The amino acid composition of a protein provides basic information for solving many problems in bioinformatics. We propose a new method that uses biologically relevant similarity between amino acids to determine the amino acid composition, where the BOLOSUM matrix is exploited to define a similarity measure between amino acids. Futhermore, to extract more information from a protein sequence than conventional methods for determining amino acid composition, we exploit the concepts of spectral analysis of signals such as radar and speech signals-the concepts of time-dependent analysis, time resolution, and frequency resolution. The proposed method was applied to predict subcellular localization of proteins, and showed significantly improved performance over previous methods for amino acid composition estimation.

Social Network has been known as friendship basis human relation service in online network. But a broad sense of Social Network can be explained as a mechanism which makes web evolve to information-ecosystem by human relation and network data which has been generated by the mass of people's cooperation and interchange. Social Network has been expanding their domain from friendship basis relation service to broad social relationship focus of matter of concern. It has been applied to diverse domain. Library community begins to take an interest in Social Network concept to apply user's interchange for information. This paper considers the concept of Social network and it's appliance to a library service. For the more, suggest basic element for vitalizing library user's Social network.

In recent years there has been a lot of interest in carrying IP over WDM networks in an efficient manner. The benefits here include larger bandwidth capacities, better network scalability, and more efficient operation. 몇 년 사이에 IoT는 통신 프로토콜과 디바이스 중심의 단순한 개념에서 점점 진화 하여, 디바이스, 인터넷기술, 그리고 사람(사물, 데이터 등)이 보안, 프라이버시, 신뢰도 문제를 해결하는 것까지 포함한 비즈니스 혁신, 재현성, 상호 운용성을 위한 완전한 생태계를 창조하는 것으로 개념이 바뀌어 가고 있다. IERC는 실제와 가상의 사물들이 고유특성과 물리적 가상적 특성을 가지고 있고, 지능형 인터페이스를 사용하며, 끊김없이 정보네트워크를 통합 하는 표준과 상호운용 통신 프로토콜을 기반으로 자기 스스로 재구성이 가능한 동적인 글로벌 네트워크 인프라로 정의함으로써 IoT의 범위를 인프라까지 확대 정의하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같은 IoT 영역이 확대되면서, 일반적으로 IoT의 4대 기술 분야를 센싱기술, 유 무선 통신 네트워크 기술, 플랫폼 기술 및 서비스 기술로 분류하고 있으며, 이 중에서 다양한 전파서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무선통신망 구축이 필수이며, 이를 실현하기 위해서는 주파수 자원 확보가 매우 중요하다. 본고에서는 이를 실현화 시킬 수 있는 동북아지역 IoT주파수 동향 및 표준화에 대하여 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose : This study aimed to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of forensic nursing competency. Method : Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze twenty nine articles on forensic nursing based on a systematic review of theology, medicine, psychology, and nursing literature. Results : Forensic nursing competency consists of the following seven attributes: awareness of the medico-legal problem, multidisciplinary integrated knowledge, education and training in forensic science, professional career development, evidence based practice in forensic nursing, collaborative forensic nursing with community partner, safety and security effective communication, and supportive relationships. Finally, we could explain the consequences of forensic nursing competency on knowledge construction in nursing, enhancing professional nursing, and establishing a human rights and social justice based approach. The antecedents of forensic nursing competency were forensic science interest, forensic science experience, and nurses' view of person in forensic-works. Conclusion : Based on these results, we recommend the development of a Korean version of a scale to assess forensic nursing competency.

Thousands of multimedia services are being developed over existing public networks and high-speed communication networks. In the multi-carrier network, seamless integration of terminals and services is essential in order to offer an end-to-end and user-independent service. In this paper, we propose the concept of the Interworking Broker to provide an infrastructure for building multimedia service interworking platform that supports interactive multimedia applications in distributed heterogeneous network environment. We describe main techniques developed to achieve the service interworking, and also the functional architecture of the Interworking Broker in heterogeneous ATM network environments.

Today the theme of "IT Architecture" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on information systems planning and information architecture, IT architecture may be viewed as the outcome of evolution, rather than revolution. A case study was conducted in order to compare the tasks and deliverables of U.S. IT architecture and Korean Information Strategy Planning. No significant differences were found in tasks or deliverables. Implications of the study were discussed.

This literature review introduced the concept of psychopathy which has never been defined academically in Korea. Also it is reviewed how this concept could be applied as latent factor of criminal behavior in the forensic settings. For this purpose, first of all, the periodical change of psychopathy definition was explored. Then it was investigated which determinants might develop psychopathy and what would be the behavioral characteristics of psychopaths. Finally, risk assessment tools measuring psychopathy were introduced and their predictive efficacy and applicability in Korean criminal justice system was discussed.

This study is an integrated literature review of concept analysis research published in the Journal of the Korean Nursing Society and the journal of branch science for the last 10 years from 2009 to 2018. A total of 30 papers were analyzed, including the metaparadigm of nursing, the type of concept, the method of concept analysis, the degree of utilization, etc. As a result, the metaparadgim of nursing was the most common human being, with 23 human beings, 5 nursing, 1 health, and 1 environment, and all kinds of concepts were identified as abstract concepts. As for concept analysis methods, Walker & Avent had the most number of workers and events with 13 workers, 10 hybrids, and 7 evolutionary methods, but all of them were hybrid methods after 2018. The progress toward tool development has not been confirmed. The diversity of nursing paradigm based on research results and the development of tools based on it are also necessary.

This study is a concept analysis of membership, using the evolutionary concept analysis method. Literatures published from January 2000 to January 2020 were searched on CINAHL, EBSCO, and websites of professional associations, using keywords including 'Member support', 'Member welfare', 'Professional association', 'Membership', and 'Member benefit.' Finally, 12 articles and 4 professional association website data were selected for analysis. The antecedents of membership comprised two dimensions, viz., the member level, and the association level. The antecedent at the member level included need of members, whereas antecedent at the association level was to set up a new department responsible for memberships. Attributes of the membership included 'member support', 'member professionalization', and 'member solidarity'. The consequences of membership also consisted of two dimensions: increased member satisfaction and professionality, and enhancement of rights and interests at the member level, and improvement of public awareness for the professional association at the association level. The findings of this study suggest that providing proper membership is a desirable direction of the association's member support considering the member's opinion ultimately, and propose future research for membership development. This study significantly provides the contextual basis, by identifying the antecedents, attributes, and consequences of membership.
