현재 지하차도 설계 지하수위는 철도, 지하철 및 공동구의 설계기준과 기존사례를 준용하여 지표면 하 1.0 m를 기준으로 설계하고 있으며, 지하차도 설계시 지하수위 적용에 대한 명확한 기준과 그에 따른 설계와 유지관리지침 등이 마련되어 있지 않아 부득이 기존의 공법을 그대로 답습하고 있다. 또한 대부분 과다설계 요인과 친환경적이지 못하다는 지적받고 있는 부력앵커공법을 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 영종하늘도시 사업지구에 시공중인 지하차도 구조물과 관련하여 지하차도 구조물 건설에 따른 지하수 흐름 변화 특성을 평가하여 유도배수공법의 효과를 검토하였다. 지하차도 건설에 의한 흐름변화 분석을 위하여 3차원 지하수 MODFLOW 프로그램을 이용하였으며 지하차도 건설전, 후에 대하여 프로그램을 수행하였다. 수행 결과 지하차도 건설 전 유역의 평균 지하수위는 지표하 1~2m 이상으로 비교적 높은 지하수를 형성하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 유도배수공법을 적용한 지하차도 건설 후 지하차도 주변부 지하수위는 건설전에 비하여 약 3~4 m 하강하는 것으로 분석되었으며, U-type 종점부는 지표하 최소 6 m 이상, 시작부는 지표하 최소 3.4 m 이상 아래에 형성되는 것으로 평가된다. 연구 결과는 향후 지하차도 유도배수공법 평가의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, I illustrate the some examples of socio-economic influence of railroad in Korea. The Korean railroad has been running for 109 years now since it started operation in 1899. The opening of railroad in Korea has been affecting influence in our society not only transportation but also infrastructure building and the formation of new cities which they were built along the rail network like Daejeon. I have come up with some examples, which railroad has affected the in our society. For example, the changes of transport route from road to railroad, emerging the new cities, industries and culture. This paper contributes to look over the various function of railroad in Korea. Moreover it will be compared with Japan's railroad influence in his country. It gives us a peculiarity and universality in railroad's function including colonial policy

국토부는 하수급인의 계약상 이익을 부당하게 제한하는 특약유형을 구체화하고 하도급대금 직접지급 공공기관의 범위 확대 등의 내용을 담은 건설산업기본법 시행령 개정안을 지난 5월 27일 공포하고, 6월 30일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 다만, 건설근로자 퇴직공제 가입대상 공사범위 확대 관련 조항은 9월 30일부터 시행에 들어간다. 개정된 시행령은 하수급인의 계약상 이익을 부당하게 제한하는 특약유형을 보험료 미지급, 하자담보책임 전가, 하도급대금 조정 미반영 등으로 구체화 했으며 하도급대금 직접지급 공공기관의 범위를 공기업, 한국농어촌공사, 한국철도시설공단, 지방직영기업, 지방공사 및 지방공단 등으로 확대했다.

현재 국내에서는 신항만건설. 경부고속철도 건설, 기존고속도로 신설 및 확장공사 등 대형 국책공사와 도심지 내에서의 아파트부지조성, 고층건물신축, 우회도로, 지하차도, 지하철건설 등 중소형 공사가 증가되고 있으며 이러한 대소형 공사 시에 발생하는 건설소음ㆍ진동은 계획단계에서부터 합리적인 기준설정과 충분한 환경영향평가가 이루어져야겠으며 또한 이러한 평가결과가 공사에 잘 반영되어야 할 것이다. (중략)

Recently remote sensing technology is applied for construction projects planning and design areas by use of remote sensed satellite images according to engineering application technology in the various experimental tasks. In this study, It was applied for 3 dimensional terrain analysis and basic design by comparing to present railway and new expand doble-tract railway route of forest sites on the new construction site of 15km at national railway lines, and then showed 3-D perspective images and fly simulation images to possibility for various application as terrain analysis modeling and running simulation at the course. As a results of its applied, It gained the results not only improvement of present methods but also real various application possibilities.

Many infra suructure such as road, railway, building and utility foundations have been damaged by the repeated freezing and thawing of the soil during winter and spring every year in seasonal frost region. The frost penetration depth is most important factor in the design of structure such as road, railway and building in seasonal frost region. This paper presents the results of calculation of frost penetration depth and frost heaving in concrete track for railway construction. Model concrete track were installed near the railway track in Gangwon, Gyeonggi, Choongbuk province and frost penetration depth were measured using methylene blue frost penetration depth gauge. Model concrete track in Cheolwon, frost heaving of concrete track were also evaluated. The measure of maximum frost penetration depth and frost heaving can be applied to design railway track for cold region in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective approach of making route decisions for the large-scale national project (i.e. the KTX Gyeongbu line between Daegu and Busan) by analyzing the conflicts that had occurred in the process of selecting the routes and stations. This study investigated policy making processes and conflicts during the construction of the KTX Gyeongbu line. The five contentious issues were 1) selecting the route between Daegu~Busan line, 2) developing a new route through Gyeongju areas, 3) making decisions of the first and second phases of construction, 4) setting up an extra station in Ulsan, and 5) conflicts of the Mt. Cheonseong route in Yangsan. In terms of analyzing these issues, the current study focuses on dealing with notions of technical, economical, legal, social, and practical rationality. Based on such analyses and implications, this study proposes a relatively reasonable model of line decision making especially for long-distance intercity routes. It also turns out that the large-scale project like the development of KTX Gyeongbu line should be conducted after receiving enough quantitative evaluation by reviewing relevant technical research studies and economic analyses, and having social agreements to prevent plausible conflicts.

철도주변의 쾌적한 생활환경을 유지하기 위해서는 철도차량이나 선로에서 발생하는 공기전파음과 지반을 통하여 전파되는 지반진동을 일정수준 이하 로 제어할 필요가 있으며 이러한 철도 소음진동 대책에는 기존철도에 대한 기초적인 소음진동 크기 및 특성에 대한 자료가 필요하다. 국내에서는 이제 까지 철도소음진동에 대한 특별한 자료수집이나 대책에 큰 관심을 기울여 오지 않고 단지 철로주변에서는 어쩔수 없이 철도소음진동의 피해를 감수할 수 밖에 없다는 소극적인 태도를 취해왔으며 최근에 들어서야 환경의식 증 가로 철로변 거주자들의 민원에 대한 대책으로서 일부 구간에서 방음벽을 설치하고 있는 실정이다. 더우기 경부고속철도 건설이 이미 시작된 현시점에 서 철도 소음진동 실태나 기준등이 정립되어 있지 못하여 추후 철도주변의 소음진동문제를 어떻게 대책을 수립해 나가야 할지에 대한 기본적인 자료수 집 및 관련연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황에서 기존 철도의 소음진동 시간 변동특성, 거리감쇠특성, 주파수특성 및 철도진 동의 진동방향 특성을 측정 분석하여 추후 철도소음진동 관련 대책이나 기 준수립에 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다.
