  • 지금 우리가 살고 있는 대한민국은 공정한 사회를 지향하고 있고, 사회 각 분야에서는 이를 위한 다양한 대책과 방안을 수립하는 중이다. 경제적 비용이 발생하는 분야의 업무에서는 다른 분야 보다 더 완고하게 공정한 비용 지급을 위한 방안 대책을 수립하고 있다. 대표적 사례로 정부기관의 관용차량의 유류비 지급부분이다. 기존의 유류비 지급 시스템에서 유류사용을 올바르게 사용하였는지 근거가 되는 정보가 없어 유류비를 청구하는 사람의 양심에 의존해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 ICT(Information and Communication Technology)기술을 활용하여 자동차 유류비 및 유지보수비용을 공정하게 지급 할 수 있도록 돕는 목적을 가진 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문의 시스템은 주행중 자동차의 주행정보(주행위치 및 자동차 내부정보)를 전용단말기(Android 기반)에서 수집하고 인터넷을 이용해 실시간으로 서버로 전송하고, 인터넷 웹사이트를 통해 해당단체 및 개인에게 실시간 및 이전 주행정보 데이터를 제공한다. 수집된 주행정보 데이터를 분석하여 자동차 유류비 및 유지보수비용을 올바르게 지급할 수 있게 도와주는 시스템을 설계하기 위한 내용을 다룬다.

A Real-time Video Transferring and Localization System in HSDPA Network (HSDPA 기반 실시간 영상 전송 및 위치 인식 시스템)

  • This paper presents a real-time image transferring and localization system utilizing HSDPA, a commercial wireless network system. A novel image compression algorithm is developed based on MPEG4 to comply with uploading bandwidth of 130 kbps and QVGA image transmission of 30 fps. Aiming at being embedded in moving vehicles, the proposed system has a small size, low power consumption, and robustness to disturbances. We validate the performance of the system by presenting captured images of transferring video and localization data. Our system can be applied to real-time surround monitoring in moving vehicles or real-time ecology observation in remote places.

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명은 기존에 한정적이던 사물들의 역할을 끝없이 확장시키는 특징을 가진다. 인터넷을 기반으로 인간, 사물, 환경 등 모든 것은 연결이 가능한 Internet of Things(IoT) 시대가 다가오고 있다. 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물 간의 정보를 상호 소통하여 안전기능과 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고 있으며, ICT의 융복합의 발전에 따라 자동차도 기존과 다르게 IoT 환경에 포함된다. 커넥티드 카는 차량, 인프라, 모바일 디바이스, 주변 환경 간의 통신을 통해 실시간으로 다양한 정보를 자동차를 중심으로 수집할 수 있게 되었으며 이를 기반으로 커넥티드 카 산업이 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 발전 과정 속에서 커넥티드 카의 보안성의 문제는 반드시 해결되어야 한다. 보안성이 확보되지 않는다면, 자동차에서 발생하는 운전자에 대한 악의적인 공격을 통해 일반적인 보안 침해사고 수준을 넘어 사고를 유발시킬 경우 인명과 재산상의 큰 피해를 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카의 통신구조를 알아보고 취약점 분석과 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제안하여 안전한 커넥티드 카의 활용 방안을 연구한다.

Interference-Free Multipath Routing Protocol for M2M Wireless Network to Enhance Packet Delay Performance (M2M 무선 네트워크에서 패킷 지연 성능 향상을 위한 간섭 회피 다중 경로 라우팅 기법)

  • M2M communication is considered as a key enabling technology to monitor the status of objects, vehicles, humans through auto-configuring wireless networks. In M2M network, there are active research activities to enhance the reliability on data while being collected from wireless sensor network. The reliability issue becomes more important as wireless sensor networks carry multimedia data, which is delay sensitive. The interference caused by the adjacent neighbor sensor nodes is a major factor in network performance degradation, which becomes more severe in multi-hop routing environment. In this paper, we propose inerfernce-free multipath routing protocol for M2M wireless network for enhancement of packet delay performance. The simulation results show that the proposed routing algorithm outperforms the existing routing protocols in terms of packet delay and throughput.

