  • Busan-port is world's fifth trading port and is playing an important role in medium of revenue expansion and civic growth of Busan metropolitan city. Therefore, Busan metropolitan city aims at establishment of maritime special city with sailing of popular election third times. But this sort of goal can be accomplished when job satisfaction of port's personnel concerned is elevated. So, the object of this study is to research on job satisfaction of Busan-port pier management corporation's employee. Through the examination of preceding studies, duty contents promotion remuneration control sense of responsibility colleague relation guarantee job office quantity working environment. tenure of office sex age education are used as factors of job satisfaction. The finding of this study are as follows; First, promotion and remuneration exert significant influence upon job satisfaction. Second, the job satisfaction of Busan-port Pier Management Corporation's Employee is pretty low.

  • 고객 만족도조사 (Customer Satisfaction Index)는 기업 외부 관점에서 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 기업의 서비스 품질 개선에 기여한다. 그러나 기업 외부 관점의 고객만족도만의 서비스 평가뿐 아니라 내부 직원의 업무 평가를 통한 서비스 품질 개선도 필요하다. 내부 직원의 업무 평가는 직원 개개인의 능력까지 평가할 수 있는 COI(Customer Orientation Index)통해 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 CSI 와 COI를 연계 분석하면 기업 외,내부 관점에서의 효과적이 서비스 품질 개선이 가능하다. 또, 고객만족을 위한 높은 서비스 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 개선뿐 아니라 지속적인 관리와 모니터링도 필요한데 CSI 만으로는 한계가 있다. 이를 위해 CSI 분석 결과 도출된 핵심관리 프로세스를 지표화 하여 관리하기 위해 서비스 수준 계약서 (Service Level Agreement)에 반영하여 관리할 수 있다.

  • 문제: 병원에서는 잘못 사용하는 신체 관련 언어, 문법적으로 틀린 말, 비속어, 지나친 겸양어, 잘못 사용하는 존칭어, 격에 안 맞는 준말 등으로 내부 및 외부 고객과의 의사전달이 정확하지 않은 경우가 흔히 있다. 병원 직원의 부적절한 언어 사용은 외부 고객 유치 및 유지를 방해하며, 병원의 이미지 실추와도 관련이 있다. 목적: 바른 언어 표현법 매뉴얼과 동영상 구축 및 활용으로 내부 및 외부 고객의 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원 질 향상 활동: 바른 언어 표현법 매뉴얼 구축 후 동영상을 완성하여 병원의 모든 직원들이 학습하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 개선효과: 바른 언어 표현법을 잘 학습하면 바른 언어를 사용하는 습관을 가지게 되어 의사전달이 명확해지고 표현이 풍부해지며 상호간 이해하는 폭이 넓어져 내부 고객 및 외부 고객의 만족도가 향상될 것이다. 또한 병원직원 전체 언어생활의 품격이 높아질 뿐만 아니라 병원의 위상도 높아질 것이다.

Influence of Working Environment and Conditions on the Job Satisfactions of Librarians (도서관의 근무환경과 근무조건이 직원의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzes the influences of the working environments and conditions(job cooperation, working condition, stress, compensation and reward, and achievement) on the job satisfactions, and the differences for the staff members to perceive them among staff members according to demographic variables. One hundred staff members of K library were participated in the survey using questionnaires. There were significant differences in the perceptions on the stress, compensation and reward, and achievement according to demographic variables. The job cooperation and achievement among work environments and conditions significantly influenced on the job satisfactions of the staff members.

A Study on Determinants of Dental Clinic and Satisfaction of Dental Service in High School Students (고등학생의 치과병원 결정요인과 의료서비스 만족도 관련 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between dental decision factors and dental service satisfaction of the high school students. The study participants consisted of 300 high school students in some regions. A total of 288 were used for the final analysis, except 12 with insufficient responses. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program. According to general characteristics, if there was no scaling experience, orthodontic treatment, high satisfaction with school life, the higher the subjective oral health status, the higher the satisfaction of the dental hospital. Hospital decision factors according to the general characteristics of the subjects most frequently answered that employee service satisfaction was important. As a result of testing the correlation between hospital decision factors and medical service satisfaction, there was a significant positive correlation between medical service satisfaction, such as facility, recommendation of others, use procedures, service adequacy, employee service satisfaction. As a factor influencing dental hospital satisfaction, subjective oral health was shown as a good criterion, and usage procedures and staff service satisfaction showed positive relevance. Continuous trust builds up is important to improve patient satisfaction.

