최근 스마트 기기와 소셜 네트워크의 확산으로 수많은 근접디바이스간의 직접 정보전달이 활성화됨에 따라 급속도로 근접모바일 직접통신 기술에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 직접통신 기술은 광역 직접통신, 협역 직접통신, 초근접 직접통신으로 분류될 수 있으며, 본 고에서는 NFC 기술의 시발점으로 급속도로 확산되고 있는 초근접 직접통신 기술의 동향에 대해 알아보고, 또한 미래의 기가급 초근접 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 초고속 저전력 NFC 기술로서 부각되고 있는 Zing 기술에 대해 알아본다.

본 고에서는 3차원 전선구조해석에 사용하는 직접구조해석기법 및 준직접구조해석기법에 대하여 설명하고 실선계산을 통하여 두 기법의 차이를 비교하였다. 직접구조해석은 준직접구조해석에 비하여 방대한 시간 및 노력이 요구되기 때문에 전선구조해석의 목적으로 사용하기에는 추천할 기법은 아니나 준직접구조해석의 검증, 피로해석 및 신로도 해석 등 응력의 확률 기준이 필요한 경우에는 필수적으로 수행해야 할 것이다.

본 고에서는 계통이 비교적간단하고 부근에 용이하게 유도전압을 측정할 수 있는 통신선이 병행한 22kV 남양계통(수원-남양)을 선택하여 직접접지와 비접지시의 이상현상을 측정 비교하였다. 여기서 외국의 직접접지방식 채택에 대한 경향을 보면 미국은 직접접지가 압지적으로 많으며 구주 각미에서도 직접접지가 우리나라에서 보다 훨씬 많이 실시하여 장시일의 운전실적을 갖고 있다.

This paper is analyzed causality using cointegration test and impact response after deriving a causality between direct overseas purchasing and sale and macroeconomic variables. The model used for the empirical analysis is the vector error correlation model. The model is used the macroeconomic variables such as the consumer price index and the GDP, and e-commerce variables such as direct overseas purchasing, direct overseas sales and online shopping amount. According to empirical analysis, the direct overseas purchasing has the causality with the consumer price index, and GDP has the causality with direct overseas purchasing and online. According to the impact response analysis of the VECM, the direct overseas purchasing has a positive effect on the CPI and GDP, but the direct overseas sales has a negative effect on the CPI and GDP. In addition, both direct overseas purchasing and sales have a negative effect on online shopping, but it has been shown that the direct overseas purchasing has a bigger negative effect on online shopping.

공정거래위원회는 지난 8월 16일 하도급대금 직접지급제도 운영지침을 마련하고 시행에 들어갔다. 이에 따라 구청$\cdot$교육청 등 행정기관에서 하도급대금 직접지급 의무를 위반하게 되면 해당 행정기관장이 시정명령을 받게 되며, 발주자의 하도급대금 직접지급의무는 수급사업자의 직접지급요청이 발주자에게 도달한 때를 기준으로 하고, 직접지급요청에 특별한 방식을 요하는 것이 아니라 요청의 존재를 입증할 만한 증거가 있으면 되게 했다. 또 공정거래위원회는 하도급대금의 직접자금에 대한 발주자, 원사업자, 및 수급사업자간의 합의 여부를 판단하는데 있어 3자간의 명시적이고 동시적인 의사합치만이 유효한 것이 아니라 발주자 및 수급사업자가 직접지불에 대한 동의 등 어떤 형식으로든 인식하고 있는 묵시적$\cdot$순차적 합의도 인정하기로 했다.

