This paper focuses on the study of a development direction of the industrial security Expert system. First of all, in order to manage Industrial security system, we need to have law, criminology, business and engineering professionals as well as IT experts, which are the multi-dimensional convergence professionals. Secondly, industrial organizations need to have workforce who can perform security strategy; security plan; security training; security services; or security system management and operations. Industrial security certification system can contribute to cultivate above mentioned professional workforce. Currently Industrial Security Expert(ISE) is a private qualification. However, the author argued that it have to be changed to national qualification. In addition, it is necessary that the system should be given credibility with verifying the personnel whether they are proper or not in the their field. In terms of quality innovation, it is also necessary that distinguish the levels of utilization of rating system of the industrial security coordinator through a long-term examination. With respect to grading criteria, we could consider the requirements as following: whether they must hold the degree of the industrial security-related areas of undergraduate or postgraduate (or to be); what or how many industrial security-related courses they should complete through a credit bank system. If the plan of completing certain industrial security-related credits simply through the credit bank system, without establishing a new industrial security-related department, has established, then industrial security study would be spreaded and advanced. For private certification holders, the problem of the qualification succeeding process is important matter. Additionally, it is necessary to introduce the certifying system of ISMS(Industrial Security Management System) which is a specialized system for protecting industrial technology. To sum up, when the industrial security management system links the industrial security management certification, industrial security would realize in the companies and research institutions dealing with national key technology. Then, a group synergy effect would occurs.

Urban design claiming the notion of 'Sustainability', which inevitably includes ecological complexity, is normally geared towards the reflection of environmentally-friendly technical guidelines in the existing planning process. Although physical planning should be combined with economic, social, cultural, environmental issues, and policies, it is conducted conventionally as the sum of the closed sectoral approaches of planning. To overcome this limit, Design Charrette was invented for sustainable urban design or community design, which should consider the complexity of diverse issues. This design process unveils complicated and divergent problems and a variety of stakeholders participate in the integrated design simultaneously and cooperatively. Because Design Charrette must also be a process of agreement, it is used for sustainable community design. The aim of this study was to introduce Design Charrette as an alternative of Korean sustainable urban design, which is regarded as 'making guidelines related to green principles'. For such a purposes, the definition and differentiation of Design Charrette will be explained with an analysis of the introduction background, benefit and procedure. The contents, system and process of Design Charrette will be analyzed through case studies in Canada, where this method of design is widespread. In the last part, the implementation system (the comprehensive system of organization / content and direction of planning / process and output) will be deduced after concentrated analysis of one respected case, 'Sensitive Urban Infill Charrette' of the City of Surrey. This implementation system will be a crucial reference to develop Korean Design Charrette.

This paper examines the contents and meaning of the education reform theory among the social reform theory of Wie Baek-gyu(1727~1798), a representative Confucian scholar of Honam in the 18th century, and suggests the moral educational implications of his educational reform theory. Wie Baek-gyu, who lived through the Yeongjo and Jeongjo eras, diagnosed the contradictions and problems of society at that time as the absence of morality. And emphasized the reform of school education as a center of ways to overcome social disruption. The educational reform theory he envisioned was to systematize the process from child education to higher education centered on the system reorganization of the school, and to formulate school education in conjunction with the selection of talent. He emphasized the cultivation and practice of moral character in the course of admission and curriculum of the school, and suggested a system that reflects the opinions of the local people in the admission process, thereby establishing the school as the center of the local society. His educational reform theory, which embodies the school system based on moral education and further shapes the school system and educational contents as the center of edification and recruitment of talented people, is a big indication of the curriculum of the current moral curriculum that emphasizes the cultivation and practice of inner morality based on personality education. In this paper, I summarized and reviewed the general contents of his perception of the times and social reform theory, the diagnosis of the educational reality that is the basis of his educational reform theory, and the specific contents of the education reform theory. Based on this, I presented the meaning to the current moral and curriculum.

