The Determinants of Switching On·Off-Line Channels for Consumers (소비자의 온·오프라인 채널이동 유형의 결정요인에 대한 연구)

  • This study illustrates factors that determine consumer types based on ways in which they alternate between online and offline channels for searching and eventually buying their desired products. This study conducted an online survey targeting 1,040 consumers. As per the study, consumer types fall into five groups: 1) on-on type(online search${\rightarrow}$online buying), 2) off-off type(offline search${\rightarrow}$offline buying), 3) on-off type(online search${\rightarrow}$offline buying), 4) off-on type(offline search${\rightarrow}$online buying), and, 5) on-off-on type(online search${\rightarrow}$ offline search${\rightarrow}$nline buying). The primary factors that determine how the different consumer types switch between online and offline channels are price orientation, convenience orientation,, risk-aversion orientation, and channel familiarity. Although they feel cross-channel shopping can be cumbersome, the findings show that cross-channel consumers would gladly switch channels to buy cheaper and proven products. The findings of this study will be useful for businesses that have both online and offline channels and point out the theoretical aspects of the decision-making process as consumers switch between channels.

The Immersion Factors and Characteristics of Youtube Channels for Generation Z (Z세대가 즐기는 유튜브 채널의 몰입 요인과 특징)

  • Generation Z(Gen Z), which is referred to people in their late teens to early 20s, becomes one of new major consumer groups in the society. More than 80 percent Gen Z use YouTube content as a main information channel. In this study, we investigate what kind of factors make Gen Z immersed when watching YouTube content. In the background study, we examined immersion and set the cognitive conditions of immersion as reality, fascination, control, and driving as a framework for analysis of case study. In the case study, we analyzed the most popular YouTube channels of each category among the Gen Z with the established framework and then identified 3 main factors: reality, 5 senses, and unpretentiousness and 8 characteristics of them. By conducting survey with Gen Z, we wanted to verify the validity of the characteristics and find out the difference among categories. Subjects answered on a five-point scale how the characteristics of each immersion factor corresponded to their favorite channels. As a result, seven characteristics: 1) familiarity of background, 2) reality of acting, 3)familiarity of material, 4)YouTubers' appearance and 5) voice, 6)multi-sensory, and 7)YouTuber's ability to resemble viewers influenced more than 50% of users' immersion. Although there was no significant difference among categories, the familiarity of the material and the five senses stimulus (YouTube's appearance, voice, audiovisual and surrogate taste) were the most important factors in the entertainment category.

  • 중추신경계돠 자율신경계에 나타난 후각에 의한 감성변화를 측정하기 위해 후각자극은 0.6% 오렌지향과 2.5% valeric acid를 수증기로 포화시키는 후각 자극기를 통해 일정 flow와 농도로 시행하였다. 대조자극은 방안 공기로 향자극 전후에 시행하였으며 뇌파자극은 international 10-20 systim에서 4채널을 사용하였다. 이외에 ECG, EOG, heart rate, skin conductance와 respiration를 기록하였고 뇌파분석은 fast Fourier tuansform analysis의 power spectra로 하였다. 그 frequency banes는 delta(0-4.5Hz), theta(4.5-7Hz)은 쾌하고 친숙하게 valeric acid는 불쾌하고 성가시게 평가되었다. 뇌파분석에서 쾌와 불쾌 자극간의 차이는 PG2-A2 channel 에서 alphal의 자극전후의 차이를 나타내었으며 불유쾌한 자극에서는 모든 channel alphal, alpha2와 beta파 증가를 보였다. 또한 heart rate, galvaric skin resistance는 쾌자극에서 감소양상을 나타내었으며 불쾌자극에서는 반대경향을 보였다. 호흡에서는 쾌자극에서 호흡수 감소경향과 input/output amplitude dutation와 duration의 증가경향을 보였으며 불쾌자극에서는 반대양상을 보였다. 결론적으로 쾌와 불쾌 후각자극으로 감성변화를 뇌파와 자율신경계에서 볼 수 있었다.

  • Conventional TV viewing environment had provided limited numbers of channels and contents so that accessibility of contents was made user's manual change of TV channels and by manual selection of TV program contents. However, with advent of IPTV and various contents and channels available to users’ terminals, excessive numbers of TV contents become available to users’ terminals, thus leading to totally different TV viewing environments. In this TV environment, users are required to make much effort to choose their preferred TV channels or program contents, which becomes much cumbersome to the users. Therefore, in this paper, we will propose TV contents schedule recommendation by making reasoning on users’ TV viewing patterns from TV viewing history data using sequential pattern mining so that so that it increases accessibility of users to many TV program contents which may be or may not be aware of the users.

