창의성과 비판적 사고

  • The main thesis of this article is that the decisive point of creativity education is the cultivation of critical thinking capability. Although the narrow conception of creativity as divergent thinking is not subsumed under that of critical thinking, the role of divergent thinking is not so crucial in the science context of creative problem-solving. On the contrary, the broad conception of creativity as focusing on the reference to utility and the third conception of creativity as a process based on the variation and combination of existing pieces of information are crucial in creative problem-solving context, which are yet subsumed under that of critical thinking. The emphasis on critical thinking education is connected with the characteristics of contemporary knowledge-based society. This rapidly changing society requires situation-adaptive or situation-sensitive cognitive ability, whose core is critical thinking capability. Hence, the education of critical thinking is to be centered on the learning of blowing-how and procedural knowledge but not of knowing-that and declarative knowledge. Accordingly, the learning of critical thinking is to be headed towards the cultivation of competence but not just of performance. In conclusion, when a rational problem-solving through critical and logical thinking turns out consequently to be novel, we call it creative thinking. So, creativity is an emergent property based on critical and logical thinking.

  • 교수학습 성과지표의 측정을 위해서 봉 연구 통해 개발한 도구를 기관이나 개인의 교수학습 상황 진단에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 교수 학습의 측정지표를 개발하고 이를 활용하고자 하는 목적은 사회변화에 부합되는 교수학습을 통해 교수학습의 질적 제고를 꾀하고 고객만족을 통해 대학의 위상을 제고하기 위함이다. 측정결과는 대학의 교수학습의 성과를 시대변화에 부합되도록 업그레이드시키고, 교수학습의 동기부여 차원에서 측정결과가 우수한 교수를 발굴하여 적절한 보상을 하여 창의적 교수법이 확산될 수 있도록 유도할 수도 있을 것이다. 이울러 구성원의 업적평가에 반영할 수도 있을 것이다.

Research on 'Flow' and Creativity as Observed in the Daily Lives of Science-Gifted Students (과학 영재학생들의 일상에서 나타나는 몰입과 창의성에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate various types of 'flow' that can be observed in the daily lives of science-gifted students, and the correlation between 'flow' and creativity. For two months, we have gathered data on 'flow' in the main activities of science-gifted students through a qualitative application of the Experience Sampling Method (ESM). We then use correlation analysis to determine whether there have been correlations between 'flow' and creativity. Among the four channels, activities involving 'flow' have been the most common (40.4%) in the daily lives of the students. The types of tasks done by the students are, in descending order of frequency, productive activities, social activities, leisure activities, and basic activities. The students have shown the least interest in tasks that do not require specific skills or pose significant challenges; thus the least interest show in basic activities and the most interest has been shown in productive activities. 'Flow' and creativity are significantly correlated at the level of 0.01, which means that the more the students experience 'flow,' the more they express creativity. Based on the results above, we have found that there is a need for the development of science programs or environments, including productivity while at the same time, to reduce uneasiness and patience raising activities, where students can experience more 'flow' in daily life.

The Effects of Transformational, Transactional Leadership on the Creativity of Team Members in R&D Organization: Mediating Effect of Team Climate and Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture (변혁적, 거래적 리더십이 연구개발조직 구성원의 창의성에 미치는 영향: 팀 풍토의 조절효과 및 조직문화의 조절효과)

  • This paper investigates the effects of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the creativity of members in R&D organizations. We also analyze the leadership mechanism and the influence of effective environment by using team climate as a mediator and using adhocracy and hierarchy organizational culture as moderator. Data were collected through surveys of Korean Public Research Institutes conducting mainly basic science and applied sciences. 327 valid samples were tested using a structural equation model (SEM). Empirical results confirm that transactional leadership exhibits stronger direct effect on the creativity than transformational leadership. However, in indirect effects mediated by creative team climate, transformational leadership is found to be stronger than transactional leadership. It may reflect the characteristics of R&D organization. Also, through the verification of the moderating effect of the organizational culture, the adhocracy organizational culture appears to improve the creativity and the hierarchical organizational culture appears to inhibit the creativity. It is confirmed that the influence of organizational culture is statistically significant in R&D organizations with strong autonomy and independence. It is suggested that the leadership on the creativity of the members in the R&D organization may be indirect in the context of the team and the organization as well as the direct effects according to the type.

