The purpose of this study was to help solve the problems of the high school credit system by exploring its operation plans for both career guidance and the effective and efficient operation of the high school credit system. The study's research method was literature research; it examined prior research, public hearings, press releases, the 2015 revised curriculum, and plans to promote the high school credit system by the Ministry of Education. To solve the problems facing the high school credit system, the curriculum should be organized as follows. First, it should be organized around general subjects. Second, students need to be able to study subjects related to their desired fields in depth. Third, it is necessary to confirm the basis for organizing the curriculum. Meanwhile, the following steps should be taken to improve the operation of the high school credit system for career guidance. First, a career curriculum committee for career learning and coaching should be formed and operationalized. Second, the teachers' work system should be restructured. Third, career aspirations should be identified, and directions for further study should be researched. Fourth, career and academic design guidance coaching books should be provided. Fifth, it is the role of the career and academic design guidance teacher. Sixth, emphasis should be placed on responsibility for subject selection and preparation for re-taking program.

This study investigated when and how science gifted students decide their career planning. We used semi-structured survey and additional interviews from the students of Science High School in Daejeon area. We found 39.1% of science gifted students in 10th grade formed their career planning from their middle school periods. They had comparatively high levels of parenting support. The students chose their career fields based on their interests and aptitudes. However, some students were able to try and never give up with self confidence even when they had low scores, and teacher's reinforcements influenced positively. 71.3% of students thought that the grades take up the achievement of career development. Besides, the career programs which had specific purposes and directions were very effective by 33.3%~64.4%. Otherwise the effects were low as 2.3%~18.4%. Especially, R&E research programs didn't effect on students' career development and some students even frustrated with research. Based on the results, we need to reflect current career education and develop worthwhile career development programs for the science gifted students.

We have been analyzed by research on the characteristics of professional consciousness, professional preparation, employment, and career life aimed at Chinese students. There is a tendency that overall trend is almost the same, even though there might be a small difference according to the characteristics of Chinese students' gender and scholastic year. Especially, a drift to the economic aspect of professional consciousness is a reflection of increasing hardship on our society. In spite of now is the era of disappearing permanent job and being changed to the concept of lifelong career, there is exceedingly rare places for getting education of professional consciousness or related information. It is needed to inform upright professional consciousness and to educate the Chinese students.

The purpose of this study is to describe the mediating effect of career decision level on the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of nursing students. The subjects of the study were data collected from 108 nursing students in 3rd and 4th grade and analyzed. The factors affecting career preparation behavior of nursing college students were career decision self-efficacy (β= .54, p<.001) and career decision level (β =.23, p=.009). Career decision-making levels were found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between efficacy and career readiness behavior (Z=2.49, p=.006). The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy and the level of career decision-making for effective career preparation behavior, and it is necessary to develop strategic career guidance and program that reflects this.

오늘날의 4차산업혁명시대에서는 전통적인 대기업보다는 신속하게 사업을 추진하는 스타트업이 혁신을 주도하고 있다. 스타트업은 문제 해결에 도전하는 활동을 수행하는 프로젝트 조직으로서, 개인사업자 또는 법인 등 법적으로 인정되는 기업을 설립하는 단계인 창업과는 분명히 구분되어야 한다. 다시 말해, 스타트업 활동을 통해 일정 수준 이상의 사업성을 검증하는 준비 단계의 창업 전 스타트업과 그 결과로 창업 과정을 거친 창업 후 스타트업으로 구분해야 한다. 또한, 현재 대부분의 대학교에서는 다양한 창업 교육교과/비교과 프로그램들을 진행하고 있는데, 실제 대학생 졸업 후 취업률 대비 창업률은 비율이 극히 낮은 실정이다. 이를 감안할 때 대학생에게 창업을 목표로 하기 보다는, 도전적인 창업가 정신을 함양하고 스타트업 활동 중심의 교육을 통해 자신의 진로 적성을 찾고, 그 분야의 스타트업에의 취업을 우선 목표로 하는 교육이 스타트업의 인력난 문제를 해결한다는 측면에서 볼 때 스타트업 생태계 발전에 보다 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 캠퍼스 스타트업 문화 확산을 위한 교육 방향으로 스타트업 관련한 '경험 확대 - 진로 선택 - 실무 체험 - 진로 실행' 단계별 지원을 제안한다. 다음으로 실제 대학교에서 개설하고 운영한 일련의 교육 프로그램으로서 진로 지도, 스타트업 활동 이해, 스타트업 활동용 디지털 리터러시, 스타트업 협력 프로젝트, 스타트업 인턴 준비 교육 과정 및 결과들을 사례로 소개한다.

