  • This study developed a fire early notification system that guides residents to quickly evacuate when a fire breaks out in a detached house, reducing damage to human life and property. The early fire notification system aims to notify village residents of a detached house fires at an early stage, and to quickly and quickly extinguish the fire in its early stages and safely evacuate residents. In addition, the system automatically transmits fire information to residents of municipalities and related organizations, guides the initial evolution of fires and initial evacuations, and provides a function to report to 119 and extinguish fires at an early stage. The early fire notification system consists of a communication system that provides fire information. As a result, this early fire notification system provides prompt and accurate fire information in the event of a fire in a detached house, guides safe and effective evacuation, and is an extremely useful system for simultaneous response during fire suppression.

  • The applications for considering their position and daily patterns of dementia patients have been developed in an early stage even if the older patients who have weaker or serious symptoms has increased in various forms. In this paper, we develop an android-based application which displays positions and pathways of patients on maps and provide messages in the cases of dangerous situations. Guardians need to register schedules including safe areas and personal information of their patients. This system registers behavior status categorized as normal or abnormal each position which is sent to a database. In particular, the deviation status is assigned in case the patients are not within the safe areas that their guardians registered on their schedule. The wandering status is assigned in case the patients are repeatedly passed by their pathways. This smart application contains the modules such as patient position sending, guardian and patient information, patient schedule and safe zone registration, position and behavior status registration, pathway display and message sending, and rescue request. This system sends the notification and alarm service providing normal and abnormal behavior with deviation and wandering status of patients respectively.

  • An ECG analysis with activity monitoring for the home care of elderly persons or patients, using wireless sensors technology was design and implemented. The changes in heart rate occur before, during, or following behavior such as posture changes, walking and running. Therefore, it is often very important to record heart rate along with posture and behavior, for continuously monitoring a patient's cardiovascular regulatory system during their daily life activity. The ECG and accelerometer data are continuously recorded with a built-in automatic alarm detection system, for giving early alarm signals even if the patient is unconscious or unaware of cardiac arrhythmias. The hardware allows data to be transmitted wirelessly from on-body sensors to a base station attached to server PC using IEEE802.15.4. If any abnormality un at server then the alarm condition sends to the doctor' PDA (Personal Digital Assistant).
