본 연구는 충남 아산시 "찾아가는 맞춤형 여성교육" 프로그램 참여하는 중년여성의 참여를 통해 지역사회 발전을 위한 여성이 사회참여 필요성 증대 및 여성들의 다양한활 동 등 삶의 질 향상 등 맞춤형 여성교육 프로그램 확충 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 4주간 매1회씩 인터뷰를 통해 여성의 전문성 향상 및 지속적인 사회참여활동을 지원하는 것에 만족감, 대인관계 및 인맥을 확장등의 긍정적인 반응들이 나타났다. 반면 전문 강사진, 프로그램에 대한 체계적인 관리가 필요함이 나타났다.

영재교육 프로그램 참여와 관련하여 학생들의 수학학습실태를 분석하고 암묵적 이론의 관점에서 영재교육 프로그램 참여학생들의 수학학습활동에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇이고 어떻게 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 동기화 요인의 구성은 비슷한 학령의 일반학생 및 과학고등학교에 재학중인 학생들과는 어떤 차이가 있는지를 밝히는데 주된 목적을 두고 있다.

This study was conducted in 2014 with Osong International Bio Industry Expo volunteers as the subjects of the study. The study has analyzed whether their participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and educational training have moderating effects between their motivation and satisfaction. The purpose is to offer implications for successfully holding large events in the future. The findings are as follows. First, the internal reward, a sub-factor of participation motivation, had statistically significant effects on the six elements of volunteering satisfaction. Second, the external reward, a sub-factor of volunteering motivation, had statistically significant effects on the four elements of volunteering satisfaction: self-satisfaction about their abilities; satisfaction in pursuing changes; satisfaction in the event and satisfying interests. However, their satisfaction in self-growth and in interactions were excluded from the volunteering satisfaction elements that were critically affected by the external reward. Third, the training had moderating effects between their internal reward and satisfaction in the event. Forth, the training had moderating effects between their external reward and satisfaction in the event.

교육훈련은 기업의 인적자본을 축적하고 혁신을 자극하여 공급측면을 확장한다. 또한 기업 경쟁력 강화에 따른 임금상승과 소비증대, 투자 확대 등 총수요 확장효과도 있다. 그러나 만성적인 현장의 인력 부족, 높은 비정규직 비율 등의 특성을 안고 있는 중소기업의 경우 근로자에 대한 교육훈련 비율이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 미래신산업으로 평가받고 있는 보건산업분야 교육담당자 및 교육생을 대상으로 교육참여 애로사항을 조사하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 업종 및 기업규모와 관련 없이 가장 큰 애로요인은 교육에 참가할 시간부족이 나타났다. 업종별로는 병원분야가 제조업인 제약, 의료기기, 화장품분야 보다 시간적 제약에 대한 지적이 많아 병원분야 인력부족 문제가 교육 참여에도 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 보여주었다. 둘째, 지방소재 기업일수록 지리적 접근성을 애로요인으로 지적하고 있어 지역 교육 및 기업 현장으로의 찾아가는 교육의 필요성이 도출되었다. 셋째, 중소기업에서 교육정보 인지도를 문제로 지적했는데, 이는 교육 관련 조직이 미비한 중소기업일수록 교육정보 확보 및 사내전파가 낮기 때문으로 추정된다. 이러한 연구결과는 단기 다수교육과정 즉 카페테리아식 교육과정과 사이버과정을 통한 종사자들의 선택권 강화, 지역 및 기업 현장으로의 찾아가는 교육, 중소기업에 대한 지속적인 교육정보 제공 및 사내 전파, 교육참여 우수기업과 종사자에 대한 표창 등의 유인체계가 필요함을 시사한다.

Corona19 has experienced radical changes in teaching methods in primary and secondary schools and higher education institutions, and the Ministry of Education has continued various attempts and support to ensure the quality of teaching and to promote learning participation in distance education. In this study, the support policy of the Ministry of Education for the post-Corona era was reviewed, and the professors' experiences in remote education were investigated and analyzed through intensive interviews. As a way to utilize programs to support participation in learning in real-time distance education, first, consideration of the proper period of concentration of learning by learners, second, coping with unexpected problems during learning activities, and using small meeting rooms and chatting as a collaboration tool were presented.

