국가 과학기술 경쟁력 재고를 위하여 R&D기관에서 생성되는 연구데이터를 종합적으로 관리하고 서비스하는 데이터 관리/서비스 시스템의 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 VKH (Visible Korean Human) 데이터를 3차원으로 시각화 서비스하는 플랫폼을 제안하고 구현한다. VKH 데이터는 사망과 동시에 급속 냉동한 인간의 신체를 0.2mm 간격으로 절단하며 촬영한 방대한 양의 실사 이미지 데이터베이스이며, 전통적인 생물학, 의학 분야의 연구뿐만 아니라, 현실감 있는 3D 이미지 구축을 위한 기반 데이터로 이용되고 있다. VKH 데이터 기반의 3D 데이터 시각화 플랫폼은 사용자 접근 편의성을 위하여 웹을 기반으로 구현되고, 트리 형식의 인체 구조 온톨로지와 연동하여 해당하는 인체 구성 요소를 체계적으로 관찰하는 기능, 사용자의 원하는 인체 구성 요소들만을 3D 화면에서 조합하고 관찰하는 기능, 위키피디아 백과사전을 참조하는 기능을 포함한다. 현재 인체의 머리 부분 3D 데이터를 대상으로 플랫폼이 구축되고 있으며, 향후 전체 인체를 대상으로 서비스할 예정이다.

Since the KTX starts operation in 2004, Korean railway system has sustained the highest safety and accuracy. In order to keep this achievement, the LTE based wireless communication system has been introduced for mobile communications and signal transmission. railway, and activities for its standardization are on the way. Railway communication system will be used as part of national safety net through interworking with safety network. This paper reviews the contents of standards and technologies in an LTE-based railway communication(LTE-R) system, and the items to be standardized to improve operational efficiency of the railway system by building a national railway radio communication system.

The HLA is defined by three components: (1) Rules, (2) the HLA Interface Specification, and (3) the Object Model Template(OMT). The RTI(Run-Time Infrastructure) software implements the interface specification. It provides services in a manner that is comparable to the way a distributed operating system provides services to applications. A way to test whether is suitable for a standard, and all service was implemented is tested through two phases of processes to verify the RTI which proposed in DMSO. In this paper, we discuss Level One Test Procedures and a method. Confirms whether RTI was implemented in Interface Specification according to Level One Test Procedures appropriately through a test. Develops Test Suite for every each step to test whether a correct command and the expected results are occur.

Nowadays hospitals have been improving their job performances through informatization and also establishing an advanced, integrated medical information system through their manager's decision making support system in order to play roles as a hub hospital providing high quality medical services integrated with ICT technology. This study connects the OCS system and HIS system to the integrated medical information system to design an optimized, customized mobile health care and medical treatment environment and also investigates the systematic medical system that can perform patients' cure and medical treatment promptly and accurately in order to maximize convenience of treatment by inquiring into patients' information and information of medical treatment promptly.

In this paper, we developed web based Plossom system, an efficient and convenient project management system. The development of Plossom consists of a web page using HTML and Bootstrap framework, and the logic is built using the algorithm suitable for web page by using JQuery. Additionally, Plossom is implemented to support interoperability with external system by using Spring's Thymeleaf and MySQL efficiently. The Plossom system developed in this study is expected to be very useful in the development process of IOT and ICT related projects.

IoT technologies have been rapidly developed in recent years, and applied to many industries. In the field of fisheries, the water quality management system have been developed, helping in improving productivity and working environment. In this paper, we have designed the smart feeding system, interoperable with the water quality system, using LPWA network. LPWA network is an IoT network, which is appropriate to fish farms because of its wide area coverages and low power consumption. We expect this work to contribute to developing the aquaculture technology through the big data analysis with the accumulated data.

The Service Platform for going to Kindergarten configured with Beacon Devices, Gateway attached to the BUS, Mobile Communication Network, and Application Server. In this paper, We understand the need for Commuting Kindergarten Services, And interface to Specification of Kindergartener's Beacon Identification, And so design to Gateway Resource Tree Functions. For the Service Interfacing, Commute alerts handled in Parental Cellphone through APP. The Service Platform can check the registered beacon data collection and operation management function.

There are growing demands for improving the patient safety and the effectiveness of medical services through device connectivity and interoperability. However, integration through networking might greatly increase the complexity of the system if it is not properly designed, jeopardizing patient safety. In this paper, we codify safe medical device interaction patterns, and exploit them for the low complexity design and safety analysis of networked supervisory medical systems. We implement the proposed approach as a plug-in of Architecture Analysis and Description Language (AADL). Our implementation enables the modeling and safety analysis of medical devices and their interactions before actual development.

As the mobile environment has been generalized, data synchronization with mobile devices or mobile device and PC/server is required. To deal with the problem, the consortium was established by the companies, such as Motorola, Ericsson, and Nokia, and released SyncML(Synchronization Markup Language) as a standard of industrial area for interoperating with data synchronization and various transmission protocol. But, in synchronization process, when more than two clients requested data synchronization, data conflict can be happened. This paper studies the various conflict reasons that can happen in data synchronization processes and groups them systematically Through the analyzed information, we compose the Change Log Information(CLI) that can keep track of the chased information about synchronization. And we suggest an operation policy using CLI. Finally, we design an algorithm and adapt the policy as a method for the safety and consistency of data.

현재 지능형 서비스로봇이 활성화되고 있으며 지능형 로봇 분야에서 청소로봇은 개인생활의 본질적인 운동성을 보조하며 인간과 공생의 형태를 지원하는 로봇으로 성장하고 있다. 청소로봇은 가정에서 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 가정환경과 적절한 상호작용은 필수적이다. 따라서 로봇이 외부의 서버와 협동을 통한 원격제어는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 현재 지도 작성이 가능한 청소로봇은 바닥에 센서를 부착하거나 작업환경에 카메라 및 기타 많은 장치를 구축하므로 고가의 장비로 분류되어 일반적으로 활용지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇의 효율적인 제어를 위하여 작업환경에서 로봇의 궤적과 센서정보를 원격으로 서버에 전달하고 서버는 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 지도를 작성하고 최적의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 알고리즘을 연산하여 로봇에 전달할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 이는 로봇이 지도 작성을 위한 연산 과정을 줄이므로 수행 시간을 단축하고 로봇에 주어지는 부하를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 원격으로 제어를 수행하므로 무선통신이 가능한 각종 디바이스와 상호 연동할 수 있는 체계를 만들어 유비쿼터스 환경을 구축할 수 있는 계기를 만들므로 청소로봇의 성능이 향상될 수 있음을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇을 제작하고 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 전체적으로 주어진 작업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있음을 보여준다.
