The purpose of this study is to provide an innovative way enhancing patient satisfaction in military hospitals by analyzing the impact of shared-decision making on patient satisfaction. The survey questionnaire has been distributed for a month in two hospitals with similar goals, serving for officers and men of the armed forces, and 514 copies has been collected for the study. The study found a positive association between shared-decision making and patient satisfaction. The results of the study suggest the military hospitals should allocate their resources on the fundamental issues such as improving quality of services they provide rather than reimburse the services to compensate the service the armed forces received from private institutions.
The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between participation motivation of physical education and welfare service participants and physical health, emotional health and satisfaction of living in an integrated structure. The following results were obtained from the actual analysis by voting for general adult males and females participating in the National Physical Fitness 100 program. It was found that the external motivation had a positive effect on physical health and emotional health, internal motivation had a positive effect on physical health and satisfaction of life. It was found that physical health had a positive effect on emotional health and satisfaction of life and emotional health had a positive effect on the satisfaction of life. Therefore, participants participating in welfare services are expected to maintain their physical fitness and health through of National Physical Fitness 100 program physical strength and to improve the satisfaction of life and emotional health.
The purpose of this study is to examine the motivation of elderly people to participate in volunteer activities and to analyze the effect of participation motivation on satisfaction with volunteer activities of them. The 297 questionnaires which were collected from persons over 60 years old who were doing voluntary service activity in welfare center for the aged, Silver police in Goyang and Paju city. The frequency, factor and regression analysis were used for the research. The results are as follows: First, the motivations to participate in volunteer activities had four factors: self-realization, social activities, social responsibility, and personal achievements, and these factors had positive effect on satisfaction with volunteer activities. Second, the motivation to participation in volunteer activities and the degree of satisfaction with them were found to be different in accordance with age, education, income, religion and health.

This study examined the effects of adults' participation motives for lifelong learning, and satisfaction and learning outcomes on social capital formation. The subjects were 354 adult learners, who were over 20 years of age. They had a lifelong learning experience in various lifelong education institutes and facilities located in the D provincial areas. The statistical methods of this study were correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the adults' participation motives for lifelong learning had positive effects on the social capital formation, and it had effects on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Adult learners' satisfaction and learning outcomes had positive effects on the social capital formation. In addition, there were mediating effects between adult learners' participation motives and social capital formation. This study is meaningful for the development of lifelong learning by providing theoretical and practical implications.

This study explores the patterns of the self-expression in terms of sharing the diverse pictures according to SNS use focused on the social relationships, and the effects of the diverse online activities on the off-line activity. The study results show that the more SNS use focused on the social relationships, the more sharing the diverse pictures in SNS as a tool of the self-expression. It also shows that the more SNS use focused on the social relationships and the more sharing the pictures with friends, the more active in off-line activity. Both of online and off-line network activities have the statistically significant positive effects on the life satisfaction, which implies that the more active in online and off-line network activities, the higher the life satisfaction.
This study aims to explore college students' perception for offline class using the online platform Padlet as a tool in liberal arts class during the COVID-19 lockdown. Thirty seven students participated in the study, and quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The statistical results and analysis for open-ended questions are as follows; Firstly, the participants showed satisfaction as the highest variable followed by learning effect, then motivation but participation rated the lowest(p< .001). Secondly, there was statistical significance except participation depending on gender(p< .001). Female students felt higher satisfaction, learning effect, and motivation than male students. Thirdly, there was statistical significance between freshmen and senior depending on grade(p< .001). Freshmen felt higher satisfaction, participation, learning effect, and motivation than seniors. Fourthly, qualitative analysis showed participants felt positive about using Padlet as a education tool in offline class. Finally, the pedagogical implication and suggestions were discussed.

This study's aim was to prove the mediating effects of the life satisfaction and the depression in the path which the social participant has predicted the suicide ideation of the elderly. To do so, a total of 1,429 cases above 65 years old were selected as a analysis object form the Seoul Welfare Pannel Data(2010). And this study has applied the Structural Equation Modeling of AMOS 18.0 as analysis method. The analysis results were as below through presented analysis method. Firstly, this study has proved the effect of the direct path that the social participant predicted the depression of the elderly. Secondly, this study has demonstrated the effect of the mediating paths through the life satisfaction and the depression. On the basis of presented analysis results, this study proposed the intervention plan about the suicide of the elderly and the suggestion for follow-up study.

The study was to test hypothesis that social support and family function affect on life satisfaction, suggested the policy implications. I established research model based on reference review and took a questionnaire on the life satisfaction to the middle-aged and old-aged people over the age of fifty, who live in G city among the attendants at the program that was held by the local government. According to analytical results, social support and family function affected on social participation and life satisfaction. This study suggested theoretical and policy implications based on analytical results.
Given that music is not part of the national/regular curriculum and how music therapy is a new endeavor in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), this study aimed to investigate parents' perceptions of the music therapy given to their children with disabilities in the UAE. A survey was administered to 33 parents of children with disabilities living in Sharjah, UAE. The survey consisted of 43 questions related to characteristics of the music therapy sessions that the participants' children received and the parents' satisfaction with their children's music therapy. The results showed that participants reported a high level of satisfaction with the music therapy provided to their children. In terms of their participation in music therapy sessions, 33.3% of parents co-participated in music therapy sessions with their children, and 45.5% of parents observed their children's sessions. Parents who had direct participation in music therapy sessions were significantly more satisfied with their children's music therapy (p < .05) and perceived greater positive changes in their children as a result of the therapy (p < .05). Parents perceived their children as being able to positively respond to music, leading to positive changes in behavior. Despite these benefits, participants also reported the need for formal opportunities for family members to learn about the applications and outcomes of music therapy. The findings of this study supports the implementation of music therapy throughout the UAE and point to the need for future studies as music therapy expands across the country.

The main purpose of this study is to closely investigate the constructive relationship between leisure satisfaction, leisure ability, exercise satisfaction, and consistent motor behavior patterns of the elderly's participation in leisure life sports. In order to achieve this, we surveyed and utilized the sampling of conveniences that selected Yongin and Seongnam city in Gyeonggi-do sports clubs, and accumulated samples of the elderly in living sports. The sample size was 239 elderly people. Based on this, according to the purpose of the study, statistical techniques, spss 23.0, and amos programs were used for analysis. The satisfaction analysis used in the research for a data analysis includes frequency analysis, exploatory factor analysis, confirmatory facor analysis, reliability analysis, correnlation analysis and structure equation model analysis. The research has drawn the following conclusions, based on the above mentioned research method and its procedures: First, it affects the satisfaction of the leisure satisfaction movement. Second, leisure ability affects exercise satisfaction. Third, exercise satisfaction affects the consistent exercise persistence and immersion satisfaction of exercise. As a result, it can be seen that the leisure immersion according to the experience of leisure competence has an effect on the satisfaction of the exercise.
