A Study on the Successful Factors of Customer Relationship Management(CRM) Implementation for Customer Satisfaction in Dental Clinic (치과의원에서 고객만족을 위한 고객관계관리(CRM) 실행의 성공요인에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, I have analyzed domestic dental clinics which had introduced CRM for customer satisfaction management. The purpose of this study is to provide information for designing efficient CRM. I would suggest some strategies to carry out CRM as followed. First, promote long-term relationship with customers. Second, select a target patient group and classify customers. Third, set a systematic database up. Fourth, make various channels to communicate with customers. In addition, the following ways are essential to be successful in implementing CRM. First, strengthen the service provided at the Moment of Truth (MOT). Second, organize learning in hospital and all the staff should be customer-oriented. Third, perform systematic "internal marketing".

Multichannel Shopping and Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Shopping Experience and Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics (다채널 쇼핑과 고객만족: 쇼핑경험과 고객-기업 관계특성의 역할)

  • In recent retail environments, multichannel customer management increasingly has been considered a key element of successful CRM. Although customer's multichannel usage is believed to be potential cause of customer loyalty, the theoretical explanation about this causal relationship still remains unexamined and unanswered. In this paper, the authors present a systematic framework to test the postulated "multichannel usage-shopping experience-customer satisfaction" chain. To this end, we examine that the two core components of shopping experience(convenience and enjoyment) is a mediator of the direct causality of multichannel usage(based on both information search and product purchase stage) on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the authors examine that two types of customer-firm relationship characteristics(relationship age and purchase frequency) is a moderator of the multichannel usage-shopping experience relationship. Using integrating data with survey and customer database of multichannel retail company, the authors empirically test and substantiate shopping experience's mediating role in the multichannel usage-customer satisfaction relationship and customer-firm relationship characteristics' moderating role in the multichannel usage-customer experience relationship. These results suggest that multichannel retailers should deliver favorable shopping experience for building customer satisfaction and differentiate shopping experience according to customer-firm relationship characteristics.

  • This study focused on the role of the center for private information, which can manage and share the personal data from data breach incidents. Especially, this study addresses on the importance of establishing information management systems for preventing secondary misappropriation of breached personal data and private information. The database of breached personal data can be used for reducing privacy worries of potential victims of secondary misuse of personal data. Individuals who use the same IDs and passwords on multiple websites may find this service more effective and necessary. The effectiveness of this breached data center on reducing secondary privacy infringement may differ depending on the extend of data being shared and the conditions of data submission. When businesses experienced data breach and submission of data to this center is required by the law, the accuracy and effectiveness of this service can be enhanced. In addition, centralized database with high quality data set can increase matching for private information and control the secondary misappropriation of personal data or private information better.

An Exploratory Case Study of a Successful Online Start-up Fashion Shopping Store: Focusing on the Entrepreneurial Process of a Soho Shopping Mall (온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 성공적 창업에 대한 탐색적 사례연구: 소호쇼핑몰의 기업가적 과정을 중심으로)

  • This study targets four Soho fashion shopping malls that are operating successfully in the online fashion market. This study analyzed the entrepreneurship process by dividing it into three stages. The results of the case study are as follows. In the case of Company S, the founder, who had little work experience, started an e-commerce business with a sense of fashion and entrepreneurship. It is a contemporary, casual brand with competitive prices, design power, and diverse product assortment, and the business performance was achieved through data management and analysis and the diversification of distribution channels. In the case of Company B, the founder, who had little work experience, started a manufacturing and e-commerce business by leveraging their SNS network capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit. It is a contemporary fashion brand with product competitiveness of specific items and start-up characteristics, and performance was achieved through the establishment of brand identity and market expansion. Third, Company M and Company C are examples of Soho fashion shopping malls where the founders with more extensive work experience at the time of founding their respective start-ups focused on brand recognition as their core competitiveness. In the case of Company M, the apparel brand was launched with a wealth of experience and design spirit. It is a fashion designer brand that stands out for its sensibility, and the owner has achieved performance through various entrepreneurial activities that broaden the corporate horizon. Company C is a manufacturing and e-commerce brand that was started with design capabilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. It is a luxury fashion brand that focuses on emotional expression, and the outcomes, such as brand recognition and sales, were achieved through active customer management. The results of this study can be used as basic data in education for and research of Soho shopping malls and the prospective founders.

