감사원장 자문기구인 부정방지대책위원회(위원장 서영훈)는 $\ulcorner$공사질서, 어떻게 확립할 것인가?$\lrcorner$ 라는 주제로 우리 사회가 하루빨리 청산해야할 부실공사의 추방대책을 모색하는 공개토론회를 지난 9월 6일 한국 프레스센터 국제회의장에서 이시윤 감사원장을 비롯한 관련기관 및 관련업계 종사자들이 참석한 가운데 개최했다. 특히 이번 공개토론회는 우리의 안전을 위협하고 나아가서는 국가 경쟁력을 잃게 하는 부실공사의 원인을 심층진단하고 그 방지대책으로 불합리한 제도의 개선과 아울러 시민들의 감사활동을 통한 공사질서확립 방안에 대한 슬기와 지혜를 널리 모으는 중요한 자리로 후손들에게 자랑스러운 건설문화를 넘겨줄 수 있도록 밝고 건전한 공사질서를 세우는 방안에 대한 많은 의견이 있었다. 이날 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$부실공사는 우리의 생명과 안전을 위협하고 국제적 위신을 실추시키며 국가경쟁력을 읽게 하는 부끄러운 폐습으로서 하루빨리 치유해야 할 망국병$\lrcorner$이라면서 $\ulcorner$감사원은 21세기 우리의 밝은 미래 창조를 가로막고 있는 이러한 부실공사 문제의 심각성을 인식하고 이의 근절을 최우선 과제로 정하여 감사원의 모든 감사역량을 부실공사 추방을 위한 감사활동에 기울여 왔다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다. 또한 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$지난해에 이어 올해는 건설환경 개선 및 품질혁신의 해로 선언하고 국민 불안감 해소를 위하여 주요시설물의 안전성 점검과 건설산업 개방에 대비한 대외경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 마련하는데 총력을 기울여 나가고 있다$\lrcorner$면서 $\ulcorner$나아가 부실공사 기동점검반을 편성 운영하여 공공공사 현장을 수시 점검하여 부실을 역동성 있게 척결하는 체제도 구축하는 등의 계획을 갖고 있다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다.

지속적인 경제성장을 위한 기술정책방향은 다음과 같은 두 가지 경제적 환경변화를 고려해야 한다. 첫째, 신기술을 중심으로 하는 새로운 차세대성장산업을 창조함으로써, 지속적으로 우리나라 경제성장을 견인하는 “신기술중심의 경제성장정책기조”이다. 둘째, 신무역질서에서 우리나라 경제를 안정화시켜야 하는 정책기조와, 더 나아가 세계경제발전에 기여하는 “세계경제질서에서 대한민국경제위상확보정책기조”이다. 본 논고에서는 신기술발전과 신무역질서라는 연관관계에서 어떤 신성장 기술정책방향이 바람직한 것인지 알아보자. 이 연관분석을 위하여 우리나라 주요 교역국가를 중심으로 우리나라 신기술발전이 다른 무역대상국가에 어떤 경제적 영향을 미치며, 다른 주요 교역국가인 미국과 일본의 기술발전이 우리나라에 어떤 경제적 영향을 미치는지를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간단한 국제무역환경을 고려한 기술정책방향에 대하여 제언하였다.

The world-view of a period or a society refers to the way it conceives of the order and governing principles of the universe. The ad and outcome of the crealive process of a designer reflect his or her world-view or value system. Contemporary students of design seem to find the traditional approach to art based upon the Euclidean logic rather redudive and confining and are trying to develop a new way of thinking and methodology, a new frame of reference. In this study, I am offering the chaos- and fractal theory, concepts drawn from science, as a new anchoring point for design. This approach makes use of the concept of chaos as the basis of a new, open system that enables a designer to find and generate numerous visual possibilities immanent in chaos. Likewise. fractal geometry is offering new concepts and vocabularies for the study of physical universe and design thinking, as well as bridging the gap between science and art. The number of structural possibilities fractal theory generates for environmental design seems to be virtually unlimiLl'd. In fine. this study places a great emphasis on the new approaches t() the environment we inhabit. which I hope will contribute to generating a greater number of creative possibililil:s for environmental design.

