There are several kinds of mathematical thinking. The most basic mathematical thinking is analysis and synthesis. The problem of analysis and synthesis is one of the most important things in mathematics. We used mathematical textbook of Prof. Gusev for the study on the problem of analysis and synthesis. We suggested basic classification standard of problem of analysis and synthesis through historical survey and then suggested specific classification standard.

This study aims at finding issues and ideas of waterfront planning through analysing planning concepts and characteristics of New York City Waterfront Comprehensive Plan(NYC WCP). The first NYC WCP in 1992 divided waterfront area as 4 functional areas which are natural, public, working and redeveloping waterfront. The characteristics of WCP in 1992 are zonning, height, setback, public access, visual corridor, floor area and so forth. After then NYC WCP revision in 2011 intergrated and developed the former plan through the eight visions which are expanding public access, enlivening the waterfront, improving water quality, restoring the natural waterfront, enhancing the Blue Network, improving government oversight and increasing climate resillience. In conclusion, NYC WCP successfully achieved both sufficient capacity of planning concepts and design guidelines for each region.

최근에 들어 SI 산업을 육성하기 위한 다양한 정책이 추진되고 있다. SI 산업을 발전시키기 위해 관련 법과 제도를 정비하는 일은 산업 발전의 토대를 마련한다는 측면에서 매우 중요하고, 공정 경쟁의 기반을 구축한다는 측면에서 시급한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 관련법과 제도를 종합적으로 분석하고, SI 산업의 특징을 파악한 후, SI 산업의 발전을 위하여 필요한 법과 제도의 개선방안을 토의한다. 본 연구는 광범위한 법과 제도의 체계 전체를 다루지 않고 그동안 산업계와 관련 기관에서 중점적으로 논의된 과제를 중심으로 분석하고 대안을 토의하였다. 산업구조에 대한 논의와 산업 진흥에 대한 논의를 추가하여 가능한 종합적인 분석이 되도록 하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 엄격한 방법론적 접근이나 통계적 분석을 사용하지 않고 정성적 분석을 주로 채택하였기 때문에 향후 체계적인 접근과 실제 데이터에 의한 검증 및 연구의 심화가 필요하다.

Today, we live in the generation of the information and internet. For progressing the life quality of peoples and the competition of nation. we need new policy for constructing the health and welfare information system. In this study, we inspect and analyze for the information of health and welfare, and suggest the system model for the health and welfare information system(HWIS) on the web-environment, and suggest the database model for managing the information application.

용도지역은 농업적 측면에서 토지이용의 규제와 촉진 등을 위한 것으로써 해당토지소유자의 재산권과 직결되므로 정확하고 체계적으로 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 시군구에서 관할하는 용도지역은 소축척의 지형도 기반이나 개별적으로 종이도면에 관리하여 관련 용도지역간에 서로 유기적이지 못해 관련 용도지역의 공통경계선 불일치로 논리적인 불부합 자료가 발생하는 등 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농지종합정보화사업애서 구축하는 농업진흥지역도의 각종 용도지역간에 불부합지역을 추출하고 그 원인을 분석함으로서 불부합지역 정비방안을 작성하고 재발하지 않도록 기준 및 지침수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 용도지역 자료간 불부합으로 인해 각 지자체에서 발생하고 있는 민원문제를 해소하고, 종합적이고 정확한 현황파악과 함께 보다 과학적이고 종체계 토지이용계획을 수립할 수 있는 기반을 조성할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

급속히 발전하는 환경 변화에 따라 정보유통의 필요성이 과거 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 과학기술분야의 다양성, 전문성, 세분화, 심층화로 인하여 과학기술정보는 기하급수적으로 생산된다. 그러나 이용자들이 정작 필요로 하는 양질의 정보를 신속하게 입수하기란 더욱 어려워진 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 국가 차원의 종합적인 정보관리와 체계적인 정보유통체제 구축에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 정보유통사업은 아나로그정보와 디지털정보의 체계적인 수집, 가공, 처리, 서비스를 유기적으로 시스템화하고 끈김없는 원스톱 서비스를 구현하는 것이 중요한 과제이다. 인터넷을 비롯한 정보통신 및 정보기술의 발달로 정보서비스 채널이 다양화전문화되고 있으므로 이들을 통합관리하여 고객을 중심으로 한 고객지향적인 과학기술정보 포털서비스체제 구축 또한 필요하다.

최근 홍수 시 제방붕괴로 인한 인명 및 재산피해가 증가되고 있어 노후화된 제방 시설물의 안전관리 체계에 대한 필요성으로 국토교통부에서는 국가하천유지보수 종합체계 시스템을 개발하였으나 아직 시범단계로 실무에 적용하여 활용하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 효율적인 국가하천시설에 대한 유지관리를 위한 자료D/B화 및 관리대장, 점검기법, 보수보기법 등을 제시하고 있으나 국가하천에 국한되어 있어 전국단위 하천시설물의 전주기에 대한 통합적인 관리는 반영되어 있지 못하다. 하천시설물 생애주기관리를 위해서는 모든 하천시설물에 대한 이력관리가 필요하나 현재는 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법(시특법) 상의 1, 2종 시설물에 대해서만 시설물정보관리종합시스템(FMS)에서 이력관리를 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가하천 및 지방하천에 대한 하천시설물의 생애주기 관리방안을 도출하기 위해 기존의 시스템의 기능 및 구조를 분석하였으며 이를 통해 하천시설물 생애주기 관리방안을 제시하였다.

Recently, the importance of Pre-construction is gradually increasing in construction business. In addition to increasing greatness, Pre-construction affect to success or failure of projects. However, current domestic construction business doesn't constitute exact concepts and systems, and there are a lot of problems such as disorganize management of construction because most of Pre-construction depends on supervisors' experiences. Therefore, according as doing this study, We are going to analyze the tendency of Pre-construction step and bring up designed operation systems between departments in construction company. So we can expect to develop efficiency by excluding unnecessary operation and formulating more improved operation process.

Structural integrity of nuclear components is important for a safe operation of nuclear power plants. Therefore, nuclear power plants require to perform reliable, periodic inservice inspections. Korea Electric Power Company(KEPCO) operates the entire Korean nuclear power plants. Since nuclear power plant safety and the associated inservice inspection(ISI) are under the plant owner's responsibility, Korea Electric Power Research Institute(KEPRI), the R&D division of KEPCO, has established the ISI NDE Total Support system(TSS) for an efficient performance of ISI tasks, and initiated both key ISI NDE technology development program and traing & qualification system development program for an independent ISI operation. This paper describes details of these programs.
