It has already been a few years since the word Fintech in Korea started to attract attention. These days, they believed that Fintech was just a boom, but these days it is recognized as a catalyst for financial transformation. Large venture companies are also launching demonstration experiments by creating new organizations that can respond to Fintech. It feels like a big tide is coming to the cautious and conservative financial industry. Finance is made up of digital information. Fintech is an evolutionary process in which finance, expressed by digital information, is transformed into information technology (IT) and human economic activities are reorganized. It is FinTech. You won't be able to understand the real effects of Fintech by sticking to individual applications like remittance payments or household account book services. Fintech is an innovation that changes the structure of economic activity itself. In fact, it is from now on that a big impact will come. In other words, now is the time when we are thinking of a dream that we have not yet dreamed of. In this paper, I will examine how fintech originated, spread to Korea, and how it intends to change Korea's finance in the future. Financial institutions have used the fruits of information technology advances in the direction of pursuing stability and stability, without major changes in the way they work. However, the movement of Fintech that started in Silicon Valley in the United States shows that the fruit can be used in other directions. The fruit of technological progress is expected to expand year by year in the future. It is a request of the times to use it to improve user convenience and to pursue innovation that is beneficial to society. We expect the flow of Fintech to accelerate innovation in the Korean financial industry.

The purpose of this study is to explain the word-of-mouth communication that evolve differently from traditional marketing communications using existing mass media in an environment of the flooding of new products. In particular, people use digital devices as internet users and various communication is activated in blogs and communities. It is expanding that companies use market maven as a facilitator of communication. The role of Market maven due to the spread of the Internet seems to be more meaningful for marketing activities. Market maven is a look at how it should study moderate effect on word of mouth of new products. Empirical results show that perceived curiosity and perceived innovativeness of new product has a positive impact on the word of mouth of new product, and was confirmed in a moderate effect of market maven.

본 사례는 외환위기 및 대우 그룹 해체로 인해 존폐의 위기에 처했던 대우증권이 선도업체 위상을 탈환하기까지의 재건 과정에서 실행했던 마케팅 전략 및 영업활동을 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 경영위기를 효과적으로 극복하고 새롭게 도약하기 위해 활용 가능한 마케팅 및 영업 전략의 일례를 소개하고자 한다. 끝으로 대우증권의 향후 마케팅 과제와 관련된 토의 주제가 제시된다. 국내 증권업계 선두주자였던 대우증권은 1999년 '대우 사태'로 인해 한때 업계 5위까지 추락하고 1조 2,000억원의 적자를 기록하였으며 신용등급은 투자부적격 단계인 CCC+까지 하락하는 등 위기를 맞이하게 되었다. 대우증권이 회생과 재도약을 위해 채택한 마케팅 전략은 '선택과 집중'이었다. 즉, 최대 수익원이자 경쟁력이 있는 사업 분야인 위탁매매(brokerage)에 역량을 우선 집중하여 안정적으로 수익 기반을 다진 뒤 이를 바탕으로 IB(Investment Bank)와 자산 관리(Wealth Management) 등 여타 분야에서의 역량도 점진적으로 강화하는 전략이다. 전략의 실행 방향은 높은 효율성 확보 및 자원의 확충을 통해 시장 지배력과 수익성을 창출하는 것이었다. 전략적 공감대, 오프라인 영업 강화, 현장 및 고객 중시를 위한 기업 자원의 확충 배치를 바탕으로 영업 프로세스, 영업 인프라, 영업 관리, 고객 서비스, 영업 문화의 혁신을 실행한 결과, 대우증권은 증권명가의 옛 명성과 위치를 성공적으로 탈환하게 되었다. 대우증권은 2004년 위탁매매 영업 부문에서 1위 위상을 되찾은 이래 전 사업 분야에서 성장을 지속하였다. 2006년 증권업종 시가총액 1위를 회복하는 등 각종 경영지표는 큰 폭으로 개선되었고, 신용등급은 AA-로 상향 조정되었다. 나아가 자본시장통합법 시대에 걸맞는 선도 글로벌 투자은행으로서 진화한다는 계획을 추진하고 있다.

"Positive Influence(PI)" of popular star has recently emerged as a social concern, but the lack of prior research has led to confusion over its concept and range of activity. On this point, this study carried out to lay the groundwork for discussions on the systematization of related theories, focused on identifying the current situations by analyzing articles for 15 months from January 2019 to March 2020 when related reports were in full swing. As a result of the analysis of the remarks from the entertainers mentioned in the articles, they were not clearly aware of the concept while doing good deeds under the name of PI in light of the study outcome by Aegean and Singer(2013). The motivations for good deed were classified into six types, including difficulty empathy, fandom reward, participation urge, nidana emphasis, experience subjugation, and memory evocation in the order of frequency of cases. Specific behaviors of PI were followed by donations of money and valuables for 54.4 percent, participation of social agendas for 14.0 percent, volunteering for 13.2 percent, joining campaign for 11.4 percent, other good deeds for 4.0 percent, and philanthropy for 3.0 percent. In occupational analysis, the concentration of donations was also evident. Their activities in the fields of human rights sensitivity, environmental protection and self-management, which are expected to have great effects with their influence, have been extremely poor. The results of the study first require academia to establish a interdisciplinary concept for PI. It also suggests that entertainers and their agencies should take far more strategic approach to evolve the PI event in a way that utilizes the advantages of each job group, such as actors, singers and comedians, and expands the diversity of areas.

