  • Recently, due to the development of internet based information technology, organizations Is utilizing electronic documents as important media for processing business work and sharing Information exchange. These electronic documents are mos4 form like documents and are important user interfaces for business applications. But, presently web-based electronic documents are lack of the characteristics that are taken in documents, such as document writing rules and its workflow. This Paper deals with XML-based business document that include the structure, data, and logic and proposes the framework for validating the data and logic included within business documents using Prolog.

  • The $Sr_{0.7}Bi_{2.6}Ta_2O_9$(SBT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/$TiO_2/SiO_2$/Si) using RF magnetron sputtering method. The structural and electrical properties of SBT capacitors were influenced with annealing atmosphere. In the XRD pattern, the SBT thin films in all annealed atmosphere had (105) orientation. In the SEM images, Bi-layered perovskite phase was crystallized in all annealing atmosphere and grains largely grew in oxygen annealing atmosphere. The dielectric constant and leakage current density of capacitors annealed oxygen atmosphere are 340 and $2.13{\times}10^{-9}[A/cm^2]$ respectively.

  • The SBN thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/Ti/$SiO_2/Si$) using RF sputtering method at various deposition conditions. The optimum conditions of RF power and $Ar/O_2$ ratio were 60[W] and 70/30, respectively. Also, The surface rougness showed about 4.33[nm] in RF power 60[W] and $Ar/O_2$ ratio 70/30.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 학습 관리 시스템(Learning Management System : LMS)의 JAVA Applet으로 구현된 SCORM 2004 시퀀싱 엔진 및 데이터 모델에서 나타난 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 Ajax(Asynchronous JavaScript and Xml) 기반의 SCORM 2004 시퀀싱 엔진 및 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 기존 JAVA Applet 으로 구현된 시퀀싱 엔진 및 데이터 모델에서의 VM(Virtual Machine) 구동상에 발생하는 보안 및 인증 문제, VM 구동에 따른 제한점 및 시스템 처리속도의 문제점을 해결하였다.

An Estimation of Breakdown Time of the Epoxy Composites according to Filler and Silane Treatment (충진제와 실란처리에 따른 에폭시 복합체의 파괴시간 예측)

  • In this paper, the long time breakdown characteristic of the epoxy composite, which is widely used in the insulation system for high voltage application, was estimated with Weibull distribution. In the procedure of the estimation, the short time breakdown characteristics for the epoxy composite specimens, which were made with the variation of hardener and/or filler, were tested firstly. Then the long time voltage-to-time test was implemented. Finally, the long time breakdown voltage of each specimen was estimated with the parameters obtained from the statistical treatment with Weibull distribution. Base on the results, it has been found that the optimal weight ratio of epoxy resin/hardener/filler that has the excellent long time breakdown characteristic was 100/100/65. It was due to the silane treatment which relieves the electric field at the interface between filler and epoxy.

Influence of Substrate Temperature of SCT Thin Film by RF Sputtering Method (RF 스퍼터링법에 의한 SCT 박막의 기판온도 영향)

  • The (Sr/sub 0.9/Ca/sub 0.1/)TiO₃(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/TiN/SiO₂/Si) using RF sputtering method at various substrate temperature. The optimum conditions of RF power and Ar/O₂ ratio were 140[W] and 80/20, respectively. Deposition rate of SCT thin film was about 18.75[Å/min]. The crystallinity of SCT thin films were increased with increase of substrate temperature in the temperature range of 100~500[℃]. The dielectric constant of SCT thin films were increased with the increase of substrate temperature, and changed almost linearly in temperature ranges of -80~+90[℃]. The current-voltage characteristics of SCT thin films showed the increasing leakage current as the substrate temperature increases.

On the Seasonal Prediction of Traffic Accidents in Relation to the Weather Elements in Pusan Area (기상요소에 따른 부산지역 계절별 교통사고 변화와 예측에 관한 연구)

  • The traffic accidents in large cities such as Pusan metropolitan city have been increased every year due to increasing of vehicles numbers as well as the gravitation of the population. In addition to the carelessness of drivers, many meteorological factors have a great influence on the traffic accidents. Especially, the number of traffic accidents is governed by precipitation, visibility, cloud amounts temperature, etc. In this study, we have analyzed various data of meteorological factors from 1992 to 1997 and determined the standardized values for contributing to each traffic accident. Using the relationship between meteorological factors(visibility, precipitation, relative humidity and cloud amounts) and the total automobile mishaps, and experimental prediction formula for their traffic accident rates was seasonally obtained at Pusan city in 1997. Therefore, these prediction formulas at each meteorological factor may by used to predict the seasonal traffic accident numbers and contributed to estimate the variation of its value according to the weather condition it Pusan city.

  • The signs have been used as the world-wide common language. Because all units have their own meanings, their usage should be kept correctly. This paper shows how middle school students know and keep the usage of SI units. And this paper shows the necessity of teaching the students correct units in their schools.

An empirical study on the factor structure of justice (공정성요인구조에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • In recent several studies, interactional justice as well as distributional justice and procedural justice was founded as a important factor of justice. But the other studies proposed that interactional justice was a sub-dimension of procedural justice because of a very close correlation between two factors. So there are mixed point of view of the factor structure of justice. In this study, we examined the factor structure of justice using confirmative factor analysis. We hypothesized that the facto, structure of justice would be divided into three factors; distributional justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. The results of empirical study supported these hypotheses. The results of this study suggest that interactional justice should be regarded as a important factor of justice to analyze the justice and the relationship with justice and related variables more accurately.

A study on the control of vibration caused by a blasting (발파진동 저감방법에 관한 연구)

  • We developed a method to control vibration from some blasting points. This method uses a correlation of vibration waves to decide the most effective delay time to control vibration by interfering vibration waves with each other. We applied this method to the small blasting using mortar blocks and examined the effect on controlling vibration. As the result of the examinations, the maximum vibration velocity by this method caused by five detonators blasting in row of five holes became smaller than that by a detonator blasting in the nearest hole from the measuring point. And the velocity was about one fifth of that of maximum condition in which vibration waves caused by the five detonators arrivved at the same time to the measuring point.
