현재 국민의 여가활동 패턴변화와 주5일 근무제 도입 등으로 전통문화, 자연체험 기회제공의 장으로서 농촌이 재인식되고 있으며, 농촌전통테마마을사업(농촌진흥청) 등 농촌지역 부존자원의 잠재서비스 개발ㆍ연출 및 농촌마을만이 가진 다양한 가치 발굴, 이를 자원으로 활용한 마을 활성화 관련 정책 및 프로그램이 추진되고 있다. 이때 농촌마을 부존자원의 다양한 부가가치 개발을 통해 지역경제 활성화의 수단이자 공동체 활성화 수단으로서의 가치를 새롭게 인식하는 것이 중요하다. (중략)

이번호 릴레이 인터뷰 주인공으로 경기대학교 관광학부 엄서호 교수를 만나본다. 엄서호 교수는 농촌관광 마케팅 전문가로 관광모지론, 아마추어 관광 활성화론 등을 주창해 왔다. 지난 2004년에는 한국어촌어항협회가 운영기관으로 선정된 해양관광 포털 '바다여행'의 정보화전략을 수립하였고 2005년에는 어촌체험마을 컨설팅 사업 등에 참여해 우리나라 바다관광의 방향이 어업인이 중심이 되는 아마추어 관광 활성화에 초점이 모아지도록 유도하였다는 평가를 받고 있다. 현재 미국에서 연구활동을 하고 있는 엄교수와 웹메일 인터뷰를 실시해 본다.

The purpose of this study was to find the effects of the science camp program on Science Process Skills and Scientific Attitudes for the Scientific Gifted Students. For this purpose, this research developed the science camp program. This program was totally consisted 30 lessens. there was 2 part in this program. It contained Astronomic Space Science(14 class), Aerospace Science(16 class). To find the effects of the science camp program on Science Process Skills and Scientific Attitudes for the Scientific Gifted Students. 20 participants was selected. these students were attended at a scientific gifted class(5th grade) of an elementary school located in Ulsan. First, Science Process Skills was used to find the effect of the science camp program And the results were analyzed by SPSSWIN 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. the science camp program was a positive effects on Science Process Skills of the Scientific Gifted Students(t=8.649, p=.000). Second, the science camp program was a positive effects on Scientific Attitudes of the Scientific Gifted Students(t=3.431, p=.003). According to this research, the science camp program on Science Process Skills and Scientific Attitudes for the Scientific Gifted Students. It will be contribute on the curriculum construction of the gifted school or gifted class.

Refer ta the current state of optional curriculums and information related classes in elementary schools, the number of schools and classes, which is related in information education, is constantly reducing in recent 3 years. It is anticipated that the status of information education in school will get lower, because the extra-curricular activity is planned ta be changed with creative experience activity in revised education curriculum 2009, which is published by the ministry of education, science and technology. Moreover, the current state of information education in schools cannot actively handle the social changes and requirements but keep the old curriculums. This study explains the effectiveness and the examples of creative personality and fluency using educational robot in creative experience activity. We also tried ta find the probability of robot utilizing education as an expanded information education area in elementary school.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the features of science classes of Science Core Schools (SCSs) perceived by students. 654 students from 14 SCSs were surveyed with two open-ended questions on the features of science classes. The students' responses were analyzed with NetMiner 4.5, in terms of the centrality (of betweenness and of degree) analysis and the community analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the science classes of SCSs were perceived by students to be of the environment of free questioning, active participation and communication, caring teacher, more science experiments and advanced contents, and knowledge sharing; (2) science classes in SCSs were perceived to be different from those of ordinary high schools because SCSs provide more opportunities for science-related special courses (like project work, advanced science subjects), extra-curricular activities, inquiry and research activities, school supports, hard-working classroom environment, longer studying hours, R&E and club activities. The students' perceptions of SCS science classes appear to be in line with the characteristics of 'good' science lessons from previous studies. The SCS project itself and the features of SCS science classes would help us to see how we introduce educational innovations into actual schools.

