The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of policy approach in terms of complex combination of tourists and fishing villages. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the policies related to the marine tourism industry were investigated and the laws related to the development of the coastal area and fishing port area were investigated. As a convergence approach to marine tourism policy, First, the development of marine tourism resources should be based on the increase of hydrophilic activities and the characteristics of the four seasons. In particular, the need to dig through support of projects such as the successful model that made aquarium associations etc. that are currently in progress, such as "fishing village experience".

Research supports that participatory strategies are central to the success of school-based sex education. Community-based participatory approaches are increasingly recognized as a central strategy for school-based sex education for their orientation towards participant engagement in program planning, content development, implementation, and evaluation. In combination with the community-based participatory approaches, a social ecological model holds values as a tool for facilitation and planning, and potentially as an evaluation aide for school-based sex education programs. This paper describes core concepts and principles of the community-based participatory research; illustrates a social ecological model organized for school-based sex education based on qualitative evaluation results of an abstinence education program in the United States ; and suggests application strategies of the presented approaches in school-based sex education in Korea.

This study analyses interorganizational innovation networks empirically in the Korean biotechnology industry, based on systems of innovation approach. Empirical findings of this study are as follows. Innovation networks have not been well developed in the Korean biotechnology industry. Main agents who participate in innovation networks are workers at venture firms, university professors, researchers at government-sponsored research institutions. They all recognize the positive effects of innovation networks. The enhancement of participation willingness and competency of agents, the enrichment of trust and control among agents, and the effective acquisition of the useful technology and resources in innovation networks will largely contribute to development of innovation networks in the Korean biotechnology industry.

세계 전력 시장의 흐름은 기존의 수직 통합적 구조를 벗어나 발전, 송전, 배전, 판매가 나누어진 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 전력 거래에 있어서도 시장지배력에 대한 문제가 발생 됨에 따라 이에 대한 연구가 이루어 지고 있다. 전력 시장에서는 송전 제약으로 인하여 자유로운 거래가 이루어 지지 않고, 따라서 통상적으로 시장지배력을 완화시킬 수 있는 수단으로 여겨졌던 시장 계약이 되려 시장지배력을 강화시킬 수도 있게 되었다. 이에 대한 2모선에서의 해석적 증명은 이미 이루어졌으며 이 논문에서는 일반화를 위해 3모선에서의 영향을 MATLAB 이라는 툴을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 하여 접근한다. 송전 제약 상황에서 3모선에서의 강제적 선도계약 참여와 발전회사의 선별적 선도계약 참여에 대하여 시뮬레이션을 하고 있다.

현재 웹 코스웨어의 대부분은 하이퍼텍스트 문서들간의 비선형적인 연결에 의한 학습 방식을 채택하고 있으나, 이는 단순한 페이지 링크형 학습으로서 그리 커다란 교육 효과를 발휘하기에는 어렵다는 한계를 맞이하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 다중 학습자가 동기적으로 참여하는 시뮬레이션 게임 방식은 웹 코스웨어의 현재 한계를 뛰어넘을 수 있는 하나의 교수·학습 모델이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다중 학습자가 동기적으로 참여하는 시뮬레이션 게임 방식의 웹 코스웨어에 대한 수업 모델을 제안하고 있다. 이 수업 모델은 Atkinson의 체제적 접근 방식의 게임 설계, Alessi와 Trollip의 시뮬레이션의 구조와 절차, Reigeluth와 Schwartz의 시뮬레이션에서의 학습자 역할에 대한 분석 연구를 기반으로 설계하였다.

콘텐츠 융합을 통한 오락과 커뮤니케이션의 대표적인 매체이자 사회적 구성물로 발전해 온 게임산업은 다양한 주제와 다양한 시각의 접근으로 폭넓은 연령층과 여성유저의 참여 확대 현황을 보이고, 이러한 현황은 캐주얼게임과 여성선호게임의 성장을 가져왔다. 이에 따라 유저들의 요구사항은 더욱 다양해지고 있고 이러한 게임개발을 위해 시각적 표현은 더욱 중요한 자리를 차지하게 된다. 캐주얼게임과 여성선호게임들의 성공요인들을 통해 그 중에서 시각적인 표현요소들의 중요성과 영향력, 그리고 앞으로의 개발방향에 대하여 제시한다.

CSMA/CD 는 경쟁적 매체접근 제어방식으로 충돌현상은 필연적이다. 접속을 시도하는 스테이션의 수가 많아지면 충돌횟수도 증가하고 채널의 이용도가 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 CDMA/CD 방식에 충돌이 발생하였을 때 의도적으로 충돌현상을 지연하고 이를 활용하여 채널을 예약할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 예약된 채널에는 예약에 성공한 스테이션만 경쟁에 참여하게 되고 채널을 확보찬 수 있다. 제안된 알고리즘은 실험결과 충돌이 반복적으로 발생하는 현상을 급격히 감소시키며 전체적으로 채널의 이용도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

대학을 평가하여 그 사회적 신뢰나 책무성을 강화시키면서도 기관의 통합성과 생산성을 높이는 데 기여해야 할 평가제도는 그 긍정적 측면이나 성과와 함께 많은 위험이나 부작용도 수반하므로 어떤 사업보다도 신중하고 차원 높은 접근이 전제된다. 대학평가가 성공적으로 수행되려면 다음과 같은 전제조건이 충족되어야 한다. 즉, 대학평가의 주체는 바로 대학사회 자신이며 대교협의 평가가 합법적 공신력을 갖고, 대학의 다양성을 존중하여 평가기준이나 척도를 마련해야 하며, 물량적 측면보다 질이 강조되어야 하고, 평가과정의 합리화와 피평가대학의 적극적.자발적 참여가 수반되어야 하며, 대학 서열화는 어떠한 경우에도 금기시해야 하고, 평가결과를 재정지원의 기준으로 삼는 차원낮은 활용을 삼가해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of mathematical discourse about the length in the class that learns the length of the curve defined by definite integral. For this purpose, this study examined the discourse about length by paying attention to the usage of the word 'length' in the class participants based on the communicative approach. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that the word 'length' is used in three usages - colloquial, operational, and structural usage - in the process of communicating with the discourse participants. Particularly, each participant did not recognize the difference even though they used different usage words, and this resulted in ineffective communication. This study emphasizes the fact that the difference in usage of words used by participants reduces the effectiveness of communication. However, if discourse participants pay attention to the differences of these usages and recognize that there are different discourses, this study suggests that meta - level learning can be possible by overcoming communication discontinuities and resolving conflicts.
