This study investigates the recommendation for tax accounting services used in many companies. In particular, it aims to create guidelines for small businesses with fewer than 100 employees, which are relatively difficult to manage in terms of cost or time. We surveyed 100 corporate officials on basic business information, such as the number of employees, job titles, and business type, as well as the type of tax accounting service, the recommended score for the service, the reason for the score, and other opinions related to tax accounting services. In particular, the recommendation score seeks to obtain more effective results by using the Net Promoter Score method, which is known to be more effective in understanding customer opinions than general customer satisfaction surveys. The survey revealed a Net Promoter Score for a recommendation of -33 points, lower than the general Net Promoter Score. It also indicated that tax accounting services need improvement. Specifically, the opinions of the respondents who gave a non-recommendation score were as follows: "Not inconvenient or comfortable," "It was just okay," "I don't know if it would be helpful," and "There is no differentiation and there are no special alternatives." We concluded that an improved service for raising recommendation scores was necessary. This survey focused on recommendations for companies with fewer than 100 employees; future studies should incorporate larger companies and more variables.

일반적인 IP 네트워크에서 이동성을 보장해 주는 대표적인 기술인 Mobile IP 에서는 핸드오버에 따른 패킷 유실의 문제를 피할 수 없다. 따라서 이러한 패킷 유실의 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 Smooth Handover가 제시 되었다. 하지만 Smooth Handover의 경우 핸드오버 동안의 패킷 버퍼링과 핸드오버에 따른 패킷 순서 뒤바뀜의 문제가 발생하고 결과적으로 전체 네트워크의 성능이 감소하는 결과를 초래한다. 차세대 휴대 인터넷 기술인 와이브로(Wireless Broadband Internet. WiBro) 시스템에서도 역시 서비스 중인 단말이 핸드오버 시 동일한 문제가 발생한다. 특히 와이브로 시스템은 휴대성과 이동성을 보장하고 IEEE 802.16 표준을 기반으로 서비스 클래스에 따른 차별적인 서비스를 제공한다. 따라서 패킷 순서 뒤바뀜 문제를 해결하는 핸드오버 메커니즘이 휴대인터넷에서 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 와이브로 시스템에서 고속으로 이동 중인 단말이 핸드오버 시 발생할 수 있는 패킷 순서 뒤바뀜 문제를 해결하는 핸드오버 메커니즘을 제안 한다.

본 논문에서는 실시간으로 변하는 사용자의 컨텍스트를 고려하여 재구성되는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 인터페이스 제공 시스템 및 저작 도구에 관한 기술을 소개한다. 차별적 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 사용자가 컨텐츠를 소비하고 있는 시점에서의 컨텍스트를 해석하고 이를 반영한 유기적이고 적응적인 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 사용자 인터페이스를 반응적으로 구성하고 이를 저작하는 도구에 대한 연구는 웹 기술의 발전과 함께 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 연구되었지만 단순 서비스 조합이나 물리적 GUI 생성에 관한 연구가 주를 이루고 있고 표준화된 컨텍스트와의 유기적 연결성을 고려한 연구는 사례 연구 정도에 머물러 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹을 기반하여 세부 기술에 대한 이해 없이 컨텍스트 기반 사용자 인터페이스를 구성하고 서비스 할 수 있는 시스템과 저작 도구에 대해 소개하고 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논의한다.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 도시의 통합운영센터가 가지고 있는 문제점들을 해결할 수 있고, 기존도시와의 IT서비스의 차별성을 위하여 스마트그리드를 운용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 한국전력의 대리자, 해상풍력에너지 전력생산 및 판매, 그리고 정전대비 보완사항을 제시하였다. 이 연구로 유비쿼터스 도시에 대한 운영비 조달과 수익창출 및 정전에 의한 재난관리 예방이 기대되고, 유비쿼터스도시의 참조모델이 될 것으로 판단이 된다.