  • In this study, we developed software for portable lifter using Android application for stability of portable lifter which can load freight easily. Arduino Uno R3 boards were used for this purpose. The existing portable lifts were disassembled to mount the Arduino Uno R3 board and circuit, and to send and receive signals via Bluetooth communication. This study can be expected to contribute greatly to the safety work of logistics activities.

  • Although GPS technology for location positioning system has been widely used, it is difficult to be used in intelligent transport systems, due to the large positioning error and limited area for receiving radio signals. Thanks to the rapid development of LED technology, LED lights become popular in many applications. Especially, visible light communications (VLC) has raised a lot of interests because of the simultaneous functioning of LED illumination and communication. Recent studies on positioning system using VLC mainly focused on indoor environments and still difficult to satisfy positioning accuracy and simple implementation simultaneously. In this paper, we propose a positioning system based on VLC using the coordinate information of LEDs installed on the road infrastructure. Extracting the LED signal, obtained through VLC, from the easily accessible camera image, it is possible to estimate the position of the car on the road. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve a high positioning accuracy of 1 m when large number of pixels is utilized and the distance from the LED light is close.

  • In this paper, we propose the protocol of Ethernet that will receive a popular interesting in the automotive intelligent network, it also attempts to implementation and verification through simulation and experiments to propose a fault tolerance algorithm when the data transfer on it. It has proven the usefulness of the system in order to apply toward an existing automotive communication system. In the case of actual real-time data for automotive industry, we generated a randomly-generated data which is the set of payload into a standard format to complete the experiment. Among the implemented existing algorithms performance, we confirmed the effectiveness of all range from a single data to mixed (Hybrid-type) data, to verify the proposed algorithm.

  • This paper provides a method to implement IT system for supply chain management problem The fundamental scheduling issues that arise in the pickup delivery system are optimizing the system with the minimum cost, the maximum throughput and the service level. This study is concerned with the development of the customer responsive pickup-delivery system based on e-logistics and demand chain management. Through this study, the pickup-delivery problem of the vehicle using the GIS PDP and GUI- type computer programs are formulated. The computational results show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of test problems.

  • Vehicles transporting hazardous materials can make huge damage to people, properties and environment by traffic accidents. Therefore, transporting hazardous materials is a big issue with the cutting edge technology of communications in these days. However, despite this situation, Korean government gives limited efforts for systematic management, research and investment about hazardous materials. Accordingly, this research suggests the key path finding algorithm about management of real-time schedule and routes for vehicles transporting hazardous materials. Besides, the case study is progressed in transportation networks of Seoul in order to evaluate the reality of algorithm. Specifically, time-space network transformation is performed for time window attributes. In addition, this study proposes the techniques searching for non-dominated paths considering schedule by the multiobjective shortest path algorithm based on dynamic programming in dynamic transportation networks including multiobjective attributes.

The Study of the Peer-to-Peer Communication System for a UAV Navigational Monitoring Using a HSDPA (HSDPA를 이용한 무인항공기 항법 모니터링용 Peer-to-Peer 통신 시스템 구현 연구)

  • This paper presents a realization of a peer-to-peer communication system for a UAV navigational monitoring using a commercial HSDPA(High Speed Download Packet Access) mobile communication device. The realized system consists of a communication server, an air data terminal and multiple ground monitoring devices, where the server transfers navigational data from a UAV to multiple monitoring devices in real-time with commercial HSDPA modem. Through ground and flight tests, data were obtained to observe the realized system. Test results show that, depending on communicational environment, about 300msec delay, congestion and packet-loss between air data terminal and ground monitoring devices. Nevertheless, through high-speed long range test on a ground vehicle and altitude test with a UAV flight, the feasibility of a UAV navigational monitoring system was observed.
