Historically the relation between the power and archives is inseparable. Archives are the recorded traces of political actions and an intention of power has a considerable effect on the existence of archives. In the democratic society the power serves people on the basis of the archives adopted as an evidence of political actions. Archives play an important role for the balance of power, which is a principle point of democracy. Considering the function and symbolism of archives, its proper and reasonable management is connected directly to the protection of people's rights.

This thesis is a literature study about oriental medicine on insomnia. Insomnia is defined as deficiency of sleeping caused by disability of the period of sleeping and lack of recovery of original vital energy. The main causes of insomnia are the dysfunction of the stomach, the wet phlegm, the deficiency of vigor, Qi of the heart, the lack of Yin, the defect of gall bladder or the excessive anxiety and so on, in the oriental medicine. Insomnia patients, in the oriental medicine, is treated by both removing food stagnancy and regulating the vital function of stomach, controlling the wet phlegm, both nourishing the heart and reinforcing the vital energy, providing vital essence to subdue the fire, tonifing both the heart and spleen or warming the gall bladder, etc. The number of insomnia patients shows a tendency to increase by the stresses of modern society and stimulus caused form the unbalance of Yin and Yang. Medical treatments for insomnia are studied, also, in diverse fields according to the increasing in number of insomnia patients. The literature study about the causes and medical treatments of insomnia is useful for the access to effective oriental medical treatments for insomnia.

There have been great controversies over making English as an official language in Korea. They have been triggered since some scholars published books and articles claiming that officialization of English is the best option for Korean people who spend significant amount of their life time to learn English. Those who are happy about the idea believe that officialization of English will be a good help for Korean people to gain a high degree of English proficiency, while others worry about possible negative impact on Korean language and culture. There are more diverse views and opinions on this issue. The distance between pros and cons about officialization of English doesn't seem to be negotiated. This study has been conducted not for finding the solution to the controversies. It is for understanding how those whose successful career and high living quality depend on gaining high command of English feel about acknowledging English as an official language of Korea. The results show that overall ideas on the officialization of English of research subjects are similar with those of scholars in academia. Around two third of total number of the research subjects expressed their criticism against the idea. One interesting thing is that all of the subjects, regardless their positions, think that there are serious problems in English education policy and system in Korea.

From numerical modeling test $-{\rho}a$ by one steel casing borehole near resistivity survey line can be acquired. Negative apparent resistivities even in the flat area are surely subsurface information. Inversion technique for those need to be developed in the near future.

"황제내경(黃帝內經)"(간칭(簡稱)"내경(內經)")의 내용을 임상치료와 진단에서 사용하면서 얻은 체험을 종합해보면 다음과 같다. 1. "내경(內經)"에서는 병을 치료하는 방법과 기술에 있어서는 대부분 직접 어느 한 가지 질병에 어떠한 치료방법을 사용할 것과 그 치료방법의 구체적인 조작방법과 사용에 대하여 기록하고 있다. 이러한 기록은 저자가 진실로 보고 들은 것으로서 거짓됨이 없다. "내경(內經)"에는 치료 방법만으로도 침구(鍼灸), 약물요법(藥物療法)뿐만이 아니라 또한 방복수법(放腹水法)이 있으며, 물리강온법(物理降溫法), 단식요법(斷食療法), 수술절제법(手術切除法), 압추경동맥강온법(壓推頸動脈降溫法)(자절진사(刺節眞邪)), 견인(牽引), 자료(磁療) 및 "딸꾹질을 치료하는 세 가지 방법" 등 거의 30가지에 가까운 치료방법들이 기재되어 있다. 2. "내경('內經)"의 이론은 어느 한 사랑의 손에서 만들어진 것이 아니며 또한 어느 한 시기에 저술 된 것도 아니다. "각가학설(各家學說)"의 성격을 띠고 있다. 3. "내경('內經)"에서는 글귀가 간결하고 함축성이 아주 강하므로 한마디에 많은 뜻을 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 임상에서 사용할 때 그 뜻을 잘 이해하면서 사용해야 한다. 4. "내경(內經)"을 연구하는 사람들이 "내경(內經)"의 이론을 임상에서 사용할 때 가장 먼저 장중경선사(張仲景先師)를 본받아 여러 의학자들의 장점을 취해야 한다. "상한잡병론(傷寒雜病論)"에서는 곳곳에 내경(內經)"의 취지를 나타내고 있으며 내경(內經)" 에 나오는 방법을 치료의 원칙으로 삼고 있다. 치료원칙은 대부분 "음양응상대론(陰陽應象大論)의 기준으로 삼고 있다.