이 기종의 컴퓨팅 자원들로 구성된 데이터센터에서 사용자가 제출한 클라우드 작업의 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 효율적인 작업할당 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 작업의 처리시간을 사용자의 QoS 로 정의하고 작업처리시간을 최소화하면서 동시에 모든 사용자에게 차별 없이 동일한 수준의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 최적 작업할당 문제를 정의한다. 협력적 게임모형인 NBS(Nah Bargaining Solution)을 이용하여 정의한 문제를 해결하였고 이를 이용하여 각 자원에 할당되는 작업부하를 효율적으로 제어함으로써 파레토 최적을 유지할 수 있는 협력적 부하분산 정책을 도출하였다. 또한, 성능 평가를 통해 제안한 기법이 작업처리시간을 최소화하면서도 모든 자원에서의 작업처리시간이 동일함을 보였다.

Recently, as the research of effective resource management for supporting of various next generation internet service, the admission control mechanisms using the dynamic provisioning methods in differentiated service networks are studied. However, even though admission control mechanism is applied to the network, there exits the unfairness of call blocking probability among the different bandwidth requested services. In this paper, we propose the new admission control policy heuristic algorithm that provides fairness of call blocking probability between the large bandwidth requested service and the small bandwidth requested service. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm provides not only blocking probability fairness but also high bandwidth utilization.

In this study we analyzed and gauged the information security needs for the new IT service which will be proceeding. Then we designed Information Security Rank Authentication System to raise the level of information security. To achieve this study, we analyzed rank authentication system of the inside and outside of the country and developed the practical propulsive system and the evaluation model which reflects IT service's own feature differing from the general evaluation of IS information security. The result of this study can be utilized to assess the level of domestic IT service information security objectively, and it can be applied as the means of rational decisionmaking for establishing a policy to raise degree of information security of corporations providing IT service.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, achievement need, and satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. In this research, service quality consists of four factors including curriculum(lecturer expertise, distinction, and diversity of curricula), type(theory-oriented and practice-oriented), and administration(operation, facility and networking). First, this study investigated how service quality affected both self-efficacy and achievement need, second analyzed how both self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 129 individuals that Cafe 24 in progress in the shopping mall entrepreneurial education. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, a structural equation analysis has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that service quality affects both self-efficacy and achievement need. According to the analysis, first, expertise, distinction and operation affect self-efficacy, second both expertise and operation affect achievement need. In addition, the results show that self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction of entrepreneurial education. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

The purpose of the study was to conduct an empirical study on the scope and level of social exclusion experienced by persons with psychosocial disabilities. The Wave 6 data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled were used to investigate the current status of social exclusion in life areas including income, education, work, housing, health, social network, social participation, and discrimination (N=4,161). A series of logistic regressions were executed, with the psychosocial disability(PD) group being the reference; the reverse odds rations of different disability groups were compared against the PD reference group (OR=1). The results showed that compared with all others, the PD group was about 2 to 11 times more likely to have risks in income, work, and housing; and that compared to other groups except for the autism/developmental disability group, they were about 6 to 10 times more likely to have risks in social network, social participation and discrimination. In conclusion, the authors urged the need for legal mandates to have community based mental health services and welfare services for the disabled more available to the PD groups and the necessity to eliminate various discriminatory legislations that are violating human and social rights of the persons with PDs.

As the ubiquitous technology has been widespread, the u-service development in the private sector is increasing these days. Especially, consisting of various life spaces, a mixed-use complex started actively utilizing the ubiquitous technology in order to provide users with differentiated services. In this paper, a new development methodology of the u-service for a mixed-use complex is proposed. Because the ultimate purpose of the u-service in a mixed-use complex is to guarantee profitability, the u-service must accelerate commercial activities among various users in the complex. The u-service development methodology of a mixed-use complex proposed in this paper firstly defines various perspectives for the u-service and identifies specific u-service elements in cross points of the perspectives. Then with those u-service elements, the methodology generates a u-service pool. Finally, after evaluation process, target u-serviced to develop are selected. Having designed the u-service development methodology, we expect the methodology to contribute the successful implementation of u-service model for a mixed-use complex.
