This research explored the main and interactive effects of service employee market orientation, service creativity, and national culture(Korea and Japan). To test the hypotheses, responses were collected from 196 Korean and 195 Japan hotel service employee samples. The results showed that service employee market orientation(customer orientation, competitor orientation, and interfunctional coordination) has a positive relationship with service creativity. Also, national culture moderates the relationship between service employee market orientation and service creativity, thereby implying the positive relationship between competitor orientation and service creativity is stronger in Korea than in Japan. In contrast, the positive relationship between interfunctional coordination and service creativity is stronger in Japan than in Korea. Theoretical implications of our findings and practical recommendations for how to address the impact of market orientation on service creativity are discussed.

The customer satisfaction. which is close with the loyalty, rate of disconnection and re-purchase and the new customer creation is important in point of the enterprise performance measurement system. There have been a number of studies that applied different models in other to assess the customer satisfaction of public and non-public area. But the general evaluation models which are existing can't consider the discrimination characteristic of different types of products or services. And these models didn't reflect the quality of the Internet environment of the public library service which appears newly. This study delved into literature of library service and customer satisfaction evaluation and suggest the classification system of public library service and the evaluation model of customer satisfaction for public library.

By exploring plausible relations between factors of service quality and user satisfaction, this study has derived significant determinants of user satisfaction. Based on the analytical findings, this study suggested practical measures to enhance user satisfaction of special libraries. If we determine the priority order of three dimensions of service quality depending on specialized areas of special libraries, and revise the items of higher correlations with user satisfaction, then we could effectively and efficiently level up user satisfaction of special libraries.

인터넷 서비스가 차별화 되어야 한다는 논의는 인터넷이 본격적으로 상용화된 1990넌대 중반부터 꾸준하게 제기되어 왔다. Tragedy of commons 라고 불리는 인터넷 혼잡현상은 지속적인 기술발전으로 인해서 상당부분 해결되었으나, 최근 들어서는, Web 2.0의 등장을 통해 동영상 파일이 차지하는 비중이 늘어나면서 P2P를 통한 파일교환이 전체 인터넷 트래픽의 상당 부분을 차지하면서, 또한 실시간 미디어, VoIP 등의 인터넷 응용 프로그램 등에서 전송상의 지연을 포함한 QoS 보장을 요구하게 되면서, 또한 통신사업자의 망중립성에 관한 논의가 진행되면서, 인터넷 서비스를 차별화하고, 통제하려는 연구의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 서비스를 차별화하기 위한 수단으로 기존에 제시되어온 자격과 우선순위라는 2개의 차원에서 그리고 가격제도로서 종가제와 종량제의 차원에서 배경을 검토해본 다음, 우선 대기열 이론과 혼잡성 제어 이론을 통해서 차별화된 서비스가 전체 시스템에어떤 구체적으로 효익을 가져오는 지를 검토하며, 우선순위와 사용시간에 따라 차별화되는 종량제가 현실에서 발견되지 않는 이유에 대한 이론적인 근거를 제시하고, 종량제를 채택했을 경우에 발생하는 문제점과 종량제 사용에서 발생하는 한계들을 논의하면서, 현실적으로 종량제와 차별가격을 도입할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 밝혀본다.

In this research, we developed an practical service module as a application which operating on the smart phones based on the Android operating system. The service module supports on the voice processing function and inquiry windows also. After some documents and screens related on system analysis, service module are designed and implemented. The details about these modules are explained. We can expect to enhance the learning effects of english words memorizing competence for smart-phone users.

A network neutrality is the concept that ISP assures users non-discrimination, interconnection, accessibility for ensuring users without control or interference of equal services in the network. But today a network traffic is growing rapidly in sensitive buffering services as P2P service diffusion and mass video stream service. To manage this problem, ISP violates a net neutrality by control, change and interfere with service. And then the debate about net neutrality is happening. Therefore in this paper, we compare and analyze net neutrality principles, concepts, and legislative policy in the native and foreign. Based on this, we suggested the issues and improvement plan of net neutrality guard line.

본 논문은 기존의 수동적인 DHCP 가입자관리 시스템에서 탈피하여 중앙인증서버를 통한 통합가입자 관리방안에 대한 연구를 통해 새로운 자동화된 가입자관리 시스템을 제안하며, 가입자관리에 필요한 시스템을 각각의 기능별로 나누어 분산 처리함으로써 시스템의 안정성과 효율성을 높임과 동시에 ' 운영자의 개입을 배제하는 자동화' 라는 요소에 초점을 맞추어 기존의 시스템과의 차별적인 다양한 처리방안과 시스템 설계에 대한 방안을 제시한다.

최근 발표된 5G PPP(Public-Private Partnership) 에서도 나타나듯이, 차세대 네트워크의 변화는 소프트웨어와 IT분야에서 발전된 기술이 Telco 사업자의 네트워크로 전이되는 현상을 보여주고 있다. 특히 망의 중립성에 대해서도 "추가적인 망 투자를 수행한 콘텐트 제공업자의 콘텐트를 차별적으로 지원하는 것은 정당하다"는 개념도 확산되면서, 콘텐트를 인식하고 차별화된 서비스를 네트워크에서 제공하는 것이 수익 증가의 수단으로 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본고에서는 5G 코어망 기술의 발전을 소프트웨어와 콘텐트 지향적인 관점에서 알아본다.

센서 네트워크은 기존의 인프라가 없는 네트워크 망을 연결한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 네트워크가 가변성을 가져 기존의 인프라 구조와는 차별적인 특성을 가진다. 사용되는 센서는 제한된 자원으로 인하여 사용할 자원이 제한되어 전통적인 보안 메카니즘을 사용하기는 보안성에 많은 문제점을 야기시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 센서 네트워크의 인프라 구조하에서의 보안 서비스 요구사항과 현재까지 연구되어지는 기술적인 동향 및 특성을 분석하고자 한다.
