세계의 화장품 개발방향은 소비자의 욕구와 다양화와 관련기술 등의 발달로 인하여 피부미화, 청결 등의 단순한 효능에서 이제 고기능, 다기능을 갖는 제품들의 개발로 변화되고 있다. 이러한 세계적인 추세에 따라 국제화된 국내시장에도 기능성 화장품이 수입 또는 제조되고 있으며 국내 소비자들도 이러한 제품을 선호하는 경향을 보이고 있으므로 이를 적정하게 규제하며 소비자를 보호하기 위하여 기능성 화장품의 정의가 필요하게 되었다. 정의설정을 위해 미국, EU, 일본 등의 화장품의 정의와 범위 등을 연구하고 실제 판매되고 있는 제품들을 참고하여 기능성 화장품을 정의하였다. 또, 이러한 화장품의 범위 등을 구체적으로 설정하고 이에 대한 규제동향 등을 제사하고자 한다.

화학산업의 급속한 성장으로 인해 많은 혜택을 얻고 있지만 반대급부적으로 배출되는 오염물질로 인한 환경오염과 석유 및 석탄과 같은 한정된 화석연료 자원의 과다한 사용이 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 그에 따라 최근에는 효율적인 에너지 활용과 함께 오염물질의 배출을 최대로 억제할 수 있는 경제적이고 션택적인 화학공정을 필요로 하고 있다. 현재 세계적인 기술의 흐름은 대기오염의 억제와 소량 배출되는 오염물질의 제거를 위해 촉매 및 흡착제를 사용하여 다량의 오염물질 또는 기체를 처리할 수 있는 공정의 개발 및 변형에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 보다 바람직하게는 높은 전환율과 선택적인 화학공정의 도입으로 에너지 효율을 증대시켜 에너지를 절약하고 부산물이 적은 보다 청결한 화학공정으로의 전화을 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 무리막의 분리능력과 촉매의 활성을 결합하여 촉매반응과 반응물 및 생성물의 분리기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 무기막 촉매기술이 최근들어 광범위하게 연구되고 있다. 또한 최근에는 무기막 및 무기막 촉매의 환경분야에의 이용이 크게 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이기 때문에 막 및 막 촉매 기술은 중요성이 매우 높은 분야이다. 따라서 본 고찰에서는 최근에 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 무기막 촉매기술의 특성과 연구 현황 및 방향에 관해 살펴보고 향후 연구방향의 기초자료로서 활용하고자 한다.

독일 HDW조선소의 Bonn 지사장으로 근무중인 Udo Ude씨는 209급 잠수함 해외수출 성공사례를 다음과 같이 분석하였다. -1970년 독일해군용 206급 계약시 잠수함을 해군에 인도하기 전까지의 모든 과정을 조선소가 직접 책임지고 수행토록 하는 General Contractor Principle(총괄계약자 원칙)에 의해 확보된 기술인력, 자재/장비 공급원 발굴, 축적된 장비간 연동과 체계통합 기술 및 경험 –대부분의 탑재 장비를 국내 방산업체로부터 조달할 수 있는 탄탄한 국내 기술력 –매 신규사업마다 성능향상을 위한 과제선정 및 계속적인 연구 –정부 소유 시험시설 및 장비 활용과 제반 기술관리에 있어서 민.관.군의 적극적이고 긴밀한 지원체제 구축 이러한 성공사례 분석에 독일 현지에서 느낀 필자의 경험소감을 추가하면 다음과 같다. –규정을 잘 지킬 뿐만 아니라 타인의 잘못을 즉시 일깨워 주는 준법정신 및 고발정신 -2-3년 후의 휴가계획까지 수립하여 준비할 정도의 처절한 사전계획 및 준비정신 –불결한 것과 게으름을 참지 못하는 청결성 및 근면성 –누구든지 원하면 경제적인 부담없이 평생동안 공부할 수 있는 교육제도 –게르만족이 우월하다는 내면적 자부심 –작은 일이라도 모여서 토의하고 결론을 도출하기 좋아하는 공동체 의식 –약속을 철저히 지키는 정직성 –과거의 사실이나 유물을 철저히 보존하는 역사의식 –모든 분야에서 철저하게 운용되는 Meister(장인)제도 등

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of professional tooth cleaning and dental health education on dental clearances and dental health behaviors. This study was designed into two groups, 80 persons of control group for dental health education and 80 persons of experimental group for dental health education and professional tooth cleaning. In order to compare education effects, the researcher applied different educational methods. The parameters were the toothbrushing frequency, the average tooth brushing time, the action rate of toothbrushing after lunch, and the rate of using oral hygiene product. The data were analyzed and the following was the conclusion. The frequency of toothbrushing in two groups increased. Toothbrushing frequency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of preliminary group and control group. The action rate of toothbrushing after lunch in two groups increased. But the experimental group was significantly higher. The score for dental clearances of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The data showed statistically significant difference.

All the text of housing in 1910s was conveyed in three; hygiene general readings, home economics texts saying women's responsibility of cleaning house, and Japanese's observation and criticizing Korean housing. It stressed sanitary conditions of housing and criticised Korean housing dirty, of which contents and logic were same with the housing discourse in 1900s but much simpler and smaller in amount. It was mainly written by those in medical treatment field like doctors for enlightenment of private hygiene practice to Koreans. Because Choson Government-General(朝鮮總督府) excluded Korean residental areas from urban sanitation project, they remained dirty in 1910s. The practice of housing sanitation remained just as a matter of private sanitary practice. These political and discoursive conditions insinuated a sense that Korean dirty housing was representation of Korean's uncivilized customs and manners and a reason for being colonized. This sense made many Koreans to insist their housings' reforming to sanitary states just for civilization during colonized period.

