Recently, Sun et el. proposed a three-party authenticated key exchange protocol using the public key of the server and the derived verifier from the Password of a user. This paper proposes a password-based three-party authenticated key exchange protocol using smartcards. Since the proposed protocol has very low computation cost by using XOR and hash function operation instead of the public key operation, and reduces the count of message transmission to 20% compared with the protocol of Sun et el., it can execute an effective authenticated key exchange. Furthermore, the proposed protocol is safe from password guessing attack by not saving passwords in the server, and it is also safe from server compromise attack because the server cannot know the shared session key between the two users.

기존의 안전교육 교수방법은 강의 방식으로 전달하고 있어 근로자의 참여를 이끌어내는데 한계점이 있으며, 불안전한 행동에 의한 안전사고를 예방하기 위해서는 스마트 체험식 안전교육으로 패러다임을 전환할 필요성이 있다. [연구배경/목적]:스마트 체험식 안전교육은 건설현장에서 근로자들이 보다 더 빠르게 위험을 인지하고 여기에 맞는 안전작업 이행과 위험발생 시 응급대처 능력 등을 향상시키므로 사전사후 학습전이의 효과성을 검정할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 본 연구는 안전교육의 체험학습방법과 참여방법, 교육콘텐츠 접근방법을 통하여 근로자의 안전행동 유도와 불안전행동 감소에 미치는 영향검증이 목적이다. [연구방향/범위]:실제 건설현장과 동일하게 작업환경을 구성해 놓은 스마트 체험식 안전교육시설에서 추락체험, 낙하물체험, 장비협착체험, 화재, 감전재해 등의 실제 사고를 체험해 볼 수 있도록 만들어진 체험학습 방법과 가상(VR, AR, 메타버스)공간에서 간접경험 할 수 있는 참여방법을 다룰 것이다. 그리고 안전체험교육 사전사후의 분석을 통하여 안전 학습전이 성과를 분석한다. [연구 분석방법]:연구의 주요 변인으로는 Human-Error, 안전행동요인, 불안전행동요인, 위험감수성, 조직특성, 조직의 안전문화, 조직의 역량, 안전교육특성, 교육콘텐츠 변화가 사전사후 분석을 통하여 현장 작업 시 안전 학습전이의 효과성을 검정하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change in the positive psychology movement of capital represented by the performance of physical disabilities to participate in swimming classes for 10 weeks. The study was conducted with 30 to 40-men group participation handicapped total of 21 patients (10 patients) and non-participation group (11 patients), the duration of the experiment was performed three times a week for 10 weeks, 50 minutes. Data processing is a dictionary, post-test data was calculated the mean and standard deviation, experimental design group two won repeated measures analysis of variance for (swimming participating groups, miserable Lady) and time (before and after) using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program It was performed (2-way [2] RM ANOVA), all the statistical significance level was set at .05. Study, classroom participation of the handicapped swimmer can see that has had a positive effect positive psychological capital.

The object of this dissertation is to teach the divorced inmates the method to deal with the conflicts which they have had. This program constitutes 10 terms session, and the participants are 6 at first, but reduced one latter. In the process of the program, when making nickname, the participants preferred the words that present their personal emotion and experience. And the participation rate by each participants were ascent more and more in accordance with the process. After the whole process of the program, we executed conflict-dealing scale test before and after the program. The result showed that 'Patience' and 'Siloam' presented change from emotional dealing to rational dealing. 'Sea', 'Jin' and 'Birth' presented higher level of emotional dealing than before the test. Therefore Through this result, we knew that conflict-dealing method program improved the skills and abilities which are used for the situation making conflicts.

This study is a phenomenological study conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the positive psychological capital experience of the elderly women who participated in the long-term movement. In Korea, women are eight years older on average than men, and two-thirds of the elderly in need are women, so research on the issue of women and senior citizens is urgent. The research participants include seven female senior citizens from the Seoul-based sports center. The data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews once for 90 to 180 minutes and twice per participant from March to May 2020, and was analyzed using the phenomenological research method of Colaizzi. The analysis results showed that regular life, relationship and interest life, changing life, and satisfying life were factors that acquired and developed positive psychological capital for elderly women, which were possible only if they maintained their health, regularity and relationship. The experience of participants who achieved successful aging by acquiring positive psychological capital through exercise is suggested as a solution to aging social problems, and furthermore, it is expected to serve as a healthy guide for successful aging for young and old people ahead of their old age.