We evaluate the temperature and salinity fields in the East Sea reproduced by the global ocean reanalysis data using HYbrid Coordinate Ocean Model (HYCOM for short). Temporal correlation of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) change between HYCOM and the Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature (GHRSST) are higher in summer than winter. Though distributions of temperature and salinity in the HYCOM are similar to those from historical data (World Ocean Atlas 2013 V2), salinity in the HYCOM is lower (highter) in the region where the salinity is high (low). Temperature fields in the Ulleung basin of HYCOM are quite similar to those derived from Pressure-recording Inverted Echo Sounder (PIES), such as the correlation coefficient is higher than 0.7. This indicates that the HYCOM represents well the circulation and meso-scale phenomena in the Ulleung basin.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the addition of various amounts (0, 1, 3, 5%) of Mokdanpi(P. suffruticosa) powder on the shelf life and the physicochemical, sensory characteristics of rice cakes and noodles to examine the possibility of using Mokdanpi as a natural food preservative for food products. The decrease in the moisture content of rice cake and noodle samples during storage was much less in Mokdanpi-added groups than the control group. The color L value increased and a and b values decreased in the rice cake samples, and color L value, b value decreased and a value increased in the noodle samples during storage. The microbial growth was less in Mokdanpi-added groups than the control group. In sensory evaluation, there were no significant differences among the control and 1, 3%-added groups in terms of color, flavor, taste, moistness, cohesiveness and overall quality; however, 5%-added groups received significantly less score than others (p＜0.05). As the storage time increased, the sensory scores decreased significantly in the control and 1 %-added groups of both rice cakes and noodles (p＜0.05), but no changes were observed in 3, 5%-added samples. The results suggested that Mokdanpi is effective in increasing the shelf life and inhibiting the staling of rice cakes and noodles.

The lawsuit is being made on the smart phone. And recent is getting a lot of evidence for the smart phone data in a court of law. Thus, the evidence of illegal use smartphone for the extraction of data and evidence collection, forensic procedure is a need for research. In this paper, evidence of phone forensic procedure for the extraction of the data suggests. And, by collecting forensic evidence from smartphones ensure the integrity of digital evidence and how to solve the case investigated. With this study, smartphone forensic will be able to contribute to the development.

2004년 2월~5월까지 대구시 달서구 00동 소재에서 연쇄방화가 발생 되어 수사를 하여 오던 중 우리경찰서에서 다방면으로 수사하여 차량화재 방화범 000를 검거 후 기소한 상태에서 공판이 진행되던 과정에서 변호인 측에서 일회용 라이터로는 차량을 착화 또는 발화의 가능성이 현저히 어렵다는 이유로 피고인의 무혐의를 주장하는 변론이 제기되어 00지방검찰청 000 담당검사의 요청에 의하여 혐의를 입증하고 검증할 수 있는 자료를 제출하고 검증자료가 없으면 본 건의 조건에 따르는 실험을 실시하고 감정결과를 제출하라는 지휘에 의거 우리경찰서 과학수사팀에서는 차량(프라이드)을 1대 구입하여 지방경찰청 과학수사팀, 국립과학수사구소 남부분소 이공학실 화재 연구실과 연계하여 차량화재 실험을 실시하고 실험과정 및 발화 행태와 양상을 구체적으로 증명할 수 있는 자료를 조사연구 분석하고 국립과학수사 연구소에서는 00지방검찰청에 촬영 데이터 원본영상과 촬영물, 그리고 감정서를 작성, 실험 결과를 문서화하여 제출하여 혐의를 입증한 사례 연구로 피의자에 대한 혐의 입증시 상황이나 정황 증거보다 실체적 진실증거의 중요성을 재인식 하고자 한다.

모바일 게임 산업의 발달로 많은 사용자들이 게임을 이용하면서, 그들의 만족감을 사용리뷰를 통해 드러낸다. 실제로 각 리뷰의 범주가 모두 다르지만 현재 구글 플레이 앱스토어(Google Play App Store)의 게임 리뷰 범주는 3가지로 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 빠르고 정확한 고객의 요구를 필요로 하는 게임 소프트웨어의 특성을 고려하여 게임 리뷰를 입력했을 때, 게임의 운영 및 시스템에 맞도록 리뷰의 카테고리를 세분화하고 만족도를 분석하는 시스템을 개발한다. 제안 시스템은 인공신경망 모델인 CNN을 평점을 기반으로 훈련시켜 리뷰에 대한 만족도를 도출한다. 또한 Word2Vec을 이용해 단어들 간의 유사도를 구하고, 이를 활용한 단어 배열을 이용하여 가장 스코어가 높은 카테고리로 배정한다. 본 논문은 제안한 리뷰 만족도 및 카테고리 분류 시스템이 실제 효과적으로 리뷰를 보다 의미 있는 정보로써 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.