본 논문에서는 직접조작 방법을 이용하여 대화형 유전자 알고리즘(IGA)의 진화성능을 향상시키고 세대를 반복하면서 다양한 해를 얻을 수 있음을 NK-Landscape를 이용해 분석한다. 또한 NK모델을 이용하여 직접조작의 진화과정을 분석하기 위한 IGA 인터페이스를 생성한다. IGA를 이용한 진화는 특성상 적온 수의 개체와 세대수로 제한되기 때문에 지역해에 빠질 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 IGA 의 제약사창을 극복하는 방법으로 직접조작을 이용할 수 있으며 이 방법은 사용자가 원하는 개체를 생성할 수 있도록 진화과정에서 유전자를 직접 변경한다. IGA 에서 진화성능의 향상과 다양한 해외 생성을 분석하기 위하여 진화연산자인 교차, 돌연변이와 직접조작 방법의 성능을 비교 분석한다. Kauffman이 제안한 NK-Landscape로 진화과정에서 해공간이 얼마나 "ruggedness" 한지와 다양한 진화연산자에서 어떤 성능을 갖는지 분석할 수 있다 실험을 통해 3D 꽃 디자인 문제에서 NK-landscape기반 IGA인터페이스를 이용하여 IGA 해공간을 분석하고 교차, 돌연변이와 직접조작 방법의 성능을 비교함으로써 직접조작 방법으로 더 빠른 시간에 다양한 최적해를 찾을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

As the construction production system is reorganized as part of the construction industry innovation plan, direct construction is expanding. According to this trend, this study analyzed the impact and problems of the expansion of direct construction through the position of the construction industry and a study of foreign cases. In addition, by diagnosing the impact of the measures to expand direct construction from various aspects, countermeasures were suggested to suitably apply the direct construction mandatory system. Also, for each alternative, effects and problems were evaluated through interviews with experts in policy/administrative and architecture fields. The alternatives for expanding and improving the efficiency of the direct construction mandatory system derived from this study are four items: granting the discretion of the client, differentiation by scale of construction, utilization of construction guarantee system, and introduction of flexible working group leader system. As a result of the expert interview, all of them were evaluated to have a positive impact directly and indirectly on the expansion of direct construction. This study contributes literature to the application of the direct construction mandatory system by examining the current status of direct construction, and suggests a direction for expanding direct construction through deduction of alternatives for applying the direct construction mandatory system and expert evaluation.

현재 우리나라의 전력수급 비상사태시 수급 안정을 위하여 약정수용가의 부하를 직접제어하는 직접 부하제어시스템과 부하제어 통보에 의한 수용가에 의한 간접부하제어제도 2가지 종류의 부하관리 프로그램으로 운영되고 있다. 직접부하제어시스템은 약정수용가의 부하와 통신라인이 연결되어 있어서 전력비상시에 직접 부하를 제어할 수 있는 시스템으로, 현재 한전과 에너지관리공단에서 시스템을 이원화하여 운영 중에 있다. 2003년 말 현재 직접부하제어 약정부하는 양 기관 합계로 약 1,100MW이고, 향후 2005년까지 약 1,500MW의 약정부하를 확보할 계획에 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 한전과 약정한 수용가의 부하에 대한 통계 및 운전특성에 대한 분석 및 부하별 클러스터링을 수행하였다. 이결과는 향후 직접부하제어의 최적부하배분 알고리즘 수립에 적용될 것이다.

현재 직접구매제도는 전기사업법에 명시되어 있는 제도임에도 불구하고 직접구매 구입가격체계의 문제로 인해 사문화 되어있다. 현재 소비자의 요금체계와 도매시장 체계하에서 직접구매가 가능한 구입가격체계를 제시하고 직접구매가 활성화 될 경우 국가전체에 미치는 기대효과를 주로 수요관리 측면에서 분석하였다.

본 사례는 직접판매기업에서 지식유통이 기업성과에 얼마나 많은 영향을 미치는지를 정리한 논문이다. 특히 본 사례논문에서는 직접판매기업에서 강력한 비전과 정직성을 갖춘 리더십 이 고객신뢰와 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 상세한 관련 자료와 전략사례를 근거로 설명하고 있다. 국내외에서 이미 다양한 직접판매기업들이 활발한 경영활동을 하고 있지만 이를 지식유통의 관점에서 분석한 시례가 부재한 문제점을 본 사례논문이 어느 정도 보완하고 있다는 점에서 본 사례논문의 실무적 가치가 있다.