Recently, the domestic demand for weapon systems based on aircraft platforms is gradually increasing. In particular, the demand for effective precision guided missile(PGM) which cruises for several hundred kilometers after launch to strike the ground target is rising drastically, but it is in the early stages of development, and research based on it are limited. This paper is a study on the power converter unit(PCU) within PGM which is mounted on an aircraft platform based on MIL-STD-1760, which is an interface between an aircraft and PGM. We investigated the electrical properties and structure of the umbilical connector, and the aircraft/store electrical interconnection system. Also, the focus on the design specifications of the PCU that supplies power were described. This result 3 phase AC input, which is the state for the guided simulation power supply in the state of being mounted on an aircraft that rectification method with power factor correction(PFC) compared to bridge rectifier circuit. In the future, it may be used as a basis for power supply design on aircraft mounted weapon systems.

초고속 통신망의 확대 적용으로 인터넷의 빠른 성장과 함께 음성과 비디오 그리고 데이터를 통합하고자 하는 노력이 시도 되고 있다. VoIP(Voice over IP)는 IP를 이용하여 음성과 데이터를 패킷 형태로 통합하여 실시간으로 전송하는 기술이다[1]. 패킷 네트워크에서 VoIP 시그널링 기술을 이용하면 망 자원의 효율적 이용 및 PSTN에 가까운 음질 그리고 인터넷과 연계한 다양한 음성서비스 지원(H.323, SIP, MGCP 등 다양한 신호처리 지원)이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP망에서 IP기반 녹취 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 녹취 시스템은 고객과 상담원의 통화 내용을 자동으로 녹음하여 보관함으로써 고객의 요구사항을 명확히 파악할 수 있으며 녹취 데이터의 통계 자료 제공으로 효율적인 관리가 지원되고 선택 녹취, 스케줄링 녹취, 상담원의 평가 자료를 제공하여 고객 관리의 질적인 향상을 지원한다. 본 논문의 녹취 시스템은 고객과의 통화 내용을 녹취하여 서버의 녹취 DB에 저장하여 관리하는 녹취 시스템으로 모든 네트워크 환경에서 사용할 수 있으며 CTI와 연동하여 효율적이고 체계적인 녹취 시스템 구국이 가능하다.

In this paper, the new user mobility management scheme which can be utilized to register user's location for interworking with heterogeneous overlay convergent networks under the time-varying radio propagation environment has been proposed. Thus the user mobility management can be considered in order to model and to evaluate the behaviors of users in the overlay convergent networks. This mobility management scheme will be very useful in characterizing the user mobility behaviors and can be used to estimate the signaling traffic and frequency spectrum demands for massive data transfer for the heterogeneous overlay convergent networks.

It is difficult for systematic and flexible control reflecting regional characteristics with only public policies that control the landscape. Also, in the event that there is no preceding quantitative index calculation, it is impossible for the public society to come to an agreement. Therefore, the development of a shielding analysis simulation methodology that makes data processing modeling that can be interlinked with the urban information system is a very meaningful study. Thus, this study presents urban space shielding simulation technologies and quantitative analysis methodologies using 3D graphic engines and deduces the optimal design by integrating the data of the geographic information system (GIS) in order to suggest the potential as an analysis model that can be used in future urban information systems.

In this study, for the integrated information management of underground pipelines, each information management server software must have it's inter-operability. So Many kinds of smart-city integrated platform softwares were surveyed and the best platform software was selected. The interface software modules developed in this study was installed at the test system. Through this test system, when a sub system transfers an event message to the upper integrated server system, the inter-operability test between the upper system and a sub operating system was performed and its operability was resolved.

Due to the popularization of Web. the importance of Web for teachers to collect teaching materials increases, but there are difficulties in using Web. due to the rapid increase of information and the shortage of proper skill of using it. The thesis designs and implements a lesson plan management system that systematically manages diverse data and teachers' knowledge. The information required in preparing lesson plans is acquired on the Web and stored in database, and the lesson plan Produced this way could be shared by other teachers on the Internet. In addition. lesson plan DTD was designed and every lesson Plan was transformed into XML data to Provide more convenient data exchange and diverse forms. so that its application could be extended to other education-related systems.

The BIM techniques which manages information over the life cycle of construction project based on the 3-dimensional model are developing in the direction of integrated construction management including planning, design, analysis, estimation, 3D simulation and so on. The estimation model based on the BIM has different detail level and model information. In this study, the LOD of estimation model is catched for the bridge structures. The library classes are defined with construction information classification system, and the quantities of resources are calculated by class parameter using Microstation API. Finally, the automated estimation system using BIM based library is verified by the integrated model for adjustments of level of detail.
