationship between politicians and bureaucrats. In other words, it analyzed the reorganization of central office group of Korean government in 2008 as the relationship between calling to account by politicians and avoiding calling to account by bureaucrats. Conclusively, first, separation or abolition of a certain organization was resulted from calling to account by president (the ruling party). Second, merging organizations was done because president wanted strong control on that agency or he wanted to realize presidential election pledge (policy) through the agency. Third, if an organization was not changed even though it was selected as the target of abolition, it meant that the organization succeeded in defense. As seen from the above cases, it was found that politicians and bureaucrats played a kind of game for reorganization of government organizations. First of all, if politicians succeeded in calling to account, the bureaucratic organization was separated or abolished. If bureaucrats succeeded in self defense, the organization became expanded. Finally, if both parties were even, corresponding organizations would not have changes.

Various types of the sports utility vehicles become more popular in these days. This phenomenon says the increasing demand of performance oriented vehicles for the various life style It is changing now the rather the simple needs of passenger cars of the past. This popularity is due to not only for the increased leisure time which resulted from the five day working labor policy, but also the development of automotive technology. In addition to a large variety of vehicle and enhanced performance is another reason either. There have been many kind of multi-functional vehicles from the early days of the automotive history, and most of them have been evolved from the $\ulcorner$Jeep$\lrcorner$ which were developed by American makers. And various type of orthodox and crossover vehicles that is combined to many functional aspects for a transportation has been revealed so far. Usually the ambi-tendency has been revealed, in which the crossover vehicle has been become compact, on the other hand the orthodox type of 4-wheel drive vehicles has been become larger for being heavy duty vehicles. And this would be expand widely to more vehicles and brands in the future.

The earlier animations aimed to express the characters realistically by making the illustrations look like moving and alive. Since then, animations have been influenced by development of media technology, men's changed mentality and evolvement of diverse social phenomena, while influencing them, too. Among them, the computer which emerged first in 1946 has sewed to more diversify the tools for realistic expressions of animations, and further, enhance the intellectual power of expression media only to expand the new visual expressions and thereby, usher in a multi-media video information environment. Moreover, this technology or computer has urged every discipline to disintegrate its conventional order for the post-modernism characterized by polysemous, diversified, obscure and sometimes, mutually contradicting elements, and as a result, animations had to find a new breakthrough in the conventional reality (cognitive and reflective reality). Thus, animations have been real enough to be perceived impromptu and emotionally, faster than the logical cognitive process beyond the simple technological barrier or the screen image processing. With such backgrounds in mind and by defining such a reality as 'sensuous reality', this study aimed to apply Gilles Deleuze's, reality of space to animation films and interpret it.

Mass resolution of the time of flight aerosol mass spectrometer for an aerosol component analysis depends on the initial direction and the initial energy of the ions. We have found that the shape of the optimum post focusing electric field is not linear. The maximum electric potential should be applied to the ions whose initial direction is 90 degree. To check on the post focusing effects, we have installed a laser ablation mass spectrometer. By using this LA-MS, we have found that the average energy distribution of the laser ablated ions is 8 eV. To establish the optimum mass resolution, a time delay and a high voltage are needed, and the results of the study show that 1500 nsec, and 3.7 kV are the optimum parameters for our system respectively. The isotope mass signals of copper show a good resolution.
