국내 창업행사 가운데 최대 규모를 자랑하는 '2005 대한민국창업대전'은 창의적이고 우수한 기술혁신 아이디어를 보유한 기업의 성공적 창업을 도모한다는 목적을 가진다. 학생 및 예비창업자들의 참신한 사업아이템을 발굴해 포상하는 한편, 실험실에서 연구 개발된 신기술의 사업화를 한 걸음 앞당기는 역할을 하기도 했다. 3일 동안 풍성한 결실을 맺으며 성료한 창업대전은 벤처 미래, 더 나아가 한국경제의 미래를 밝힌 희망의 현장이었다.

The aims of this article are analyzing the job of healthy family supporter for culture work and understanding their core and development competency. As a result, the primary job of healthy family supporter for culture work is planning culture and volunteer work with family program, their core competencies are understanding of daily life and culture, interpersonal skills, creative thinking, problem-solving and social skills and development competencies are planning and evaluation program, word processing skill, creative thinking and problem-solving.

오늘날의 건설사업 환경은 차별화 ${\cdot}$ 정보화 ${\cdot}$ 특성화 ${\cdot}$ R&D등 지식과 기술 및 창의성을 바탕으로 한 창조적 결과물 생산으로의 요구를 확대하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 건설 사업을 수행하는 기술자 집단에게 사업수행의 미래 가치적 최적화를 위해 기획과 계획에서부터 시공과 유지관리 및 장기 지속가능성까지 보장하는 생애주기차원의 사업수행을 요구하는 것이기 때문에 사업의 타당성 분석에서부터 실시간 정보처리와 가치창조를 위한 사업수행 계획이 절대적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 국내 사업일정계획에서 적용하고 있거나 적용할 필요성이 있는 사업단계와 단계별 업무영역을 구분하고, 정보화 운영관리 방안을 분석함으로서 국내 건설 환경에 적합하고 신뢰성을 보장 할 수 있는 일정계획을 수립할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

주요 선진국에서는 개발도상국을 지원하기 위해 자금, 교육, 의료, 인프라 등 다양한 프로그램이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 개발도상국이 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 창의적인 활동의 증가, 사회문제 해결형 혁신 등 실질적인 도움으로 연결될 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 복지형 아이디어 지원 플랫폼의 대표적인 모델로써 창조경제타운을 개발도상국으로 확산하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 개발도상국의 창의적인 아이디어가 발현되고 혁신형 창업으로 연결될 수 있는 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 개발도상국에서 국민들이 아이디어를 제안하면 선진국의 전문가들이 재능기부 형식으로 온라인 멘토링을 수행하고, 우수한 아이디어의 경우에는 세계은행 등과 협력하여 실제 사업화를 지원할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 성공적인 사업화 지원을 위해서는 언어 번역기, 화상회의 시스템 등이 필요하고, 선진국과 개발도상국 정부와의 협력을 통해 사업화 지원 프로그램이 확산될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 접근법의 하나로 우리나라에서 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 창조경제타운 모델을 채택하였으며, 글로벌로 확대 시 필요한 요소들을 조사함으로써 지속가능한 선-후진국간 글로벌 혁신 플랫폼의 한 형태를 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity in early stage entrepreneurial ventures in which knowledge could be competitive asset. This study also analyze the moderating effect of social media use on the relationship of tacit knowledge and creativity. From total of 129 survey analysis, this study finds the positive relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity. The result also shows that social media has a moderating effect on the relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity with a negative path coefficient. That is, social media can reduce the positive effect of tacit knowledge on creativity. This research implies importance of tacit knowledge in early stage entrepreneurial ventures and suggests social media usage to improve creativity.

This study aims to examine whether software education has effects on improving creative competency. To this end, the study designed software education lessons to strengthen creative competency for 15 weeks and developed assessment tools. Based on the designed lessons, the 15-week lessons were provided for university students, including a pre-test in the first week and a post-test in the 15th week. The result showed that there was a significant difference in the effects of the lessons, with the mean value of creative competency 0.31 point higher and p-value of 0.002 in the post-test than in the pre-test. The sub-factors of creative competency, including flexibility, originality, openness, and creative implementing skills showed significant differences with p-value all lower than 0.05.
