The purpose of this study is to study the technical implementation methods to prevent problems such as the record of important educational activities of the student life record department or the continuous illegal leakage and manipulation. To this end, in this paper, by applying a private blockchain that can be participated only by a given organization or individual, it prevents outsiders from participating in the block network, and creates legitimate authority by creating two types of block data: student information block and access record block in the life record book. We proposed a block mechanism that can be registered, modified, and accessed only by authorized staff members. As a result, we have prepared an alternative to prevent forgery and alteration of the living records by third parties and to secure the integrity of the living records. If applied to the educational administrative information system, social consensus will be established that the operation and management of the life record book is reliable.

본 논문에서는 관람자가 스마트 기기를 활용하여 프로젝션 파사드의 영상을 컨트롤하는 시스템을 제안한다. 한 관람자가 아닌 다수의 관람자가 동시에 파사드에 매핑된 영상 콘텐츠에 접근이 가능한 시스템이다. 이를 활용한 작품 'Design of Social Projection Facade'는 프로젝션 매핑 영상과 스마트기기의 연동 기술을 기반으로 한 다중 관람자 참여형 미디어파사드 시스템 실험 작이다. 파사드 하나를 대상으로 한 관람자들의 공동 창작이 아니라 네트워크 시스템을 통해 물리적으로 떨어진 파사드 간의 인터랙션 및 연결, 콘텐츠 공유, 다중 관람자 참여라는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별화된 인터랙티브 시스템이라 할 수 있다.

Since walking and physical activity are critical for older adults to maintain their health, it is important to provide neighborhood environments which encourage their walking in daily life. The purposes of the present study were to investigate walking activity patterns of older people in an urban setting and to identify environmental correlates with walking of older adults. This study examined spatial and temporal patterns of physical activities, environmental barriers and motivations, satisfaction levels and demands on the physical environment. In-depth interviews with older adults over age sixty residing in Seoul metropolitan areas revealed that most respondents have a positive perception on walking in daily life, and many of them walk regularly for their health. A primary purpose of walking for older adults was exercise for health rather than transportation. The study result demonstrated that parks and trails were the most preferred places for walking by older adults, and there is an association between frequency of walking participation and access or convenience to parks, traffic safety, and street lights. Most respondents were concerned about traffic safety when they walk in their neighborhoods due to traffic speeds and unsafe streets. Lack of separate sidewalks or benches, stairs and slopes were barriers to older adults' walking habits. This data suggests that the promotion of walking behavior among older adults, some level of public health action, and community support are needed to ensure safe physical environments within communities.

In this study, the structure and role of governance system, which can be adapted as a effective way to negotiate the water resources related conflicts, was presented and the features and a characteristics of the various types of citizen participation model was analyzed. Also, the scientific approach based on Shared vision model, Game theory and Institutional design theory was introduced and applied to current conflict issues in Korea. The governance system with engineering negotiation model, which is presented in this study, can be used effectively in the field of water resources related conflicts to provide the scientific alternatives by participation of water related stakeholders.

The chronic problems of Information System Outsourcing Development Project include frequent changes in the participants and their roles, and the evasion of project participation, which exert unfavorable influence to the outcome of the project. Such problems are due, in large part, to the low level of project participants' satisfaction in the project. However, little is known about the factors that influence project participants' satisfaction in the project development. This research identifies six potential factors such as project commitment, workload, control, communication within the organization, inter-organization communication, and system development methodology based on PMI(Project Management Institute) and empirically examines their efficacy in explaining the level of participants' satisfaction in the IS development projects based on data from 390 participants in 66 projects. The results indicate that the six factors are strong determinants of participants' satisfaction in system development projects. In other words, the level of satisfaction among project participants overall are largely influenced by project commitment and control, communication, project methodology. Especially, the results reveal that the level of satisfaction among participants from the vendor decreased largely by unrealistic project commitment, frequent changes in project planning and unreasonable control rather than by a significant amount of workload. In conclusion, there need to be a rational approach and solution based on the six factors presented in this research in order to increase participation satisfaction level of the project participants and ultimately enhance project outcome.