Mediation effects of early childhood teachers' instructional creativity on the structural relationship between early childhood teachers' science teaching efficacy and children's scientific attitude (유아교사의 과학교수효능감과 유아의 과학적 태도의 구조적 관계에서 유아교사 창의성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examined the relationship between child care teachers' science teaching efficacy and children's scientific attitude. Then, using the instructional creativity as a parameter to increase the quality of teacher-children interaction, we examined how the teacher-children relationship changed. In this study, 303 child care center teachers in Suwon, Gyeeonggi were surveyed. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and Sobel-test were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis results showed that child care center teachers' science teaching efficacy had positive effects on the teachers' creativity and the children's scientific attitude. Furthermore, the creativity of child care center teachers had a positive effect on children's scientific attitude. The result of the Sobel-test revealed that child care center teachers's creativity played a mediating role between teachers' science teaching efficacy and children's scientific attitude and acted as a key variable in promoting children's scientific attitude. In conclusion, it has been identified that the creativity of the infant teacher's teaching is an important change that has a positive effect on the child's scientific attitude. Therefore, if education is provided to enhance the creativity of the professor when the infant teacher is working as a science professor at the same time, it can contribute to the quality of the child's scientific attitude.

  • This study is currently presenting a creative education policy through the new 2015 revised curriculum and the Free semester system of Middle School as part of the education policy reform in the government-led, high freedom grade in each regional school board first, emotional schools, friendly school, campus type schools, etc. with creative thinking and improve students' autonomous judgment with the psychological and political reasons meant to provide amusement and certainty of their career choice. This creates space for creative education through the theoretical understanding of the educational philosophical thinking on creativity was to identify the appropriate means of educational space. The purpose of this study was to extract the linkage to produce creative educational environment that is generated through the philosophical thinking of the historical and psychological analysis of creativity with a human being. Future school construction has a future-oriented task should create a creative learning space in the center of the member schools. This creates space for creative education through the theoretical understanding of the educational philosophical thinking on creativity was to identify the appropriate means of educational space. Passports Recognition using ART2 Algorithm and Face Verification (ART2 알고리즘과 얼굴 인증을 이용한 여권 인식)