푸른 진주라 불리는 훕스굴호는 러시아 국경에 인접한 몽고 북부의 청정호수로 해발 약 1,645m 지점에 위치한다. 훕스굴호의 길이는 약 136km이고, 폭은 20-40km이며, 최대수심은 약 262m 이다. 이 호수의 물은 세계에서 가장 깨끗한 담수 중 하나로 몽고 지표수원의 약 70%를 공급하고 있다. 훕스굴호는 바이칼 열곡대내에 형성된 일종의 구조호로 약 240만년 내지 400만년전에 형성된 것으로 추정되고 있다. 훕스굴호는 자연공원으로 지정되어 보호되고 있으며, 따라서 호수의 유역은 다행스럽게도 인간활동에 오염되거나 교란되지 않아 다양하고 흥미로운 육상/수성 생물상을 보유하고 있으며, 퇴적물 기록 역시 후기 신생대 동안의 중앙아시아의 지구환경 및 기후변화 연구에 매우 적합하다. 바이칼 시추사업 (Baikal Drilling Project)은 신생대 후기 동안의 중앙아시아의 지구조진화 및 전지구적 기후변화를 규명하기 위해 미국, 러시아, 일본, 독일 등이 참여한 다국가 공동사업이다. 바이칼 시추사업 연구팀은 지난 15년간 많은 노력과 예산을 투자하여 바이칼 호로부터 총 1,600m에 이르는 방대한 양의 퇴적물 코아를 성공적으로 회수하였고, 이 시료를 이용하여 후기 신생대 동안의 중부 유라시아 대륙의 고기후/고환경 진화과정을 성공적으로 규명하였다. 바이칼 시추사업이 성공적으로 진행됨에 따라, 이 사업에 참여했던 러시아와 일본의 과학자들은 바이칼호의 서쪽에 위치한 몽고 북부의 훕스굴에도 많은 관심을 가지게 되었으며, 동시에 바이칼 시추사업의 후속사업으로 훕스굴 시추사업을 새롭게 추진하게 되었다. 한편, 대륙내부에서의 제4기 지구환경 및 기후 변화 과정에 많은 관심을 가지고 연구해 오던 한국지질자원연구원도 2003년에 정식 회원으로 훕스굴 시추사업에 합류하였다. 훕스굴 시추사업 연구팀은 몽고의 지질광물자원연구소 (대표연구기관), 러시아의 지구화학연구소, 일본의 나고야대학교 그리고 한국의 지질자원연구원 등 4개국의 연구기관으로 구성되어 있다. 이들 4개 연구기관은 시추획득 및 기초연구 수행에 필요한 연구비를 현금 혹은 현물 (장비 포함)의 형태로 공동부담하고 있으며, 따라서 획득한 시추코아에 대해서도 각 연구기관이 전 구간에 대해 동일하게 25%의 소유권을 가지고 있다. 훕스굴 시추사업은 2008년까지 수행될 계획이며, 시추작업은 2005년까지 완료될 계획이다. 연구 진행과 관련하여, 공동연구의 명분을 높이고 분석의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 시료채취 및 기초자료 획득은 4개국의 연구원이 모여 공동으로 수행한 후의 결과물을 서로 공유하고, 자세한 전문분야 연구는 각 국의 대표기관이 독립적으로 수행하는 방식을 택하였다. 훕스굴에 대한 제1차 시추작업은 2004년 3월 말에 실시하였다. 시추작업 결과, 약 80m의 시추 코아가 성공적으로 회수되어 현재 러시아 이르쿠츠크 지구화학연구소에 보관중이다. 이 시추코아는 2004년 8월 중순경에 4개국 연구팀원들에 의해 공동으로 기재된 후에 분할될 계획이다. 분할된 시료는 국내로 운반되어 다양한 전문분야별 연구에 이용될 것이다. 한편, 제2차 시추작업은 2004년 12월에서 2005년 2월 사이에 실시될 계획이다. 수백만년에 이르는 장기간에 걸쳐 지구환경변화 기록이 보존되어 있는 훕스굴호에 대한 시추사업은 후기 신생대 동안 유라시아 대륙 중부에서 일어난 지구환경 및 기후변화를 이해함과 동시에 이러한 변화가 육상생태계 및 지표지질환경에 미친 영향을 이해하는데 크게 기여할 것이다.

