The purposes of this paper were to provide the basic segments of qualitative research to assist the understanding of qualitative research and to provide implications of indicators (i.e., criteria) to determine the rigor of the qualitative research in the area of Adapted Physical Education (APE). This paper was divided into five sub-categories to facilitate understanding the qualitative research, which were (a) the epistemological stances, (b) the data collection methods (c) the data analysis (d) the trustworthiness and (e) the implications of Adapted Physical Activity Taxonomy (APAT) in APE. Qualitative researchers deliver their understanding of human experience and knowledge by means of text rather than number so their explanations and understanding tend be subjective and distinct from otherwise interpretaotherwise (Crotty, 1998; Pitney& Parker, 2009). Examining the rigor of qualitative research is therefore concerned due to the complexity of understanding of reality (Goodwin 2020; Zitomer & Goodwin, 2014). In the meantime the roles of qualitative research have been highlighted in educational research including the area of APE because qualitative research enables researchers to examine different voices of school members (e.g., students with and without disabilities parents teachers Goodwin, 2020; Hodge et al., 2019; Zitomer & Goodwin, 2014).

Statement analysis is a technique that examines the credibility of a statement by scientifically analyzing problems and psychological characteristics that appear in the content of the statement. The statement analysis report is prepared, submitted, and used for legal judgments when there is a suspicion of sexual abuse for children(under 13 years of age) and persons with disabilities since it is usually difficult to secure physical evidence nor eyewitnesses. However, the criteria for evaluating the quality of a statement analysis report or testimony are not available in Korea. Although forensic experts and professional organizations in North America and Europe are providing recommendations and guidelines for preparing forensic assessment reports, qualitative analysis research studies for forensic reports revealed a number of problems such as missing or poorly described essential information and lack of logical connection between evaluation results and forensic opinions. Therefore, forensic evaluation guidelines and forensic reports submitted to the courts in the United States, as well as the Structured Quality assessment of eXpert testimony (SQX-12) developed in Sweden were examined to suggest the Korean version of quality evaluation criteria for statement analysis report and testimony. This criteria can be used to improve effectiveness of forensic reports within criminal justice system and used as a guideline to assess the quality forensic reports or expert testimony prepared by experts. However, this criteria do not guarantee the reliability of the statement itself.

The writer investigated the academic values of the titles based upon book annotations included in Gunseo-pyogi, or An Annotated Catalog of books written and edited by the goverment. This paper examined various types of evaluative methods adopted in Gunseo-pyogi, and then compare them to the modern general library criteria of book selection. The writer found the fact that the academic qualifies of books listed in Gunseo-pyogi were even more excellent than the modern criteria for good books in the point of level of authors and contents.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 자원의 정의와 특성을 기술한 후 인터넷 자원의 질적 평가기준을 선행연구를 기초로 조사하였다. 이어서. 인터넷 자원평가를 하기 위하여 정보관리 학회지에 인용된 인터넷 자원을 선정하여서 제시된 평가기준에 따라 분석하였다. 이런 연구 결과는 전세계적으로 퍼져있는 인터넷 자원들 중에서 이용자들이 원하는 고품질의 자원들을 선정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

인터넷상의 웹사이트들은 성교육 정보를 얻을 수 있는 탁월한 정보의 제공원이다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 잠재적인 효용가치는 매우 크지만, 또한 공공의 사용자들에 대한 부정적인 효과도 야기할 수 있다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보들은 그 질적인 수준이 같지 않으며 그 질을 평가하기가 쉽지 않다. 미국을 비롯한 정보선진국에서는 성교육 정보를 제공하는 웹사이트들에 대한 다양한 평가 기준이 제시되었으나, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들에 대한 명확한 평가기준은 마련되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 질을 평가하기 위하여 15개의 평가 항목을 점검하였으며, 가장 중요한 15개의 항목을 신뢰도(3항목), 내용(6항목), 목적(2항목), 디자인 및 기술(4항목)로 구별하여, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들을 평가할 수 있는 수단으로 사용하도록 하였으며, 이 기준을 이용하여 국내의 성교육 사이트들을 평가하였다.

Gradually, there has been increase in the use of qualitative research methods in nursing research. Nursing scholars are using qualitative research methods to explore the essence of nursing and discover its meaning. However, there has been lack of standards for evaluating qualitative nursing research. Often nursing researchers are applying quantitative research evaluation standards to qualitative nursing research. Thus, there has not been any notable qualitative research done to date. In order to improve the quality of nursing research done to discover new knowledge for the nursing, ＆ for development of nursing theory, criteria for critiquing qualitative research should be established. Therefore, this researcher introduced standards as criteria for critiquing qualitative research which are based on literature reviews and re search experiences. The suggested criteria are developed several question's as follows : 1) description of the research phenomena, 2) significance, 3) research purpose, 4) research question, 5) assumptions, 6) researcher's abilities, 7) selection of research samples, 8) data collection, 9) human subjects, 10) data analysis, 11) description of researcher's results, 12) literature review. Follow-up of concrete questions for each of the criterias have been developed.

Based on the results of previous evaluation studies, a quality based evaluation model applicable to academic libraries in Korea was developed. Focusing on output measures, 25 indicators in 7 catagories are defined. For each indicators, data collection method along with measuring process is established. And norms and evaluation scales are also provided. The concluding section suggests several areas for implementation and future research.

In Korea, the calculation of quantitative similarity is commonly used to gauge the substantial similarity of computer programs. Substantial similarity should be assessed by considering the quantity and quality of areas that show similarity, but in practice, qualitative aspects are reflected by multiplying the weighted value in the calculation of quantitative similarity. However, such a practical method cannot be deemed adequate, considering the fundamental characteristic of the judgment on substantial similarity, which holds that the quantitative and qualitative aspects of similar areas should be considered on an equal footing. Thus, this study pointed out the issue regarding the use of weighted value and sought appropriate ways to take into account qualitative aspects when assessing the substantial similarity of computer programs.

본 연구는 행정기관 홈페이지 평가 항목 중에 접근성에 관한 새로운 세부항목 평가 기준을 제시하고 시각디자인적인 요소를 중심으로 웹사이트 평가를 행한 결과를 제시한다 평가 기준을 가독성, 위치성, 구조성, 심미성, 편의성 등의 6 가지 기준으로 나누고 평가한 결과, 현재 공공기관 웹사이트는 심미성, 위치성에 관한 항목들이 매우 잘 만들어져 가고 있는 반면, 기관들의 웹사이트 가독성과 일관성의 통합 작업이 부족함을 알게 되고 보완의 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 시각디자인 요소를 중심으로 한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인의 표준모델의 일부로 활용되어 공공기관 웹사이트를 이용한 대민 서비스의 질적 향상과 기관 이미지 제고에 이바지 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
