In our knowledge-based society, a corporation's main growth engine consists of its unique core competences and how these are organized rather than materialized competitive advantage. Intangible factors such as creative organizational culture, learning capability, brands, marketing ability and technology are notable examples of such core competencies. To ensure constant development of a corporation, it is important to understand the environment in which these factors operate. Drawing on literature research, this paper looks at organizational culture and change, and employees' attitudes and resistance factors to such change. To strengthen the explanation of this study the Korea Asset Management Corporation was used as a case study. From the point of view of information science, knowledge has been viewed as that which is found in books and databases. Such "knowledge" is storable, passive and unchangeable. However, more recently it is seen by many researchers that this approach is limited in that it ignores the knowledge that "sits" in human "bodyminds" and organizations. Such knowledge forms the backbone of organizational culture and should be considered in any meaningful study of information.
2007 revised curriculum in primary schools by the educational programming should be carried out due to a number of practical constraints have been performed well. Elementary education program conducted by the EPL and Scratch Programming for haneunge was not long after the development of intuitive interface and blocks created using the syntax, contains multimedia elements, such as the benefits that can create artifacts due to the elementary education program is appropriate for. The researcher targeted the school for a semester, 4th year 12 weeks based on the results of scratch programming, programming by way of the Plan and the training and the results were analyzed. Scratch programming to increase student interest and enhance creativity and Formal help cultivate the scientific attitude can give you results. Scratch Programming for Elementary EPL Education is an effective lead of the students' prior knowledge or interest in sex by level of achievement because of the variation to allow individual learning needs to organize a program of study. And results in the production of sufficient thinking ahead and given time to discuss the purpose of education and programming will need to be alive.
This study was to analyze the educational objectives of evaluation of practice quizzes and learning objectives of chemistry I textbooks for the 2009 revised curriculum by Klopfer's taxonomy. The result revealed that the objectives of science education indicated in the 2009 revised curriculum were contained the educational meaning of all categories except 'manual skills' of Klopfer's taxonomy of educational objectives. The learning objectives of chemistry I textbooks laid mostly on 'the knowledge and comprehension' and 'the process of scientific inquiry'. It showed that 'the objectives of scientific knowledge and methods', 'manual skills' and 'scientific attitude and interest', 'orientation' seemed to be taken in a relatively careless way. The result on the practice quizzes in textbooks, they also laid stress on 'the knowledge and comprehension' were covered much, even though they were emphasized in the other objectives of the curriculum. It was concluded that the educational objectives of the science textbooks did not reflect much on educational objectives of the 2009 revised curriculum.
In this study, selecting process for scientifically gifted students was investigated and analyzed to science education institute for the gifted in university and was compared with foreign education institute for the gifted. The number of science education institute for the gifted was unequality located to the regions, comparing with the ratio of students. Therefore it is necessary for balancing location of science education institute for the gifted according to the ratio of students to let various students have the gifted education. Comparing with the ratio of gifted students between elementary school students and middle school students, the shape of ratios seems to be a inversed-pyramid. It is necessary to select students with the shape of the pyramid, supporting them to be educated, systematically and officially. The gifted students were selected through the procedures of creative test, intelligent test and individual interview in science education institute
The purpose of this study is to research the practical cases of the reflective curriculum design and the improvement of the dance courses as a general education at University. As the economic, social, and environmental problems of the local community reach a serious level, our society is realizing the need to foster young talents who discover opportunities in local issues through entrepreneurship education and create social values through creative challenges. However, entrepreneurship education programs are generally focused on commerciality, so customized education programs to solve regional problems are insufficient. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a community problem-solving entrepreneurship curriculum. In this study, a competency based curriculum model was applied to develop the curriculum, and regional problem-solving entrepreneurship competencies were derived through expert advice from a total of 10 people. In the process, the Delphi methodology was additionally used to reduce the possibility of errors in the competency model. As a result of the study, a total of 23 regional problem-solving entrepreneurship competencies were confirmed, and knowledge(K) - skill(S) - attitude(A) by competency consisted of 5, 9, and 9, respectively. By applying this to Dunham's problem-solving six-step model, modular learning support measures were developed in the order of phase 1(problem discovery), phase 2(problem analysis), phase 3(plan), phase 4(measure), and phase 5(evaluation). This study is meaningful in that it integrated theory and practice by developing specific entrepreneurship curriculum and learning support measures based on the theoretical model devised in social welfare. In addition, it has implications in that it developed a regional problem-solving entrepreneurship competency model based on expert advice and proposed a specific curriculum based on this.
There was a great need to consider a core competency-based approach as a new direction of the science education for gifted students according to the value and vision of the 21st century knowledge-based societies. Therefore we developed a core competency model of scientist and examined its validity as a prerequisite for a core competency-based education of science gifted students. In order to this, the survey was conducted after developing questionnaire through the theoretical review of the various resources such as paper, book, and newspaper articles and the qualitative analysis of the behavioral event interview, and then an exploratory factor analysis was performed to validate the factor structure based on the results of the survey. The results revealed that the core competency model with the 5 cluster units of competency and the 15 core competencies was potentially constituted. And the reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the core competency model were verified through the confirmatory factor analysis. The cognitive cluster consisted of 5 competencies and they were as follows: creative, comprehensive, exploratory, analytical, and conceptual thinking competency. The achievement-orientation cluster consisted of 3 competencies and they were as follows: initiative, preparation & problem solving, and strategic influence competency. The scientific attitude cluster consisted of 3 competencies and they were as follows: flexible thinking & attitude, passion for research, and views about science competency. The personal effectiveness cluster consisted of 2 competencies and they were as follows: diverse experiences and global attitude competency. Finally, the networking cluster consisted of 2 competencies and they were as follows: personal understanding and communication competency. Findings were expected to provide the basic data for developing programs and establishing strategies based on the core competency as well as introducing the core competency model of scientist to science education for gifted students effectively.
