Interest in spirituality in the workplace is rising as an alternative to overcome the possibility of burnout of social workers. This research has evaluated the results of spirituality education program to social workers in senior welfare centers. CPE(Clinical Pastoral Education) was provided to 25 social workers in 3 different senior welfare centers for 12 to 14 weeks. 4 Focus group interviews with 24 education participants after the end of education were conducted. For the participants of CPE, there were changes in individual levels(habituation of self-reflectivity, the integration of personal spirituality and social worker's spiritualty, expansion of self-awareness and pursuit of altruism), practice behavior(recognition of client's individualism, getting rid of the obsession of proposing a resolution, active listening), and organization levels(intimate fellowship, increase in horizontal relationship in the agencies). Pursuing changes within the organization towards integrating individual and organization spirituality along with social welfare organizations helping the development of social worker's individual spirituality for the simultaneous growth of social workers and the organizations is necessary.

With the growth of media platforms and fierce competition in the media market, there have been focus on cross media storytelling, a remediation of content already proven successful to another type of medium. In particular, webtoons have emerged as being successful source media, and this study analyzes how the webtoon 's narrative is expanded and transformed in the remediation process into TV drama. The results showed that, the webtoon , which was targeted at a relatively more specific audience, objectively described stories of the life and hardships of an office worker through a contractual employee at a trading company navigating work life based on strategies of Baduk; while the TV drama version, which aims to appeal to a broader audience, strengthened popular narratives with topics of social issues such as 'hardships of the non-permanent employee', 'sexual discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace', 'difficulties of a working mom', and 'romance between new colleagues'. In addition, in order to create dramatic enjoyment, the drama's storytelling strategy incorporated conflicts by creating confrontational relationships among good and evil characters, and added humanism and comedic effect.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the occupational difference of Vitamin D deficiency according to the level of physical activity and the level of stress. For this purpose, We performed empirical approaches and adopted KNHANES 2008~2013 dataset, to which were applied such methods as crosstabulation analysis, logistic regression and SOBEL test. As a result, we found that Vitamin D deficiency was higher in the group of people with indoor-working-job than in the group of people with out-door working job. Besides, Vitamin D deficiency tends to increase in the people with lower physical activity and higher stress experience. As a result, those employees highly related with in-door activities must be ensured that they need to be exposed to sunlight on a regular basis. Moreover, improving the physical activity levels of employees could be one of appropriate solutions to alleviate Vitamin D deficiency problems. Besides, lowering stress levels in workplace needs to be seriously considered in order not to drop the physical activity levels of workers.

This study was conducted to identify the correlation between driving under the influence (DUI) and bicycle riding under the influence and the impact factors of DUI among Korean adults. The participants were 3,385 Korean adults. Data were collected Seventh Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. The pervasiveness of DUI was 7.8% of the adult population in Korea. The relevance of DUI and bicycle riding under the influence was a statistically significant difference. The factors affecting of DUI were bicycle riding under the influence, aerobic physical activity, one-time drinking, frequency of binge drinking, experience aboard a driving under the influence vehicle. To prevent DUI among Korean Adults, we would need to encourage aerobic physical activity in daily and workplace, recognize that bicycle drunk riding can lead to drunk vehicle driving, and that management of alcohol use disorders and be planning to the vehicle driving before drinking.

This study analyzed the factors related to labor market transition of job injured workers. The Workers' Compensation Insurance Panel data ver.1, which that was surveyed by the Korean Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service in 2013, was used. Four key findings were made: first, the economically inactive populations are 7.2% and unemployed is 22.3% of occupational accident workers who finished the treatment period; second, 31.5% of laborers who returned to a new workplace went into another type of occupation; third, the results showed that socio-demographic factors, such as gender, age and education years, injury-related factors, such as the treatment period and work limitation, and workplace factors, such as company size and employment status, were associated with the return to work; and fourth, a relatively higher proportion of people who has received occupational training could not return to work and the disability grade was not associated with the return to work. These results suggest that policy makers need to understand the characteristics of labor market transition of job injured workers and develop efficient intervention programs based on the transitional labor market.

This study was intended to find out the factors affecting the efficacy and purpose of starting new business after their retirement of middle-aged office workers. The study also analyzed the relationship among these factors, founder's innovational mind, achievement desire, risk-taking mind and family support. For the purpose, questionnaires were collected 346 middle-aged employees working in Seoul and Kyonggi-do area. The findings were as follows. First, personal achievement desire and risk-taking mind strongly affected the efficacy of starting new business. Second, innovational mind, achievement desire and risk-taking mind had a positive effect on the purpose of starting new business. Third, family support had a moderate effect between achievement desire and the efficacy of the starting new business.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify musculoskeletal symptom and pain related working posture with operation-room workers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 73 people who were working from hospital operating-room. A questionnaire consisting of general characteristics, pain symptoms, and pain frequency was given. Objective working posture analysis was done by using REBA after recording moving images in hospital operating-rooms. Results: The result were as follows. The risk level of musculoskeletal symptom related working posture was high, and the management level was at the least 2; 'some management was required for musculoskeletal symptom'. The frequency of pain was 3~4 times/week and the severe pain were experienced from legs, neck, and shoulder. The result of relation of general characteristics and pain were significant variable with sex, age, marital status, weight, past working history, average working time(hr/day), working style, and working department. Conclusion: These results contribute to a better understanding of operation-room workers have high possibility of musculoskeletal disease and are severe musculoskeltal pain related working posture.

The purpose of this study was to explore the difficulties experienced by career-interrupted women and recruiters in the reemployment process. Using focused group interview(FGI), the depth interviews with six women and six recruiters had been carried out. Collected data was analyzed based on the interview and focus group research method by Corbin and Strauss(2008). Finally, eight domains in career-interrupted women' experience and five in recruiters' were created from the analysis of the data. In the context of the experience there were something in common. They include the need of proper job for woman, the lack of employment system and resource, and the negative perception of women workers. As result, we suggested implications. for solving the difficulties in the reemployment process.

The purpose of the research was to verify the mediating effect of social support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy when office worker's emotional expressive ambivalence influences on interpersonal stress. A survey was conducted with 422 office workers from August to September of 2018. SPSS, AMOS and Mplus were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, verification of structural equation modeling and mediated effect. There was a partial mediating effect in emotional expressive ambivalence of self-defense model, a complete mediating effect in relational emotional expressive ambivalence model. In both self-defense and relational emotional expressive ambivalence model, double mediation effect of passing through support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy in the relationship between emotional expressive ambivalence and interpersonal stress was significant. This study sought ways to reduce interpersonal stress by increasing the level of perception of social support and using adaptive cognitive emotional control strategies for office workers.

The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of self-efficacy between job-stress and depression in regional hospitals' workers. The data of this study were collected from 700 hospitals' workers who have been working in 306 hospitals in B city. And the data were collected from Feb. to May 2012. To determine the impact of self-efficacy on job-stress and depression for men and women workers in local hospitals, we measure self-efficacy, job-stress and depression of workers and analyze their relationships. There was a negative relationship between self-efficacy and job-stress(r=-.238, p<.001), depression(r=-.626 p<.001). Verifying the mediating effects of self-efficacy to the impact of job stress on depression, the mediating effects of self-efficacy were significant. It suggests that there is a need to relax the negative impact of job stress through the promotion of self-efficacy for individual or team-level organization.