Narrative art is primarily narrative fiction realistic possibility for human figures into the contents of the work to build the core structure of the narrative, and the most important factor. Constitute the narrative structure of the story, while leading configuration is the subject of the act. Portrait of the artist's work presented in this perspective is the default attitude that gives the order to the drama itself, because it is the drama of aesthetic structure will eventually work through the people in the know. Mixture of aesthetic pleasure and aesthetic understanding of the regular drama is when you think that consciousness is through characters in his works is a shortcut to identify the writers think about the narrative structure.

Today, the most pivotal issue in the national research and development, and national scientific and technical policy is to overcome uncertainties in the environment of technology development. The social and economic environment around us is at restricted uncertainty (complex system) where order and disorder coexist. Furthermore, the environment of technology development is more complicated. In order to bring about creativity in practices of technology development, we need a paradigm shift towards a new framework for the construction of the national scientific and technical information infrastructure, which entails a shift to creativity, self-organization and dynamic capability. The paradigm shift will lead the present scientific and technical information infrastructure which centers on information sharing, to move towards one that enables information coherence through self-organization. Thus, it is expected that the new Web 3.0 will provide a client-flexible analysis information system that will make information coherence and feedback possible. Through this system, the policy for the construction of a new scientific and technical infrastructure will evolve, which will bring about co-evolution of individual's knowledge through sharing of self-organizaed knowhow.

'공사(公事)'는 『전경』이 담고 있는 매우 중요한 종교 문화적 현상이다. 그리고 그 속에는 매우 깊은 사상적 의미가 내포되어 있다. 대순진리회 공사개념의 연원은 중국 고대의 경전과 문헌에서 그 단서를 찾아볼 수 있으나, 그것은 결코 단순히 중국의 것을 답습한 것이 아니다. 강성상제와 도주 조정산께서는 '묵은 하늘'의 음양 혼란 시대에 공사를 행하였기 때문에, 도수를 바로잡는 공사는 근본부터 바로잡는다는 의미가 있으며, 새로운 시대를 의미하는 '개벽'도 이에 포함된다. 중도, 화평, 공정은 질서가 바로 잡힌 사회의 시작을 의미하며, 이는 새로운 생활을 창조하는 데 있어 중요한 현실적 의의를 지닌다. 전체적으로 볼 때 대순진리회의 공사는 사회의 변화와 사회적 요구에 응답하여 생겨난 종교문화 활동이다. 이러한 종교문화 활동은 일종의 기호로서, 상징성을 갖춘 의식을 거행하는 것이다. 공사는 명부의 한을 해결하는 것으로부터 시작되는데, 이는 근본을 중시한다는 의미이며, 태초로 거슬러 올라가 사회를 다스리는 커다란 방향을 전개한다는 것이다. '역도(逆度)'를 조정하는 공사에서는 사회적 관점에서 보자면, 역사가 남긴 문제에 대해 고민하고 해결하려는 태도를 뜻한다. 이는 민생문제를 매우 중시하였음과 인간의 도에 대해 경외심과 존중을 표현하고 있음이 나타내며, 결국 '보세(普世)'의 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 공사를 실천하는 방법은 '신생활법'이며, 이는 인(仁)과 인류와 동물에 대한 자비심을 강조하며 '삼계개벽'의 개혁정신과 창조적 사고를 나타낸다. 이로써 '통달(通達)'과 '대도(大道)'의 정신을 나타내었다. 이로 볼 때, 인간의 삶을 인도하며, 궁극적으로는 지상천국을 건설하고자 하는 정신이 공사의 개념 속에 분명하게 드러나 있음을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to present the psychological meaning of the creation myths by utilizing related myths, analysand's dreams, active imagination, and artwork to reveal the creative function of the unconscious. The creation myth is the phenomenon of projection when a new order is demanded in the chaotic phase of personal and human history. Depending on the attitude of the ego, it can be a sign of a reconstruction/alteration of consciousness or an invasion. Related literature such as Jung, von Franz, Neumann, Harding, and Edinger, domestic papers, and case reports are introduced to identify the background for this research. The psychological meaning of 'darkness' in creation myths is regarded as unconscious that is too dark to see. The Eskimo creation myth and an analysand's dreams of being blind and wandering in darkness are discussed in relation to nigredo in Alchemy. The psychological meaning of 'massa confusa' regards Uroboros, pleroma, early childhood experience, and a psychological womb in which everything is contained in one. With related myths and unconscious materials, a discussion is followed on how this realm can be a precursor of creation but also be trapped in an abyss. The psychological meaning of 'separation of world parent' is related to splitting one into two when unconscious contexts were touched before it became consciousness. Related myths, 'the world created between heaven and earth,' 'celestial being descending to the earth,' and 'the legend of relocation of a mountain,' as well as clinical material, are examined. Then this paper discusses the clinical implications of the separation of heaven and earth occurring on its own, that the creator's emotional aspects, such as loneliness and anxiety, are involved, and that delayed separation leads to the death of creatura and sudden separation leads to the death of the chaos. Then, the meaning of 'separation of world parent' is discussed in relation with separatio, the alchemical process of acquiring light/consciousness from darkness/unconsciousness. The psychological meaning of the creation of 'land/island' refers to the emergence of consciousness, the contents of the unconscious material into the realm of the ego. Related myths, such as the 'body of the monster/dragon becoming land' and analysand's dreams, are introduced, referring to the embodiment of Mercurius. This is followed by discussing related myths in creating the land to coagulatio in alchemy and utilizing creative work such as active imagination, art, music, and dance that can coagulate or concretize unconscious material in clinical approaches. Finally, myths of resurfaced land after the Flood or the complete destruction of the world in relation to the reconstruction of ego are discussed with related clinical material to show the importance of the analyst/therapist/supervisor's mental stability and capacity.