In the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, lifestyle and industrial structures are faced with evolution from IT-based automation to the intelligent stage, demanding talents with software capabilities in various fields. Reflecting these demands, the government has enhanced basic software education for non-majors in elementary and secondary schools as well as universities. In this study, the software convergence education of Non-Majors is proposed to improve the general problem solving ability based on computational thinking and the software convergence ability in the field of their own by developing robot activity. The subjects of this study were 91 students, who were composed of various majors. The class was designed with computing thinking, convergence elements, and creative robot activity. The study was conducted for 13 weeks. To examine the effects of software convergence education through the creative robot activity, this study observed changes in the students' learning outcomes, satisfaction with creative robot activities, and perceptions of other disciplines after class based on pre-diagnosis surveys. The survey asked 12 questions including an understanding of the learning contents, overall satisfaction with multidisciplinary collaborative learning, understanding of other disciplines, and self-evaluation of problem solving ability through creative robot activities, which were compared with that before the class. They answered that their ability was improved.

In the northwest Okcheon metamorphic belt, the metaigneous rocks in the Gyemyeongsan Formation have wider chemical ranges for major, trace and REE elements compared with metaigneous rocks in the Munjuri Formation and do not represent bimodal igneous activity which is characteristic for a continental rifting. The metaigneous rocks in the Munjuri Formation are regarded as products of single magmatic evolution, whereas those in the Gyemyeongsan Formation may be formed through multiple magmatic episodes. The felsic metavolcanic rocks in the Gyemyeongsan Formation show weaker Eu negative anomalies compared with those in the Munjuri Formation but those in both formations show similar degrees of enrichment from LREE to HREE. The metabasites in the Munjuri Formation do not show Eu anomalies but those in the Gyemyeongsan Formation show both positive and negative Eu anomalies(0.59

Preparing the era of forest resources management requires studies on forest fire. This study attempted to develop forest fire occurrence model using meteorological characteristics for the practical purposes of forecasting forest fire danger rate. To accomplish this goal, the relationships between forest fire occurrence and meteorological characteristics are estimated. In the process, the forest fire occurrence pattern of the study region(Taegu-Kyungpook) is categorized by employing qualification IV method. The study region was divided into three areas such as, Taegu, Andong and Pohang area. The meteorological variables emerged as affective to forest fire occurrence are relative humidity, longitude of sunshine, and duration of precipitation. To estimate the probability of forest fire danger, forest fire occurrence of three areas are regressed on the time series data of affective meteorological variables using logistic and probit model. The effectiveness of the models estimated are tested and showed acceptable degree of goodness. Those models developed would be helpful to increase the efficiency of forest fire management such as detection of forest fire occurrence and effective disposition of forest fire fight equipments.

This essay traces the origin and the social function of medieval knights in Edwin Austin Abbey's murals ${\ll}$The Quest of the Holy Grail${\gg}$ in the Boston Public Library. Medieval knights in the Arthurian legend appeared in American novels at the end of 1850s and in political cartoons in the 1870s. They are featured in American Renaissance murals as well. ${\ll}$The Quest of the Holy Grail${\gg}$ painted in 1895 was the first of its kind. In Britain, the Pre-Raphaelites frequently painted medieval knights. Abbey fused the visual idiom of the Pre-Raphaelites and that of the Royal Academy of Arts in his depiction of knights. Unlike the Pre-Raphaelites, who usually focused on knights' activities, he emphasized their virtue. His representation of knights reflect the social and economic crises in America in the 1890s. After the Civil War, American society enjoyed economic prosperity but suffered from government corruption, economic inequality, and class conflict. Serious social problems such as poverty and inequality decayed American society. Writers and artists brought attention to these issues. This essay argues that Abbey criticized capitalists and expressed his hope for progress through the figure of Galahad as the iconic representation of civic virtue in ${\ll}$The Quest of the Holy Grail${\gg}$. Installed in the Boston Public Library, Abbey's murals performed a public function to warn the viewers of economic and social chaos resulting from government corruption. Abbey's American knights not only emphasized moral responsibility but also promoted patriotism. The artist refashioned medieval knights into American citizens, whose civic virtue became essential to an ideal leader in American society.

Gardening activities, plant raising, and general flowerbeds the public makes today can be found in the original form of cottage gardens in the United Kingdom. A cottage garden is a popular garden style of modern Britain, implying unique Englishness including ethnic sense and vernacular. In addition, the purpose of this study is to consider the modern movement in the United Kingdom in the past 200 years and read Englishness of cottage gardens through style differentiation and background of occurrence of cottage gardens appearing in this process. Therefore, this study is summarized as follows. First, a view of nature of the Englishman loving freedom and landscape acts as a key part of patriotism and is connected to the preservation of idyllic England. For this ideal of the Englishman of the country, idyllic British characteristics are found in various literatures and artistic fruits; cottage gardens, that is a form of new garden, were made with invigoration of supply and collection of plants. Second, an early form of cottage gardens was the domestic garden, in which there is a vegetable garden by middle-class move to a suburb according to urbanization, but evolved into a form of garden having both artistry and regionality, vernacular, and ecological characteristics with various situations of modern society(handicraft promotion movement, preservation of remains, and ancient building restoration movement). Wild gardens occurring in this process are a type of garden realizing wild fields and forests in the United Kingdom;they have made a big impact on many garden designers up to now. Cottage gardens, reflecting a variety of Englishness, is a subject of city planning and flower shows and is a culture symbolizing the United Kingdom.