The purpose of this case study was to examine how a supportive songwriting program could facilitate resilience for adolescents with school maladjustment. Participants included four middle school students with adaptive difficulties. The participants received eight 50-minute sessions of a supportive songwriting program. The program consisted of singing and discussing selected songs, followed by the participants creating their own lyrics about their current adaptation issues. The Resilience Scale for Adolescents was completed by each participant before and after the intervention, and the participants' lyrics were analyzed for how the factors of resilience were reflected in their lyrics. The results showed that all participants' scores on the resilience scale increased. It was also found that the factor on the resilience scale that increased the most for each participant was related to the issues expressed in their lyrics. The results suggest that the process of writing songs can be effective in eliciting adolescents' school related issues and accessing their positive resources, which can lead to behavioral and psychological improvements.

This study empirically investigated the relationship between workers' safety behavior and safety leadership, trust in leader, workers' involvement, and safety knowledge in the enterprise, and analyzed the role of the factors to identify and analyze factors that enhance workers' safety behavior that contribute to the prevention of major accidents in the enterprise. When industrial accidents occur, companies have to bear huge loss costs due to direct costs of compensating the victims and indirect costs such as human loss, material loss, production loss, and time loss. Based on the results of previous studies, this study investigated the effects of managerial safety leadership and workers' trust in leader on safety behavior through the mediation of workers' involvement and safety knowledge among production, technical, and labor workers in the manufacturing industry. Statistical analysis was conducted on 271 manufacturing workers using SPSS and PLS. The results showed that safety leadership and trust in leader can lead to workers' involvement and have a positive effect on workers' safety knowledge acquisition, which can lead to workers' safety behavior.

This study proposes a novel approach to enhancing the social inclusion and participation of individuals with developmental disabilities. Utilizing cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) technology, we designed and developed a metaverse simulator that enables individuals with developmental disabilities to safely and conveniently experience indoor handicapped handball sports. This simulator provides an environment where individuals with disabilities can experience and practice handball matches. For the modeling and animation of handball players, we employed advanced modeling and motion capture technologies to accurately replicate the movements required in handball matches. Additionally, we ported various training programs, including basic drills, penalty throws, and target games, onto XR (Extended Reality) devices. Through this research, we have explored the development of immersive assistive tools that enable individuals with developmental disabilities to more easily participate in activities that may be challenging in real-life scenarios. This is anticipated to broaden the scope of social participation for individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their overall quality of life.

베트남은 도이 모이 (Doi Moi) 개혁 정책이 1996년에 도입된 이후, 산림분야에서는 분권적 관리 체계를 받아들였고 국가 경제는 정부의 관리 체제하에 시장지향형(market-oriented)으로 변화하였다. 이러한 상황에서 경제 분야에서는 임업활동을 수반할 수 있게 되었고 지속가능한 임업 발전을 위하여 임야와 토지가 개인, 가정 그리고 사회경제적 조직들에게 분배되었다. 지역사회의 주민들은 임업활동에 더 적극적으로 되었고, 사회임업은 베트남에서 점차적으로 발전하며 사람들에 의한 사람들을 위한 임업으로 자리잡고 있다. 지역사회 산림(community forest)의 근본적인 특징은 전과정에 있어서 농민과 지역주민의 참여를 유도한다는 데에 있다. 지역주민에 의한 산림 관리는 새로운 산림 관리 방식으로 각 가정에 의해 관리되는 농업에 있어 급속한 변화들이 나타나는 것과는 대조적이다. 본 논문은 지역사회 산림의 현황과 임업 발전에 있어서 지역주민 참여의 이점과 문제점을 SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) 분석을 통해 구명하고자 하였다.

국내 게임시장은 모바일을 기반으로 성정을 지속할 것으로 내다보고 있다. MMORPG 신작 부재로 국내 온라인 게임 시장의 성장은 다소 제한적일 것으로 예상했지만 다양한 신작 출시와 기존 온라인 게임의 모바일 게임 시장 진출로 시장이 활성화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MMORPG 게임에 대표적인 두개의 길드 시스템을 분석하며 기존 시스템에 대한 보완과 새로운 시스템에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 두 게임에 공통적으로 들어가는 시스템에 대해 문제점과 보완방법을 제안하며 새로운 시스템에 대한 제안을 통해 게임을 즐기는 사용자들의 참여를 유도하고자 한다.
