본 논문은 재난관리의 성과에 대한 근원적 의문에 대한 문제제기에서 출발하였다. 재난관리의 성과는 재난에 대한 정부의 관리적 측면, 즉 행정관리 역량이나 산출지표 등으로 평가되어 왔다. 재난은 일상의 삶에 대한 도전이자 생존의 문제와 직접적으로 연계되어 있다는 점에서 재난에 대한 정부의 책임 요구가 지속적으로 강조되어 왔다. 정부 역시 재난에 대한 책임과 역할을 위하여 다양한 정책적 노력과 전문성을 강화하기 위한 노력을 지속하여 왔다. 그렇다면 재난에 대한 책임을 모두 정부에 물을 수 있는 것일까? 여기에 대하여 상황을 고려해야 하며, 반드시 정부가 책임이라고 답하기에는 분명 한계가 존재할 것이다. 즉, 재난에 대응하는 과정에서 정부의 노력과 함께 개인적 차원의 관심과 노력 역시 필요하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 재난관리의 성과가 정부 조직의 책임역량이 증진되는 것과 함께 시민들의 참여도 증진 역시 그 성과로 이해할 수 있을지를 검토하고 실증분석하는데 목적이 있다. 분석을 위하여, 기존 연구들에서 재난관리의 주요한 독립변수로 활용되던 재난경험, 재난위험, 조직특성 등을 주요한 독립변수로 사용하고자 하며, 종속변수는 재난조직의 책임역량과 재난현장에의 시민들의 자원봉사 참여도로 구분하여 설정하였다. 즉, 기존의 재난관리 성과와 대안적 성과로서 시민참여도 증진을 실증분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 재난성과는 조직의 내부적 책임역량의 증진과 함께 외부적으로 시민들의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 시민 참여는 재난관리의 성과로서 정부의 새로운 지표가 될 수 있다. 시민들의 참여는 지역에 대한 재난의 위험 인식이 높을수록 그 참여도가 증진되는 것으로 나타나며, 이는 재난에 대한 대국민 인식개선 및 환경에 대한 위험도 증진의 정책적 노력이 필요함을 의미한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of organizational communication satisfaction of teacher librarians on the informational and educational service and to draw implications for improvement of the school libraries' educational role. According to the results of the analysis, teacher librarians have preferred informal communication by conversation and face-to-face talk with superiors or co-workers and horizontal communication during their performance. Characteristics of teacher librarians, such as career, gender and school levels, have influential effect on user education, libraryassisted instruction, reading and information literacy instruction. The more teacher librarians felt satisfaction of the informal communication, the more textbook-related reference lists are offered. Horizontal communication have a positive influence on information literacy instruction. However, teacher librarians should utilize cooperative statements, committees and councils and actively participate in those horizontal communication methods to share the vision and aims of school libraries with the larger school community. Teacher librarians also should put more efforts into developing their leadership role and marketing strategies in order to overcome the weaknesses of informal communication.

The purpose of this study is to assist librarians in developing a biblographic tool for the bibliotherapy. Bibliotherapy is a form of psychotherapy in which carefully selected reading materials are used to assist a subject in solving personal problems or for other therapeutic purposes. However, bibliotherapy has rarely been either studied or practiced in Korea. For a bibliographic tool which is called 'situational bibliography', a client situation has to be classified by the factors of biological place and personal relations, type of stress or symptoms. This study, in this regard, is examined related recent researches in the field of psychology or psychoanalysis. Main conclusions made in this study are summarized as follows : The most important factors to classify a client situation in a bibliographic tool are sex, age, home background, personal relations and mental health issues.

The Purpose of this study was to verify that the corporate social contribution activity(eco-friendly product production, donation activity, volunteer activity, fair trade had a positive influence on the corporate credibility, the intention of price premium and the persistent purchase intention. And also this study examined the differences of corporate credibility and price premium according to consumer's gender. To accomplish the purpose of this paper, I performed literature review which relates to corporate social contribution activity, the corporate credibility, the price premium and the persistent purchase intention, and also performed empirical research. I produced questionnaire which investigates the relation between the factors which influence corporate social contribution activity, the corporate credibility, the price premium and the persistent purchase intention. SPSS 21.0 and Lisrel 8.7 were used to analyze the collected data and to identify the influence relationships. The findings of this paper are as follows: First, the corporate social contribution activity(eco-friendly product production, fair trade) did significant effect on the corporate credibility and the price premium. Second, the intention to pay premium price had affected the intention of persistent purchasing but corporate credibility had affected the intention of persistent purchasing through the intention to pay premium price. Third, the difference in preception of men and woman about the corporate social contribution activity. Among the corporate social contribution activity, women's perception of the relationship between volunteer activity and fair trade on corporate reliability was higher than that of men. Fourth, among the corporate social contribution activity, women's perception of the relationship between volunteer activity and donation activity on the intention of price premium was higher than that of men.