인터넷 가치사슬구조상 많은 서비스가 융합된 형태로 제공되고 있다. 컨버전스 환경에서 필수 요소인 사업자간 협력은 매우 중요하고, 인터넷전화 및 IP-TV 등의 신규 서비스는 POTS(기존 전화 서비스: Plain Old Telephone Service) 보다 더 직접적이고 활발한 사업자간 협력을 필요로 하다. 따라서 향후 인터넷 산업생태계 전체의 균형적 발전을 위해서는 망 이용대가를 포함하여 참여하는 사업자간 공정하고 합리적인 수익배분 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 인터넷 망 이용대가 산정에 관해 논의하고자 한다. 주로 원가 중심적 접근, 이전가격 이론, 수익 배분 등 이용대가 산정에 응용될 수 있는 다양한 이론적 접근법에 관해 다루게 될 것이다. 더불어 관련 연구동향 및 논의 의슈, 인터넷 망의 구조 및 사업구도 분석 등의 내용도 논의 대상에 포함된다.

장애인의 사회활동 증대는 개인의 삶의 질 향상 및 사회의 다양성과 포용성 증진에 중요하다. 특히 청각장애인은 환경적, 신체적 장애로 인해 사회적 접근성에 제한을 받는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 AR 글래스 기반의 NEAR를 개발하였다. NEAR는 음성자막 변환 및 위험 알람 기능을 제공하여 청각장애인의 사회활동 제약을 해소한다. STT 기능은 입력 음성을 텍스트로 변환하며, MFCC 기능은 다양한 상황의 소리를 감지하여 위험 알림을 제공한다. 이 연구는 청각장애인의 사회적 참여 향상 및 사회의 포용성 증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

분산 가상 환경은 고속 통신망과 컴퓨팅 환경의 고급화로 응용 분야를 넓혀 가고 있으며, 보다 현실감 있는 상호작용으로 인해 만남과 대화, 협력 작업, 상거래, 오락 등의 인간의 사회적 활동을 지원하는 새로운 수단으로 자리잡고 있다. 가상 도시와 같은 대규모의 가상 환경에는 공원이나 거리, 건물의 로비 등과 같은 개방적인 공간과 사무실과 같은 업무 공간, 그리고 쇼핑몰과 같은 상거래 공간들이 공존하게 되므로 접근 제어와 보안이 보다 중요한 문제로 대두된다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 분산 가상 환경내의 모든 사물들을 객체로 인식하고, 객체에 대한 역할을 기반으로 하는 접근 제어 모델을 제안하고, 제안한 모델을 기반으로 접근 제어 관리자를 설계하였다. 설계된 접근 제어 관리자는 가상 환경내 공간의 객체 뿐만 아니라 공간 자체도 하나의 객체로 인식하여 접근 제어를 하였다. 또한, 대규모 공간에서의 중요한 특징인 관리의 용이성과 동적인 변경을 가능하게 하기 위해, 역할을 기반으로 참여자와 객체를 연결하고, 객체가 갖고 있는 행위까지를 제어할 수 있었다.

최근 전자상거래 확산에 따라 전자서명, 키관리 및 인증서비스가 새롭게 부상하고 있으며, 여기에 적용하기 위한 정보보호 기반기술로는 암호화 기술, 인증기술, 전자서명, PKI(Pulbic Key Infrastructure) 및 WPKI(Wireless PKI)등이 있다. 암호화 기술은 합법적 참여자들 간에 메시지 변/복조 규칙에 대한 약속을 정하고, 이 규칙에 따라 송신하려는 메시지를 암호화시켜 전달 혹은 보관하며, 메시지 수신시 또는 접근 권한이 있는 사람이 필요에 따라 이를 복호화 하도록 하는 기술을 말한다. 전자서명은 종래의 종이 문서에 표기하던 수기 서명이나 인장 효과를 전자적 매체내에 저장 또는 전송되는 전자 문서상에 효과적으로 부여하는 전자적 서명 방식이다. e-business 활성화를 위한 정부의 적극적인 참여와 지원을 바탕으로 받은 전자상거래 관련 사업들이 등장하고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래에 사용되는 기반 기술로서 XML(extensible Markup Language)기술이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서명값을 XML 문서 안에 포함해서 전송 하는 방법으로 문서의 무결성과 비밀성을 보장하고자 한다.

This study analyzes the right guarantee level of Job Creation Project for the Elderly by participation type based on Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing. The analysis is conducted using '2012 Job Creation Project for the Elderly Participants Survey' of Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. The major findings are as follows: First, "social contribution" type's implementation level of "active participation in society and development" is not high enough. Second, considering the average age of the participants, the level of "work and the ageing labor force" is high enough while the practical level is not high in market. Third, the level of "access to knowledge, education and training" is not enough within "market entrance" participants. Fourth, the level of "poverty reduction" and "income security" is not high. Based on the results, this study proposes that the quality of "social contribution" type's occupations and "market entrance" type's education should be improved. Also, the wages of the entire occupations provided by this project need to be raised.
