  • 이 연구에서는 초등학교 1학년 수학영재학생들을 위한 심화학습 자료를 개발하였다. 개발된 학습 자료에는 다양한 활동 중심과 간학문적 접관을 통하여 수학에 대한 흥미를 증진시진 수 있는 내용을 포함시켜 지적영역에만 국한되는 편협성을 탈피하여 보다 창의성을 신장하도록 하였다.

  • It ill give much interest both to the teacher and student that paper crane makes interesting mathematical investment possible. It is really possible for the middle school students to invest mathematical activity such as the things about triangle and square, resemblance, Pythagorean theorem. I reserched how this mathematical investment possible through folding and unfolding paper crane and analyzed the mathematical meaning.

오픈소스 시대의 R&D, 전주기적 활동과 동시공학적 접근

  • 소프트웨어에 이어 하드웨어에서도 오픈소스시대가 열리고 있다, 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 분야에서의 오픈소스의 폭넓은 확산은 ICT 분야의 R&D 활동에서 새로운 연구 방법과 연구 분야의 확장을 가능케 할 것으로 생각된다. 오픈소스 생태계 하에서는 개별 연구조직의 크기나 연구 규모에 따른 장점은 줄어드는 반면 개인의 창의력이나 협업 능력이 연구경쟁력의 원천이 된다. 이에 따라 과거에는 시도하지 않았던 창의적인 선행연구나 시스템적인 융합연구도 가능해질 것이다. R&D는 단지 구현결과물을 얻는 것에 한정되는 것이 아니라, 개념 도출, 이에 따른 설계, 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 구현, 적합성 및 상호운용성시험, 대규모 실증사업까지의 단계적이고 체계적인 추진과 이에 대한 문서화, 규격화 및 표준화 작업들을 포함한다. 이러한 작업은 순차적이 아니라 동시적으로 수행될 때 상호연계 검증에 따른 완성도 제고와 전주기 활동에 있어 총 시간 단축을 꾀할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 오픈소스 생태계에서 연구자들이 이러한 활동의 효과적인 수행과 협력적 융합연구를 위한 저비용 오픈소스 R&D 동시개발 플랫폼 방안을 제시한다.

  • This paper operated the effect based on children's emotion using multimedia activity. The defferent of group were operation group based on multimedea activity that higher than the group that listened children's story and represent the significant result on statistics. The children multimedia activity promoted emotion intelegent representing feeling.

The effect of the extensive program using the storytelling on young children's linguistic creativity (동화와 관련된 확장활동이 유아의 언어 창의성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of the extensive program using the story telling on young children's linguistic creativity. 20 five-year-olds and 18 four-year-olds from a day care center were selected for this study. After performing pre-test, they were divided into control and experimental group. Children's linguistic creativity was measured using 'Imagining Red' of 'Korean Comprehensive Creativity Test for Young Children' standardized by Chun(2000). 6 books were selected for the extensive program for the promotion of children's linguistic creativity was carried out to experimental group for three weeks. After three weeks, post-test was performed on experimental and control group. The results indicate that the extensive program using the storytelling had an effect on promoting young children's linguistic creativity including the sub-elements such as fluency, flexibility, and originality. As the results of experiencing the extensive program related to storytelling, the linguistic creativity of 5 year olds improved more than that of 4 year aids and that of girls improved more than that of boys. For the developing children's linguistic creativity, various extensive activities need to be programmed.

Relationships of Nurse Manager's Transformational & Transactional Leaderships to Nurses' Creative Activity (간호관리자의 변혁적${\cdot}$거래적 리더십과 간호사의 창의적 활동간의 관계)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed at examining the relationships of transformational and transactional leaderships that nurse managers demonstrate to creative activity that nurses excercise at caring for patients. Method: Using 11 items of the Creative Nursing Practice Index and 18 items of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire Form, a descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 425 nurses working more than six months at nursingcare units in a university hospital of Korea. Data were analyzed, using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis methods. Result: Creative activity had positive relationships to transformational leadership and transactional leadership(p<.01). The factor influencing on creative activity was not transactional leadership(p>.05), but transformational leadership(10.7%, p<.001). Intellectual stimulation accounted for 9.7% of information building-activity and 1.1% of idea creating & communicating idea. About 5.8% of the variance in idea validating-activity was explained by inspirational motivation, and 1.2% by contingent reward. Conclusion: For support for nurses' creative activity at work, leadership training programs would be needed to build up nurse manager's transformational leadership.