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the differences of general characteristics, to compare understanding level of the organization cultures, and to develop more good management methods between outsourcing workers and regular workers in hospitals. Major results of this study were as follows: First, regular workers had higher level than outsourcing workers in major understanding on job satisfaction and organization cultures(pride of their jobs, recognition level of job performance ability, satisfaction on ordering method. etc.). Second, the results showed that the level of job performances related with effective management of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement. Third, through multiple regression analysis to understand factors on job satisfaction and involvement, we understood that regular workers were effected by vision performance of hospital and their value view-point, and outsourcing workers were influenced by recognition levels and education levels of hospital vision, Therefore, to maximize level of job satisfaction and involvement. we have interest in development of education program for outsourcing workers, and selection of adequate persons in hospital culture.

  • This study examines user satisfaction in public libraries nationwide. It analyzes service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of public library patrons and identify sub-factors of service quality that affect the overall user satisfaction. User satisfaction factors were developed to measure library satisfaction in all aspects of the library service. Six variables were identified, including volume of books, staff, programs, facilities, online services, and information availability. According to survey findings, general library satisfaction was strongly correlated with information availability, facilities, and staff. Relatively lower levels of satisfaction were identified in the areas of online services and programs. All six service quality factors were statistically significantly associated with user satisfaction, where information availability, facilities, and volume of books showed stronger associations than the other three factors.

The Effects of Employees' Career Development upon Person-Job Fit and Job Satisfaction in the Hotel Industry (호텔 직원의 경력개발이 개인직무적합성 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of employees' career development in the hotel industry on person-job fit and job satisfaction. Based on total 353 employees obtained from empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model and verifies a total of 3 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model test are also analyzed using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=563.417(p<0.001), df=236, CMIN/DF=2.387, RMR=.070, GFI=.881, AGFI=.848, NFI=.921, CFI=.952, RMSEA=.065. The SEM results show that employees' career management (${\beta}$=.138), career plan ${\beta}$=.284), and career identity (${\beta}$=.437) among employees' career development plans have significant positive effects on person-job fit. Also, employees' career management (${\beta}$=.238) and employees' person-job fit (${\beta}$=.637) have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • 본 연구는 피부미용사들을 대상으로 근무환경에 대한 만족도와 스트레스가 직업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 근무환경 만족도, 스트레스, 직업 만족도 간의 인과관계를 규명하여 피부미용사들의 직업적 긍지를 높이고 그들의 삶의 질 증진에 기여하고자 시도 되었다. 전국의 여성 피부미용사 351명을 대상으로 설문 조사한 후 분석한 결과, 조사 대상자의 근무환경에 대한 만족도는 40세 이상, 유배우자, 부부와 자녀가 같이 사는 경우, 대졸이상의 학력자, 고소득자, 질병이 없고 건강할수록 높았고, 직업특성별 근무환경 만족도는 복합 상가, 1~2명의 직원수, 10년 이상 근무기간, 경영자가 가장 높게 나타났다. 스트레스는 30~39세, 무배우자, 혼자 사는 경우, 고졸이하 학력, 저소득자, 질병이 있고 건강하지 않는 경우가 가장 높았다. 또한 5명 이상의 직원수, 근무기간이 짧은 경우, 경영자직책이 가장 높았다. 직업만족도는 40세 이상 연령이 가장 높았고 배우자 유무와 동거형태에 따라서는 유배우자와 부부와 자녀가 같이 사는 경우, 학력에서는 대졸 이상, 월 소득은 소득이 많은 경우, 거주지역에서는 대도시, 건강상태와 질병 유무에 따라서는 질병이 없고 건강한 경우 직업만족도가 높았다. 직장위치는 복합상가가 가장 높고 근무기간과 직책에 따라서는 근무기간이 길고 경영자, 직원 수는 1~2명, 피부미용업 선택이유와 장래 근무계획에서는 적성에 맞아서와 계속근무가 직업만족도가 높았다. 근무환경, 스트레스, 직업만족도에 관하여 공분산 구조분석을 한 결과 근무환경이 좋을수록 스트레스가 적었고(p<0.001), 근무환경이 좋을수록, 스트레스가 적을수록 직업만족도가 높았다(p<0.001).

  • The leader has an indispensable role in the enterprise. This article takes transformational leadership as the research object and introduces job satisfaction and job performance as variables. It is aimed to explore the impact of various dimensions of transformational leadership on employee performance and satisfaction, and to try to find the acting mechanism of the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The study used a questionnaire survey method and SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis. Through the analysis of 378 questionnaire surveys, it was found that the four constituent variables of transformational leadership would have different degrees of influence on job performance and satisfaction. Enterprise leaders should put emphasis on the choice of leadership style and pay special attention to the work attitude of employees. This study provides useful enlightenment for companies to carry out human resource management work. However, this study did not verify whether job satisfaction has an intermediary role in between transformational leadership and job performance, which is also an area that needs to be further studied in the future.