In this paper, we suggest the roles of IPP (Industry Professional Practice) professor that are necessary for efficient and systematic operation and management of IPP system, which has been implemented by KOREATECH recently under the goal of nurturing industry-oriented talents with practical skills, based on the analysis of actual operational practices of advanced overseas universities and the IPP experiences for 2 years. The roles of IPP professor are largely divided into the following three: IPP manager; student career counselor; educator of IPP educational program. During the initial stage of IPP system, the role of IPP manager is most significant. However, as the system is systematically managed and operated, the role of IPP manager gradually decreases, and the role of career counselor becomes more important. Since IPP system is an educational program that gives credits, IPP professor should also perform the role of educator, including designing experiential learning curriculum and evaluation on educational goal accomplishment.

방학 중 4주간 실시하는 현장실습이 학생의 진로결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 취업 후 전공과의 연계성 등에 어느 정도의 영향이 있는가?, 현장실습 수행에 따른 문제점, 앞으로의 개선방안 등을 조사 .연구하였다. 청운대 신소재응용화학과 졸업생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 회수된 설문 내용과 직접 현장방문으로 졸업생들을 면담한 지도 사례를 중심으로 진행하였다. 조사 연구결과 전공 관련취업자들은 현장실습이 취업과 회사 업무에 많은 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다. 보다 효율적인 현장실습이 되기 위해서 현장실습 프로그램을 운용하는 산업체에 대한 지원이 필요하다.

This study identified the impact of career identity and career decision-making type on career preparation behavior in nursing students. The participants were 198 nursing students enrolled in the 3rd and 4th grades located in J province, and data were collected from June 14, 2021 to 27, 2021, using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result, the mean score of career identity, rational type, intuitive type, dependent type, and career preparation behavior were 2.79(range 1~4), 3.78(range 1~5), 3.38(range 1~5), 3.01(range 1~5), and 3.51(range 1~5), respectively. Career preparation behavior was significantly correlated with career identity(r=.40, p<.001), rational type(r=.50, p<.001), intuitive type(r=.22, p=.002), and dependent type(r=-.20, p=.004). Factors influencing career preparation behavior were career identity(β=.23, p=.001), rational type(β=.31, p<.001), intuitive type(β=.27, p<.001), and dependent type(β=-.20, p=.002). These variables accounted for 24.6%p of the variance in career preparation behavior(F=11.93, p<.001). These research results suggest that it is necessary to establish a career identity and develop and apply a program that includes career guidance according to career decision-making type to improve the career preparation behavior of nursing students.

It is more important than ever to have talent with innovative capacities for sustainable agriculture and rural areas, but adolescents's interest in and understanding of agriculture and rural areas is very low. Therefore, this study analyzed the experiences of participants in the Agriculture Career Exploration Activities Program. and suggests strategies to improve and revitalize agricultural education based on these findings. First, Institutions and facilities that run agricultural education programs need opportunities for self-checks. Second, it is necessary to develop various contents and its distribution channels to enable the experience related to it in daily life. Third, it is important to provide experience in the middle school curriculum, which requires the use of a system such as the Free Semester System. Fourth, education and promotion to parents and teachers is also important, as it has a direct impact on youth's perception of it.

이 연구는 한국천문연구원에서 진행한 2019 하계 교원천문연수의 초급·중급과정 교육 프로그램에 대한 교사들의 인식 조사 및 개선방안을 찾는데 목적을 두었다. 교육청에서 인정한 직무연수프로그램인 2019 하계 교원천문연수는 현대 천문학의 동향과 지식을 일선 학교에 전달하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 연수는 초등교원을 주대상으로 한 초급과정은 2019년 8월 5일부터 7일까지, 중등교원을 주대상으로한 중급과정은 8월 7일부터 9일까지의 일정을 두고 실시되었다. 본 연구는 각각의 교육 과정이 교원 직무연수프로그램의 교육 목표를 충분히 따르고 있는지를 알아보자 사전, 사후조사 설문지를 개발하여 초급과정과 중급과정에서 각각 30여명, 20여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이때 사전조사 설문지는 기본 인적정보, 연수 참여 동기, 천문 관측 활동 경험 여부에 관한 것으로 10문항이, 사후조사 설문지는 교수 학습 프로그램의 내용면에서 지적 및 정의적 만족도, 진로지도 유용성, 향후 수업 활용성, 개선사항에 관한 것으로 20문항이 개발되었다. 설문조사 결과가 도출 된다면, 본 직무연수프로그램이 내용적인 면에서 교사들의 천문학에 대한 지적·정의적 향상 및 향후 일선 학교에서의 프로그램 보급 활용성을 높이기 위해 어떻게 수정·보완해야할지 개선점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.