야외지질학습은 교실에서 경험할 수 없는 물질과 현상을 관찰하고 직접 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공받을 수 있어서 매우 중요하다(Orion 1989). 또한 체험활동으로서 교실에서 학습한 내용의 구체적인 예를 제공하여 교육과정을 촉진시키는데 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 일반적으로 야외 활동은 교실 활동보다 학생들의 경험과 훨씬 더 밀접히 관련되어 있기 때문에 보다 의미가 있을 수 있다. 야외실습 중에서 얻은 경험은 학생들이 그가 관찰한 것에 대해 읽도록 동기화시키고, 교과서와 자연조건에서의 실제적 경험 사이의 차이를 연결해 주는 다리를 제공해 줄 수 있다(홍정수, 장남기, 1997). 야외학습을 위한 적절한 장소는 먼저 학습주제나 목표와 부합되는 곳이어야 하며, 지리적으로 가깝고 안전한 곳이어야 한다(김찬종, 2008). 그렇기 때문에 각 지역별로 학습주제와 부합된 지역을 선정하여 야외지질 학습자료를 개발하는 것은 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 전북 남원 일대를 중심으로 한 야외지질 학습자료를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 전북 남원지역은 한반도의 중요지괴에 해당하는 영남육괴 지리산지구에 해당하며 편마암 복합체를 기저로 이를 관입하는 수 차례의 화성활동과 지구조운동으로 복잡한 지질양상을 보인다. 또한 지리산 지역은 평안분지와 경상분지의 일부가 보존되어 있고 지질시대를 달리하는 각종 화성암류가 골고루 분포하여 각 지질시대별로 화성활동과 지구조 운동이 활발했음을 시사해준다. 본 연구에서는 남원 지역의 지질학적 특징을 관찰하기 용이한 지역을 대상으로 총 5곳을 선정하였다. 남원 시내에 소재한 춘향대교 아래 지역은 중생대 쥐라기에 관입한 저반상의 남원화강암과 페그마타이트가 다수 분포하는 곳이다. 이 지역에서는 무수히 많은 관입암체를 찾을 수 있는데 다수의 지진과 지각변동이 있었음을 알 수 있다. 두 번째 장소는 다양한 바위들을 관찰할 수 있는 구룡계곡 일대이다. 이 장소는 오랜기간 동안 물의 흐름에 의해 풍화와 침식을 받은 다양한 크기의 바위를 관찰하고 구별함으로써 풍화에 따른 원마도의 관계, 바위들의 배치 형태를 통해 고지형 및 고수류의 방향을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 남원에서 장수 방향에 위치한 만행산 주변에는 흑운모편마암에 우세한데, 이 지역에서는 흑운모편마암에 나타나는 변성구조로 볼 때 높은 열과 압력을 받은 광역변성작용을 받는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 관입암체 내에 다양한 맥들이 관입을 해와 이를 통해 관입암체들의 상대연령을 판단해보는 학습자료로 활용될 수 있다. 네 번째 장소는 남원시 인월면 인풍리 소재의 인월 피바위 지역이다. 이 지역에서는 압쇄상 화강암이 주로 관찰되는데 이는 기원암인 반상화강암이 동력변성작용을 받아 생성된 것이다. 다섯 번째 지역은 지리산 내의 뱀사골로 지리산 인근에 분포하는 대표적인 편마암인 반상변정질 편마암을 관찰할 수 있다. 변정이란 변성작용을 받는 동안 형성되는 것으로 변성작용을 받는 동안 생긴 것도 있으나 경우에 따라 생성당시 원래 모암속에 포함되어 있는 반정들도 있다.

One of the technologies in urban agriculture, hydroponics cultivation, has primarily focused on technological development, resulting in a lack of research on urban agriculture's cultural utilization aspects, encompassing cultural values associated with urban residents' leisure activities. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the participation constraints perceived by school community members when implementing urban farming activities using hydroponics and understand the structural relationships between the variables that influence decision-making from the perspective of leisure activities in urban farming. As a result, participation constraints in urban farming activities utilizing hydroponics were first categorized into intrinsic, interpersonal, and structural factors. Second, the results of hypothesis model verification showed that interpersonal constraints significantly influenced the participants' willingness to participate and their expected behavior. This study found the multidimensional perceptions of school community members regarding hydroponic urban farming conducted in urban spaces, particularly rooftops, and revealed the influence of decision-making factors on participation when conducting urban farming activities using hydroponic cultivation.

제 66차 IFLA(The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) 총회가 2000년 8월 13일부터 8월 18일 까지 이스라엘의 예루살렘에서 개최되었다. IFLA는 1927년 창설된 비정부 기구로서 그 주요 목적은 정보관리, 유통, 정보서비스 및 사서의 교육을 포함한 도서관 활동과 문헌정보학 전반에 걸친 국제적인 상호 이해 증진과 협력, 토론, 연구 및 개발을 증진시키고 도서관인들의 국제적 관심사를 논하는 토론의 장을 제공하며, 전 세계에 문헌정보분야 및 사서들의 활동 그리고 현주소를 하나된 목소리로 대변하고 알리는 단일화된 창구역할을 담당하는 우리분야의 세계적인 대표단체이다. 현재 143개국의 1622개 도서관 및 관련단체들이 가입되어있으며 우리나라에서는 우리협회가 1955년 가입하였다. 이번 대회는 'Information for Cooperation: Creating the Global Library of the Future'라는 주제로 전 세계에서 90개국 1800여명의 도서관인들이 참가하여 성황을 이루었다. 우리나라에서는 한국도서관협회 이두영 회장을 비롯한 총 36명이 참가하여 세계 각 국의 도서관인을 만나고, 배우는 좋은 기회를 가졌다. 뜻밖의 참관기 의뢰를 받고 망설였으나, 여행 중에는 수시로 간단히 기록해 두는 습관에 의해 메모해 두었던 것과 출장계획이 미리 잡혀있어 준비해온 과정 그리고 나의 여행체험을 바탕으로 하여 기행문 형식으로 적어 봄으로 미흡하나마 독자들로 하여금 본 대화와 여행의 경험을 함께 나눌 수 있게 되기를 바라는 마음이다.

Field trip education is frequently used in a primary education in Korea. However, it fails to provide specific research activities or feedback for students and lacks educational implication. We propose a mission-based field trip education using mobile phone. In this paper, we explain our design process, experiment at the zoo, and discuss the future work.

WTO 농업협상 이후 농촌지역의 새로운 소득원발굴을 위해 농촌관광에 대한 수요가 증대하고 있다. 이를 위해 '02년부터 정부의 정책적 지원하에 농촌관광사업이 전국적으로 추진되고 있으며, 공급주체인 참여 농업인 및 지역주민에게는 민박운영, 체험프로그램 운영 등의 새로운 시장환경에 적응하기 위한 다각적인 경영활동이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부 정책사업 또는 자생적으로 농촌민박 경영에 참여하는 농가들을 대상으로 민박 경영활동이 적절한 수익모델을 갖추고 지속가능한 구조로 정착될 수 있도록 농촌민박의 실태를 분석하여 정책적 지원과 관리운영에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실태조사는 “02년도의 정책사업 시범마을 10개 마을과 일반 민박마을 12개 마을 계 22개 마을을 선정하여, 해당마을의 민박농가, 내방객, 지역주민을 각각 4∼5명 계 312명 대상으로 설문 조사하였다.