  • 본 논문에서는 출입국자 관리의 효율성과 체계적인 출입국 관리를 위하여 여권 코드를 자동으로 인식하고 위조 여권을 판별할 수 있는 여권 인식 및 얼굴 인증 방법을 제안한다. 여권 이미지는 기울어진 상태로 스캔되어 획득되어질 수도 있으므로 기울기 보정은 문자 분할 및 인식, 얼굴 인증에 있어 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여권 영상을 스미어링한 후, 추출된 문자열 중에서 가장 긴 문자열을 선택하고 이 문자열의 좌측과 우측 부분의 두께 중심을 연결하는 직선과 수평선과의 기울기를 이용하여 여권 여상에 대한 각도 보정을 수행한다. 여권 코드 추출은 소벨 연산자와 수평 스미어링, 8방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 여권 코드의 문자열 영역을 추출하고, 추출된 여권 코드 문자열 영역에 대해 반복 이지화 방법을 적용하여 코드의 문자열 영역을 이진화한다. 이진화된 문자열 영역에 대해 CDM 마스크를 적용하여 문자열의 코드들을 복원하고 8방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 코드를 추출한다. 추출된 개별 코드는 ART2 알고리즘을 적용하여 인식한다. 얼굴 인증을 위해 템플릿 매칭 알고리즘을 이용하여 얼굴 템플릿 데이터베이스를 구축하고 여권에서 추출된 얼굴 영역과의 유사도 측정을 통하여 여권 얼굴 영역의 위조 여부를 판별한다. 얼굴 인증을 위해서 Hue, YIQ-I, YCbCr-Cb 특징들의 유사도를 종합적으로 분석하여 얼굴 인증에 적용한다. 제안된 여권 인식 및 얼굴 인증 방법의 성능을 평가를 위하여 원본 여권에 얼굴 부분을 위조한 여권과 노이즈, 대비 증가 및 감소, 밝기 증가 및 감소 및 여권 영상을 흐리게 하여 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법이 여권 코드 인식 및 얼굴 인증에 있어서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.권 영상에서 획득되어진 얼굴 영상의 특징벡터와 데이터베이스에 있는 얼굴 영상의 특징벡터와의 거리 값을 계산하여 사진 위조 여부를 판별한다. 제안된 여권 인식 및 얼굴 인증 방법의 성능을 평가를 위하여 원본 여권에서 얼굴 부분을 위조한 여권과 기울어진 여권 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법이 여권의 코드 인식 및 얼굴 인증에 있어서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.진행하고 있다.태도와 유아의 창의성간에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 일반 유아의 아버지 양육태도와 유아의 창의성간의 상관에서는 아버지 양육태도의 성취-비성취 요인에서와 창의성제목의 추상성요인에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창의성이 높은 아동의 아버지의 양육태도는 일반 유아의 아버지와 보다 더 애정적이며 자율성이 높지만 창의성이 높은 아동의 집단내에서 창의성에 특별한 영향을 더 미치는 아버지의 양육방식은 발견되지 않았다. 반면 일반 유아의 경우 아버지의 성취지향성이 낮을 때 자녀의 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 자녀의 창의성을 향상시키는 중요한 양육차원은 애정성이나 비성취지향성으로 나타나고 있어 정서적인 측면의 지원인 것으로 밝혀졌다.징에서 나타나는 AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 자주 나타났다. 반성적 탐구 척도 두 그룹을 비교 했을 때 CON 상호작용의 특징이 낮게 나타나는 N그룹이 양적으로 그리고 내용적으로 더 의미 있는 반성적 탐구를 했다용을 지원하는 홈페이지를 만들어 자료 제공 사이트에 대한 메타 자료를 데이터베이스화했으며 이를 통해 학생들이 원하는 실시간 자료를 검색하여 찾을 수 있고 홈페이지를 방분했을 때 이해하기 어려운 그래프나 각 홈페이지가 제공하는 자료들에 대한 처리 방법을 도움말로 제공받을 수 있게 했다. 실

Effects of an Action Learning based Creative Problem-Solving Course for Nursing Students (액션러닝 교수설계에 의한 창의적 문제해결 교과의 학습성과)

  • Purpose:This study was conducted to identify the effects of an action learning based creative problem-solving (CPS) course on problem solving, creativity and team-member exchange in nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental study applying a non-equivalent control group pre-post design was employed. Sophomore nursing students (32 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group) were recruited from a university in G-city, Korea. Problem solving, creativity and team-member exchange were measured for the pretest and posttest using self-report questionnaires. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, and ANCOVA with SPSS/Win 20.0 program were used to analyze the data. Results: The scores for problem solving, creativity and team-member exchange in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that an action learning based CPS course is an effective teaching method to improve nursing students' competencies. In the future longitudinal studies are needed to assess the long term effects of the course.

Effects of a Creative Science Writing Program on 2nd Grade Elementary School Students' Creativity and Scientific Attitude (초등학교 2학년 슬기로운 생활에서 창의적 과학글쓰기 프로그램이 창의성과 과학적 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • A creative science writing program was developed, and applied to 2nd grade elementary students. Two 2nd grade elementary school classes in Seoul district were selected for the current study. A Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design was applied. The experimental group adopted the creative science writing program and the control group maintained traditional lectures for 12 classes. TTCT(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking) figural test and a scientific attitude test were conducted on both groups. According to the analysis, TTCT score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<.01). Among several subscales of TTCT, elaboration and resistance to premature closure was especially improved. Also, scientific attitude scale of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<.01). Among subscales of scientific attitude, the creative science writing program was effective on improving students' open-mindedness, critical mindedness, cooperation, voluntariness, and endurance. Gender was not a factor in the improvement of both students' creativity and scientific attitude.