Europeans experienced the horror and cruelty of war through the first and second World Wars. They began to raise fundamental questions and doubt about the preexisting World Order of God and humans leading to the birth of Existentialism. The Theater of the Absurd is one of the genres in theater resulting from the existentialist theories. The Theater of the Absurd has a format opposed to the traditional Realist Theater and emphasize the absurdity of human and society's existence. In particular, Fernando Arrabal who is a French Absurdist playwright, expressed the absurd human conditions using his unique forms and contents and his work 'Fando et Lis' depicts the absurdity of the adult world through the eyes of a child. Many unrealistic elements typical and inherent in the Absurdist plays are present in his work. Especially, the actors were required to apply not only the realistic acting approach but also to study and analyze characteristics of all Absurdist plays and internalize them based on the creative foundation of recreation. Then, they were asked to examine the characters' personality, emotions, and actions and think hard about creating an unrealistic action of voice and movements. This creative process by actors is a must in developing the reliable and trustworthy Absurdist acting.

In Jungian psychology, creation myths regard as the story of unconscious and preconscious processes(projection of archaic identity) which describe not necessary the origin of our cosmos, but the origin of man's conscious awareness of the world. Therefore projections have nothing to do with matter itself but experience of one's own unconscious. Jung emphasizes importance to understand projection in individual's conscious experience rather than in philosophical doctrine. The purpose of this thesis is to explore unconscious process of creation myths with egg symbolism in clinical cases to present universal feature of Cosmic/alchemical egg. Psychologically, creation myths retold when human mind needs new order. Depending on the attitude of ego, it can be sudden expansion of consciousness or contamination of ego by unconscious. In this study, 'chaos(messa confusa)' in creation myths as archaic identity, experience of uroboros or infant, and nigredo state in alchemy. 'Separation of primordial parents' as beginning of consciousness refers to separatio operation in alchemical process. 'Light' as attainment of consciousness. Discussion of psychological meaning of egg starts with amplification which include the concept of cosmic/alchemical/philosophical egg. Egg symbolism in this study refers to emergence of egg, tapas/brooding of egg, and separation of egg. Emergence of egg as a state of preconscious totality, psychic wholeness conceived as the thing which came before the rise of ego consciousness. Discussion of conceptssuch as Shiva bindu, hiranyagharba, germ of gold, Tathāgatagarbha follows. 'Tapas/brooding of egg' as concentration of all psychic energy into one point for self reflection. Discussion includes The I Ching Hexagram 61, image of brooding egg identified with inner truth, Wonhyo's concept of jikwansasang, and Gnostic idea of Ennoia, introverted act of thinking, as well as the concept of 'Night Sea Journey'. 'Separation or hatching of egg' regarded as the idea of sudden illumination, Phanes, the shining God, and "sun-point," in alchemy. Birth of fledgling as birth of new personality. As a conclusion, psychological meaning of cosmic egg/creation myths is the story of separating from 'Not-I'(unconscious, object, undifferentiated) to 'I'(ego, subject, differentiated) which shares the same meaning as individuation process.