근년, 과학기술의 발달과 더불어 공업 생산력이 비약적으로 약진해서, 섬유제품이 풍부하게 생산$.$시판되게 되었다. 현대인은, 기능성을 중시한 제품에서, 여유성과 안락감각을 갖춘 제품, 게다가 위생적이고 건강성을 구비한 제품 쪽으로 소비자의 욕구가 변하여, 일상생활 환경의 청결성과 쾌적성을 추구하게 되었다. 특히, 현대의 젊은이들은 이러한 유행을 민감하게 받아들이고 있다. 의복의 쾌적성을 추구한 가공에는, 이 글에서 기술코져하는 항균방취가공을 위시해서, 소취가공, 방충가공, UV 제어가공, 대전방지가공 등이 있다. 이러한 제품들은 어느 것이나 섬유제품의 차별화와 고가화를 꾀한 가공이다. 대다수의 섬유관련기업은, 이러한 시대적인 흐름에 재빨리 착안해서, 섬유제품에서의 미생물의 증식을 억제하고, 악취발생을 방지하는 항균방취가공섬유제품의 연구개발과 용도확대에 힘을 쏟고 있다.

극자외선 리소그래피(EUV lithography) 기술은 50nm 이하의 선폭을 가지는 차세대 소자 제작에 있어서 선도적인 기술 중 하나이다. EUVL 에서 필수적인 요소중의 하나가 mirror 로 사용되는 blank mask 이다. Blank mask 에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소는 반사도이다. 이 blank mask 는 Si substrate 위에 반사를 위한 Mo/Si pair 가 40pair 이상 적층되어있다. Blank mask 는 매우 청결해야한다. 만약 결함이 있다면 blank mask 에는 치명적이다 결함은 blank mask 에 있어서 반사도를 떨어뜨리는 주 요소이기 때문이다. 그 결함에는 amplitude defect 과 phase defect 이 있다. FIB 에서는 amplitude defect 을 수정하는 것이 가능하다. 우리는 FIB 를 이용하여 mage mode, spot mode, bar rotation mode 를 사용하여 amplitude defect을 수정하였다. 그리고, 그 결과 효과적으로 amplitude defect을 수정하였다.

화학산업이 발전함에 따라 많은 양의 에너지가 요구되면서 전세계적으로 에너지 고갈문제가 급부상하였다. 그에 따라 최근에는 효율적으로 에너지를 활용 할 수 있는 경제적으로 선택적인 화학공정을 필요로 하고 있으며, 높은 전환율과 선택적인 화학공정의 도입으로 에너지 효율을 증대시켜 에너지를 절약하고 부산물이 적은 보다 청결한 화학공정으로의 전환을 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 무기막의 분리 능력과 촉매의 활성을 결합하여 촉매반응과 반응물 및 생성물의 분리기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 무기막 촉매 기술이 최근 들어 광범위하게 연구되고 있다. 이와 함께 3차원의 미세세공 세공구조를 갖는 결정성 제올라이트를 무기막 형태의 필름으로 제조해 제올라이트의 분자체로서의 기능과 함게 소재로서 활용하고자 하은 연구가 최근에 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고찰에서는 최근에 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 제올라이트 막과 필름의 제조, 그리고 분리막 및 촉매로서의 응용 기술의 연구 현황을 살펴보고 향후 연구방향의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

This study was planned to provide basic information to help teachers guide lookism-prone students in their home and school life, and to guide them in the unit relating to clothing in school curriculums. To carry out this experiment questionnaires were administered to 481 students in their first and second year in middle and high schools in Gwangju city. The questionnaires are composed of 3 themes; 'general matters', 'attitudes about and recognition of appearance management' and 'school adaptation'. The collected data was analyzed with Component analysis(Varimax rotation) and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan-test, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 14.0(Kr). The results of this study were as follows; 1. The more they managed their behavior relating to appearance and cleanliness, the better they felt their friendships. 2. The less they concentrated management relating to appearance, the better they felt about their relationships with their teachers. 3. The less they concentrated management relating to appearance but the more they managed cleanliness the easier they adjusted to school rules. 4. The less they pursued a trendy appearance but the more they managed cleanliness, the better they studied.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Servicescape, which is used to measure the spatial services in marketing, to the studies on university libraries, in order to identify the influence of the library spaces and facilities on the satisfaction and continuance intention of the users of university libraries. For this purpose, questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted for users in ten private universities located in Seoul. Servicescape factors of the libraries showed that cleanliness, comfort, aesthetics, and convenience had a significant influence. Of these, convenience turned out to have the highest level of influence upon satisfaction, followed by cleanliness, aesthetics, and comfort. Descriptive statistical analysis showed whether there were significant differences in satisfaction and continuance intention based on the differences in the characteristics of the samples. Findings show that it would be necessary to provide spaces that can accommodate the various functions of a university library; seek advancement of the services; and develop the spaces of a library in consideration of cleanliness, comfort, aesthetic, and convenience. This study introduced the concept of Servicescape for the first time in the field of library and information science. This study implies that the results assist a more detailed analysis for the Library as Place dimension of LibQUAL+, and provide a new guideline for practitioners who design library spaces.