목적: 산업장 안전보건교육에서 근로자의 자발적인 참여는 그 효과와 관련된 핵심적인 도전과제이다. 본 연구는 PRECEDE 모델을 중심으로 일부 제조업 사업장 근로자의 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 방법: 전국 133개 제조업체의 450명(50인 미만 사업장 근로자 160명, 50인 이상 사업장 근로자 290명)의 근로자를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 일반적 특성과 함께 산업재해 및 안전보건교육과 관련된 역학적, 교육적, 생태학적 특성에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 결과: PRECEDE 특성 중 대규모 사업장 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 관련 교육.생태학적 여건이 소규모 사업장 근로자보다 나은 것으로 나타났다. 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 PRECEDE 특성은 소규모 사업장에서는 안전보건교육 담당자에게 필요한 연수교육요구도, 안전보건교육을 위한 사회적 지지, 전체적인 사내 안전보건관리 수준이었는데, 사업장 규모 50인 이상의 사업장에서는 근로자의 연령, 사내안전보건교육 효능감, 사내교육을 위한 사회적 지지도, 사내 안전보건교육담당자의 교육역량이었다. 결론: 소규모 사업장 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 요인은 주로 조직 수준의 특성이었는데 반해(사내교육을 위한 환경적, 사회적 지지), 50인 이상 사업장에서 유의미한 특성은 주로 개인 수준의 특성으로(안전보건교육 효능감, 사내교육담당자의 교육역량) 사업장 규모에 따라 다른 양상을 보였다. 이를 기반으로 사업장 규모에 따라 차별화된 사내 안전보건교육 지원이 이루어져야 하겠다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the type of participation motivation of lifelong education for the elderly influenced in the satisfaction of education and the life-changing. The research objects were 340 the elderly who participated in this program of lifelong education and over 65 years old. The results of this study are as below. Firstly, there was significant difference in the satisfaction of education and life-changing only in the sexuality, education, monthly pocket money and spouse. Secondly, in the satisfaction of education and life-changing, it was shown that the satisfaction of education of the type of education-oriented was higher than that of the type of activity-oriented and felt the life-changing much. Thirdly, the result of regression analysis dependent valuable was the satisfaction of education and independent valuables were the sub-factors of the type of participation valuables was shown that only education-oriented and goal-oriented influenced the positive effects. Fourthly, the result being proved whether there were the effects of life-changing according to the type of participation motivation of education was indicated that only the type of education-oriented and goal-oriented influenced the positive effects.

시절에 따라 대학교수의 사회참여 형태는 그 성격을 달리해 왔다. 이승만 정권을 무너뜨릴 때 대학교수들이 중요한 역할을 했고, 박정희 정권 시절에는 기술관료의 역할과 정권의 정당화 역할을 수행하는 양방향으로 사회참여가 이루어졌다. 5공화국 시절에는 '진보적 지식인'으로서의 대학교수상이 대두되었고, 문민정부와 국민의 정부에서도 대학교수는 그 모습을 달리했다. 참여정부라 일컬어지는 현 정권 안에서 대학교수는 또 다른 역할을 요구받고 있으며 시대의 흐름상 권력과 지식은 상호 간에 적당한 거리를 유지하며 적절한 관계를 맺어야 상호 실현이 가능하다고 판단되고 있다. 결국 대학교수를 포함한 지식인의 사회참여 문제는 사회참여 그 자체가 문제가 아니라‘어떤 참여’냐 하는 문제가 되는 것이다.

This study was conducted to present the basic data for the revitalization of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities by exploring variables affecting their willingness to participate in lifelong education. Among the original data on the disability survey in 2017, data on developmentally disabled people were used, and 16 variables that could affect the intention to participate in lifelong education of the developmentally disabled as independent variables were used as dependent variables. Each set was performed for logistic regression. As a result of this study, the gender, age, disability level, family support, life satisfaction, and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living of the people with developmental disabilities were found to be variables that significantly influence the intention to participate in lifelong education for the people with developmental disabilities. In order to revitalize lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, it will be necessary to provide a way to improve the willingness of people with developmental disabilities to participate in lifelong education as well as to build infrastructure such as expanding institutions and related personnel and programs.

이 연구는 초등 교사들의 SW 교육 연수 참여 시간에 따른 행태를 알아보기 위한 목적을 갖고 기존까지 진행된 초등 교사 대상 SW 연수에 대한 중간 점검을 하고자 하는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 다음을 제안한다. 1)여자 교사를 대상으로 하는 30시간 연수를 중점적으로 운영하고 적극 참여할 수 있게 유도하는 방법을 강구해야하고, 2)대도시와 읍면지역의 초등 교사들을 대상으로 SW 교육 연수에 관심을 갖게 할 흥미위주의 연수 프로그램을 강구해야하고, 3)교사의 SW 수업과 연구 활동의 저변확대를 위해 초등 교사들이 61시간 이상 SW 연수 프로그램에 참여할 수 있도록 종용해야 한다. 이 연구를 통해 앞으로 진행될 초등 교사 SW 연수 프로그램의 방향을 수정 보완하길 바라며, 보다 체계적인 연수 진행으로 인해 초등 교육 현장의 SW 교육 시작의 어려움이 최소화될 수 있기를 기대한다.
