The purpose of this study is to identifies services characteristics such as service customization, service ability, service empathy impacts on trust, affective commitment and calculative commitment, and explains causal role of affective commitment and calculative commitment by verifies relationships between trust and affective commitment and calculative commitment and customer loyalty in dental service setting. Analysis of structural equation modeling with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 16.0 were performed to test the research hypothesis. The result of the study as follows: First, it was found that service customization had effect on affective commitment, and service ability had influence on trust, and service empathy impacts on both trust and affective commitment, but calculative commitment was not found to significant path coefficients in relationships with service characteristics. Second, trust had effects on calculative commitment, but not affective commitment. Third, affective commitment and calculative commitment positively had influence on customer loyalty. Therefore, Dental service providers should be increase user confidence by showing empathy and the ability to service. Customer who had formed trust is to build customer loyalty by inducing loyalty directly or by presents a variety of benefits indirectly. The high emotional attachment customer will have to present a suitable marketing strategies to build strong customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to look at the way that speech-to-text (STT) services are used at present, and to explore measures to institutionalize such services for ease of communication for the hearing impaired. The results of this study show the following: 1) 17.8% of those surveyed had experience of using STT services, with younger individuals showing a higher rate of use; and 2) In terms of organizations providing STT services, social welfare organizations followed by civic groups (18.3%) and public organizations (18.3%). The following institutional measures are needed for STT services. First, STT services should be actively promoted as one of the reasonable conveniences defined in the 'Act on the Prohibition of Discrimination Against Disabled Persons, Remedy Against Infringement of Their Rights, etc.' Second, STT services should be additionally listed as one of the clauses of the 'Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities'. In particular, establishing a communication system for those with hearing impairments should serve as a catalyst for integration with sign language interpretation and welfare services. If STT services for face-to-face contacts can be improved or further enhanced using ICT, it will not only open the way for a new influx of disabled workers to join vocational rehabilitation, but also help to improve quality of life for the hearing impaired.

As Internet advances, websites with simpel HTML pages are changing to complex web application systems with enormous contents and various services. With this trend, it is noted that situations where Web accessibility of the old and the handicapped is inhibited are growing. To solve this problem, The Disability Discrimination Act has been enacted since April 2013. This act triggers massive website reorganization efforts. However, in order for the huge and sophisticated web applications and web sites to ensure a web accessibility, a framework is required to throughout the web site development. Based on thorough review of website development methodologies, web accessibility compliance standards, and various web accessibility issues related to website characteristics, this study proposes a practice oriented "Web Accessibility Compliance Framework". The current study also examines the usefulness and value of this framework by applying it to the internet banking development project of W bank and receiving a certificate for high quality website complying web accessibility standards.

This study takes a critical perspective that current vertical regulatory framework for broadcasting, telecommunications, films and games cannot cope with media development in the age of convergence. Changes in media environment mitigate the uniqueness of terrestrial television causing doubts as to why television contents should be treated more strictly than the rest of media contents. Consensus is being reached that horizontal regulation would be the appropriate regulatory measure for media contents. However, which content should be aligned to what level of regulations have not been fully dealt with. The paper shows that the current regulatory framework which is established according to each delivery platform is no longer valid in convergent media environment. It shows why all content regulation should be applied in platform neutral manner. Then it also suggests both short and long term regulatory changes that need to be made in order to meet the future challenges in media convergence era.

In order to provide theoretical guidance to research in platform strategy, we build the conceptual framework based on the organizational ecology and analyze symbiotic/competitive relationship between platform entities. Platform owner and service provider (i.e. complementors) make symbiotic relationship, where platform owner provide service provider user-base and platform resources such as marketing tools and platform technology, and service provider provide platform owner services which users utilize. In addition to symbiotic relationships, platform owner has competitive relationship with other platform owners, and service provider builds competitive relationship with other service providers. In these relationships, the strategy of platform owner affects service provider and service provider builds a strategy for their own survival and success. This type of interaction makes competitive dynamics in platform. However, previous platform literature focuses on strategies to enhance network effect from the perspective of platform owner. Thus, there is little attention on interaction among the service providers. Using the framework based on community ecology of organizational ecology, we analyze interaction and strategy between platform owner and service provider in the viewpoint of platform openness strategy and platform pricing strategy. This research contributes to the literature of platform strategy by providing a theoretical framework based on organizational ecology to deeply understand the dynamics of platform.

The signs of the information society are everywhere, as they became the essentials in ordinary citizen's everyday life. This change requires the modern man to have proper information literacy in order to maintain their lives, and the digital divide between the established and the marginalized in the society is being widened. The gap between the two classes is the single most significant factor in reproducing the socially marginalized such as the urban poor, the disabled, the aged and migrate foreign laborers, core information poor. This study attempts to scrutinize the social problem of information barriers as viewed through the everyday lives of five disabled people. Through various ethnographic positioning and research methods, information needs and information related behaviors, along with general recognitions and reality control strategies are investigated.

To resolve the problem that multicultural people in Korea suffer from difficulties especially with prejudice and discrimination, it is necessary to raise the cultural diversity in communities in Korea through cultivating multicultural awareness among non-multicultural people. In this vein, public libraries, as cultural exchange institutes, can affect multicultural awareness of the people. This study investigated how characteristics of public libraries and their local communities are related to the users' multicultural awareness. The study found that multicultural awareness of library users was significantly influenced by the characteristics of public libraries but not by the characteristics of communities. It is suggested that public libraries should consider cultural diversity on overall library services for their general users to support their multicultural awareness.

무한 사이버 공간인 인터넷의 발달과 함께 인터넷의 사용이 크게 늘어 거의 대부분이 인터넷을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷에서의 정보와 지식은 누구나가 어떠한 환경에서도 사용가능해야 한다. 장애인, 노인, 어린이, 약시 등을 고려한 웹 개발이 절실하다. 국내에서는 2008년 4월 11일 "장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률" 동법시행령(제14조)에 웹 접근성 의무화 조항 마련을 마련하여 복지 분야 뿐 아니라 인터넷에서도 장애인에 대한 평등을 강화하였다. 매년 웹 접근성 실태조사를 하고 있는 중앙행정기관의 웹 접근성 평균 점수는 2005년 72.3점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007년 88.2점, 2008년 90.6점이고, 광역지자체는 2005년 71.6점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007년 86.8점, 91.6점으로 해마다 향상되고 있는 것으로 나타났다(한국정보화진흥원 웹접근성연구소, 2009). 이와 비교해 볼 때, 민간기업의 웹사이트는 웹 접근성 준수율이 많이 낮으므로 본 연구에서는 한국 미국 일본 50대 기업의 웹 접근성 및 사용성에 대해 나라별, 기업별로 실증 평가 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선안을 제시하여 민간기업의 웹 접근성, 사용성 수준을 향상시키는데 다소라도 기여하고자 하며 향후 IPTV, 휴대폰 등 다양한 웹 접근성 연구 분야에 대해 제시했다.

I'd like to present a new authentication system which is based on unified web authentication design. It will unit various authentication systems that have been deployed in various network environment and reinforce network security to provice a various kinds of application services in a stable and safe environment. that is a simple and more secure method for fighting a rise in card-not-present fraud.
