The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect on children's creativity and nutrition knowledge of cooking activities by applying recipe development. The procedure consists 7 steps which are diagnosing a necessity, setting a basic direction, setting ingredients and topics of the activity, designing some models of the activity, designing some developed activity, lastly completing the creative cooking activity. The model of this activities consists 5 steps which are exploring the ingredients, creating a recipe, practising the activities, representing the activities, lastly evaluation the activities. Participants were 36 children who are 4 to 5 years old from K daycare center located in Busan. The results exhibited that creativity and nutrition knowledge of experimental group is significantly higher than comparative group. The creative cooking activity by applying recipe development is effective for advancing in creativity and getting nutrition knowledge of children.

The purpose of this study was to develop practical arts' lesson plan for creativity and personality. In order to achieve the objectives of the study creativity and personality factor were derived on the basis of previous research and literature review and expert groups to develop lesson plan through the modification of the validity assessment. This study was conducted in three phases: preparation, development, and improvement. In the preparation phase, educational needs of teachers were developed and analyzed. And theme for activity was selected. In the development phase, activity were selected based on the contents of practical arts and presentation of educational objective, development of lesson plan. In the improvement phase, the lesson plan was completed through the modification of the validity assessment by expert group. The characteristics of the developed lesson plan were followings; First, Developed lesson were based on the contents of practical arts for creativity and personality Second, Developed lesson were designed for project method. Third, this developed lesson plan is made up of six parts 'Study cook', 'Cooking lunchbox for health', 'Cooking fusion food', 'Sowing and growing sprouts', 'Cooking with growing sprout', 'Food for life exhibition'. Forth, developed lesson plan can use practical arts class and creative activity class.

Unlike in the past, culture and the arts are now being recognized as key elements for gaining competitive advantage, changing the approach and enjoyment methods of culture and art. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of participation of culture and art activities on the performance of the executives and staff members at M Financial Company. The study resulted in four different findings. First, creative activities have a positive effect on job commitment, but appreciation activities have no statistically significant effect on job commitment. Second, although appreciation activities have a positive effect on creative behavior, it has been confirmed that creative activities have no statistically significant effect on creative behavior. Third, job commitment has a significant effect on creative behavior. Fourth, the relationship between job commitment and job performance shows that job commitment affects job performance positively; creative behavior also positively affects job performance. Finally, we examined the mediating effect between participation in culture and art activities and job performance with job commitment and creative behavior. As a result, job commitment and creative behavior are found to mediate between creative activities and job performance. However, it did not mediate between appreciation activities and job performance. On the other hand, the mediating effect of creative behavior between job commitment and job performance was partially mediated.

It is the basic direction of revised education course to bring up the autonomous and creative Koreans to lead the 21st century. In the music education of the middle school it could be said that music program using computer is a very effective medium for learners' sake of stimulating their audio-visual sense at the same time. In this study, I will look around the facility of the computer music program and tried to find the application method to connect the creative learning activity in music class. And I will also show the application method in the musical activity area. For this, I proposed the method for students' creative learning activity in the middle of using Finale 2010 for music notation, Window Moviemaker for image editing and Goldwave for sound editing.

Observation is the base of creativity and inquiry. The purposes of this study were to analyze the characteristics of observation of middle school students, and to investigate their creativity by observation activities. The subjects of the study were 25 students for characteristics of observation and 144 students for both observation activity group and non-observation group, as a control, in a middle school. As a result, 25 students wrote 206 cases for the characteristics of observation. The cases were mostly classified in visual ways, such as color, figure, and movement. Students analyzed in primitive ways, observed in the given-limited situation, and confirmed with teachers or other students, The results of this study for creativity by observation activity were analyzed by ANCOVA and this study showed that observation activity was found to be effective in increasing students' creativity (p<0.05).

This study aimed to propose implications for mental health and cultural arts education, in which certain factors can contribute to acquiring and improving creativity in adolescents to cultivate the creative human resources required in future society. The study used panel data from the Korean Education Longitudinal Study provided by the Korea Educational Development Institute. First, we analyzed the correlation between mental health and creativity and then examined mediation and serial mediation effects of the frequency of participation in cultural activities and the experience of them between two factors. The results showed that mental health was significantly positively correlated with creativity. Additionally, the frequency of participation in cultural activities and their experience were confirmed to have partial mediating effects. In other words, sound mental health factors such as comfort, enjoyment and happiness, cultural education, and cultural activities were found to have positive effects on creativity in adolescents. To develop creativity in adolescents, this study suggests the following challenges: (1) enhancing positive mental health, (2) increasing participation in cultural and artistic activities, (3) actively developing education programs for the cultural arts on community and educational sites, and (4) using and promoting local cultural and artistic education programs. These are expected to make an important contribution to fostering talented adolescents with creativity and convergence.

In this study, researchers developed the criteria evaluating mathematically gifted students' creative products, which contain such evaluation headings as cognitive abilities(; creativity, analytic thinking, expert skill and knowledge), performing ability of the Mathematically Gifted-Creative Problem Solving process. And then a case study is carried out to apply the criteria to an actual condition of mathematically gifted education. This case study shows that how teachers can apply those of model and criteria in actual condition of the mathematically gifted education. Through the criteria above mentioned, the characteristics of creative productivity can be grasped clearly and evaluated in detail.

This study was designed to examine the effects of integrated physical expressive activities on creativity in young children. Subjects of this study were 38 preschoolers at the age of 4 who consisted of both the experimental group of 18 children and the control group of 20 children. To measure the creativity of young children, this study adopted Figural Test A of Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) as pre-and post-tests with both experimental and control group. The results showed that effects of integrated physical expressive activities varied by sub-dimensions of creativity; children's participation in integrated physical expressive activities was effective to improve openness, abstractness of titles, and elaboration even if overall creativity and fluency increased after their program participation. Also, originality was the only sub-dimension that was not improved. It implied that integrated physical expressive activities have partial positive effects on some sub-dimensions of creativity.

This study was carried out in order to explore possibility of artistic activity for strengthening creativity of the gifted children at home by analyzing influence of the gifted children's musical experience and interest level upon creativity. As a result of research, the gifted children's musical experience and interest level were distributed in the mid-lower rank as a whole. The mean in score of creativity was high. Among sub-spheres, originality, abstractness of titles, and resistance to premature closure were surveyed to be especially excellent. And the result of this study was indicated to be high in influence of musical experience and interest level upon creativity. Some conclusions and implications that were obtained through this study are as follows. First, to explore influence of musical experience as artistic activity upon creativity, first of all, the qualitative inspection needs to be given priority to musical activity itself, which is being experienced by the gifted children as the research subjects. Second, there is necessity of paying attention to the musical experience and interest level of the low gifted children. Third, for the gifted children prior to activation of art education, a clear reason why the art education is needed and the usefulness need to be presented.

The 21st century is the era of the center of the Originality(of thought). It also emphasizes creativity and creative education policy based on the new changes are dreaming. Creative education through art grasp the essence of things, seek express oneself, and brings cognitive ability. An educatee promote the development of creativity and insight on things other than the existing. New thinking will gain the ability to make rational faculty of the mind and principle. Creative education implement in homes, schools, communities, public agencies, private organizations, and running through the creative environment, but the number of trainees are exposed to extremely rare. The creative practice book in charge of creative education of the dissemination insufficient of research and development in reality. The creative practice book requires a new approach. It can be seen easily accessible environment where everyone should be able to provide for nationwide. In this respect, the creative practice book through art to begin consideration, is studied a whole spectrum, and be published in variety of practice books.