The purpose of this study is to consider the effect of the volunteer participation motivation of the elderly on the convergence formation of the social capital. This study is based on the quantitative research of 390 older adults who have participated on the volunteer programs run by welfare center and culture center for the elderly at Incheon area. The results are as follows. First, social responsibility and self-realization (independent variables) have effect on social trust(dependent variable). Second, self-realization(independent variable) has effect on social participation(dependent variable). Third, but social activity(independent variables) have not effect on social trust and social participation(dependent variable). This study can be use to propose policies related to the social activity for the elder's good life.

This paper purposes to identify who is/are in charge of KBS broadcasting programming in view of freedom of broadcasting and interest of audience under the circumstance that Blue House put pressure on KBS to refrain from reporting Sewol Ferry disaster. For this purpose this study has reviewed prior theses, books, journals, laws, and cases, etc. It is analyzed that principal agents in charge of freedom of broadcasting journalism and programming are KBS employees in charge of producing broadcasting programs and KBS chief programming officer, who is appointed by KBS CEO. KBS CEO, who can easily be influenced by governmental pressure in terms of KBS structure, should avoid interfering with programming and producing directly or indirectly for freedom of the press and public interests.

2011년도 미스코리아 진(眞), 2012년도 미스유니버스 출전, 이렇듯 이성혜 그녀는 한국 여성의 아름다움을 대표하는, 미(美)의 대사로 그간 활동해왔다. 지知덕德체體를 완벽하게 갖춘 그녀가 좀 더 대중에게 친숙하게 다가서게 된 것은 '꽃은 과정으로 피어난다'는 자서전을 발간하면서부터다. 책을 통해 그녀는 유년시절 성장과정과 사춘기시절 고뇌를 신앙을 통해 극복해가게 된 과정을 소개하면서 우리에게 좀 더 다가오게 됐다. 이후 그녀는 공인으로서 모범 궤도를 선보여 왔으며, 올해 들어서는 결핵홍보대사를 맡기에 이르렀다. 다양한 사회 봉사활동 소식이 전해지는 가운데, 결핵홍보대사로 100일을 지나고 있는 이성혜씨의 소감과 앞으로의 행보에 대해 들어보았다.

중국 도서관체제의 한 하부체제로서 중국과학원 문헌정보체제는 이론 연구와 실무 실천 양면에서 중국의 문헌정보활동 발전에 크게 기여해왔다. 현재 중국에 풍미하고 있는 개혁운동으로 중국과학원 문헌정보체제는 훌륭한 기회와 도전에 직면해 있다. 중국과학원 문헌정보체제가 현대적인 기술과 수단으로 그 이용자에게 봉사해야 할 의무와 책임을 견지하고 있는 한 동 문헌정보체제는 그 활동을 더욱 더 개선해 나갈 것이다. 이러한 기본적인 배경아래 본 논문에서는 첫째, 중국과학원 문헌정보체제의 조직 구조; 둘째, 그 주요 사업과 활동 현황 - 특히 이론 연구, 도서관학과 정보학의 통합, 이차간행물의 출판과 데이터베이스의 구축, 정보검색과 정보분석, 자동화, 직원훈련; 셋째, 결론으로서 중국과학원 문헌정보활동의 장래 발전을 전망하였다.

Many engineering professors are forced to execute ABEEK activities. Engineering professors are evaluated by their educational, research and service activities, but are mainly by their research papers published in professional journals. The gap between the duties and the evaluation criteria exists among engineering professors. This paper deals with the possible ways of including the ABEEK activities in the engineering professor evaluation system. Among the five ways suggested for a simple survey, tenured professors prefer to reduce the lecture time but junior professors prefer to reduce the research burden for the benefit from executing ABEEK activities. Based on logical reasoning and the preference among the surveyed professors, ABEEK related activities may be included in the educational part for the professor evaluation system before the ABEEK system is matured. However, ABEEK related activities have to be converted to the duties of engineering professors in the long run as in the US universities.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify perceptions about the relationship between poverty and health and examined the attitudes toward poverty among nursing students. This study administered a standardized questionnaire to 198 nursing students at a university. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results of the study showed that nursing students recognized the importance of nursing education for poverty. They also recognized that clinical practice and extra-curricular programs such as volunteer activities were necessary for nursing education. Furthermore, they were aware of the vicious cycle of poverty and health; however, their awareness of the health behavior of the poor was insufficient. In the perception of attitudes toward poverty, individual explanations of poverty tended to be more common than structural explanations, and there was a difference in scores according to age, economic level, political orientation, and clinical practice. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop programs, such as multidisciplinary convergence clinical practice education and volunteer activities, to produce competent nurses to health inequity care for the poor.
