The purpose of this study is to research service industry employees performance in Seoul's deluxe hotels can improve based on aspects of growth needs in professional development, job esteem, and customer orientation. How growth needs and job-esteem affect employees' customer orientation is important to try and discover the mediating effect that the employees' psychological ownership contributes to the relationship between growth needs, job-esteem, and customer orientation. According to the results, growth needs and job-esteem effect to customer orientation and an employees' psychological ownership has a mediating effect between growth needs, job-esteem and customer orientation. Based on these findings, critical theoretical and practical implications, as well as future research suggestions, have been provided for hotel managers to aid in employee management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factory workers' knowledge of sanitation management of school foodstuffs and sanitation practices. A questionnaire that identified employees' food safety sanitation management knowledge and practices was developed based on a review of literature. Subjects consisted of 221 factory workers employed at 34 factories in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas. Almost half of the factory workers were 40~49 years of age (45.7%), 34.8% had 1~3 years of work experience, 62.4% of the respondents received food safety education 1~2 times a month and 75.1% of the respondents were satisfied with sanitation education. However, the total score for factory worker sanitation knowledge was low: 4.63/9. Sanitation performance was self-evaluated using a Likert 5-point scale. The total mean score for the factory workers' sanitation performance was 4.63/5. Satisfaction level and the amount of sanitation education, application of sanitation knowledge, attitude regarding sanitation management, and sanitation management performance level were significantly high among workers employed in a HACCP certification facility (p<0.05). The difficulties were found to be sanitation management and the time to deliver food to schools. To instill a sense of duty and pride among workers and to ensure that the food suppliers provide best-quality school foodstuffs safely, school dietitians and factory managers must actively educate workers in safe food handling and sanitation.

${\bullet}$ 새로운 건축기술과 각종 신소재의 등장, 새로운 설계기법 및 공법의 개발 등으로 국내 건축시장의 건축 관련 업무는 증가하고, 건축주의 요구조건도 다양해지고 있음 ${\bullet}$ 현재 건축 관련 교육은 건축사에 한정되어 있으며, 건축사사무소 소속직원은 교육 의무규정 및 관리체계 등이 부재한 상태로 교육의 기회를 얻지 못하고 있음 ${\bullet}$ 관련하여 설문조사를 시행한 결과, 건축사 중 대부분이 소속직원 역량 향상 및 교육의 필요성을 느끼고 있었으며, 만일 교육을 한다면 의무교육 형태를 요구하는 응답자가 절반 이상으로 나타났음 ${\bullet}$ 하지만 의무교육을 실시할 경우, 시간 할애 및 비용에 대한 부담을 느끼고 있어, 의무교육을 실시할 경우 이에 대한 해결책을 필요로함.

This study is to examine how POS(perceived organization support) would affect trust in her/his superior and organization, organization commitment and customer orientation. The effect of demographic variables differences on independent and dependent variables was examined. Data for this study was collected by questionnaire from a sample of 277 employees of 9 hospitals in Korea. The findings show that POS is significantly influence trust in her/his superior and organization, organization commitment, and customer orientation. Variables like gender and type of employment have a significant difference. However there is no difference in the type of occupation.

Purpose: The object evaluation method about medical institutes of these days increases credibility of consumers about medical services by conducting a certification system about medical institutes. In addition, as nuclear medicine test rooms and diagnosis test medicine room adopt many kinds of international certification systems, the matters regarding safety management of test rooms are being regarded as important. Since the blood test rooms of nuclear medicine are exposed to many harmful factors such as infection from clinical specimen and radioactive isotope reagent, there is a need to pay lots of attention to the safety management of staff and patients. Therefore, this study discusses safety management activities of staff and patients, which are conducted in the blood test rooms of the nuclear medicine department in Asan Medical Center. Materials and Methods: In the blood test rooms of the nuclear medicine department in Asan Medical Center, the matters regarding comprehensive safety management by the person in charge of safety management are offered and all staff members of the test rooms apply them into work. Safety management education is regularly conducted according to established regulations, and infection is prevented through implementation of wearing personal protectors and hand sanitation during test work. In addition, technical safety guides and accident guides for interruption of electric power are provided against emergencies. Through infection management guides, infection prevention and preparation methods for infection are learned and radioactive isotope management, safety management about reagent use and safety guides about harmful chemical substances are being applied to work. Results: The blood test rooms of the nuclear medicine department apply safety management regulations to work. Under the situation where hand sanitation should be conducted, hands are washed to prevent infection between staff and patients, and for preventing infection from clinical specimen, personal protectors are worn. The reagent, which is classified as harmful substance, is separately stored to be easily recognized, radioactive wastes and general medical wastes are also safely managed. Through these lots of safety management activities, safety management awareness of staff members is enhanced, and patients are protected from many dangers. Conclusion: Staff members of the blood test rooms of the nuclear medicine department should be fully aware of safety management regulations and apply them to work. When better safety management suggestions are made, they need to be examined and applied for increasing quality of safety management for staff and patients.

정신의 건강이 신체건강을 좌우할 수도 있다는 신념 아래 올바른 가치관과 정신력을 추구하는 모임이 있다. 동화은행 본점의 직원들 중 단전호흡에 관심이 있는 몇몇 직원들이 주축이 되어 일년 전 모임을 마련한 도인회 회원들은 남들보다 일찍 아침을 시작하여 남들보다 길게 하루를 살아가고 있는 부지런한 사람들이다. 여기저기서 크고 작은 스트레스에 시달리고 있는 현대인들에게는 단전호흡을 통한 정신적 건강과 마음의 안정이 무엇보다 필요하다고 말하는 도인회의 활동을 소개한다.

Introduces and analyzes basic library collection management issues regarding electronic journals, including selection, budgeting, policy making, collection evaluation, and preservation/archiving. Argues that staffing and budgeting for electronic journals can be organized on subject-based or format-based approaches, or some combination of both. Electronic journals are selected through the same three-stage process used for print journals : identification, evaluation, and selection. Most of the traditional criteria for print journals are also applicable to electronic journals, but additional criteria are superimposed on them. The cancellation and weeding of electronic journals have not been addressed ;by ;the profession, but will assume more significance in the future. There is a need for new client-centered evaluation methodologies that focus on availability and accessibility rather than ownership.