  • To study the grout flow in jointed rock, various nurser characteristics of grout in a single joint plane and two-dperorbed. The joint plane is described as a channel nets properties of grout are considered. To deal with various prob generator and i oint network generator are used. A loss of head due to friction in laminal flow is adopted to between the grout and joint wall. The grout flow is stopped, setting time. To consider this phenomenon, the idea of maxim From the results of numerical simulation on the single jai etration of grout is confirmed. The basic principles for the ation and the selection of the grout are presented. Correlation ant and grouting pressure is defined by analyzing the effects grout flow. Finally, the grout flow around a tunnel is simulate ins grouting operation for jointed rock mass.

Design and Implementation of a Mobile Ubiquitous Healthcare System (모바일 유비쿼터스 헬스케어시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Recently, owing to the development of ubiquitous sensor network and mobile communication technologies, many studies on healthcare system are being carried out. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a mobile u-Healthcare system based on sensor network. The u-Healthcare system is composed of three components: wireless sensor network at home, healthcare center located at remote site, and gateway which relays sensing physiological signals to healthcare center. In order to measure patient's physiological signal three sensors are used: three channel ECG sensor, pulse oximeter, and blood pressure sensor. Each sensor is mounted on a mote which can send gathered signal to the base node using Zigbee communication protocol. Once the base node receives physiological signal from each sensor, the client in the base node transfers the signal to the healthcare center. The received physiological signal at the healthcare center is analyzed and processed using various algorithms. The processed results are compared to the standard healthcare database and appropriate treatment including dietetics and exercise cure would be sent to the patient as feedback using SMS message or healthcare center web site. Each patient can check and manage one's health state every day using the healthcare system and gain a recovery under the treatments from minor health problems.

모바일 증권 서비스 이용에 관한 연구

  • As the development of wireless technologies continue, mobile stock trading has become a new channel for companies to reach their customers. This study examines the factors affecting customer acceptance of mobile stock trading services. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The sample was divided into users and nonuser groups. The test results show that relative advantage and social influence are positively related to intention to accept mobile services as well as in intention to reuse, security risk is negatively related to intention to reuse, frequency of trading is positively related to intention to reuse, cost burden is negatively related to the probability of using mobile stock trading services, and social influence is positively related to the probability of using mobile services. The results also support that information quality and response time are positively related to relative advantage, and interface quality is negatively related to complexity. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer use of mobile stock trading services.

  • Increase of data traffic and the advent of new real-time services require to change from the traditional TDM-based (Time Division Multiplexing) networks to the optical networks that soft and dynamic configuration. Voice and lease line services are main service area of the traditional TDM-based networks. This optical network became main infrastructure that offer many channel that can convey data, video, and voice. To provide high resilience against failures, Packet-optical networks must have an ability to maintain an acceptable level of service during network failures. Fast and resource optimized lightpath restoration strategies are urgent requirements for the near future Packet-optical networks with a Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching(GMPLS) control plane. The goal of this paper is to provide packet-optical network with a hierarchical multi-layer recovery in order to fast and coordinated restoration in packet-optical network/GMPLS, focusing on new implementation information. The proposed schemes do not need an extension of optical network signaling (routing) protocols for support.

  • The fire distress detection and rescue user terminal, which rescue the survivor by using the direction finding of distress place and sensing techniques, was design and implemented. The user terminal provides the rescue function in the place of evil surroundings that can not be available the communication facilities. The rescue user terminal provides the portable configuration, which consists of a RF board with radio frequency of 2.45 GHz and inner antenna, and a control board. The inner antenna with $60^{\circ}$ or $120^{\circ}$ directivity, which use the triangulation, detects the rescue signal from survivor. The rescue was managed by allotment of user ID and can use the bidirectional audio channel using radio frequency of 5.8 GHz.

  • In digital convergence environment, information security management plays crucial role in maintaining firms' competitiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) enables informations security countermeasures to be more effectively worked by helping employees to have much knowledge of information security policy, by facilitating employees to participate in information security education/training. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of OCB on the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention. Questionary was designed based on prior information security research, and survey was conducted among companies' employees across the industry. Results showed that information security policy and information security education/training were found to be key predictors of compliance intention. In addition, OCB was proven to mediate the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention.