  • The purpose of this research is to know what factors have impacts on their risk perception and attitude in risk communications. This research shows the research findings that the determinant factors of risk perception are the possibility to control the risk, benefits of recognition, the specialty of risk management, and the usefulness of information about the risk. And also the results have shown that the determinant factors of risk attitudes are the possibility to control the risk, the understanding of science and technology, the familiarity with the risk, the usefulness information about the risk, the accuracy of information, and the initiative in the protection of citizens from the risk. As the results have indicated, common determinant factors are the usefulness of information about the risk and the possibility to control the risk. Both of them that affect risk perception and attitudes on electromagnetic waves are important factors in risk communication research. Therefore this study shows that what factors suppose to be considered important in risk communication process about risk of electromagnetic waves.

The Impact of Perception on the Difference Between Mobile and Stationary Internet Toward the Intention to Use Mobile Internet (모바일 인터넷과 PC 인터넷의 특성 차이에 대한 인식이 모바일 인터넷 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • The objective of this research is to identify the factors which influence users' intention to use mobile Internet. There are lots of researches based on Technology Acceptance Model trying to identify the factors which have influence on accepting mobile Internet and its related services. These researches, however, have some limitation in the sense that they focus only on the features of mobile Internet itself while users make overall decision after the comparison of a new service channel with existing service channels in many directions. Therefore, we are going to analyze the impact of users' perception on the difference between mobile and stationary Internet toward their intention to use mobile Internet. We identified the features like ubiquitous availability, context awareness, compatibility, friendliness, and economic value from literature review and developed a structural model about the impact of users' perception on the differences of these features between mobile and stationary Internet toward their intention to use mobile Internet through mediate variables such as perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, and perceived usefulness. After that, we conducted an experimental analysis for the model, and addressed a solution to rev up the usage of mobile Internet based on the results of the analysis.

Differences of central and autonomic responses between olfactory stimuli with Lavenar and Jasmin in human (Lavendar와 Jasmin으로 유발된 후각 강성에 대한 중추 및 자율신경계 반응)

  • 향에 의해 유발되는 감성에 대한 중추신경계 및 자율신경계의 반응의 변화를 측정하기 위해 안정시키는 향과 각성시키는 향을 사용하여 주관적 평가와 동시에 시행하였다. 안정시키는 향으로 1% Lavendar 향을 사용하였고, 각성시키는 향으로 0.8% Jasmin 향을 사용하였으며, 안정상태를 향자극 전후에 측정하여 대조군으로 사용하였다. 중추신경계의 지표로 뇌파측정을 하였고 뇌파의 전극은 international 10-20 system에서 4 채널을 사용하였으며, 자율신경계의 지표로는 심전도, heart rate, 피부저항, 피부온도를 기록하였다. 뇌파의 분석은 Fast Fourier Transform analysis의 power spectra로 하였고, 그 frequency bands는 theta(4-8Hz), alpha(8-l3Hz), beta(14-30Hz)로 하였다 또한 심전도를 이용하여 심전도 상의 연속적인 R-R peak간 시간간격을 시계열 데이터로 재구성한 Heart rate variability 분석도 하였다. HRV 분석을 보다 정확히 할 수 있도록 호흡이 심전도에 미치는 영향을 제거하기 위하여 호흡을 분당 20회로 일정하게 하였다 생체신호 측정과 동시에 실시한 주관적 검사에서 lavendar 향은 친숙하게, jasmin 향은 활기차고 상쾌하고 유쾌하게 평가되었다. 뇌파 분석에서 lavendar 향을 주었을 때 theta의 증가 양상을 보였으며, Jasmin 향을 주었을 때는 모든 채널에서 beta 파의 증가 양상을 보였다. 또한 HRV 분석 결과 부교삼신경의 활동성이 부각되는 HF/LF의 값이 lavendar에서는 대조 자극보다 높게 나타났으며, jasmin에서는 대조자극보다 낮은 값이 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 결론적으로 안정과 각성의 후각 자극으로 인한 감성의 변화를 뇌파와 자율신경계 등의 생체지표로 관찰할 수 있었다.정하는 감성요인의 차이를 알 수 있었으며 또한 essential oil에서는 성별 차이가 없는데 반해 페르몬 향의 경우 성별의 차이를 나타내었다.. 방법을 타액과 혈청내 testosterone 농도 측정에 응용하여 RIA의 결과와 비교하여 본 바 상관관계가 타액에서 r=0.969, 혈청에서 r=0.990으로 두 결과가 잘 일치하였다. 본 실험에서 측정된 한국인 여성의 타액내 testosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea.
